具体的,所述第一支撑部313和第二支撑部314组成支撑结构,所述盆架20的圆弧部21安装于所述支撑结构中,即被夹持在所述第一支撑部313和第二支撑部314之间。
具体的,所述延伸部3121包括由折环312向外水平延伸的第一延伸部31211和由第一延伸部31211朝向所述柔性电路板33弯折延伸的第二延伸部31212,以进一步增加与盆架的20的接触面积。所述第一支撑部313由第一延伸部31211延伸设置,所述第二支撑部314由第二延伸部31212延伸设置。
其中,所述音圈32呈矩形环状,所述音圈32包括两相对设置的长轴边及连接两所述长轴边的两短轴边。
其中,所述柔性线路板33包括两个且分别位于所述盆架20的短轴相对两侧,其包括固定于所述盆架20远离所述上振膜31一端的第一固定臂331、与所述第一固定臂331间隔设置的第二固定臂332以及连接所述第一固定臂331和所述第二固定臂332的弹力臂333。所述弹力臂333包括结构相同且互为镜像对称的一对,所述弹力臂333包括连接所述第一固定臂331和第二固定臂332的第一U型臂3331和第二U型臂3332。本实施例中,所述柔性线路板33为对称结构,以其中间线为对称线。
在一个可选实施例中,所述第一固定臂331设有与外部电信号连接的第一焊盘3311,所述第一焊盘3311位于所述第一固定臂331的远离所述音圈32的一端,所述第一焊盘3311沿振动方向的投影与所述盆架20沿振动方向的投影至少部分重叠。可选的,所述第一焊盘3311包括两个,两个所述第一焊盘3311分别位于所述第一固定臂331长轴的相对两端。
其中,所述骨架34包括固定于所述上振膜31的支撑台341及自支撑台341向远离所述上振膜31方向延伸至与所述第二固定臂332固定的侧壁342。所述侧壁342间隔设于所述音圈32靠近所述盆架20的一侧,侧壁342包括与柔性线路板33对应设置的两个。进一步的,所述支撑台341包括与所述球顶311固定的第一固定部3411以及与所述折环312固定的第二固定部3412,所述侧壁342自所述第二固定部3412弯折延伸,所述第一固定部3411自所述支撑台341向所述磁路系统40方向凹陷形成。
进一步的,在一个可选实施例中,所述柔性电路板33还包括固定于所述侧壁342的主体部334、自主体部334朝向骨架34支撑台341弯折延伸至与所述音圈32电连接的弯折部335以及自所述弯折部335远离所述主体部334一端向靠近所述音圈32方向弯折延伸的第二焊盘336。其中,所述弯折部335位于所述侧壁342与音圈32之间,所述第二焊盘336贴设于所述支撑台341,所述第二焊盘336上设有与所述音圈32电连接的焊台。所述柔性线路板33还包括贴设于所述第二固定臂332靠近所述上振膜31一侧的支撑件337,所述支撑件337包括贴设于所述主体部334的第一支撑部3371和与所述弯折部335同时弯折成型的第二支撑部3372,所述第二支撑部3372自所述主体部334朝向所述支撑台341弯折延伸并贴设于所述弯折部335。所述支撑件采用0.055 cm至0.095 cm厚度的铝材,优选的,所述支撑件采用0.075 cm厚度的铝材。本申请通过在柔性线路板折弯处增加支撑件,以便将柔性线路板折弯成任意形状,且不会回弹,具有很高的稳定性和一致性。本实施例中,只有其中一个柔性线路板33设有第二焊盘336,所述第二焊盘336通过设置连接线与音圈32连接,以实现音圈32与外部电信号电连接。
其中,所述下振膜35为两个,分设于两个柔性线路板33的下方并与柔性线路板33远离骨架34的一侧接触。
所述磁路系统40包括与盆架20固定连接且中间设有开口411的副磁钢41、位于开口411中的主磁钢42以及贴附于主磁钢42上表面的极芯43,所述主磁钢42与所述副磁钢41之间形成磁间隙,所述骨架34还包括自所述第一固定部3411向远离所述球顶311方向弯折延伸的凸壁343,所述音圈32通过所述凸壁343悬置于所述磁间隙中。进一步的,所述磁路系统40还包括磁轭44用于紧贴副磁钢41下方,用于遮住整个开口411,所述主磁钢42设于磁轭44上。可选的,副磁钢41可以一体成型环绕主磁钢42,也可以为4组副磁钢41间隔围设主磁钢42,也可以为2组副磁钢41间隔围设主磁钢42。在本实施例中,副磁钢41设为上下两个副磁钢41。

Claims (10)

1. 一种扬声器,包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统及磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的上振膜、驱动所述上振膜发声的音圈、电连接所述音圈与外部电信号的柔性线路板以及固定于所述柔性线路板并支撑所述上振膜的骨架,所述柔性线路板包括固定于所述盆架远离所述上振膜一端的第一固定臂与所述第一固定臂间隔设置的第二固定臂,所述骨架包括固定于所述上振膜的支撑台及自支撑台向远离所述上振膜方向延伸至与所述第二固定臂固定的侧壁,所述侧壁间隔设于所述音圈靠近所述盆架的一侧,所述柔性电路板包括固定于所述侧壁的主体部及自主体部朝向骨架支撑台弯折延伸至与所述音圈电连接的弯折部,所述弯折部位于所述侧壁与音圈之间,其特征在于,所述柔性线路板还包括贴设于所述第二固定臂靠近所述上振膜一侧的支撑件,所述支撑件包括贴设于所述主体部的第一支撑部和与所述弯折部同时弯折成型的第二支撑部,所述第二支撑部自所述主体部朝向所述支撑台弯折延伸并贴设于所述弯折部。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性电路板还包括自所述弯折部远离所述主体部一端向靠近所述音圈方向弯折延伸的第二焊盘,所述第二焊盘贴设于所述支撑台,所述第二焊盘上设有与所述音圈电连接的焊台。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述上振膜包括位于中间位置的球顶和环绕所述球顶并固定于所述盆架的折环,所述支撑台包括与所述球顶固定的第一固定部以及与所述折环固定的第二固定部,所述侧壁自所述第二固定部弯折延伸。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、固定于所述磁轭的主磁钢以及设于所述主磁钢周侧的副磁钢,所述主磁钢与所述副磁钢间隔形成磁间隙;所述骨架包括自所述第一固定部向远离所述球顶方向弯折延伸的凸壁,所述音圈通过所述凸壁悬置于所述磁间隙。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一固定部自所述支撑台向所述磁路系统方向凹陷形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述支撑件采用0.055 cm至0.095 cm厚度的铝材。
7.根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述上振膜还包括自所述固定部朝向所述盆架的表面向所述柔性电路板延伸且相互间隔设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述盆架包括朝向所述音圈的内侧面和与所述内侧面相对设置的外侧面,所述第一支撑部贴合所述内侧面设置,所述第二支撑部贴合所述外侧面设置。
8.根据权利要求7所述扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部和第二支撑部组成支撑结构,所述盆架呈矩形环状,所述盆架包括两相对设置的长轴边及连接两所述长轴边的两短轴边,所述长轴边与短轴边连接处形成圆弧部,所述圆弧部安装于所述支撑结构中。
9.根据权利要求8所述扬声器,其特征在于,所述固定部包括由折环向外水平延伸的第一延伸部和由第一延伸部朝向所述柔性电路板弯折延伸的第二延伸部,所述第一支撑部由第一延伸部延伸设置,所述第二支撑部由第二延伸部延伸设置。
10.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述柔性线路板还包括连接所述第一固定臂和所述第二固定臂的弹力臂,所述弹力臂包括结构相同且互为镜像对称的一对,所述弹力臂包括连接所述第一固定臂和第二固定臂的第一U型臂和第二U型臂。
