与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件,所述磁碗包括磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁的周缘向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的呈环状的磁碗侧壁以及由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述磁钢组件固定于所述磁碗底壁并与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙,所述翻边远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端固定于所述盆架;采用此种结构,磁碗保持一周环绕音圈,无需让位,性能最优化;利用所述翻边实现与所述盆架的固定,可靠性好;同时所述翻边与所述盆架的固定实现了所述磁路系统的高度定位,即设置翻边与所述盆架固定,节省了磁路系统的内部空间,避免了结构干涉。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述磁路系统包括磁碗和收容固定于所述磁碗内并与所述磁碗间隔形成磁间隙的磁钢组件,所述音圈插设于所述磁间隙内,其特征在于,所述磁碗包括磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁的周缘向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的呈环状的磁碗侧壁以及由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述磁钢组件固定于所述磁碗底壁并与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙,所述翻边远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端固定于所述盆架。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架由金属材料制成,所述翻边远离所述磁碗侧壁的一侧与所述盆架的接触部分通过激光点焊固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述翻边沿垂直于所述振膜的振动方向延伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述翻边由所述磁碗侧壁的相对两侧弯折延伸形成。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括用于支撑固定所述振膜的盆架本体以及由所述盆架本体靠近所述磁路系统的相对两侧向靠近所述振膜方向凹陷形成的缺口,所述缺口与所述翻边一一对应,所述翻边远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端收容于所述缺口并固定于所述缺口的底面。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架本体包括形成所述缺口的呈环状的第一侧壁、由所述第一侧壁设置所述缺口的位置向靠近所述磁碗方向弯折延伸的第二底壁和由所述第一侧壁内侧向靠近所述磁碗方向弯折延伸的第三底壁、自所述第二底壁的相对两端分别向所述第三底壁延伸并连接至所述第三底壁的第四倾斜壁;所述第二底壁与所述磁碗底壁的间隔距离大于所述第三底壁与所述磁碗底壁的间隔距离,所述第二底壁与相邻的两个所述第四倾斜壁围成所述缺口,所述翻边远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端固定于所述第二底壁。
  7. 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架呈矩形,其包括两个相对设置的长轴边和两个相对设置的短轴边,所述缺口设置于所述长轴边,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路系统一侧的骨架以及辅助振膜组件,所述音圈通过所述骨架固定于所述振膜;所述辅助振膜组件的一端固定于所述短轴边远离所述振膜一侧,其另一端与所述骨架连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述辅助振膜组件包括固定于所述短轴边的弹性导电件以及贴设于所述弹性导电件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜。
