本实用新型涉及一种声电领域,尤其涉及一种发声器件。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,智能移动设备的数量不断上升。而在众多移动设备之中,手机无疑是最常见、最便携的移动终端设备。目前,手机的功能极其多样,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,用于播放声音的发声器件被大量应用到现在的智能移动设备之中。
相关技术的发声器件包括盆架、分别支撑固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动的磁路系统,所述磁路系统包括下夹板、固定设置于所述下夹板的主磁钢、环绕所述主磁钢设置且与所述主磁钢间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及盖设于所述副磁钢的呈环状的上夹板。
技术问题
然而,相关技术的发声器件中,所述盆架与所述上夹板一体注塑完成后,所述盆架的侧壁未将所述上夹板外漏,导致发声器件散热效果差,从而影响发声器件的声学效果。
因此,实有必须提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热效果好且声学性能更优的发声器件。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件,其包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统;所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的下夹板、固定设置于所述下夹板的主磁钢、设置在所述主磁钢的周侧且与所述主磁钢间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及位于所述副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板,所述上夹板包括固定于所述副磁钢的主体部和由所述主体部的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述翻边至少部分外露于所述盆架的外侧面。
优选的,所述主体部呈环状结构;所述翻边包括至少两个由所述主体部的相对两侧向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸形成。
优选的,所述主体部呈矩形,其包括沿平行于所述盆架长轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第一主体部及沿平行于所述盆架短轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第二主体部,两个所述翻边分别由两个第一主体部的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸,且固定于所述盆架的长轴相对两侧。
优选的,所述主体部呈矩形,其包括沿平行于所述盆架长轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第一主体部及沿平行于所述盆架短轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第二主体部,两个所述翻边由两个第二主体部的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸,且固定于所述盆架的短轴相对两侧。
优选的,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部均盖设于所述副磁钢。
优选的,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈;所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部以及由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述盆架的固定部。
优选的,所述翻边与所述固定部正对设置。
优选的,所述振动系统还包括弹性导电片和贴合于所述弹性导电片的辅助振膜,所述弹性导电片与所述音圈电连接并将所述音圈支撑于所述盆架。
优选的,所述弹性导电片固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端。
优选的,所述上夹板和所述盆架为一体注塑成型。

请同时参阅图1-5,本实用新型提供了一种发声器件10,其包括盆架1、振动系统2以及磁路系统3。所述振动系统2和所述磁路系统3分别支撑于所述盆架1,且所述磁路系统3驱动所述振动系统2振动发声。
所述振动系统2包括用于振动发声的振膜21和驱动所述振膜21发声的音圈22。
具体的,所述振膜21包括振动部211、由所述振动部211的边缘向外弯折延伸的折环部212以及由所述折环部212远离所述振动部211的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述盆架1的固定部213。
在本实施方式中,所述振动系统2还包括弹性导电片23和贴合于所述弹性导电片23的辅助振膜24,所述弹性导电片23固定于所述音圈22远离所述振膜21的一端,且所述弹性导电片23与所述音圈22电连接并将所述音圈22支撑于所述盆架1,该结构一方面加强了所述振膜21的振动效果,改善所述发声器件10的声学性能;另一方面该结构用于平衡所述振动系统2的摇摆,提高了所述发声器件10的稳定性。
所述磁路系统3包括固定于所述盆架1远离所述振膜21一侧的下夹板31、固定设置于所述下夹板31的主磁钢32、设置在所述主磁钢32的周侧且与所述主磁钢32间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢33以及位于所述副磁钢33远离所述下夹板31一侧的上夹板34。
在本实施方式中,所述上夹板34和所述盆架1为一体注塑成型,增加了所述盆架1的整体刚度,使所述发声器件10的声学性能更优。
为了使所述发声器件10的散热效果更优,所述上夹板34包括固定于所述副磁钢33的主体部341和由所述主体部341的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢33的方向弯折延伸的翻边342,所述翻边342至少部分外露于所述盆架1的外侧面,该结构将所述发生器件10工作时产生的热量通过所述翻边342向外界散出,使所述发声器件工作时的温度能保持在一个较低的水平。
具体的,所述主体部341呈环状结构;所述翻边342包括至少两个由所述主体部341的相对两侧向远离所述副磁钢33方向弯折延伸形成。
在本实施方式中,所述主体部341呈矩形,其包括沿平行于所述盆架1长轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第一主体部3411及沿平行于所述盆架1短轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第二主体部3412,两个所述翻边342分别由两个第一主体部3411的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢33方向弯折延伸,且固定于所述盆架1的长轴相对两侧。作为一种可选方式,两个所述翻边342也可以由两个第二主体部3412的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢33方向弯折延伸,且固定于所述盆架1的短轴的相对两侧。
在本实施方式中,所述第一主体部3411和所述第二主体部3412均盖设于所述副磁钢33,用于导磁;另一方面,可以将发声器件10产生的热量通过所述第一主体部3411和所述第二主体部3412传递至所述翻边342,再通过所述翻边向外界散出。
更优的,所述翻边342与所述固定部213正对设置,所述翻边342起到支撑所述振膜21的效果,增加了所述振膜21的耐压性,提高了所述使发声器件10的声学性能。

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、固定于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统;所述磁路系统包括固定于所述盆架的下夹板、固定设置于所述下夹板的主磁钢、设置在所述主磁钢的周侧且与所述主磁钢间隔形成磁间隙的副磁钢以及位于所述副磁钢远离所述下夹板一侧的上夹板,其特征在于,所述上夹板包括固定于所述副磁钢的主体部和由所述主体部的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述翻边至少部分外露于所述盆架的外侧面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述主体部呈环状结构;所述翻边包括至少两个由所述主体部的相对两侧向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸形成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述主体部呈矩形,其包括沿平行于所述盆架长轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第一主体部及沿平行于所述盆架短轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第二主体部,两个所述翻边分别由两个第一主体部的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸,且固定于所述盆架的长轴相对两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述主体部呈矩形,其包括沿平行于所述盆架长轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第一主体部及沿平行于所述盆架短轴方向间隔相对设置的两个第二主体部,两个所述翻边由两个第二主体部的外侧边缘向远离所述副磁钢方向弯折延伸,且固定于所述盆架的短轴相对两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一主体部和所述第二主体部均盖设于所述副磁钢。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈;所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的边缘向外弯折延伸的折环部以及由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述盆架的固定部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述翻边与所述固定部正对设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括弹性导电片和贴合于所述弹性导电片的辅助振膜,所述弹性导电片与所述音圈电连接并将所述音圈支撑于所述盆架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性导电片固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述上夹板和所述盆架为一体注塑成型。
