进一步的,所述前盖4包括与所述振膜21相对间隔设置的前盖本体42以及由所述前盖本体42的周缘向所述振膜21方向弯折延伸并压设于所述固定部213远离所述盆架1一侧的弯折部43。
需要说明的是,所述发声孔41的位置设置可以实现不同的方向发声结构,比如所述发声孔贯穿所述前盖本体部42设置形成正面发声结构。当然,不限于此,所述发声孔41也可以贯穿所述弯折部43设置形成侧面发声结构,便于正面发声被挡的情况下使用,使用灵活性更高。
请参阅图4所示,图4为图3的另一种实施例的剖示图。在另一种实施例中提供一种发声器件,该实施方式与图3所示的实施方式区别在于,骨架结构不同。
所述骨架包括贴设固定于所述振动部211a靠近所述磁路系统3a一侧的本体部231a和由所述本体部231a的周缘向远离所述振膜21a方向弯折延伸的延伸部232a。所述本体部231a沿所述振膜21a的振动方向向所述振膜21a的正投影部分落入所述折环部212a范围内。该结构使得所述音圈22a的外径可以做大并超过所述振动部211a的内径,使得所述音圈22a的内侧可以设置更大的磁路,也就是说所述音圈22a的内侧可以设置尺寸更大的主磁钢33a,所述磁路系统3a的磁路可最大化,从而使得所述磁路系统3a的磁力线更强且驱动力更强,从而使得发声器件的声学性能优。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件中,所述骨架包括贴设固定于所述振动部靠近所述磁路系统一侧的本体部和由所述本体部的周缘向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述本体部呈平板状用以充当球顶结构,所述延伸部与所述音圈连接并将所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内。该结构的设置,使得该发声器件无需额外再设置一个的球顶来加强所述振膜的振动效果,而是直接将所述骨架的所述本体部用以充当球顶结构,节省了发声器件的内部空间,并且省略了相关技术中球顶分别与振膜和骨架连接的装配工序,进而提高了发声器件的装配效率,并降低了生产成本。另一方面,通过呈平板状的本体部充当球顶结构,增加了本体部与振动部的接触面积,进一步强加了所述振膜的固定效果,改善了所述发声器件的声学性能。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括振动系统和具有磁间隙且驱动所述振动系统振动的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜、插设于所述磁间隙内以驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈以及连接所述振膜和所述音圈的骨架,所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部以及由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧弯折延伸的固定部;其特征在于,所述骨架包括贴设固定于所述振动部靠近所述磁路系统一侧的本体部和由所述本体部的周缘向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的延伸部,所述本体部呈平板状用以充当球顶结构,所述延伸部与所述音圈连接并将所述音圈悬置于所述磁间隙内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述延伸部包括由所述本体部的周缘向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸并抵接于所述音圈靠近所述振膜一侧的第一延伸部和由所述第一延伸部的相对两侧沿所述音圈的外周侧向远离所述振膜方向弯折延伸的第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部贴合于所述音圈的外周侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述本体部沿所述振膜的振动方向向所述振膜的正投影部分落入所述折环部范围内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述本体部呈矩形,所述第二延伸部由所述第一延伸部的短轴相对两侧延伸形成。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件包括盆架,所述固定部固定于所述盆架,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述盆架靠近所述振膜一侧的前盖,所述前盖与所述振膜共同围成发声前腔,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的发声孔,所述发声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述前盖包括与所述振膜相对间隔设置的前盖本体以及由所述前盖本体的周缘向所述振膜方向弯折延伸并压设于所述固定部远离所述盆架一侧的弯折部,所述发声孔贯穿所述前盖本体设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括与所述振膜相对间隔设置且固定于所述盆架的弹性件,所述弹性件包括固定所述盆架远离所述振膜一侧的第一段、与所述音圈连接的第二段以及连接所述第一段和所述第二段的弹臂。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括两个且分别与两个所述第二延伸部正对且间隔设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁轭、由所述磁轭的周缘弯折延伸并固定于所述盆架的翻边、固定于所述磁轭的磁钢以及叠设于所述磁钢上的极芯,所述磁钢与所述翻边间隔形成所述磁间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述极芯包括贴设于固定于所述磁钢上的主体部和由所述主体部远离所述磁钢的一侧的周缘凹陷形成的避让空间。
