优选的,所述盆架呈矩形,其包括两个相对设置的长轴边和两个相对设置的短轴边,所述缺口设置于所述长轴边,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路系统一侧的骨架以及辅助振膜组件,所述辅助振膜组件包括两个,两个所述辅助振膜组件分别位于所述盆架的相对两侧;所述音圈通过所述骨架固定于所述振膜;每一所述辅助振膜组件的一端固定于所述短轴边远离所述振膜一侧,其另一端与所述骨架连接。
优选的,所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的呈环状的骨架本体、由所述骨架本体的外周缘向所述辅助振膜组件方向延伸的第一骨架固定部以及由所述骨架本体的内周缘向所述音圈方向延伸的第二骨架固定部,所述辅助振膜组件连接于所述第一骨架固定部远离所述骨架本体的一端,所述音圈连接至所述第二骨架固定部。
优选的,所述第二骨架固定部包括至少两个,相邻所述第二骨架固定部间隔设置形成泄露通道。
优选的,每一所述辅助振膜组件包括固定于所述短轴边的弹性导电件以及贴设于所述弹性导电件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜。
优选的,所述弹性导电件靠近所述音圈的一侧设有沿所述音圈外周缘延伸的连接部,所述连接部与所述音圈的引线连接。

与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件,所述磁碗包括磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁的周缘向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的呈环状的磁碗侧壁以及由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述磁钢组件固定于所述磁碗底壁并与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙;所述翻边包括由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的第一段以及自所述第一段远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端向靠近所述盆架方向延伸的第二段,所述第一段靠近所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜的间距小于所述第二段靠近所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜的间距;所述第一段靠近所述第二段的一侧与所述第二段围成固定台阶,所述第二段固定于所述盆架;采用此种结构,磁碗保持一周环绕音圈,无需让位,性能最优化;利用所述第二段实现与所述盆架的固定,固定面积大,可靠性好;同时所述第二段与所述盆架的固定实现了所述磁路系统的高度定位,使得所述磁路系统与所述盆架组装定位准确;即设置固定台阶与所述盆架固定,不易于发生所述盆架与所述磁碗移动,有效保证了所述盆架与所述磁碗的固定的稳定度;节省了磁路系统的内部空间,同时还保证预留了充足振动系统的振动空间;避免了结构干涉,从而提高了所述发声器件的可靠性。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参考图1-5所示,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括盆架1、分别固定于所述盆架1且用于振动发声的振动系统2和驱动所述振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3,振动系统2包括用于振动发声的振膜21,所述磁路系统3具有磁间隙30。
本实施例中,所述盆架1由金属材料制成,所述盆架1包括用于支撑固定所述振膜21的盆架本体11以及由所述盆架本体11靠近所述磁路系统3的相对两侧向靠近所述振膜21方向凹陷形成的缺口12。所述盆架1呈矩形,其包括两个相对设置的长轴边1b和两个相对设置的短轴边1a,所述缺口12设置为两个且分别对应设置于两个所述长轴边1b之上。
具体的,所述盆架本体11包括形成所述缺口12的呈环状的的第一侧壁111、由所述第一侧壁111设置所述缺口12的位置向靠近所述磁碗31方向弯折延伸第二底壁112和由所述第一侧壁111内侧向靠近所述磁碗31方向弯折延伸的第三底壁113、自所述第二底壁112的相对两端分别向所述第三底壁113延伸并连接至所述第三底壁113的第四倾斜壁114;所述第二底壁112与相邻的两个所述第四倾斜壁114围成所述缺口12。
具体的,所述振动系统2包括固定于所述盆架1远离所述磁路系统3一侧的振膜21、固定于所述振膜21靠近所述磁路系统3一侧的骨架22、插设于所述磁间隙30的音圈23、辅助振膜组件245。
所述骨架22包括固定于所述振膜21的呈环状的骨架本体221、由所述骨架本体221的外周缘向所述辅助振膜组件245方向延伸的第一骨架固定部222以及由所述骨架本体221的内周缘向所述音圈23方向延伸的第二骨架固定部223,所述辅助振膜组件245连接于所述第一骨架固定部222远离所述骨架本体221的一端,所述音圈23连接至所述第二骨架固定部223。该结构使得所述音圈23通过所述骨架22驱动所述振膜21振动发声,并同时连接所述辅助振膜组件245使得振动的平衡性和可行性高。
所述第二骨架固定部223包括至少两个,相邻所述第二骨架固定部223间隔设置形成泄露通道2230。所述泄露通道2230的结构有利于平衡所述音圈23内外气压,从而使得所述音圈23驱动所述振膜21振动发声的效果好,从而所述发声器件100的声学效果好。
所述辅助振膜组件245包括两个,两个所述辅助振膜组件245分别位于所述盆架1的相对两侧。每一所述辅助振膜组件245的一端固定于所述短轴边1a远离所述振膜21一侧,其另一端与所述骨架22连接。
所述辅助振膜组件245包括固定于所述盆架1的短轴边1a远离所述振膜21一侧的弹性导电件24以及贴设于所述弹性导电件24远离所述振膜21一侧的辅助振膜25。所述弹性导电件24靠近所述音圈23的一侧设有沿所述音圈23外周缘延伸的连接部240,所述连接部240与所述音圈23的引线连接,即采用此种结构,空间利用率高。
所述磁路系统3包括磁碗31、收容固定于所述磁碗31内并与所述磁碗31间隔形成磁间隙30的磁钢组件32;所述磁碗31包括磁碗底壁311、由所述磁碗底壁311的周缘向靠近所述振膜21方向弯折延伸的呈环状的磁碗侧壁312以及由所述磁碗侧壁312靠近所述振膜21的一端向靠近所述盆架1方向弯折延伸的翻边313,所述磁钢组件32固定于所述磁碗底壁311并与所述磁碗侧壁312间隔形成所述磁间隙30,所述翻边313远离所述磁碗侧壁312的一端固定于所述盆架1。
具体的,所述翻边313包括由所述磁碗侧壁312靠近所述振膜21的一端向靠近所述盆架1方向弯折延伸的第一段3131以及自所述第一段3131远离所述磁碗侧壁312的一端向靠近所述盆架1方向延伸的第二段3132,所述第一段3131靠近所述振膜21的一侧与所述振膜21的间距小于所述第二段3132靠近所述振膜21的一侧与所述振膜21的间距;所述第一段3131靠近所述第二段3132的一侧与所述第二段3132围成固定台阶3130,所述第二段3132固定于所述盆架1。
采用此种结构,磁碗31保持一周环绕音圈23,无需让位,性能最优化;利用所述第二段3132实现与所述盆架1的固定,固定面积大,可靠性好;同时所述第二段3132与所述盆架1的固定实现了所述磁路系统3的高度定位,使得所述磁路系统3与所述盆架1组装定位准确;即设置固定台阶3130与所述盆架1固定,不易于发生所述盆架1与所述磁碗31移动,有效保证了所述盆架1与所述磁碗31的固定的稳定度;节省了磁路系统3的内部空间,同时还保证预留了充足振动系统2的振动空间;避免了结构干涉,从而提高了所述发声器件100的可靠性。
优选的,所述第一段3131与所述第二段3132均沿垂直于所述振膜21的振动方向延伸形成;所述第二段3132靠近所述盆架1的一侧与所述盆架1的接触部分通过激光点焊固定,可靠性更好,更加稳定,同时第二段3132与盆架1焊接厚度大,不易击穿,防止激光损伤振膜21等结构;同时盆架1与振膜21的间距大,其振动空间更大。
即所述翻边313包括两个,所述第二段3132包括两个;所述缺口12与所述第二段3132一一对应,所述第二段3132收容于所述缺口12并固定于所述缺口12;即所述第二段3132固定于所述第二底壁112,使得整个发声器件100沿振膜21的振动方向上的高度减小。即通过此设置,使得发声器件100的结构布局更加合理,例如所述第二段3132收容于缺口12,所述弹性导电件24固定于盆架1的短轴边1a,空间利用率更高。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件,所述磁碗包括磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁的周缘向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的呈环状的磁碗侧壁以及由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述磁钢组件固定于所述磁碗底壁并与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙;所述翻边包括由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的第一段以及自所述第一段远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端向靠近所述盆架方向延伸的第二段,所述第一段靠近所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜的间距小于所述第二段靠近所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜的间距;所述第一段靠近所述第二段的一侧与所述第二段围成固定台阶,所述第二段固定于所述盆架;采用此种结构,磁碗保持一周环绕音圈,无需让位,性能最优化;利用所述第二段实现与所述盆架的固定,固定面积大,可靠性好;同时所述第二段与所述盆架的固定实现了所述磁路系统的高度定位,使得所述磁路系统与所述盆架组装定位准确;即设置固定台阶与所述盆架固定,不易于发生所述盆架与所述磁碗移动,有效保证了所述盆架与所述磁碗的固定的稳定度;节省了磁路系统的内部空间,同时还保证预留了充足振动系统的振动空间;避免了结构干涉,从而提高了所述发声器件的可靠性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动的音圈,所述磁路系统包括磁碗和收容固定于所述磁碗内并与所述磁碗间隔形成磁间隙的磁钢组件,所述音圈插设于所述磁间隙内,其特征在于,
    所述磁碗包括磁碗底壁、由所述磁碗底壁的周缘向靠近所述振膜方向弯折延伸的呈环状的磁碗侧壁以及由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的翻边,所述磁钢组件固定于所述磁碗底壁并与所述磁碗侧壁间隔形成所述磁间隙;
    所述翻边包括由所述磁碗侧壁靠近所述振膜的一端向靠近所述盆架方向弯折延伸的第一段以及自所述第一段远离所述磁碗侧壁的一端向靠近所述盆架方向延伸的第二段,所述第一段靠近所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜的间距小于所述第二段靠近所述振膜的一侧与所述振膜的间距;所述第一段靠近所述第二段的一侧与所述第二段围成固定台阶,所述第二段固定于所述盆架。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架由金属材料制成,所述第二段靠近所述盆架的一侧与所述盆架的接触部分通过激光点焊固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第一段与所述第二段均沿垂直于所述振膜的振动方向延伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述翻边由所述磁碗侧壁的相对两侧弯折延伸形成。
  5. 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架包括用于支撑固定所述振膜的盆架本体以及由所述盆架本体靠近所述磁路系统的相对两侧向靠近所述振膜方向凹陷形成的缺口,所述缺口与所述第二段一一对应,所述第二段收容于所述缺口并固定于所述缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述盆架呈矩形,其包括两个相对设置的长轴边和两个相对设置的短轴边,所述缺口设置于所述长轴边,所述振动系统还包括固定于所述振膜靠近所述磁路系统一侧的骨架以及辅助振膜组件,所述辅助振膜组件包括两个,两个所述辅助振膜组件分别位于所述盆架的相对两侧;所述音圈通过所述骨架固定于所述振膜;每一所述辅助振膜组件的一端固定于所述短轴边远离所述振膜一侧,其另一端与所述骨架连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述骨架包括固定于所述振膜的呈环状的骨架本体、由所述骨架本体的外周缘向所述辅助振膜组件方向延伸的第一骨架固定部以及由所述骨架本体的内周缘向所述音圈方向延伸的第二骨架固定部,所述辅助振膜组件连接于所述第一骨架固定部远离所述骨架本体的一端,所述音圈连接至所述第二骨架固定部。
  8. 根据权利要求7中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述第二骨架固定部包括至少两个,相邻所述第二骨架固定部间隔设置形成泄露通道。
  9. 根据权利要求6中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,每一所述辅助振膜组件包括固定于所述短轴边的弹性导电件以及贴设于所述弹性导电件远离所述振膜一侧的辅助振膜。
  10. 根据权利要求9中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述弹性导电件靠近所述音圈的一侧设有沿所述音圈外周缘延伸的连接部,所述连接部与所述音圈的引线连接。
