优选的,所述第一骨架包括固持所述第一振膜的第一框形主体部、以及从所述第一框形主体部延伸的用于连接所述音圈的第一支架部,
所述第二骨架包括固持所述第二振膜的第二框形主体部、以及从所述第二框形主体部延伸的用于连接所述音圈的第二支架部,
所述第三骨架包括固持所述第一振膜的第三框形主体部,所述隔膜的内周侧夹设于所述第三框形主体部和所述第二框形主体部之间。
优选的,所述隔膜与所述第二框形主体部之间夹设环形垫边,所述第三骨架还包括若干个从所述第三框形主体部朝向所述第二骨架方向延伸的第三支架部,所述第三支架部的外侧壁与所述垫边的内侧壁抵接。
优选的,所述振动系统还包括夹设于所述第二振膜和所述第二骨架之间的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板与所述音圈电连接。
优选的,所述第一振膜包括与所述第一骨架和所述第三骨架连接的第一上音膜、间隔套设于所述第一上音膜外且夹设于所述上盖和所述盆架之间的第二上音膜、以及连接所述第一上音膜和所述第二上音膜的第一球顶,所述第一上音膜和所述第二上音膜包括朝向所述上盖方向凸起的折环部。
优选的,所述第二振膜包括夹设于所述下盖和所述盆架之间的下音膜、以及连接所述下音膜和所述第二骨架的第二球顶,所述下音膜包括朝向所述下盖方向凹陷的折环部。
优选的,所述第一出声口和所述第二出声口位于所述扬声器的同侧。
优选的,所述磁路系统还包括沿所述音圈短轴边方向间隔设置的上夹板和下夹板,所述第一磁体组件和所述第二磁体组件设于所述上夹板和所述下夹板之间,所述下夹板固定于所述下盖上,所述上夹板夹设于所述上盖与所述第一磁体组件、以及所述上盖与所述第二磁体组件之间。
优选的,所述第一磁体组件包括沿所述音圈短轴边方向间隔设置的三块第一磁钢和分别设置于相邻所述第一磁钢之间的极芯,或者分别设置于相邻所述第一磁钢之间的第二磁钢。

本申请的有益效果在于:本申请提供的扬声器,包括具有收容腔的壳体、以及收容于所述收容腔内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括音圈,所述音圈竖置于间隔设置的两个磁体组件之间,相比较于现有技术中音圈横放围绕在主磁钢周围,降低了磁路宽度,减小了音圈宽度,可提升磁路电磁转换因子BL和产品SPL,尤其超大振幅(Xmax>1.0mm)振动系统中的优势更加明显。此外,所述振动系统还包括沿所述音圈短轴边方向间隔设置的第一振膜和第二振膜、设置于所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜之间用于将所述音圈与所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜连接的骨架组件、以及间隔设置于所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜之间的隔膜,所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜均固持于所述壳体上,所述隔膜的外周侧与所述壳体连接,内周侧与所述骨架组件连接,所述第一振膜与所述壳体围合形成第一振膜前腔,所述隔膜与所述壳体、所述第二振膜及所述骨架组件围合形成第二振膜前腔,所述第一振膜前腔通过所述壳体上的第一出声口与外界连通,所述第二振膜前腔通过所述壳体上的第二出声口与外界连通。通过在扬声器侧面设置第一出声口和第二出声口,可以节省扬声器Z向(即扬声器厚度方向)的空气导流结构,同时减少单体气流在空气导向结构中的损耗,提升产品音质性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本申请作进一步说明。
请参阅图1-6所示,本申请实施例提供了一种扬声器100,包括具有收容腔的壳体1、以及收容于所述收容腔内的振动系统2和用于驱动所述振动系统2振动的磁路系统3。
具体的,所述振动系统2包括音圈21,由所述音圈21的长轴边和短轴边构成的第一平面(即图6中所示的YZ平面)与所述振动系统2振动方向(即图5-6中所示的Z方向)平行。所述磁路系统3包括沿垂直于所述第一平面方向间隔设置的第一磁体组件31和第二磁体组件32,所述音圈21设置于所述第一磁体组件31和所述第二磁体组件32之间。本申请通过上述方式将音圈21竖置于间隔设置的第一磁体组件31和第二磁体组件32之间,相比较于现有技术中音圈横放围绕在主磁钢周围,降低了磁路宽度,减小了音圈宽度,可提升磁路电磁转换因子BL和产品SPL,尤其超大振幅(Xmax>1.0mm)振动系统中的优势更加明显。
具体的,所述振动系统2还包括沿所述音圈21短轴边方向间隔设置的第一振膜22和第二振膜24、设置于所述第一振膜22和所述第二振膜24之间用于将所述音圈21与所述第一振膜22和所述第二振膜24连接的骨架组件23、以及间隔设置于所述第一振膜22和所述第二振膜24之间的隔膜25。所述第一振膜22和所述第二振膜24均固持于所述壳体1上,所述骨架组件23和所述隔膜25均环绕所述磁路系统3设置。所述隔膜25呈环状,所述隔膜25的外周侧与所述壳体1连接,内周侧与所述骨架组件23连接。
进一步的,所述第一振膜22与所述壳体1围合形成第一振膜前腔,所述隔膜25与所述壳体1、所述第二振膜24及所述骨架组件23围合形成第二振膜前腔。所述壳体1上设有第一出声口14和第二出声口15,,所述第一振膜前腔通过所述第一出声口14与外界连通,所述第二振膜前腔通过所述第二出声口15与外界连通。所述壳体1的收容腔内除所述第一振膜前腔和所述第二振膜前腔外,其余空间均为扬声器100的后腔。通过设置所述隔膜25将所述第二振膜前腔与后腔隔离开,避免了扬声器100发生声短路。
本申请通过在振动系统2中设置由所述第一振膜22和所述第二振膜24共同构成的双振膜振动发声结构,有效提高了振动系统2的振膜有效振动面积(SD),提高了扬声器100的发声响度,从而使得扬声器100的声学性能优。同时,通过在扬声器100的侧面设置将所述第一振膜前腔与外界连通的第一出声口14和将所述第二振膜前腔与外界连通的第二出声口15,可以节省扬声器Z向(即扬声器厚度方向)的空气导流结构,同时减少单体气流在空气导向结构中的损耗,提升产品音质性能。
可选的,所述第一出声口14和所述第二出声口15位于所述扬声器100的同侧。
具体的,所述壳体1包括上盖11、下盖13、位于所述上盖11和所述下盖13之间的盆架12,所述上盖11、所述盆架12和所述下盖13围设形成所述收容腔。所述第一振膜22夹设于所述上盖11和所述盆架12之间,所述第二振膜24夹设于所述盆架12和所述下盖13之间,所述隔膜25的外周侧与所述盆架12连接。所述第一出声口14设于所述上盖11上,所述第一振膜前腔由所述第一振膜22和所述上盖11围合形成,所述第二出声口15设于所述盆架12上,所述第二振膜前腔由所述隔膜25与所述盆架12、所述第二振膜24及所述骨架组件23围合形成。
具体的,所述骨架组件23包括连接所述第一振膜22和所述音圈21的第一骨架231、连接所述第二振膜24和所述音圈21的第二骨架232、以及套设于所述第一骨架231外且夹设于所述第一振膜22和所述第二骨架232之间的第三骨架233,所述隔膜25的内周侧夹设于所述第二骨架232和所述第三骨架233之间。所述音圈21通过所述第一骨架231和所述第二骨架232的支撑作用悬置于所述第一磁体组件31和所述第二磁体组件32之间。
进一步的,所述第一骨架231包括固持所述第一振膜22的第一框形主体部2311、以及从所述第一框形主体部2311延伸的用于连接所述音圈21的第一支架部2312。所述第二骨架232包括固持所述第二振膜24的第二框形主体部2321、以及从所述第二框形主体部2321延伸的用于连接所述音圈21的第二支架部2322。所述第三骨架233包括固持所述第一振膜22的第三框形主体部2331,所述隔膜25的内周侧夹设于所述第三框形主体部2331和所述第二框形主体部2321之间。
优选的,所述隔膜25与所述第二框形主体部2321之间夹设环形垫边234,所述垫边234为框形结合体,可以加强第二框形主体部2321和第三框形主体部2331粘接处,使得粘接处更牢固。
可选的,所述第三骨架233还包括若干个从所述第三框形主体部2331朝向所述第二骨架232方向延伸的第三支架部2332,所述第三支架部2332的外侧壁与所述垫边234的内侧壁抵接。
可选的,所述第三框形主体部2331上还设置有多个开孔2333,通过设置开孔2333可以连通所述收容腔中的后腔。
请参阅图3,5,6所示,在本实施例中,所述第一框形主体部2311包括由一基体弯折形成的第一弯折部2311a和第二弯折部2311b,所述第一弯折部2311a用于固持所述第一振膜22,所述第二弯折部2311b围成中空内腔。所述第一骨架231包括两个从所述第二弯折部2311b延伸的所述第一支架部2312,两个所述第一支架部2312沿所述音圈21长轴边方向(如图6中所示的Y方向)间隔设置,所述音圈21的靠近所述上盖11侧与两个所述第一支架部2312连接。
继续请参阅图3,5,6所示,在本实施例中,所述第二框形主体部2321包括由一基体连续弯折形成的第三弯折部2321a、第四弯折部2321b和第五弯折部2321c。所述垫边234夹设于所述第三弯折部2321a和所述隔膜25的内周侧之间。所述第四弯折部2321b围成中空内腔,所述第五弯折部2321c用于固持所述第二振膜24。所述第二骨架232包括两个从所述第五弯折部2321c延伸的所述第二支架部2322,两个所述第二支架部2322沿所述音圈21长轴边方向间隔设置,所述音圈21的远离所述上盖11侧与两个所述第二支架部2322连接。所述音圈21通过两个所述第一支架部2312和两个所述第二支架部2322的支撑作用悬置于所述第一磁体组件31和所述第二磁体组件32之间。
可选的,两个所述第二支架部2322与所述第五弯折部2321c位于同一平面。
可选的,所述第三支架部2332也可以与所述第二框形主体部2321抵接,例如激光点焊在一起,以增加扬声器100的振动稳定性。
继续请参阅图3,5,6所示,在本实施例中,所述第三框形主体部2331包括由一基体连续弯折形成的第六弯折部2331a、第七弯折部2331b和第八弯折部2331c。所述第六弯折部2331a用于固持所述第一振膜22。所述第七弯折部2331b围成中空内腔,多个所述开孔2333设于所述第七弯折部2331b上,所述第一骨架231收容于所述中空内腔内。所述隔膜25的内周侧夹设于所述第八弯折部2331c和所述垫边234之间。所述第三骨架233包括4个自所述第八弯折部2331c朝向所述第二骨架232方向延伸的第三支架部2332。
具体的,所述振动系统2还包括夹设于所述第二振膜24和所述第二骨架232之间的柔性电路板26,所述柔性电路板26与所述音圈21电连接。
可选的,所述第一振膜22可以是一个完整的音膜,也可以为音膜与球顶配合。在本实施例中,所述第一振膜22包括与所述第一骨架231和所述第三骨架233连接的第一上音膜221、间隔套设于所述第一上音膜221外且夹设于所述上盖11和所述盆架12之间的第二上音膜222、以及连接所述第一上音膜221和所述第二上音膜222的第一球顶223。所述第一上音膜221套设于所述磁路系统3外,所述第一上音膜221和所述第二上音膜222均包括朝向所述上盖11方向凸起的折环部a。
可选的,所述第二振膜24可以是一个完整的音膜,也可以为音膜与球顶配合。在本实施例中,所述第一振膜24包括夹设于所述下盖13和所述盆架12之间的下音膜241、以及连接所述下音膜241和所述第二骨架232的第二球顶242,所述第二球顶242环绕所述磁路系统3设置,所述下音膜241包括朝向所述下盖13方向凹陷的折环部b。
具体的,所述磁路系统3还包括沿所述音圈21短轴边方向(如图5-6中所示的Z方向)间隔设置的上夹板33和下夹板34,所述第一磁体组件31和所述第二磁体组件32设于所述上夹板33和所述下夹板34之间。所述下夹板34固定于所述下盖13上,所述上夹板33夹设于所述上盖11与所述第一磁体组件31、以及所述上盖11与所述第二磁体组件32之间。通过将磁体组件31和32设于所述上夹板33和所述下夹板34之间,以对两个磁体组件31和32进行固定,可以有效地在产品跌落时保护磁路系统结构,提升产品的抗跌性。
具体的,所述盆架12包括框体121以及自框体121中央朝向磁路系统3延伸的延伸部122;所述上盖11包括盖板111、自所述盖板111边缘朝向所述框体121方向延伸的第一外壁112;所述下盖13包括与所述盖板111相对设置的底壁131、自所述底壁131边缘朝向所述框体121方向延伸的第二外壁132;其中,所述盖板111、所述第一外壁112、所述框体121、所述第二外壁132以及所述底壁131围设形成壳体1的收容腔,所述第一出声口14设于所述第一外壁112上,所述第二出声口15设于所述框体121上。
可选的,在本实施例中,所述盖板111嵌设于所述第一外壁112上,所述盖板111中央设有凹陷部113,所述上夹板33固定于所述凹陷部113上,所述下夹板34固定于所述底壁131上。
可选的,在本实施例中,所述隔膜25的外周侧与延伸部122连接,所述隔膜25还包括朝向所述第一振膜22方向凸出的中间部c。
可选的,所述第一磁体组件31包括沿所述音圈21短轴边方向间隔设置的三块第一磁钢311和分别设置于相邻所述第一磁钢311之间的极芯312,或者分别设置于相邻所述第一磁钢311之间的第二磁钢312。需要说明的是,在其他一些实施例中,所述第一磁体组件31由三块具有导磁功能的元件组成,在其他另一些实施例中,所述第一磁体组件31仅由一块具有导磁功能的元件组成。可以理解的是,以上都属于本申请的保护范围。
可选的,在本实施例中,所述第二磁体组件32的结构与所述第一磁体组件31的结构相同。
可选的,所述盆架12的底部四个顶角上分别设有固定柱123,所述柔性电路板26的对应位置上分别设有第一通孔261,所述下盖13的对应位置上分别设有第二通孔133,所述固定柱123依次穿过所述第一通孔261和所述第二通孔133后,将所述盆架12与所述下盖13进行固定。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种扬声器,其特征在于,包括具有收容腔的壳体、以及收容于所述收容腔内的振动系统和用于驱动所述振动系统振动的磁路系统,
所述振动系统包括音圈、沿所述音圈短轴边方向间隔设置的第一振膜和第二振膜、以及设置于所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜之间用于将所述音圈与所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜连接的骨架组件,所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜固持于所述壳体上,所述骨架组件环绕所述磁路系统设置,由所述音圈的长轴边和短轴边构成的第一平面与所述振动系统振动方向平行,所述磁路系统包括沿垂直于所述第一平面方向间隔设置的第一磁体组件和第二磁体组件,所述音圈设于所述第一磁体组件和所述第二磁体组件之间,
所述振动系统还包括间隔设置于所述第一振膜和所述第二振膜之间的隔膜,所述隔膜呈环状且环绕所述磁路系统设置,所述隔膜的外周侧与所述壳体连接,内周侧与所述骨架组件连接,
所述第一振膜与所述壳体围合形成第一振膜前腔,所述隔膜与所述壳体、所述第二振膜及所述骨架组件围合形成第二振膜前腔,所述壳体上设有第一出声口和第二出声口,所述第一振膜前腔通过所述第一出声口与外界连通,所述第二振膜前腔通过所述第二出声口与外界连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括上盖、下盖、以及位于所述上盖和所述下盖之间的盆架,所述第一振膜夹设于所述上盖和所述盆架之间,所述第二振膜夹设于所述盆架和所述下盖之间,所述隔膜的外周侧与所述盆架连接,
所述第一出声口设于所述上盖上,所述第一振膜前腔由所述第一振膜和所述上盖围合形成,所述第二出声口设于所述盆架上,所述第二振膜前腔由所述隔膜与所述盆架、所述第二振膜及所述骨架组件围合形成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述骨架组件包括连接所述第一振膜和所述音圈的第一骨架、连接所述第二振膜和所述音圈的第二骨架、以及套设于所述第一骨架外且夹设于所述第一振膜和所述第二骨架之间的第三骨架,所述隔膜的内周侧夹设于所述第二骨架和所述第三骨架之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一骨架包括固持所述第一振膜的第一框形主体部、以及从所述第一框形主体部延伸的用于连接所述音圈的第一支架部,
所述第二骨架包括固持所述第二振膜的第二框形主体部、以及从所述第二框形主体部延伸的用于连接所述音圈的第二支架部,
所述第三骨架包括固持所述第一振膜的第三框形主体部,所述隔膜的内周侧夹设于所述第三框形主体部和所述第二框形主体部之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述隔膜与所述第二框形主体部之间夹设环形垫边,所述第三骨架还包括若干个从所述第三框形主体部朝向所述第二骨架方向延伸的第三支架部,所述第三支架部的外侧壁与所述垫边的内侧壁抵接。
6.根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括夹设于所述第二振膜和所述第二骨架之间的柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板与所述音圈电连接。
7.根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括与所述第一骨架和所述第三骨架连接的第一上音膜、间隔套设于所述第一上音膜外且夹设于所述上盖和所述盆架之间的第二上音膜、以及连接所述第一上音膜和所述第二上音膜的第一球顶,所述第一上音膜和所述第二上音膜包括朝向远离所述骨架组件方向凸起的折环部。
8.根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二振膜包括夹设于所述下盖和所述盆架之间的下音膜、以及连接所述下音膜和所述第二骨架的第二球顶,所述下音膜包括朝向远离所述骨架组件方向凹陷的折环部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一出声口和所述第二出声口位于所述扬声器的同侧。
10.根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括沿所述音圈短轴边方向间隔设置的上夹板和下夹板,所述第一磁体组件和所述第二磁体组件设于所述上夹板和所述下夹板之间,所述下夹板固定于所述下盖上,所述上夹板夹设于所述上盖与所述第一磁体组件、以及所述上盖与所述第二磁体组件之间。
11.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一磁体组件包括沿所述音圈短轴边方向间隔设置的三块第一磁钢和分别设置于相邻所述第一磁钢之间的极芯,或者分别设置于相邻所述第一磁钢之间的第二磁钢。
