Description

一种椰棕高速梳理机 技术领域
本发明涉及无纺设备领域,具体涉及一种椰棕高速梳理机。
背景技术
椰棕高速梳理机主要是将杂乱无序的椰棕纤维进行梳理定型的核心设备,其主要工作原理通过马达高速驱动的若干梳理罗拉对传送带向中心滚轮输送的椰棕丝进行快速梳理。在梳理结构上,主要依赖若干具有梳理齿的罗拉对椰棕进行梳理定型,梳理效果有限,经常需要二次梳理定型,工作效率慢。
其次,由于现有椰棕高速梳理机的中心滚轮与梳理罗拉之间的间距是固定安装的,而在实际使用时,椰棕的进料有时会是进料不均匀的,因此椰棕在梳理过程中,中心滚轮与梳理罗拉存在椰棕卡滞风险,导致椰棕高速梳理机整体发生停机故障;即使没有出现停机故障,也可能导致其梳理定型得到的椰棕厚度会发生不均匀现象,影响椰棕梳理产品质量。
因此,本申请人基于在无纺设备的多年专注研究开发经验决定提出全新的椰棕高速梳理机来对上述技术问题进行改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种椰棕高速梳理机,通过特定的梳理结构设计,实现了对椰棕的快速梳理,明显提高了工作效率。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种椰棕高速梳理机,实现了中心滚轮与梳理罗拉的弹性浮动安装效果,有效可靠地避免了椰棕卡滞问题,提高了工作效率。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的椰棕高速梳理机,其特征在于,每个弹性浮动安装组件包括具有内侧台阶的安装盘,所述内侧台阶间隙安装在机壳的滑动槽内,所述梳理罗拉端部贯穿安装盘后与皮带轮组件驱 动安装连接;所述内侧台阶内部设有与滑动槽对应配合的浮动槽,所述浮动槽的上端口和下端口分别固定插装有位于梳理罗拉上方的上定位销和位于梳理罗拉下方的下定位销,同时在所述上定位销和下定位销外周分别套接上弹簧和下弹簧;所述安装盘的内侧台阶可根据梳理罗拉与中心滚轮之间的压力来实现在滑动槽内的浮动位移。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的椰棕高速梳理机,其特征在于,所述安装盘两侧设有与紧固件限位安装配合的滑槽,通过该紧固件将所述安装盘滑动安装在所述机壳上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的椰棕高速梳理机,其特征在于,所述上定位销的下段部和下定位销的上端部分别设有螺纹段,通过螺纹段分别锁紧安装在所述浮动槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的椰棕高速梳理机,其特征在于,所述上弹簧和下弹簧分别套接在所述上定位销的上段部和下定位销的下端部;其中,所述上定位销的上段部与其螺纹段之间形成上限位台阶,所述下定位销的下段部与其螺纹段之间形成下限位台阶。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的椰棕高速梳理机,其特征在于,所述梳理罗拉的数量为5个,分别间隔分布安装在所述中心滚轮外周。
