本发明的工作原理是:通过弹簧柱8、复位弹簧9、连接柱17、限位柱14、下模板13、上模板20、安装板22、下压柱25、连接孔19、连接槽18之间的配合设置,使工作人员在使用本装置时,工作人员将需要挤压得塑料放置在下模板13上表面的下模具槽15内,启动设备,使下压柱25向下开始运作,为了避免上模板20与下模板13的位置出现偏差,在下模板13上表面的两侧均固定安装有连接座16,连接座16的上表面固定安装有连接柱17,使连接柱17对照着上模板20下表面开设的连接槽18,从而有效的防止上模板20与下模板13之间出现偏差,同时在连接柱17与连接柱17之间开设有连接孔19,连接孔19的内部插接有限位柱14,在下模板13下表面的两侧均固定安装有连接板12,连接板12的下表面固定安装有弹簧柱8,通过弹簧柱8的设置,使下模板13在受到上模板20带来的压力时,在弹簧柱8的反作用力下,会使下模板13与上模板20同时施力,从而保证塑料能够快速成型,进而增加工作人员的工作效率,而在弹簧柱8的外表面设置有复位弹簧9,通过复位弹簧9的设置,大大降低了弹簧柱8受到的压力,从而避免弹簧柱8在受力过程中损坏,同时使弹簧柱8与限位柱14配合,使弹簧柱8在下压或上升时,通过限位柱14来限制弹簧柱8上升或下压时的位置,从而有效的防止下模板13的位置发生偏移,并减少误差,进而方便工作人员进行使用,通过滑槽3、定位块2、安装板22、安装槽23之间的配合设置,使工作人员在使用本装置时,在本装置使用时,很可能因为底座6的下表面过于平滑,而导致工作人员在使用时,底座6无法固定,而影响工作人员的工作效率,因此在底座6的下表面开设有滑槽3,滑槽3的内部活动安装有定位块2,使底板1通过定位块2与底座6进行活动连接,而定位块2以#字型固定在底板1的上表面,再由固定螺杆5进行固定,从而方便工作人员使用,而在上模板20的上表面设置有安装板22,安装板22的中部开设有安装槽23,并在安装板22的两侧设置有第二固定螺栓24,从而方便工作人员对本装置进行拆卸与安装,进而使本装置的稳定性大大提升。

Claims (8)

  1. —种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,包括底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)的上表面固定连接有定位块(2),所述定位块(2)的上表面设置有底座(6),所述底座(6)的下表面开设有滑槽(3),所述定位块(2)通过滑槽(3)与底座(6)活动连接,所述底板(1)上表面的两侧均开设有安装孔(4),所述安装孔(4)的内部插接有固定螺杆(5),所述底座(6)上表面的两侧均固定安装有固定板(7),所述固定板(7)的上表面固定安装有弹簧柱(8),所述弹簧柱(8)的上表面固定安装有连接板(12),所述连接板(12)的下表面设置有复位弹簧(9),所述连接板(12)的一侧面开设有通孔,所述通孔的内部插接有限位柱(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述连接板(12)的上表面固定安装有下模板(13),所述下模板(13)的上表面开设有下模具槽(15),所述下模板(13)上表面的两侧均固定安装有连接座(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述限位柱(14)的下表面固定连接有固定座(10),所述固定座(10)上表面的两侧均开设有插孔,所述插孔的内部插接有第一固定螺栓(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述连接座(16)的数量为四个,且四个所述连接座(16)以矩形阵列的形式固定安装在下模板(13)的上表面,所述连接座(16)的上表面固定安装有连接柱(17)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述限位柱(14)一端的外表面活动安装有连接孔(19),所述连接孔(19)的外表面固定安装有上模板(20),所述上模板(20)的下表面开设有上模具槽(21)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述上模板(20)下表面的两侧均开设有连接槽(18),所述连接槽(18)的中部开设有通孔,所述下模板(13)通过连接槽(18)与连接柱(17)活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述上模板(20)的上表面设置有安装板(22),所述安装板(22)的中部开设有安装槽(13),所述安装槽(13)的内部插接有下压柱(25)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的—种用于电缆生产的塑料挤压模具,其特征在于:所述安装板(22)上表面的两侧均开设有插孔,所述插孔的内部插接有第二固定螺栓(24)。
