一种用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织技术领域,具体是一种用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置。
背景技术
纺织原意是取自纺纱与织布的总称,但是随着纺织知识体系和学科体系的不断发展和完善,特别是非织造纺织材料和三维复合编织等技术产生后,纺织不仅是传统的纺纱和织布,也包括无纺布技术,三维编织技术,静电纳米成网技术等。
目前市场上的纺织机器上面只有一条卷线筒,在使用的时候通过卷线筒的转动直接将线拉出,这样容易在线筒工作时使线相互缠绕,造成一定的不便和一定程度的浪费;与此同时,市场上的纺织机器线圈与整个装置都是固定连接的,不同规格的装置需要使用不同尺寸的线圈,这样在一定的程度上提高了生产成本。
因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置,包括底板和副转轴;所述底板的左右两侧对称固定安装有两根机架,所述副转轴的左右两端分别通过两根主转轴转动安装在机架上,副转轴上均匀设置有若干线圈固定位,每个线圈固定位包括有两段设置于副转轴表面的螺纹段,螺纹段上设置有限位机构,限位机构包括与螺纹段螺纹连接的螺套和固定安装在螺套外侧的限位板。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述机架上固定安装有驱动电机,驱动电机的输出端通过锥齿轮组与主转轴传动连接。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:两个机架之间固定连接有连接支架,连接支架上均匀设置有若干束线机构。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:束线机构包括开设在连接支架上滑槽和两个左右对称滑动安装在滑槽内部滑块,滑块的一侧通过连接弹簧固定连接,滑块的另一侧固定安装有卡块。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:卡块的中间位置开设有半圆形的束线孔。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述副转轴的左右两端对称固定安装有两根连接转轴,连接转轴通过连接机构与主转轴可拆卸连接,所述连接机构包括外壳和若干均匀设置于外壳周侧的固定螺丝,固定螺丝的一端固定安装有旋钮,固定螺丝的另一端螺纹连接安装在连接转轴上。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述连接转轴的外侧均匀开设有若干与固定螺丝相配合的固定螺孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型通过在转轴上均匀设置有若干线圈固定位,每个线圈固定位包括有两段设置于副转轴表面的螺纹段,螺纹段上设置有限位机构,限位机构包括与螺纹段螺纹连接的螺套和固定安装在螺套外侧的限位板,从而能够对不同宽度的线圈进行固定;
2、同时在连接支架上均匀设置有若干束线机构,束线机构包括开设在连接支架上滑槽和两个左右对称滑动安装在滑槽内部滑块,两个卡块相互靠拢时形成一个圆形的束线通孔,供线圈的纱线贯穿,从而将各根纱线分别穿出,避免线束缠绕。

为了防止线束缠绕,两个机架2之间固定连接有连接支架10,连接支架10上均匀设置有若干束线机构11,束线机构11包括开设在连接支架10上滑槽12和两个左右对称滑动安装在滑槽12内部滑块14,滑块14的一侧通过连接弹簧13固定连接,滑块14的另一侧固定安装有卡块15,卡块15的中间位置开设有半圆形的束线孔16,两个卡块15相互靠拢时形成一个圆形的束线通孔,供线圈的纱线贯穿,从而将各根纱线分别穿出,避免线束缠绕。

为了防止线束缠绕,两个机架2之间固定连接有连接支架10,连接支架 10上均匀设置有若干束线机构11,束线机构11包括开设在连接支架10上滑槽12和两个左右对称滑动安装在滑槽12内部滑块14,滑块14的一侧通过连接弹簧13固定连接,滑块14的另一侧固定安装有卡块15,卡块15的中间位置开设有半圆形的束线孔16,两个卡块15相互靠拢时形成一个圆形的束线通孔,供线圈的纱线贯穿,从而将各根纱线分别穿出,避免线束缠绕。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置,其特征在于,所述机架(2)上固定安装有驱动电机(3),驱动电机(3)的输出端通过锥齿轮组(4)与主转轴(5)传动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织加工的线束支撑装置,其特征在于,两个机架(2)之间固定连接有连接支架(10),连接支架(10)上均匀设置有若干束线机构(11)。
