如图1-5所示,本发明一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备及其使用方法,包括布料侧边去毛刺装置1、布料表面去毛刺装置2和布料传送装置3,所述布料侧边去毛刺装置1设于布料传送装置3上,所述布料表面去毛刺装置2设于布料传送装置3上;所述布料侧边去毛刺装置1包括上端固定支架4、上端给动力电机5、主动锥齿轮6、被动锥齿轮7、卡合螺母8、半螺纹卡合螺栓9、电推剪10、推剪摆放柱11、摆放柱连接轴12、升降滑动柱13、升降滑动槽14、升降滑动块15、升降减震弹簧16和升降减震板17,所述上端固定支架4设于布料传送装置3的上壁上,所述上端给动力电机5设于上端固定支架4上,所述主动锥齿轮6设于上端给动力电机5的输出端上,所述被动锥齿轮7卡合转动设于上端固定支架4的上壁上,所述卡合螺母8设于上端固定支架4的底壁上,所述半螺纹卡合螺栓9卡合滑动设于被动锥齿轮7上,所述主动锥齿轮6与被动锥齿轮7啮合连接,所述半螺纹卡合螺栓9与卡合螺母8螺纹连接,所述推剪摆放柱11与半螺纹卡合螺栓9相连,所述电推剪10设于推剪摆放柱11上,所述摆放柱连接轴12设于推剪摆放柱11的底壁上,所述升降滑动柱13与摆放柱连接轴12相连,所述升降滑动槽14设于布料传送装置3的底壁上,所述升降滑动块15卡合滑动设于升降滑动槽14上,所述升降滑动柱13与升降滑动块15相连,所述升降减震弹簧16设于升降滑动槽14上,所述升降减震板17设于升降减震弹簧16上。
所述布料表面去毛刺装置2包括限位摆放盒18、贴合表面升降槽19、贴合 表面升降支架20、贴合表面升降弹簧21、多孔漏毛刺板22、漏毛刺板卡合块23、漏毛刺板卡合槽24、粉碎刀具25、水平去毛刺转动电机26、电机收容盒27、电机卡合块28、电机卡合槽29和电机限位弹簧30,所述限位摆放盒18与布料传送装置3的上壁相连,所述贴合表面升降槽19设于限位摆放盒18上,所述贴合表面升降支架20卡合滑动设于贴合表面升降槽19上,所述贴合表面升降弹簧21的一端与限位摆放盒18的内壁相连,所述贴合表面升降弹簧21的另一端与贴合表面升降支架20相连,所述多孔漏毛刺板22与贴合表面升降支架20相连,所述漏毛刺板卡合块23设于多孔漏毛刺板22上,所述漏毛刺板卡合槽24设于贴合表面升降支架20上,所述漏毛刺板卡合块23卡合滑动设于漏毛刺板卡合槽24上,所述粉碎刀具25设于多孔漏毛刺板22的上方,所述水平去毛刺转动电机26的输出端与粉碎刀具25相连,所述电机收容盒27设于限位摆放盒18上,所述电机卡合块28设于水平去毛刺转动电机26的侧壁上,所述电机卡合槽29设于电机收容盒27上,所述电机限位弹簧30的一端与水平去毛刺转动电机26相连,所述电机限位弹簧30的另一端与电机卡合槽29相连。
所述布料传送装置3包括清洁传送箱31、服装原始布料32、布料入口33、布料出口34、布料传送辊35和布料支撑板36,所述清洁传送箱31与布料传送装置3相连,所述布料入口33设于清洁传送箱31的一端上,所述布料出口34设于清洁传送箱31的另一端上,所述布料传送辊35卡合转动设于清洁传送箱31上,所述服装原始布料32与布料传送辊35相连,所述布料支撑板36设于布料表面去毛刺装置2的下方。
所述布料表面去毛刺装置2设于服装原始布料32的上方,所述布料支撑板36设于服装原始布料32的下方。
所述推剪摆放柱11为圆柱形,所述推剪摆放柱11与服装原始布料32的侧 壁相切。
本发明一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将服装原始布料32从布料入口33送入,紧贴布料传送辊35再通过清洁传送箱31的布料出口34送出;
步骤二:服装原始布料32受到布料出口34的拉扯开始向一个方向移动,上端给动力电机5工作令推剪摆放柱11紧贴服装原始布料32升降转动,电推剪10通电工作切割服装原始布料32侧壁上凸出的毛刺;
步骤三:服装原始布料32移动至布料表面去毛刺装置2的下方时,水平去毛刺转动电机26工作,粉碎刀具25转动,部分毛刺通过多孔漏毛刺板22上的通孔与粉碎刀具25接触后被切碎;
步骤四:表面清洁结束后,服装原始布料32从布料出口34送出后被收卷存放。
具体使用时,用户将服装原始布料32从布料入口33送入,再从布料出口34送出,服装原始布料32紧贴布料传送辊35并经过布料传送辊35的挤压进行限位,用户通过给布料出口34处的服装原始布料32一个拉力令服装原始布料32开始移动,之后用户在服装原始布料32移动时,打开布料侧边去毛刺装置1和布料表面去毛刺装置2,令上端给动力电机5开始工作,电推剪10通电,服装原始布料32在移动时半螺纹卡合螺栓9上下移动令推剪摆放柱11随之移动,电推剪10通电剪切服装原始布料32侧边凸出的毛刺,当到达最上端限位时,上端给动力电机5反向转动,半螺纹卡合螺栓9下降,电推剪10依旧起到侧边去毛刺的作用,当服装原始布料32移动至布料支撑板36时,如果服装原始布料32的表面有凸起的毛刺,毛刺穿过多孔漏毛刺板22上的孔洞,粉碎刀具25将毛刺粉碎后,服装原始布料32进入布料出口34,使用人员将布料收卷, 之后将服装原始布料32的上下面反转,再次进行去毛刺工序,以上便是本发明整体的工作流程,下次使用时重复此步骤即可。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备,其特征在于:包括布料侧边去毛刺装置、布料表面去毛刺装置和布料传送装置,所述布料侧边去毛刺装置设于布料传送装置上,所述布料表面去毛刺装置设于布料传送装置上;所述布料侧边去毛刺装置包括上端固定支架、上端给动力电机、主动锥齿轮、被动锥齿轮、卡合螺母、半螺纹卡合螺栓、电推剪、推剪摆放柱、摆放柱连接轴、升降滑动柱、升降滑动槽、升降滑动块、升降减震弹簧和升降减震板,所述上端固定支架设于布料传送装置的上壁上,所述上端给动力电机设于上端固定支架上,所述主动锥齿轮设于上端给动力电机的输出端上,所述被动锥齿轮卡合转动设于上端固定支架的上壁上,所述卡合螺母设于上端固定支架的底壁上,所述半螺纹卡合螺栓卡合滑动设于被动锥齿轮上,所述主动锥齿轮与被动锥齿轮啮合连接,所述半螺纹卡合螺栓与卡合螺母螺纹连接,所述推剪摆放柱与半螺纹卡合螺栓相连,所述电推剪设于推剪摆放柱上,所述摆放柱连接轴设于推剪摆放柱的底壁上,所述升降滑动柱与摆放柱连接轴相连,所述升降滑动槽设于布料传送装置的底壁上,所述升降滑动块卡合滑动设于升降滑动槽上,所述升降滑动柱与升降滑动块相连,所述升降减震弹簧设于升降滑动槽上,所述升降减震板设于升降减震弹簧上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备,其特征在于:所述布料表面去毛刺装置包括限位摆放盒、贴合表面升降槽、贴合表面升降支架、贴合表面升降弹簧、多孔漏毛刺板、漏毛刺板卡合块、漏毛刺板卡合槽、粉碎刀具、水平去毛刺转动电机、电机收容盒、电机卡合块、电机卡合槽和电机限位弹簧,所述限位摆放盒与布料传送装置的上壁相连,所述贴合表面升降槽设于限位摆放盒上,所述贴合表面升降支架卡合滑动设于贴合表面升降槽上,所述贴合表面升降弹簧的一端与限位摆放盒的内壁相连,所述贴合表面升降弹簧 的另一端与贴合表面升降支架相连,所述多孔漏毛刺板与贴合表面升降支架相连,所述漏毛刺板卡合块设于多孔漏毛刺板上,所述漏毛刺板卡合槽设于贴合表面升降支架上,所述漏毛刺板卡合块卡合滑动设于漏毛刺板卡合槽上,所述粉碎刀具设于多孔漏毛刺板的上方,所述水平去毛刺转动电机的输出端与粉碎刀具相连,所述电机收容盒设于限位摆放盒上,所述电机卡合块设于水平去毛刺转动电机的侧壁上,所述电机卡合槽设于电机收容盒上,所述电机限位弹簧的一端与水平去毛刺转动电机相连,所述电机限位弹簧的另一端与电机卡合槽相连。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备,其特征在于:所述布料传送装置包括清洁传送箱、服装原始布料、布料入口、布料出口、布料传送辊和布料支撑板,所述清洁传送箱与布料传送装置相连,所述布料入口设于清洁传送箱的一端上,所述布料出口设于清洁传送箱的另一端上,所述布料传送辊卡合转动设于清洁传送箱上,所述服装原始布料与布料传送辊相连,所述布料支撑板设于布料表面去毛刺装置的下方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备,其特征在于:所述布料表面去毛刺装置设于服装原始布料的上方,所述布料支撑板设于服装原始布料的下方。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备,其特征在于:所述推剪摆放柱为圆柱形,所述推剪摆放柱与服装原始布料的侧壁相切。
  6. 一种服装加工用布料去毛刺设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一:将服装原始布料从布料入口送入,紧贴布料传送辊再通过清洁传送箱的布料出口送出;
    步骤二:服装原始布料受到布料出口的拉扯开始向一个方向移动,上端给 动力电机工作令推剪摆放柱紧贴服装原始布料升降转动,电推剪通电工作切割服装原始布料侧壁上凸出的毛刺;
    步骤三:服装原始布料移动至布料表面去毛刺装置的下方时,水平去毛刺转动电机工作,粉碎刀具转动,部分毛刺通过多孔漏毛刺板上的通孔与粉碎刀具接触后被切碎;
    步骤四:表面清洁结束后,服装原始布料从布料出口送出后被收卷存放。
