Abstract
Description
まず図1を用いて、本開示の実施形態1について説明する。図1は、実施形態1にかかる電話中継装置30の構成を示すブロック図である。電話中継装置30は、遠隔会議の音声通話を中継するコンピュータ装置である。電話中継装置30は、遠隔会議サーバに通信可能に接続される。ここで遠隔会議サーバは、IP(Internet Protocol)ネットワークを介して遠隔会議に参加する通信端末間の音声通話を、IPネットワークを介して中継するコンピュータ装置である。
次に図2~6を用いて、本開示の実施形態2について説明する。
図2は、実施形態2にかかる電話中継装置が適用されることができる遠隔会議システム1の概略構成図である。遠隔会議システム1は、通信端末のユーザに対して、遠隔会議サービスを提供するコンピュータシステムである。遠隔会議システム1は、遠隔会議サーバ10と、通信端末20と、構内電話端末22と、電話中継装置30の一例として構内交換機(PBX;Private Branch eXchange)30aとを備える。本図では説明の明確化のため、1の通信端末20が図示されているが、遠隔会議システム1は、複数の通信端末20を備えるものとする。また本図では、1の構内電話端末22が図示されているが、遠隔会議システム1は、複数の構内電話端末22を備えてよい。
次に図7を用いて、本開示の実施形態3について説明する。実施形態3は、PBX30aが、PSTN3に代えてインターネット2を介して、遠隔会議サーバ10と構内電話端末22との間の音声通話を中継することに特徴を有する。
次に図8~11を用いて、本開示の実施形態4について説明する。実施形態4は、通信端末20のユーザが種別の異なる複数の電話端末を使用可能である場合の電話中継処理に特徴を有する。
応答を受けたPBX30cの通話中継部34は、遠隔会議サーバ10と携帯電話端末24との間の通話パスを接続する(ステップS35)。これにより通話中継部34は、遠隔会議サーバ10と携帯電話端末24との間の、PSTN3を介した音声通話の中継を開始する(ステップS36)。
