实施例1 请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种电梯门板的点焊加工装置,包括底座01,底座01上活动设有固定框02,通过固定框02的活动连接方便后续调节焊接的作用,非常简单;所述底座01上转动设有支撑组件03,通过支撑组件03能够对电梯门板进行支撑固定,进而提高了点焊的效果,同时支撑组件03能够旋转,进而对不同位置进行焊接;所述支撑组件03的上方设有焊接组件04,通过焊接组件04起到焊接的作用,焊接组件04活动设置在固定框02上,进而能够在竖直方向上移动,进而方便焊接;此外,所述底座01上还设有驱动固定框02移动的驱动组件05,通过驱动组件05能够有效地带动固定框02在底座01上进行移动,起到非常好的调节作用。
进一步地,所述支撑组件03包括工作台31,工作台31上设有第二放置腔32,第二放置腔32内转动设有第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34,第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34能够在竖直面上进行旋转,进而能够产生一定的夹角,能够将两块电梯门板按照一定的角度进行焊接,使得在使用过程中具有更好的实用性和适用性,既可以无角度点焊,也可以实现不同角度的焊接,非常简单;所述第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34与固定在第二放置腔32内的第一连接座35铰接,进而方便第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34在竖直平面上进行旋转,能够形成一定的角度;所述第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34远离第一连接座35的一侧固定有第二连接座36,第二连接座36与连杆37的一端铰接,而连杆37的一端与固定在移动块39上的第三连接座38铰接,当移动块39移动时,通过连杆37带动第一支撑板33绕着第一连接座35进行旋转,进而调节第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34的角度,移动块39与转动设置在工作台31上的第一螺纹杆310螺纹连接,当第一螺纹杆310旋转时能够带动移动块39在水平方向上移动,进而调节第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34的角度,同时第一螺纹杆310与工作台31外的摇杆311固定连接,旋转摇杆311即可带动第一螺纹杆310进行旋转。
进一步地,所述第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34上均设有限位块313,限位块313与滑动连接在第一导向杆312上,即限位块313能够在第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34上进行滑动,进而起到限位的作用,第一导向杆312外套设有第一弹簧314,通过第一弹簧314具有非常好的缓冲和夹持作用,提高了电梯门板在点焊过程中的稳定性;所述工作台31通过第一驱动杆315与第一电机316的输出端固定连接,第一电机316设置在底座01上的第一放置腔11内,当第一电机316工作时,通过第一驱动杆315能够带动工作台31进行旋转,起到更好的角度调节作用。
进一步地,所述焊接组件04包括滑动设置在固定框02上的活动板41,活动板41的两端滑动连接在固定框02上的第二固定腔47内,第二固定腔47内固定有第二导向杆48,第二导向杆48与活动板41滑动连接,即活动板41能够在第二导向杆48的长度方向上移动,进而调节活动板41的高度位置,活动板41与第二固定腔47之间还通过第二弹簧49连接,进而具有非常好的缓冲能力,进而提高了活动板41在移动过程中的稳定性;活动板41的顶部固定有固定架418,固定架418与固定在固定框02顶部的第一伸缩气缸410的输出端固定连接,当第一伸缩气缸410工作时能够带动固定架418在竖直方向上移动,进而带动活动板41也在竖直方向上移动,起到非常好的调节作用。
进一步地,所述活动板41上设有第三放置腔42,第三放置腔42内转动设有第二螺纹杆43,第二螺纹杆43的一端与第二电机419的输出端固定连接,当第二电机419工作时能够带动第二螺纹杆43进行旋转,第二螺纹杆43上螺纹连接有固定块44,当第二螺纹杆43旋转时能够带动固定块44在水平方向上移动,固定块44上设有第一固定腔45,第一固定腔45内设有焊接头46,通过焊接头46能够对电梯门板进行点焊,非常简单,而固定块44能够在水平方向上移动,进而方便对不同的位置进行焊接;所述第一支撑板33上还固定有固定轴417,固定轴417上转动设有防光板416,通过防光板416能够起到防护的作用,进而提高了点焊过程中的安全性。
进一步地,所述焊接组件04还包括固定在活动板41上的固定杆411,固定杆411与下方的伸缩杆412滑动连接,且伸缩杆412与活动板41之间通过第三弹簧413连接,伸缩杆412的底部转动设有压板414,通过压板414能够对电梯门板起到挤压的作用,提高了点焊时的稳定性,同时对于倾斜状态的电梯门板也适用;所述伸缩杆412通过固定件415固定在活动板41底部,提高了整体的稳定性。
进一步地,所述驱动组件05包括固定在底座01上的限位座54,限位座54内转动设有第二驱动杆55,第二驱动杆55上固定有驱动轮53,当第二驱动杆55旋转时能够带动驱动轮53进行旋转,驱动轮53与设置在辅助块51底部的齿条52啮合,当驱动轮53旋转时能够带动固定框02在底座01上进行移动,第二驱动杆55与第三电机56的输出端固定连接,方便带动第二驱动杆55进行旋转;所述辅助块51固定在固定框02上,固定框02的底部设有移动腔57,移动腔57活动设置在移动轮58内,进而方便固定框02的移动,非常简单。
通过设置支撑组件03,能够对电梯门板进行固定,同时能够调节电梯门板的角度,使得不仅仅能够在无角度状态下进行点焊,还可以在不同的角度状态下进行焊接,具有非常好的适用性,同时提高了电梯门板在焊接时的稳定性;通过活动设置在支撑组件03上方的焊接组件04,能够对电梯门板的不同位置进行焊接,且在焊接时具有非常好的稳定性;而通过驱动组件05能够带动固定框02在底座01上进行滑动,进一步调节焊接的位置。
实施例2 所述活动板41的底部对称设有两个连接组件06,两个连接组件06上一一对应设有吹风组件和清洗组件;所述连接组件06包括固定在活动板41底部的第一垫板61,第一垫板61通过连接板62与第二垫板63固定连接,第二垫板63固定在滑块64一侧,滑块64与设置在固定框02上的第三导向杆65滑动连接,进而方便连接组件06在竖直方向上移动。
进一步地,所述吹风组件包括扇叶71,扇叶71固定在第二驱动杆72上,第二驱动杆72的一端与第四电机73的输出端固定连接,当第四电机73工作时能够带动扇叶71进行旋转,进而起到吹风的作用,能够有效地进行除尘;所述清洗组件包括喷淋管74,喷淋管74上设有多个喷头75,喷头75通过连接水管76与水箱连接,进而起到清洗的作用,非常简单实用。
本发明的工作原理是:将电梯门板放置在第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34上,当需要调节门板角度时,通过旋转摇杆311带动第一支撑板33和第二支撑板34进行旋转即可;通过第一伸缩气缸410带动活动板41向下移动来调节焊接头46的高度位置,再通过焊接头46进行焊接;通过驱动组件05驱动固定框02在底座01上移动来调节焊接的位置。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电梯门板的点焊加工装置,包括底座(01),底座(01)上活动设有固定框(02),其特征在于,所述底座(01)上转动设有支撑组件(03),支撑组件(03)的上方设有焊接组件(04),焊接组件(04)活动设置在固定框(02)上;所述底座(01)上还设有驱动固定框(02)移动的驱动组件(05);所述焊接组件(04)包括滑动设置在固定框(02)上的活动板(41),活动板(41)的底部对称设有两个连接组件(06),两个连接组件(06)上一一对应设有吹风组件和清洗组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述支撑组件(03)包括工作台(31),工作台(31)上设有第二放置腔(32),第二放置腔(32)内转动设有第一支撑板(33)和第二支撑板(34),第一支撑板(33)和第二支撑板(34)与固定在第二放置腔(32)内的第一连接座(35)铰接,第一支撑板(33)和第二支撑板(34)远离第一连接座(35)的一侧固定有第二连接座(36),第二连接座(36)与连杆(37)的一端铰接,连杆(37)的一端与固定在移动块(39)上的第三连接座(38)铰接,移动块(39)与转动设置在工作台(31)上的第一螺纹杆(310)螺纹连接,第一螺纹杆(310)与工作台(31)外的摇杆(311)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述第一支撑板(33)和第二支撑板(34)上均设有限位块(313),限位块(313)与滑动连接在第一导向杆(312)上,第一导向杆(312)外套设有第一弹簧(314),工作台(31)通过第一驱动杆(315)与第一电机(316)的输出端固定连接,第一电机(316)设置在底座(01)上的第一放置腔(11)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述活动板(41)的两端滑动连接在固定框(02)上的第二固定腔(47)内,第二固定腔(47)内固定有第二导向杆(48),第二导向杆(48)与活动板(41)滑动连接,活动板(41)与第二固定腔(47)之间还通过第二弹簧(49)连接,活动板(41)的顶部固定有固定架(418),固定架(418)与固定在固定框(02)顶部的第一伸缩气缸(410)的输出端固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述活动板(41)上设有第三放置腔(42),第三放置腔(42)内转动设有第二螺纹杆(43),第二螺纹杆(43)的一端与第二电机(419)的输出端固定连接,第二螺纹杆(43)上螺纹连接有固定块(44),固定块(44)上设有第一固定腔(45),第一固定腔(45)内设有焊接头(46),第一支撑板(33)上还固定有固定轴(417),固定轴(417)上转动设有防光板(416)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述焊接组件(04)还包括固定在活动板(41)上的固定杆(411),固定杆(411)与下方的伸缩杆(412)滑动连接,且伸缩杆(412)与活动板(41)之间通过第三弹簧(413)连接,伸缩杆(412)的底部转动设有压板(414),伸缩杆(412)通过固定件(415)固定在活动板(41)底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件(05)包括固定在底座(01)上的限位座(54),限位座(54)内转动设有第二驱动杆(55),第二驱动杆(55)上固定有驱动轮(53),驱动轮(53)与设置在辅助块(51)底部的齿条(52)啮合,第二驱动杆(55)与第三电机(56)的输出端固定连接,辅助块(51)固定在固定框(02)上,固定框(02)的底部设有移动腔(57),移动腔(57)活动设置在移动轮(58)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述连接组件(06)包括固定在活动板(41)底部的第一垫板(61),第一垫板(61)通过连接板(62)与第二垫板(63)固定连接,第二垫板(63)固定在滑块(64)一侧,滑块(64)与设置在固定框(02)上的第三导向杆(65)滑动连接。
  9. 在此处键入权利要求项9。根据权利要求1所述的电梯门板的点焊加工装置,其特征在于,所述吹风组件包括扇叶(71),扇叶(71)固定在第二驱动杆(72)上,第二驱动杆(72)的一端与第四电机(73)的输出端固定连接;清洗组件包括喷淋管(74),喷淋管(74)上设有多个喷头(75),喷头(75)通过连接水管(76)与水箱连接。
