Description

一种汽车雾灯罩成型模具 技术领域
本实用新型涉及成型模具技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车雾灯罩成型模具。
背景技术
汽车在雾、雪和大雨等恶劣气候条件下,或者在烟尘弥漫的环境中行驶时,为了照亮前方道路,保障行车安全而必须采用前雾灯照明。近年来,在造型设计方面,多将雾灯设置在前保险杠上,现有技术的汽车雾灯罩部件多采用模具成型,传统技术的加工模具主要是由上模体、下模体组成,在上模体和下模体上设置有模腔与模芯,其虽然可以满足一般情况的加工需求,但是其在使用时上模体和下模体存在定位不准确,且脱模并不便捷的问题,因此,我们提出一种汽车雾灯罩成型模具来解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种汽车雾灯罩成型模具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种汽车雾灯罩成型模具,包括固定板,所述固定板的顶部固定安装有下模体,所述固定板的一侧焊接有固定杆,所述固定杆远离下模体的一侧开设有第一转动孔,所述固定杆靠近第一转动孔的一侧固定安装有电机,所述固定杆上开设有转动腔,所述电机的输出轴贯穿第一转动孔延伸至转动腔内并焊接有第一锥形齿轮,所述第一锥形齿 轮上啮合有第二锥形齿轮,所述转动腔的底部内壁上开设有第二转动孔,所述第二转动孔内转动安装有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆的顶端延伸至转动腔内并焊接于第二锥形齿轮上,所述固定杆靠近下模体的一侧开设有滑槽,所述滑槽内滑动安装有滑动板,所述滑动板上开设有螺纹孔,所述滑槽位于转动腔的下方并与第二转动孔连通,所述螺纹杆的底端延伸至滑槽内并与螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述滑动板的一端延伸至固定杆的外侧,且滑动板的底部固定安装有上模体,所述上模体和下模体相配合。
优选的,所述第二转动孔的内壁上焊接有第一轴承的外圈,第一轴承的外圈焊接于螺纹杆上。
优选的,所述滑槽的底部内壁上开设有转动槽,螺纹杆的底端延伸至螺纹槽内。
优选的,所述螺纹杆的底端焊接有第二轴承的内圈,第二轴承的外圈焊接于转动槽的内壁上。
优选的,所述下模体的顶部焊接有限位杆,限位杆和滑动板相配合,限位杆的顶端延伸至滑动板的上方并焊接有挡板,挡板焊接有固定杆上。

通过第一转动孔、电机、转动腔、第一锥形齿轮、第二锥形齿轮、第二转动孔、螺纹杆、滑动板、螺纹孔、滑槽、挡板、限位杆和滑孔的配合能够更加准确的对上模体和下模体进行定位,在使用时,启动 电机,电机的输出轴转动带动第一锥形齿轮转动,第一锥形齿轮带动第二锥形齿轮转动,第二锥形齿轮带动螺纹杆转动,通过第一轴承、第二轴承和转动槽的配合保证螺纹杆转动不偏位,螺纹杆通过在螺纹孔内转动带动滑动板移动,通过挡板、限位杆和滑孔的配合保证滑动板滑动不偏位,滑动板滑动带动上模体上下滑动不偏位,从而实现对上模体和下模体进行定位,在滑动板向上滑动时能够实现对上模体更加方便的脱模;
本实用新型能够更加精确的对上模体和下模体进行定位,同时能够对上模体更加方便的进行脱模,结构简单,使用方便。
