Description
本实用新型涉及塑料管材加工设备技术领域,具体为一种带密封圈凹槽的塑料管材扩口模具。
在我国的给排水管道中,以PVC管道为主,PVC管端的扩口成为管材生产的关键技术之一。PVC管端的扩口工艺时利用PVC在加热到125°左右的高弹状态扩口并快速冷却定型,让PVC管留下扩口后的形状。为了得到放置密封圈的凹槽,模具相应能涨成密封圈的形状,塑料扩口部分冷却定型后密封圈形状的涨环必须缩到作用尺寸小于扩口模具平直部分才能退出模具。目前,常用的管端的扩口模具在滑块的勾爪处容易出现断裂的现象,导致主轴出现弯曲或主轴末端螺母拉滑的情况,使扩口模具普遍出现寿命短的情况。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料管材扩口模具,该扩口模具能提高主轴整体刚度及抗弯能力,提高模具的使用寿命,能有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种塑料管材扩口模具,包括模体、主轴、导轨、滑块底座、椎型套、大滑块、小滑块、弹簧、推杆,所述模体为柱状腔体,腔体内同轴设有主轴,所述主轴上对称设有两条导轨,所述主轴上还套设有椎形状的滑块底座和椎型套,所述椎型套同方向固定连接在所述滑块底座的椎顶部,所述滑块底座的锥面上对称设有4个燕尾型槽,所述燕尾型槽内设有带弧形突起的扇形大滑块,所述滑块底座的4个锥面上设有带弧形面小滑块,所述大滑块与小滑块呈间隔设置,所述大滑块上与弧形面相 对一端设有销孔,所述大滑块通过销轴活动连接在所述模体内部,所述大滑块与所述模体内腔间还设有弹簧;所述滑块底座的椎底面固定连接有一根推杆,所述推杆的另一端固定在模体上。
优选的,所述滑块底座的的4个锥形面上都设有燕尾型导轨。
优选的,所述小滑块的下端面设有燕尾型导轨槽。
优选的,所述大滑块与小滑块的弧形面均朝外设置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1.本实用新型的塑料管材扩口模具利用弹簧让大滑块绕销轴做往复运动,避免了原有采用勾爪推动大滑块往复运动而造成的勾爪易断裂现象;
2.本实用新型的塑料管材扩口模在滑块底座上设有推杆,通过推杆实现滑块底座前后移动,这样主轴的刚度大大增强,避免了主轴出现弯曲的情况,同时增加了模具的实用寿命;
3.本实用新型设计合理,性能稳定,能提高主轴整体刚度及抗弯能力,使用寿命长。

如附图1所示,本实用新型提供的一种塑料管材扩口模具,所述扩口模具主要包括模体1、主轴2、导轨3、滑块底座4、椎型套5、大滑块6、小滑块7、弹簧8、推杆9,模体1为柱状腔体,腔体内同轴设有主轴2,主轴2上对称设有两条导轨3,主轴2上还套设有椎形状的滑块底座4和椎型套5,椎型套5同方向固定连接在滑块底座4的椎顶部,滑块底座4的锥面上对称设有4个燕尾型槽,燕尾型槽内设有带弧形突起的扇形大滑块6,滑块底座4的4个锥面上设有带弧形面小滑块7,大滑块6与小滑块7呈间隔设置,大滑块6上与弧形面相对一端设有销孔,大滑块6通过销轴活动连接在模体1内部,大滑块6与模体内腔间还设有弹簧8;滑块底座4的椎底面固定连接有一根推杆9,推杆9的另一端固定在模体1上。
如附图2-4所示,滑块底座4的4个锥形面上都设有燕尾型导轨,小滑块7的下端面设有燕尾型导轨槽,小滑块7通过燕尾型导轨在滑块底座4的锥形面上移动。
本实施例的工作原理是:通过主轴2向左抽动时,小滑块7沿着滑座底座4径向下滑,当4个小滑块7缩到底后,大滑块6的弧形突起在弹簧7的作用下绕销轴回收,当缩到底后,模具的大滑块6和小滑块7的弧形面均缩小到小于平直模体1的直径。当主轴2向右推进时,椎型套5先撑开4个大滑块6,4个小滑块7在滑座底座4的作用下沿着锥面慢慢张开,直到与大滑块6的弧形面形成一个整圆形。

- 一种塑料管材扩口模具,其特征在于:包括模体(1)、主轴(2)、导轨(3)、滑块底座(4)、椎型套(5)、大滑块(6)、小滑块(7)、弹簧(8)、推杆(9),所述模体(1)为柱状腔体,腔体内同轴设有主轴(2),所述主轴(2)上对称设有两条导轨(3),所述主轴(2)上还套设有椎形状的滑块底座(4)和椎型套(5),所述椎型套(5)同方向固定连接在所述滑块底座(4)的椎顶部,所述滑块底座(4)的锥面上对称设有4个燕尾型槽,所述燕尾型槽内设有带弧形突起的扇形大滑块(6),所述滑块底座(4)的4个锥面上设有带弧形面小滑块(7),所述大滑块(6)与小滑块(7)呈间隔设置,所述大滑块(6)上与弧形面相对一端设有销孔,所述大滑块(6)通过销轴活动连接在所述模体(1)内部,所述大滑块(6)与所述模体内腔间还设有弹簧(8);所述滑块底座(4)的椎底面固定连接有一根推杆(9),所述推杆(9)的另一端固定在模体(1)上。
