Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'élément coulissant, comprenant : la fabrication d'un élément coulissant plan bi-matériau ou multi-matériau, tel qu'un palier lisse d'une machine textile, en utilisant un procédé de métallurgie des poudres ; l'utilisation d'un second matériau en poudre en tant que matière première en poudre d'une couche de matériau de support, et l'utilisation d'un premier matériau en poudre en tant que matière première d'une couche de matériau de travail ; le dépôt des matériaux en séquence de telle sorte que le second matériau en poudre se trouve en dessous du premier matériau en poudre ; le placement d'une feuille qui est d'une structure ondulée et qui est constituée d'un matériau thermiquement décomposable entre le second matériau en poudre et le premier matériau en poudre en tant que gabarit de construction d'interface, le gabarit de construction d'interface pouvant être retiré entre le second matériau en poudre et le premier matériau en poudre au moyen d'un pré-frittage ou d'un dégraissage de dégazage, et lorsque le gabarit de construction d'interface est retiré, le second matériau en poudre et le premier matériau en poudre sont respectivement frittés de manière métallurgique pour former la couche de matériau de support et la couche de matériau de travail ; et la formation d'une structure d'interface non linéaire correspondant à la structure ondulée du gabarit de structure d'interface en forme au niveau d'une interface frittée de la couche de matériau de support et de la couche de matériau de travail. Le procédé ne nécessite ni le compactage séparé des poudres ni l'ajout d'une procédure de fonctionnement individuelle pour le traitement de l'interface.
