3、前切割面上远离后切割面的一端与框架一体制成,前切割面包括与框架固定连接的固定面以及从固定面的自由端延伸出来的多个调节面,调节面沿着从固定端朝自由端的方向依次向下倾斜设置,调节板抵接于调节面的下端,当需要调节食品刨片机的切割深度时,只需要滑动框架下端的调节板,使得调节板抵接在调节面的不同部位,从而改变前切割面的自由端与刀刃之间的高度,即改变了相应的切割深度,使用方便;并且由于前切割面和框架是一体制成的,可以减少产品的零件数量,在生产制造时也能更加方便,提高了生产的效率;固定面与调节面的连接处的下端面开设有一条凹槽,可以增大固定面与调节面之间的倾斜角度,使得产品能形成多种不同的深度,凹槽增加了调节面的弹性,使得调节面与固定面的连接处不易断裂,延长产品的使用寿命。
4、在调节面的下端沿自由端的边线方向均匀设有若干抵接条,抵接条上沿长度方向均匀开设有多个定位槽,调节板上设有与定位槽插配的定位条,能对调节板起到定位的作用,从而将产品的切割深度固定,避免在使用过程中因调节板的滑动造成切片的厚度不统一。
5、在前切割面的两侧与框架之间设有边槽,所述调节板上设有滑动连接于边槽内的指示柱,框架上靠近指示柱且沿着指示柱的移动方向设有指示标识,可以使得用户快速了解到产品被调节后的切割深度,使得产品更加的人性化;并且当指示柱移动到边槽的底端时还能对调节板起到限位的作用,也能避免调节板从框架上脱离。

本发明的最佳实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参见图1,一种新型刨片机,包括框架1、安装于框架1上的前切割面2、安装于框架1上紧跟在前切割面2之后的后切割面3、安装在框架1上位于前切割面2和后切割面3之间的刀刃4、沿框架1的长度方向滑动连接于框架1上端的护手器以及沿着框架1的长度方向滑动连接与框架的下方的调节板7,在框架1上靠近前切割面2的一端还设有把手9。
护手器包括分别由塑料制成的护罩5和压盖6,结合图2,护罩5包括滑板501,在滑板501的中部设有直立的中空管状的周壁502,周壁502的横截面为椭圆形,且周壁502的两端开口呈下小上大状,在周壁502的上端对称开设有一对缺口5021,缺口5021呈弧形,并且缺口5021开设于护手器移动方向的前后两侧,在滑板501的左右两侧还分别设有横截面呈L形的卡边503,在框架1的两侧长边上分别设有与卡边503进行滑动配合的导向条101,导向条101的自由边朝上方倾斜设置,为了方便将护手器从框架1上取下,仅在导向条101的上靠近前切割面2的一端设有限位块1011。
压盖6刚好穿设配合于周壁502内,结合图3,压盖6整体为容器状,压盖6的横截面也为椭圆形,在压盖6的上端边缘朝外凸设形成一圈靠边601,当压盖6完全置于周壁502内时,靠边601的下端面刚好抵接于周壁502的上端面;在压盖6的下端面还均匀设有若干尖锥状的凸起602。
框架1、前切割面2、后切割面3和把手9通过注塑一体成型,可以减少产品的零件数量,在生产制造时也能更加方便,提高了生产的效率。结合图4和图5,前切割面2上仅远离后切割面3的一端与框架1固定连接,前切割面2的两侧与框架1之间还设置有边槽8,前切割面2包括与框架1固定连接的固定面201以及从固定面201的自由端延伸出来的第一调节面202和第二调节面203,固定面201的上端面与后切割面3的上端面齐平,第一调节面202和第二调节面203沿着从固定端朝自由端的方向依次向下倾斜设置。固定面201与第一调节面202的连接处的下端面上开设有一条凹槽204。在第一调节面202和第二调节面203的下端面上沿着第二调节面203自由端的边线方向均匀设有五条抵接条205,在抵接条205上沿长度方向均匀开设有四个定位槽206,抵接条205靠近第一调节面202的一端呈斜边2051,在第二调节面203的自由端还向下凸设有限位板207。
在框架1上位于前切割面2下端的两侧分别朝内凸设有滑动凸条10,结合图6,调节板7的两侧分别设有与滑动凸条10配合的滑槽704,在调节板7的上端靠近后切割面3的一端间隔凸设有两条能与定位槽206插配的定位条701,在调节板7下端远离后切割面3的一端中部凸设有推拉块702,在调节板7的上端面还凸设有滑动连接于边槽8内的指示柱703,在导向条101上靠近指示柱703且沿着指示柱703的移动方向还设有指示标识102。
结合图7和图8,在后切割面3上靠近前切割面2的一端开设有一安装槽301,刀刃4通过螺钉固定于安装槽301内,第二调节面203的自由端与刀刃4相邻,两者交汇于一条与框架1的侧边成角度的线,交汇线的角度使食品有效地沿着刀刃4方向移动,方便切片。
在框架1上靠近后切割面3的一端下侧还开设有两对大小不同的第一凹口11和第二凹口12,第一凹口11和第二凹口12能用于咬合位于刨片机下面用于接住切好的食物的容器的边缘,两对不同尺寸的凹口能满足不同的使用需求。为了防止在与容器接触的地方打滑,在第一凹口11、第二凹口12以及相邻的框架1的一端卡接有橡胶防滑垫13。
在前切割面2和后切割面3的上端面还均匀凸设有若干引导条14,以方便沿着直线朝刀刃4方向引导食品,在刀刃4的安装位置上没有引导条14,以免引导条14干扰切片操作。
当需要调节食品刨片机的切割深度a时,只需要通过推拉块702来滑动框架1下端的调节板7,使得调节板7上的定位条701插入抵接条205上的不同的定位槽206内,从而改变了第二调节面203的自由端与刀刃4之间的高度,即改变了相应的切割深度a。通过指示柱703与指示标识102的指示作用,可以使得用户快速了解到产品被调节后的切割深度a,从而保证了切片厚度的一致性,使得产品更加的人性化。
将较长的食品放入周壁502内并通过压盖6的底面的凸起602压在刨片机的切片面上,并推动护手器在刨片机的长度方向上来回推动食物进行切片时,由于护罩5可以始终卡接在刨片机上,所以能稳定的对食品的切片方向提供导向的作用,避免食品从刨片机的侧边滑出。
当需要切片的食品是外形如黄瓜一样的长条状时,可以将食品倾斜放置于周壁502内,并将其的一侧靠在缺口5021上,由于缺口5021呈弧形,可以使得食品在周壁502内放置时更加地稳定,还能尽量减少对食品外表面的破坏,方便切片。
当不使用刨片机时,可滑动调节板7使得第二调节面203处于最高位置,为了安全,此时第二调节面203的自由端高于刀刃4,可以排除不使用时意外割伤的隐患。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型刨片机,包括框架(1)、安装于框架(1)上的前切割面(2)、安装于框架(1)上紧跟在前切割面(2)之后的后切割面(3)、安装在框架(1)上位于前切割面(2)和后切割面(3)之间的刀刃(4)以及沿框架(1)的长度方向滑动连接于框架(1)上端的护手器,其特征在于,所述护手器包括护罩(5)和压盖(6),所述护罩(5)包括滑板(501),所述滑板(501)的中部设有直立的中空管状的周壁(502),所述滑板(501)的两侧设有横截面呈L形的卡边(503),所述框架(1)的两侧长边上分别设有与卡边(503)滑动配合的导向条(101),所述压盖(6)穿设于周壁(502)内;所述框架(1)的下端面沿长度方向滑动连接有调节板(7),所述前切割面(2)上远离后切割面(3)的一端与框架(1)一体制成,所述前切割面(2)包括与框架(1)固定连接的固定面(201)以及从固定面(201)的自由端延伸出来的多个调节面,所述调节面沿着从固定端朝自由端的方向依次向下倾斜设置,所述调节板(7)抵接于调节面的下端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述压盖(6)上端边缘朝外凸设形成一圈靠边(601),所述靠边(601)的下端面抵接于周壁(502)的上端面,所述导向条(101)的自由边朝向一种新型刨片机的切片平面的上方倾斜设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述周壁(502)的两端开口呈下小上大状,所述周壁(502)的上端对称开设有一对缺口(5021)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述缺口(5021)呈弧形,所述缺口(5021)开设于护手器移动方向的前后两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述压盖(6)的下端面均匀设有若干尖锥状凸起(602)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述固定面(201)与调节面的连接处的下端面开设有一条凹槽(204)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述调节面的下端沿自由端的边线方向均匀设有若干抵接条(205),所述抵接条(205)上沿长度方向均匀开设有多个定位槽(206),所述调节板(7)上设有与定位槽(206)插配的定位条(701)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述调节板(7)的下端凸设有推拉块(702)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述前切割面(2)的自由端向下凸设有限位板(207)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型刨片机,其特征在于,所述前切割面(2)的两侧与框架(1)之间设有边槽(8),所述调节板(7)上设有滑动连接于边槽(8)内的指示柱(703),所述导向条(101)上靠近指示柱(703)且沿着指示柱(703)的移动方向设有指示标识(102)。
