본 발명은 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하여, 향상된 피부 미백효과 및 탈모 완화 효과를 제공할 수 있는 화장료 조성물에 대한 것이다.

본 발명은 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하여, 향상된 피부 미백효과 및 탈모 완화 효과를 제공할 수 있는 화장료 조성물에 대한 것이다.
화장품은 인체를 청결·미화하여 매력을 더하고 용모를 밝게 변화시키거나 피부·모발의 건강을 유지 또는 증진하기 위하여 인체에 사용되는 물품으로서 인체에 대한 작용이 경미한 것을 의미한다. 최근에는 종래의 화장품의 기능을 개선하여, 피부의 미백에 도움을 주거나, 피부의 주름개선에 도움을 주거나, 탈모를 방지하는데 도움을 주는 기능성 화장품이 각광받고 있다. 하기의 특허문헌들은 기능성 화장품의 일 예를 나타낸다.

하지만, 종래의 화장용 조성물 및 이를 적용하는 방법은 피부 개선 및 탈모 완화 효과가 만족스럽지 못하고, 안정성이 보장되지 않는 문제가 있다.
본 발명은 전술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로,
본 발명은 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하여, 향상된 피부 미백효과 및 탈모 완화효과를 가지는 화장료 조성물을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 비듬 개선용 추출물을 추가로 포함하여 추가적으로 비듬 개선 효과를 가지는 화장료 조성물을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 앞서 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 구성을 가진 실시예에 의해 구현된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 돌외를 아스퍼질러스 오리제를 이용하여 발효시켜 형성한 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물에 있어서 상기 돌외 발효 추출물은 상기 돌외를 물에 혼합하고 탕전한 후 아스퍼질러스 오리제를 넣어 발효를 진행하고 여과하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 멜라닌 생성을 억제하여 피부 미백 효과를 제공하고, 모낭 세포의 성장을 촉진하여 탈모 완화 효과를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 탈모 완화 효과를 제공하며, 상기 화장료 조성물은 비듬 개선용 추출물을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 비듬 개선용 추출물은 화장료 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.5 내지 5중량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물에 있어서 상기 비듬 개선용 추출물은 수선화 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 털산박하 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 목화 수출물 100 내지 200중량부, 오리방풀 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 말발도리 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 봉래초 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 조릿대 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 방풍 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 감초 추출물 100 내지 200중량부 및 감탕나무 추출물 100 내지 200중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 앞서 본 실시예에 의해 다음과 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명은 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하여, 향상된 피부 미백효과 및 탈모 완화효과를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 비듬 개선용 추출물을 추가로 포함하여 추가적으로 비듬 개선 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

이하에서는 본 발명에 따른 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 특별한 정의가 없는 한 본 명세서의 모든 용어는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 기술자가 이해하는 당해 용어의 일반적 의미와 동일하고 만약 본 명세서에 사용된 용어의 의미와 충돌하는 경우에는 본 명세서에 사용된 정의에 따른다. 또한, 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있는 공지 기능 및 구성에 대해 상세한 설명은 생략한다. 명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장료 조성물은 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하여, 향상된 피부 미백 및 탈모 완화 효과를 제공한다.
상기 돌외는 쌍떡잎식물 박목 박과의 여러해살이 덩굴식물로, 잎은 산이나 들의 숲속에서 자라며, 뿌리줄기는 옆으로 뻗고 마디에 흰털이 있고 엉키면서 자라고, 잎은 어긋나고 5개의 작은 잎을 가진 겹잎이며 좁은 달걀모양 타원형 또는 좁은 달걀모양을 가진다. 상기 돌외를 물에 혼합하고 탕전한 후 아스퍼질러스 오리제를 넣어 발효를 진행하고 여과하여 액상의 돌외 발효 추출물을 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 화장료 조성물은 비듬 개선용 추출물을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 비듬 개선용 추출물은 화장료 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.5 내지 5중량%로 함유되게 된다. 상기 비듬 개선용 추출물은 수선화 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 털산박하 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 목화 수출물 100 내지 200중량부, 오리방풀 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 말발도리 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 봉래초 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 조릿대 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 방풍 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 감초 추출물 100 내지 200중량부 및 감탕나무 추출물 100 내지 200중량부를 포함한다. 상기 수선화는 외떡잎식물 백합목 수선화과의 여러해살이풀이며, 상기 털산박하는 꿀풀과 산박하속 여러해살이풀이고, 상기 목화는 쌍떡잎식물 아욱목 아욱과 한해살이풀이며, 상기 오리방풀은 쌍떡잎식물 합판화군 통화식물목 꿀풀과의 여러해살이풀이며, 상기 말발도리는 쌍떡잎식물 장미목 범의귀과의 낙엽관목이며, 상기 봉래초는 외떡잎식물 천남성목 천남성과의 상록 덩굴식물이며, 상기 조릿대는 상기 조릿대는 외떡잎식물 벼목 화본과의 대나무이며, 상기 방풍은 쌍떡잎식물 산형화목 미나리과의 세해살이풀이며, 상기 감초는 쌍떡잎식물 장미목 콩과의 여러해살이풀이며, 상기 감탕나무는 쌍떡잎식물 노박덩굴목 감탕나무과의 상록활엽 소교목이다.
본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 수용성 비타민, 유용성 비타민, 고분자 펩티드, 고분자 다당, 스핑고 지질 및 해초 엑기스로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물을 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
상기 수용성 비타민으로서는 화장료에 배합 가능한 것이라면 어떠한 것이라도 되지만, 바람직하게는 비타민B1, 비타민 B2, 비타민 B6, 피리독신, 염산피리독신, 비타민 B12, 판토텐산, 니코틴산, 니코틴산아미드, 엽산, 비타민 C, 비타민 H 등을 들 수 있으며, 그들의 염(티아민염산염, 아스코르빈산나트륨염 등)이나 유도체(아스코르빈산-2-인산나트륨염, 아스코르빈산-2-인산마그네슘염 등)도 본 발명에서 사용할 수 있는 수용성 비타민에 포함된다. 상기 수용성 비타민은 미생물 변환법, 미생물의 배양물로부터의 정제법, 효소법 또는 화학 합성법 등의 통상의 방법에 의해 수득할 수 있다.
상기 유용성 비타민으로서는 화장료에 배합 가능한 것이라면 어떠한 것이라도 되지만, 바람직하게는 비타민A, 카로틴, 비타민 D2, 비타민 D3, 비타민 E(d1-알파 토코페롤, d-알파 토코페롤, d-알파 토코페롤) 등을 들 수 있으며, 그들의 유도체(팔미틴산아스코르빈, 스테아르산아스코르빈, 디팔미틴산아스코르빈, 아세트산dl-알파 토코페롤, 니코틴산dl-알파 토코페롤비타민 E, DL-판토테닐알코올, D-판토테닐알코올, 판토테닐에틸에테르 등) 등도 본 발명에서 사용되는 유용성 비타민에 포함된다. 상기 유용성 비타민은 미생물 변환법, 미생물의 배양물로부터의 정제법, 효소 또는 화학 합성법 등의 통상의 방법에 의해 취득할 수 있다.
상기 고분자 펩티드로서는 화장료에 배합 가능한 것이라면 어떠한 것이라도 되지만, 바람직하게는 콜라겐, 가수 분해 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 엘라스틴, 가수 분해 엘라스틴, 케라틴 등을 들 수 있다. 상기 고분자 펩티드는 미생물의 배양액으로부터의 정제법, 효소법 또는 화학 합성법 등의 통상의 방법에 의해 정제 취득할 수 있으며, 또는 통상 돼지나 소 등의 진피, 누에의 견섬유 등의 천연물로부터 정제하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기 고분자 다당으로서는 화장료에 배합 가능한 것이라면 어떠한 것이라도 되지만, 바람직하게는 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 크산탄검, 히알루론산나트륨, 콘드로이틴 황산 또는 그 염 (나트륨염 등) 등을 들 수 있다. 예를 들어, 콘드로이틴 황산 또는 그 염 등은 통상 포유 동물이나 어류로부터 정제하여 사용할 수 있다.
상기 스핑고 지질로서는 화장료에 배합 가능한 것이라면 어떠한 것이라도 되지만, 바람직하게는 세라미드, 피토스핑고신, 스핑고당지질 등을 들 수 있다. 상기 스핑고 지질은 통상 포유류, 어류, 패류, 효모 또는 식물 등으로부터 통상의 방법에 의해 정제하거나 화학 합성법에 의해 취득할 수 있다.
상기 해초 엑기스로는 화장료에 배합 가능한 것이라면 어떠한 것이라도 되지만, 바람직하게는 갈조 엑기스, 홍조 엑기스, 녹조 엑기스 등을 들 수 있으며, 또, 이들의 해초 엑기스로부터 정제된 칼라기난, 아르긴산, 아르긴산나트륨, 아르긴산칼륨 등도 본 발명에서 사용되는 해초 엑기스에 포함된다. 상기 해초 엑기스는 해초로부터 통상의 방법에 의해 정제하여 취득할 수 있다.
본 발명의 화장료 조성물에는 통상 화장료 조성물에 배합되는 다른 성분을 배합할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 유지 성분, 보습제, 에몰리엔트제 등을 들 수 있다.

상기 보습제로서는 수용성 저분자 보습제, 지용성 분자 보습제, 수용성 고분자, 지용성 고분자 등을 들 수 있다. 상기 수용성 저분자 보습제로서는 세린, 글루타민, 솔비톨, 만니톨, 피롤리돈-카르복실산나트륨, 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜B(중합도 n = 2 이상), 폴리프로필렌글리콜(중합도 n = 2 이상), 폴리글리세린B(중합도 n = 2 이상), 락트산, 락트산염 등을 들 수 있다. 상기 지용성 저분자 보습제로서는 콜레스테롤, 콜레스테롤에스테르 등을 들 수 있다. 상기 수용성 고분자로서는 카르복시비닐폴리머, 폴리아스파라긴산염, 트라가칸트, 크산탄검, 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 수용성 키틴, 키토산, 덱스트린 등을 들 수 있다. 상기 지용성 고분자로서는 폴리비닐피롤리돈ㆍ에이코센 공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈ㆍ헥사데센 공중합체, 니트로셀룰로오스, 덱스트린지방산에스테르, 고분자 실리콘 등을 들 수 있다.
상기 에몰리엔트제로서는 장쇄아실글루타민산콜레스테릴에스테르, 히드록시스테아르산콜레스테릴, 12-히드록시스테아르산, 스테아르산, 로진산, 라놀린지방산콜레스테릴에스테르 등을 들 수 있다.
이하, 실시예를 통해서 본 발명을 보다 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 하지만, 이들은 본 발명을 보다 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것일 뿐 본 발명의 권리범위가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
<실시예 1> 시료의 준비
1. 돌외 추출물의 준비
돌외잎 100g을 물 5리터에 넣어 85℃로 8시간 탕전한 후 35℃까지 식히고, 아스퍼질러스 오리제 20g을 넣고 72시간 동안 35℃에서 산소가 부족한 조건으로 혐기성 발효를 한 후, 여과기 필터를 통해 여과하여 액상의 돌외 추출물을 얻을 얻었다.
2. 비듬 개선용 추출물의 준비
(1) 수선화(뿌리) 10g, 털산박하(잎) 10g, 목화(잎) 10g, 오리방풀(잎) 10g, 말발도리(잎) 10g, 봉래초(잎) 10g, 조릿대(잎) 10g, 방풍(뿌리) 10g, 감초(뿌리) 10g 및 감탕나무(잎) 10g을 에탄올 1L에 혼합하고 교반하여 48시간 추출하고, 여과 및 감압 농축하고 동결건조하여 파우더 형태의 비듬 개선용 추출물 1을 얻었다.
(2) 수선화(뿌리) 50g 및 조릿대(잎) 50g을 에탄올 1L에 혼합하고 교반하여 48시간 추출하고, 여과 및 감압 농축하고 동결건조하여 파우더 형태의 비듬 개선용 추출물 2를 얻었다.
(3) 수선화(뿌리) 30g, 털산박하(잎) 30g 및 오리방풀(잎) 40g을 에탄올 1L에 혼합하고 교반하여 48시간 추출하고, 여과 및 감압 농축하고 동결건조하여 파우더 형태의 비듬 개선용 추출물 3을 얻었다.
<실시예 2> 세포독성 평가
1. 증류수로 DMEM 세포 배양 분말 가루를 녹인 후, 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin-streptomycin을 첨가하여 일반 세포 배양액을 준비하였다.
2. 또한, 증류수 대신 실시예 1의 1에서 준비된 액상의 돌외 추출물을 사용한 것을 제외하고는 다른 조건을 실시예 2의 1과 동일하게 하여 돌외 추출물 세포 배양액을 준비하였다. 이후, 일반 세포 배양액과 돌외 추출물 세포 배양액을 혼합하여, 다양한 농도(0, 25, 50, 100%)의 돌외 추출물이 함유된 세포 배양액을 준비하였다.
3. 휴먼 상피 조직 세포(human epithelial cell line)인 HaCaT를 상기 돌외 추출물이 함유된 세포 배양액에서 24시간 동안 배양한 후, MTT assay를 통하여 세포 독성 정도를 확인하여 그 결과를 도 1에 나타내었다.
4. 도 1을 보면, 돌외 추출물이 50% 함유된 세포 배양액에서는 세포 독성을 보이지 않았으며, 돌외 추출물이 100%인 세포 배양액에서도 세포 독성이 미미한 것을 확인할 수 있어, 돌외 추출물은 세포 독성이 거의 없음을 알 수 있다.
<실시예 3> 피부 미백 효과의 확인
1. 멜라닌 생성 측정을 통한 미백 효과 확인
(1) 피부 미백 효과를 확인하기 위해, 마우스 흑색종(Melanoma)에서 유래된 B16F10 세포를 사용하였으며, 상기 세포에 α-MSH(200nM), Arbutin(500ug/mL), 돌외 추출물(50%(v/v))을 72시간 동안 처리하였다. 배양액으로 분비된 멜라닌의 양은 분광 광도계(spectrophotometer)의 475nm 파장에서 세포 배양액의 흡광도를 측정하고, 상대적인 비율을 산정하여 그 결과를 도 2에 나타내었으며, 세포 내에 존재하는 멜라닌의 양은 세포 배양액을 완전히 제거하고, 인산완충생리식염수(PBS)를 이용하여 두차례 세척 후, 10% dimethyl sulfoxide가 포함된 1N NaOH 용액을 사용하여 세포를 용해시키고, 80℃ 항온수조에서 30분 동안 반응시켜 멜라닌을 녹인 후 spectrophotometer의 405nm 파장에서 흡광도를 측정하고 상대적인 비율을 산정하여 그 결과를 도 3에 나타내었다.
(2) 도 2 및 3을 보면, 멜라닌 합성을 유도하는 호르몬인 α-Melanocyte stimulating hormone(α-MSH)을 처리한 경우, 분비된 멜라닌 및 세포에 존재하는 멜라닌의 양이 대조군 대비 약 4배 증가하였는데, 돌외 추출물을 처리한 경우 양성 대조군인 Arbutin의 처리한 경우와 마찬가지로 멜라닌의 합성과 분비를 약 50% 감소시킴을 확인할 수 있어, 돌외추출물은 멜라닌 합성을 억제하여 미백 효과를 제공함을 알 수 있다.
2. 멜라닌 합성에 관여하는 유전자 검출을 통한 미백 효과 확인
(1) 실시예 3의 1의 (1)과 동일하게 실험하고, Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)을 이용하여 멜라닌 합성 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 tyrosinase(Tyr), tryrosinase-like protein 1(TRP-1), tryrosinase-like protein 2(TRP-2) 및 microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF)의 발현량을 측정하고, 상대적인 비율을 산정하여 그 결과를 도 4에 나타내었다.
(2) 도 4를 보면, 돌외 추출물은 멜라닌 합성에 관여하는 유전자의 발현을 억제함을 확인할 수 있다.
<실시예 4> 모낭 성장(탈모 완화) 효과의 확인
1. 모낭 성장(탈모 완화) 효과를 확인하기 위해, 휴먼 모유두 세포(human hair follicle dermal papilla cell)를 사용하였으며, 상기 세포에 Minoxidil(100uM), 돌외추출물(20%(v/v))을 24시간 동안 처리하고, 세포 성장에 관여하는 성장인자 insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1), keratinocyte growth factor(KGF), vascular endotheilia growth factor(VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)의 mRNA 발현양을 Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)로 분석하여 그 결과를 도 5에 나타내었다.
2. 도 5를 보면, 돌외 추출물을 처리한 경우 대조군 대비 여러 성장인자들의 mRNA 발현양을 의미있게 증가시켰으며, 양성대조군인 minoxidil과 유사한 효과를 보이고 있음을 확인할 수 있어, 상기 돌외 추출물은 모유듀세포의 성장 촉진 효과가 있으며, 나아가 발모 촉진 효과를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다.
<실시예 5> 비듬 개선 효과의 확인
1. 피지 억제를 통한 비듬 개선 효과의 확인
(1) 피지의 과다분비는 비듬을 발생시키는 일 원인에 해당하므로, 비듬 개선용 추출물을 사람에 적용하여 피지의 분비를 감소시키는지 확인하였다.
(2) 정제수와, 각각의 비듬 개선용 추출물을 혼합하여(정제수 100중량부당 각각의 비듬 개선용 추출물 2중량부 혼합), 시료를 준비하였다. 상기 시료 1은 정제수만 사용된 경우, 상기 시료 2는 정제수와 비듬 개선용 추출물 1이 혼합된 경우, 상기 시료 3은 정제수와 비듬 개선용 추출물 2가 혼합된 경우, 상기 시료 4는 정제수와 비듬 개선용 추출물 3이 혼합된 경우를 나타낸다.
(3) 피지가 과다 분비되는 40대 남자 8명을 대상으로, 세안 후 이마 부위를 에탄올로 닦아낸 뒤 건조시키고, 2시간이 지난 후 세부 테이프를 이마에 붙힌 후 떼어내 확인였다. 이후, 이마 부위에 4주 동안 동일 량의 시료 1 내지 4를 각각을 사용하게 한 후(상기 시료를 시트에 적신 후 상기 시트를 이마에 일정 시간 부착하여 진행), 4주가 지난 다음 날 세안하고 에탄올로 닦아낸 뒤 건조시키고 2시간이 지난 후 세부 테이프를 이마에 붙힌 후 떼어내 확인였다. 상기 시료 도포 전 및 후의 세부 테이프를 확인하여 피지의 상대적인 감소를 확인하였다.
(4) 상기 실험을 통한 피지의 확인 결과, 4주 동안 시료 1 내지 4를 사용하여도 어떤 피부 자극이 발생하지 않았음을 확인하였고, 상기 시료 사용 전 및 후 피지의 상대적인 감소를 확인한 결과, 시료 1의 경우 미세하게나마 피지가 증가하였으며, 시료 2를 사용한 경우 현저한 피지 감소를 확인할 수 있었고, 시료 3 및 4를 사용한 경우 시료 1보다는 피지의 감소가 확인되었으나, 시료 2보다는 피지 감소 폭이 적었다.
2. 피부 자극 완화를 통한 비듬 개선 효과의 확인
(1) 피부 자극에 의한 피부 손상은 비듬을 발생시키는 일 원인에 해당하므로, 실시예 5의 1에서 준비된 시료를 사람에 적용하여 피부 자극을 완화시키는지 확인하였다.
(2) 피부 질환이 없는 20대 여성 16을 대상으로, 피부 자극 물질인 lactic acid 5.0%를 자극원으로 첨가한 상기 시료를 사용하였다. 손 등을 70% 에탄올로 닦아낸 뒤 건조시키고, 상기 자극원이 첨가된 시료를 밀폐 첩포한 후, 24시간이 지난 후 첩포물을 제거한 후 홍반 및 부종 유무를 관찰하여 그 결과를 표 1에 나타내었다. 홍반 및 부종이 없는 경우 0으로 평가하고, 홍반 및 부종이 있는 경우 혼반 및 부종이 약한 순서로 순위를 평가하였다(1순위가 홍반 및 부종이 가장 약한 경우임).
(3) 표 1을 보면, 비듬 개선용 추출물 1 내지 3을 함유한 경우 피부 자극 완화 효과를 가지며, 비듬 개선용 추출물 1을 함유한 경우 피부 자극 완화 효과가 가장 큼을 확인할 수 있다.

<실시예 6> 피부 첩포 실험을 통한 탈모 및 비듬 개선의 확인
1. 화장료 조성물을 하기 표 2의 조성비로 제조하였다.

2. 탈모증을 앓고 있는 남성 10명을 대상으로, 탈모 부위에 매일 아침 및 저녁에 8주 동안 동일 량의 화장료 조성물 1 내지 4를 도포한 후(스프레이 형식으로 도포), 8주가 지난 후 탈모 개선에 대한 관능 평가를 실시하였다. 또한, 비듬이 많이 발생하는 남성 10명을 대상으로, 머리에 매일 아침 및 저녁에 8주 동안 동일 량의 화장료 조성물 시료 1 내지 4를 도포한 후(스프레이 형식으로 도포), 8주가 지난 후 비듬 개선에 대한 관능 평가를 실시하였다. 관능 평가 결과는 표 3에 나타내었으며, 관능 평가 항목에서 개선되는 상태가 좋으면 5점으로 상태가 나쁘면 0점으로 평가하도록 하고, 3점은 개선되지도 악화되지도 않은 상태를 의미한다.3. 표 3을 보면, 화장료 조성물 2 및 3은 탈모 완화하고, 화장료 조성물 3 및 4는 비듬을 완화함을 알 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 돌외를 아스퍼질러스 오리제를 이용하여 발효시켜 형성한 돌외 발효 추출물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 돌외 발효 추출물은 상기 돌외를 물에 혼합하고 탕전한 후 아스퍼질러스 오리제를 넣어 발효를 진행하고 여과하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물은 멜라닌 생성을 억제하여 피부 미백 효과를 제공하고, 모낭 세포의 성장을 촉진하여 탈모 완화 효과를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화장료 조성물은 탈모 완화 효과를 제공하며,상기 화장료 조성물은 비듬 개선용 추출물을 추가로 포함하고,상기 비듬 개선용 추출물은 화장료 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.5 내지 5중량%로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 비듬 개선용 추출물은 수선화 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 털산박하 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 목화 수출물 100 내지 200중량부, 오리방풀 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 말발도리 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 봉래초 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 조릿대 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 방풍 추출물 100 내지 200중량부, 감초 추출물 100 내지 200중량부 및 감탕나무 추출물 100 내지 200중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
