重合体ブロック(A)の1つあたりの重量平均分子量は、好ましくは300~25,000、より好ましくは1,000~15,000、さらに好ましくは2,000~10,000である。水添ブロック共重合体(I)が、上記範囲内の重量平均分子量である重合体ブロック(A)を少なくとも1つ有することにより、機械強度がより向上し、成形性にも優れる。
なお、本明細書において、重量平均分子量は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)測定によって求める標準ポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量である。
重合体ブロック(A)の合計の重量平均分子量とは、水添ブロック共重合体(I)が、2つ以上の重合体ブロック(A)を含有する場合にはそれらの合計の重量平均分子量を意味し、水添ブロック共重合体(I)が1つの重合体ブロック(A)のみを含有する場合にはその重合体ブロック(A)の重量平均分子量を意味する。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)の含有量は、40質量%以下とすることができる。
樹脂組成物の流動性、柔軟性を高め、さらに後述するtanδのピークトップ強度の低下を抑えることで、より優れた耐キンク性を付与しやすくする観点から、水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)の含有量は、25質量%以下であることが好ましく、15質量%以下であることがより好ましく、10質量%以下であることがさらに好ましい。
また、チューブの用途としてより好適な強度、適度なゴム弾性などの機械的特性、及び成形性を得る観点から、水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)の含有量は、1質量%以上であることが好ましく、3質量%以上であることがより好ましく、5質量%以上であることがさらに好ましい。
なお、水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)の含有量は、水添前のブロック共重合体を用いて、1H-NMR測定により求めることができ、より詳細には、実施例に記載の方法に従って測定される。
重合体ブロック(B)は、共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位を含む。
(共役ジエン化合物)
水添ブロック共重合体(I)を構成する重合体ブロック(B)は、後述するtanδのピークトップ強度を高めて優れた耐キンク性を発揮させ、また成形性、柔軟性に優れさせる等の観点から、共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位(以下、「共役ジエン化合物単位」と称すことがある。)を有する。
重合体ブロック(B)は、共役ジエン化合物単位を30モル%以上含有することが好ましい。なかでも耐キンク性及び成形性の観点から、重合体ブロック(B)は、共役ジエン化合物単位を、より好ましくは50モル%以上、さらに好ましくは65モル%以上、よりさらに好ましくは80モル%以上、よりさらに好ましくは90モル%以上、実質的に100モル%含有することが特に好ましい。
なお、上記「共役ジエン化合物単位」は、共役ジエン化合物1種に由来する構造単位であっても、共役ジエン化合物2種以上に由来する構造単位であってもよい。
中でも、水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(B)が、イソプレン、ブタジエン、及びファルネセンから選ばれる少なくとも1種に由来する構造単位を含有することが好ましく、イソプレン及びブタジエンから選ばれる少なくとも1種に由来する構造単位を含有することがより好ましい。また、tanδのピークトップ強度をより高めやすい観点から、重合体ブロック(B)は、イソプレンに由来する構造単位を含有することが好ましい。上記観点から、重合体ブロック(B)は、例えば、イソプレンに由来する構造単位、又はブタジエンとイソプレンに由来する構造単位を含有することができる。
tanδのピークトップ強度を高めて優れた耐キンク性を発揮しやすくする観点から、水添ブロック共重合体(I)のうち少なくとも1種が、重合体ブロック(B)中に下記式(X)で表される1種以上の脂環式骨格(X)を、1モル%以上主鎖に含む構造単位を有する水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)であることが好ましい。また、上記観点から、樹脂組成物中の全ての水添ブロック共重合体(I)が、水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)であってもよい。
水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)を構成する重合体ブロック(B)は、共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位であって、下記式(X)で表される1種以上の脂環式骨格(X)を主鎖に含む構造単位(以下、「脂環式骨格含有単位」と略称することがある。)を有する。また、水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)を構成する重合体ブロック(B)は、脂環式骨格(X)を含有しない共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位をも含有し得る。脂環式骨格含有単位は、上述の共役ジエン化合物単位に含まれる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)中に重合体ブロック(B)を2つ以上有する場合には、それら重合体ブロック(B)は、同一であっても異なっていてもよい。
なお、水素添加率に応じて上記式(X)におけるビニル基は水素添加され得る。そのため、水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)における脂環式骨格(X)の意味するところには、上記式(X)におけるビニル基が水素添加された骨格も含まれる。
共役ジエン化合物としてブタジエンを単独で使用した場合、下記(i)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格(X)が生成されうる。すなわちこの場合、脂環式骨格(X)はR1~R3が同時に水素原子である脂環式骨格のみとなる。したがって、水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)の態様の一つとして、R1~R3が同時に水素原子である1種の脂環式骨格(X)を主鎖に含む重合体ブロック(B)を有するものが挙げられる。
また、共役ジエン化合物としてイソプレンを単独で使用する場合、下記(v)及び(vi)の置換基の組み合わせを有する2種の脂環式骨格(X)が主に生成されうる。
また、共役ジエン化合物としてブタジエンとイソプレンとを併用する場合、下記(i)~(vi)の置換基の組み合わせを有する6種の脂環式骨格(X)が主に生成されうる。
(ii) :R1=水素原子、R2=メチル基、R3=水素原子
(iii) :R1=水素原子、R2=水素原子、R3=メチル基
(iv) :R1=メチル基、R2=水素原子、R3=水素原子
(v) :R1=メチル基、R2=メチル基、R3=水素原子
(vi) :R1=メチル基、R2=水素原子、R3=メチル基
特にR1~R3が、それぞれ独立に水素原子又はメチル基を示し、かつR1~R3が同時に水素原子でない脂環式骨格であることがより好ましい。すなわち、重合体ブロック(B)は、上記(ii)~(vi)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格のうち、いずれか1種以上を主鎖に含む構成単位を有することがより好ましい。
さらに耐キンク性を向上させる観点から、重合体ブロック(B)中に上記脂環式骨格(X’)を1モル%以上含有していることがより好ましく、さらに好ましくは1.3モル%以上、よりさらに好ましくは1.6モル%以上である。脂環式骨格(X’)の含有量の上限値は、上記脂環式骨格(X)の含有量の上限値と同様である。
共役ジエン化合物としてイソプレンを使用する場合において、重合体ブロック(B)中に、前記(v),(vi)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格(X’)が1種以上存在するときのそれらの合計含有量は、1モル%以上であることが好ましく、1.5モル%以上であることがより好ましく、2モル%以上であることがさらに好ましく、3モル%以上であることがよりさらに好ましく、4モル%以上であることが特に好ましい。また、イソプレンを使用する場合の上記合計含有量の上限値は、前記脂環式骨格(X)の含有量の上限値と同様である。
また、共役ジエン化合物としてブタジエンとイソプレンとを併用する場合において、重合体ブロック(B)中に、前記(i)~(vi)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格(X)が1種以上存在するときのそれらの合計含有量は、1モル%以上であることが好ましく、5モル%以上であることがより好ましい。ブタジエンとイソプレンとを併用する場合の上記合計含有量の上限値は、前記脂環式骨格(X)の含有量の上限値と同様である。
水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)に含まれる上記脂環式骨格(X)((X’)を含む)の含有量は、水素添加前のブロック共重合体の13C-NMR測定により、重合体ブロック(B)中の脂環式骨格(X)由来の積分値から求めることでき、より詳細には実施例に記載の方法に従って測定される。
これにより、上記R3を有する分岐状アルキル基と結合している脂環式骨格(X)上の炭素原子と、分岐状アルキル基と結合している主鎖上の炭素原子との含有モル比を特定することも可能である。
また、本発明の目的及び効果の妨げにならない限り、水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(B)は、共役ジエン化合物以外の他の重合性の単量体に由来する構造単位を含有してもよい。この場合、重合体ブロック(B)において、共役ジエン化合物以外の他の重合性の単量体に由来する構造単位の含有量は、好ましくは70モル%未満、より好ましくは50モル%未満、さらに好ましくは35モル%未満、特に好ましくは20モル%未満である。共役ジエン化合物以外の他の重合性の単量体に由来する構造単位の含有量の下限値に特に制限はないが、下限値は0モル%であってもよいし、5モル%であってもよいし、10モル%であってもよい。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)が有する重合体ブロック(B)の合計の重量平均分子量に特に制限はないが、耐キンク性及び成形性等の観点から、水素添加前の状態で、800,000以下であることが好ましく、500,000以下であることがより好ましく、300,000以下であることがさらに好ましく、200,000以下であることが特に好ましい。また、該重合体ブロック(B)の合計の重量平均分子量に特に下限は無く、15,000以上であってもよい。「重合体ブロック(B)の合計の重量平均分子量」とは、上述の「重合体ブロック(A)の合計の重量平均分子量」の意味と同様である。
共役ジエン化合物は、重合時に生成する結合の位置によって、複数の結合形態をとりうる。例えば、ブタジエンの場合には1,2-結合、1,4-結合、イソプレンの場合には1,2-結合、3,4-結合、1,4-結合が生成しうる。重合体ブロック(B)において、これらの結合形態の1種のみが存在していても、2種以上が存在していてもよい。
ビニル結合量とは、1,2-結合単位及び3,4-結合単位の含有量である。共役ジエン化合物は、1,2-結合及び3,4-結合すると分子主鎖に結合するビニル基を有する。重合体ブロック(B)がブタジエンのみからなる場合には、上記「1,2-結合単位及び3,4-結合単位の含有量」とは「1,2-結合単位の含有量」と読み替えて適用する。
ビニル結合量は、実施例に記載の方法に従って、1H-NMR測定によって算出することができる。
また、樹脂組成物中の全ての水添ブロック共重合体(I)に含まれる、重合体ブロック(B)におけるビニル結合量が、50~100モル%であることが好ましい。全ての水添ブロック共重合体(I)について、重合体ブロック(B)のビニル結合量が上記範囲内であれば、より一層優れた成形性、透明性及び耐キンク性の発現に寄与することができる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)は、重合体ブロック(A)及び重合体ブロック(B)を含むブロック共重合体を、水素添加することにより製造することができる。また、ここでは水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)の製造方法も説明する。
ブロック共重合体の製造方法として、例えば、1種以上の共役ジエン化合物をモノマーとしてアニオン重合法により重合させることにより重合体ブロック(B)を形成し、続いて重合体ブロック(A)のモノマーを添加し、また必要に応じてさらに重合体ブロック(A)のモノマー及び共役ジエン化合物を逐次添加することにより、ブロック共重合体を得ることができる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)を製造する場合、上記アニオン重合法により脂環式骨格(X)を生成させる方法として、公知の技術を用いることができる(例えば、米国特許第3966691号明細書参照)。脂環式骨格(X)はモノマーの枯渇によってポリマーの末端に形成され、これにさらにモノマーを逐次添加することで該脂環式骨格(X)から再び重合を開始させることができる。そのため、モノマーの逐次添加時間、重合温度、あるいは触媒の種類や添加量、モノマーと触媒との組合せ等により、脂環式骨格(X)の生成の有無やその含有量を調整できる。
また、アニオン重合法では、アニオン重合開始剤、溶媒、並びに、必要に応じてカップリング剤及びルイス塩基を用いることができる。
用いることのできるルイス塩基としては、例えば、ジメチルエーテル、ジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、2,2-ジ(2-テトラヒドロフリル)プロパン(DTHFP)等のエーテル類;エチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、ジエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル、テトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル等のグリコールエーテル類;トリエチルアミン、N,N,N’,N’-テトラメチレンジアミン、N,N,N’,N’-テトラメチルエチレンジアミン(TMEDA)、N-メチルモルホリン等のアミン類;ナトリウムt-ブチレート、ナトリウムt-アミレート又はナトリウムイソペンチレート等の脂肪族アルコールのナトリウム又はカリウム塩、あるいは、ジアルキルナトリウムシクロヘキサノレート、例えば、ナトリウムメントレートのような脂環式アルコールのナトリウム又はカリウム塩等の金属塩;等が挙げられる。これらのルイス塩基は、1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
上記の製造方法により得られたブロック共重合体を水素添加する方法は、不活性有機溶媒中で水添触媒の存在下に水素添加反応(水添反応)を行う。水添反応により、ブロック共重合体における重合体ブロック(B)中の共役ジエン化合物由来の炭素-炭素二重結合が水素添加され、水素添加物とすることができる。
水添反応は、水素圧力を0.1~20MPa程度、好ましくは0.5~15MPa、より好ましくは0.5~5MPa、反応温度を20~250℃程度、好ましくは50~180℃、より好ましくは70~180℃、反応時間を通常0.1~100時間程度、好ましくは1~50時間として実施できる。
水添触媒としては、例えば、ラネーニッケル;Pt、Pd、Ru、Rh、Ni等の金属をカーボン、アルミナ、珪藻土等の単体に担持させた不均一系触媒;遷移金属化合物とアルキルアルミニウム化合物、アルキルリチウム化合物等との組み合わせからなるチーグラー系触媒;メタロセン系触媒等が挙げられる。
例えば、樹脂組成物を用いてなる成形体の耐熱性及び耐候性を向上させたい場合、水添ブロック共重合体(I)において、全重合体ブロック(B)中の炭素-炭素二重結合の水素添加率は80モル%以上が好ましく、85モル%以上がより好ましく、90モル%以上がさらに好ましい。同場合の水素添加率の上限に特に制限はなく、99モル%以下であってもよく、98モル%以下であってもよい。
なお、上記水素添加率は、重合体ブロック(B)中の共役ジエン化合物由来の構造単位中の炭素-炭素二重結合の含有量(脂環式骨格(X)を有する場合は脂環式骨格(X)由来の構造単位中の炭素-炭素二重結合の含有量を含む)を、水素添加後に、1H-NMR測定することによって求めることができる。より詳細には、実施例に記載の方法に従って、水素添加率を測定することができる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)は、重合体ブロック(A)と重合体ブロック(B)とが結合している限りは、その結合形式は限定されず、直鎖状、分岐状、放射状、又はこれらの2つ以上が組合わさった結合様式のいずれでもよい。中でも、重合体ブロック(A)と重合体ブロック(B)の結合形式は直鎖状であることが好ましく、その例としては重合体ブロック(A)をAで、また重合体ブロック(B)をBで表したときに、A-Bで示されるジブロック共重合体、A-B-A又はB-A-Bで示されるトリブロック共重合体、A-B-A-Bで示されるテトラブロック共重合体、A-B-A-B-A又はB-A-B-A-Bで示されるペンタブロック共重合体、(A-B)nZ型共重合体(Zはカップリング剤残基を表し、nは3以上の整数を表す)等を挙げることができる。中でも、直鎖状のトリブロック共重合体、及びジブロック共重合体が好ましく、A-B-A型のトリブロック共重合体が、柔軟性、製造の容易性等の観点から好ましい。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)は、本発明の目的及び効果の妨げにならない限り、上記重合体ブロック(A)及び(B)以外の、他の単量体で構成される重合体ブロックを含有していてもよいが、重合体ブロック(A)及び重合体ブロック(B)の合計含有量は、90質量%以上であることが好ましく、95質量%以上であることがより好ましく、実質的に100質量%であることが特に好ましい。上記合計含有量が90質量%以上であれば、樹脂組成物は耐キンク性により優れやすくなり、各種用途に好適に用いることができる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)の重量平均分子量(Mw)は、250,000以下であることが好ましい。水添ブロック共重合体(I)の重量平均分子量が250,000以下であれば、樹脂組成物の流動性が高くなり、耐キンク性及び成形性により一層優れやすくなる。
また、水添ブロック共重合体(I)の重量平均分子量は、15,000以上であることが好ましい。水添ブロック共重合体(I)の重量平均分子量が15,000以上であれば、水添ブロック共重合体の生産性や成形安定性に優れる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)の重量平均分子量は、好ましくは15,000~250,000、より好ましくは50,000~250,000、さらに好ましくは60,000~200,000、よりさらに好ましくは70,000~180,000、よりさらに好ましくは130,000~170,000である。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)の230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件下におけるメルトフローレート(MFR)は、0.1g/10分以上であることが好ましい。水添ブロック共重合体(I)のMFRが0.1以上であれば、樹脂組成物に適度な流動性が与えられ、耐キンク性及び成形性により一層優れやすくなる。また、水添ブロック共重合体(I)のMFRは、250以下であることが好ましい。水添ブロック共重合体(I)のMFRが250以下であれば、水添ブロック共重合体の生産性や成形安定性に優れる。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)のMFRは、好ましくは0.1~250g/10分、より好ましくは1~60g/10分、さらに好ましくは3~50g/10分、よりさらに好ましくは5~40g/10分、特に好ましくは10~30g/10分である。
tanδ(損失正接)は、動的粘弾性測定における周波数1Hzにおける損失弾性率/貯蔵弾性率の比である。tanδのピークトップ温度及び強度は、応力緩和や耐キンク性、及びその他の物性に大きく寄与する。ここで、tanδのピークトップ強度とは、tanδのピークが最大となるときのtanδの値のことである。また、tanδのピークトップ温度とは、tanδのピークが最大となるときの温度のことである。
水添ブロック共重合体(I)のtanδのピークトップ温度及び強度は、JIS K 7244-10(2005年)に準拠して測定でき、より詳細には、実施例に記載の方法に従って測定される。
また、水添ブロック共重合体(I)は、tanδのピークトップ温度が、好ましくは-50℃以上、より好ましくは-40℃以上、さらに好ましくは-30℃以上、よりさらに好ましくは-25℃以上であり、0℃以上であってもよい。また、上記tanδのピークトップ温度の上限は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲であればよく、50℃以下であってもよく、40℃以下であってもよく、35℃以下であってもよい。tanδのピークトップ温度の範囲として、例えば、好ましくは-50~50℃であり、より好ましくは-40~40℃、さらに好ましくは-30~30℃、よりさらに好ましくは-25~25℃である。tanδのピークトップ温度が-50℃以上であれば、実使用環境下において充分な物性を得ることができる。
ポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)としては、ホモポリプロピレン、プロピレン-エチレンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-エチレンブロック共重合体、プロピレン-ブテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-エチレン-ブテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-ペンテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-ヘキセンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-オクテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-エチレン-ペンテンランダム共重合体、プロピレン-エチレン-ヘキセンランダム共重合体などが挙げられる。
また、これらのポリプロピレン系樹脂に、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸などの不飽和モノカルボン酸;マレイン酸、シトラコン酸、イタコン酸などの不飽和ジカルボン酸;それら不飽和モノカルボン酸又は不飽和ジカルボン酸のエステル、アミド又はイミド;無水マレイン酸、無水シトラコン酸、無水イタコン酸などの不飽和ジカルボン酸無水物などの変性剤をグラフト共重合した変性ポリプロピレン系樹脂を用いることもできる。
樹脂組成物中の水添ブロック共重合体(I)とポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)との含有割合[(I)/(II)]は、質量比で90/10~40/60であることが好ましい。含有割合[(I)/(II)]が上記範囲内であれば、樹脂組成物におけるtanδのピークトップ強度が高くなり、耐キンク性がより一層優れやすくなる。また、樹脂組成物の柔軟性、機械強度及び成形性等がより良好になる。含有割合[(I)/(II)]は、より好ましくは80/20~45/55、さらに好ましくは70/30~50/50、よりさらに好ましくは70/30~55/45である。水添ブロック共重合体(I)の含有割合を増やすことにより、柔軟性、耐キンク性がより向上する傾向にある。
本実施態様において、樹脂組成物は、水添ブロック共重合体(I)及びポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)の他に、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で、(I)成分及び(II)成分以外の重合体、さらに各種添加剤を含有してもよい。
上記重合体としては、例えば、スチレン系樹脂、ポリフェニレンエーテル系樹脂、ポリカーボネート系樹脂、ポリアミド系樹脂、イソブチレン-イソプレン共重合ゴム、ポリウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリフェニレンサルファイド系樹脂、ポリアセタール系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、ポリオキシメチレン系樹脂等が挙げられる。これら重合体は、1種単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
上記添加剤としては、例えば、ブロッキング防止剤、加工助剤、補強剤、充填剤、可塑剤、連通気泡剤、熱安定剤、光安定剤、紫外線吸収剤、酸化防止剤、滑剤、帯電防止剤、防菌剤、防かび剤、分散剤、着色剤、発泡剤、発泡助剤、難燃剤、撥水剤、防水剤導電性付与剤、熱伝導性付与剤、電磁波シールド性付与剤、蛍光剤、結晶核剤等が挙げられる。これらの添加剤は、単独で用いてもよく、2種類以上を併用してもよい。
医療用途では、特に、鉗子を外した際に、チューブの形状が直ぐに元に戻り、送液が迅速に再開できる、すなわち耐鉗子性を向上させる観点から、滑剤を添加してもよい。滑剤としては、例えば、ステアリン酸アミド、オレイン酸アミド、エルカ酸アミド、メチレンビスステアリン酸アミド、及びエチレンビスステアリン酸アミド等の脂肪族アミド系、またステアリン酸鉛、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、及びステアリン酸マグネシウム等の金属石鹸系、また、ステアリン酸モノグリセリド、及びステアリルステアレート等のエステル系を用いることができる。
樹脂組成物の製造方法に特に制限はなく、公知の手段を利用して製造できる。例えば、上記(I)成分及び(II)成分、必要に応じて上記任意成分をヘンシェルミキサー、Vブレンダー、リボンブレンダー、タンブラーブレンダー、コニカルブレンダー等の混合機を用いて混合することによって樹脂組成物を製造できる。また、上記混合機を用いて混合後、一軸押出機、二軸押出機、ニーダー、バンバリーミキサー、ロール等の混練機を用いて80~250℃で溶融混練することによっても、樹脂組成物を製造できる。
また、各成分[少なくとも(I)成分及び(II)成分]が可溶な溶媒に各成分を溶解させて混合し、溶媒を除去することによって樹脂組成物を製造することもできる。
本実施態様において、樹脂組成物に含まれる全ての重合体ブロック(B)についてのビニル結合量の平均(即ち、重合体ブロック(B)全体に対するビニル結合量の割合)が50モル%以上である。ビニル結合量の平均が50モル%未満であると、水添ブロック共重合体(I)とポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)との相容性が低下し、成形体の透明性や平滑性等の成形性に劣るおそれが生じる。また、チューブにMD方向への配向が生じやすくなるため、優れた耐キンク性を発揮することが困難になる。上記ビニル結合量の平均は、好ましくは55モル%以上、より好ましくは60モル%以上である。また、上記ビニル結合量の平均の上限値は、特に制限されず100モル%であってもよい。

上記式において、樹脂組成物が、水添ブロック共重合体(I)を2種以上含有する場合、各水添ブロック共重合体(I)についての[a×b×c]を足し合わせたものを分子、各水添ブロック共重合体(I)についての[a×b]を足し合わせたものを分母とする。
本実施態様の樹脂組成物は、熱プレス成形して作製したシートについて、JIS K 6253-3(2012年)に準拠し、タイプDデュロメータを用いて測定されるD硬度が50未満である。D硬度が50以上であると、樹脂組成物からなるチューブの柔軟性が不足し、優れた耐キンク性が得られない。D硬度は、45以下が好ましく、43以下がより好ましく、41以下がさらに好ましい。また、D硬度の下限値は、チューブの用途に適用できる範囲であれば制限されないが、10以上であればよい。
上記D硬度は、水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)の含有量、ビニル結合量、水添ブロック共重合体(I)及びポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)の各メルトフローレート値、並びに含有割合[(I)/(II)]等を制御することによって調整することができる。
より詳細なD硬度の測定方法は、実施例に記載のとおりである。
本実施態様の樹脂組成物は、JIS K 7244-10(2005年)に準拠して、歪み量0.1%、周波数1Hz、測定温度-70~100℃、昇温速度3℃/分の条件で測定されるtanδのピークトップ強度が、0.2以上であることが好ましい。tanδのピークトップ強度が0.2以上であれば、チューブを曲げた際の応力が緩和され、耐キンク性がより一層向上すると考えられる。樹脂組成物のtanδのピークトップ強度は、より高いものでは0.3以上となるものもある。
また、樹脂組成物は、tanδのピークトップ温度が、好ましくは-50℃以上、より好ましくは-40℃以上、さらに好ましくは-30℃以上、よりさらに好ましくは-25℃以上であり、0℃以上であってもよい。また、上記tanδのピークトップ温度の上限は、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲であればよく、50℃以下であってもよく、40℃以下であってもよく、35℃以下であってもよい。
また、樹脂組成物は、周波数1Hz、20℃におけるtanδ強度が、好ましくは0.01以上、より好ましくは0.05以上である。
樹脂組成物の230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件下におけるメルトフローレート(MFR)が、0.1~50g/10分であることが好ましい。樹脂組成物のMFRが上記範囲内であれば、耐キンク性及び成形性により一層優れやすくなる。水添ブロック共重合体(I)のMFRは、より好ましくは1~40g/10分、より好ましくは3~30g/10分、よりさらに好ましくは5~30g/10分、特に好ましくは6~30g/10分である。
本実施態様の樹脂組成物は、各種用途に有用な容器、フィルム及びシート等の成形体に好適である。樹脂組成物は、成形性及び耐キンク性に優れさせることができるため、特にチューブに用いることが好ましい。
チューブの製造方法は特に制限されない。例えば、本実施態様の樹脂組成物を押出機に投入して溶融し、ダイを通して管状に成形、水冷又は空冷してチューブとする方法がある。用いる押出機は単軸又は多軸の押出機を使用することができる。また、樹脂組成物製造時の押出機から直接チューブとして成形することもできる。チューブ成形時には、ダイからチューブ内側にエアーを吹き込むことにより、チューブの形状を保持することができる。
かかる方法により得られるチューブの断面形状は、特に制限されないが、通常、円形、楕円形等が好ましい。チューブの大きさは特に制限されない。例えば、チューブの外径は1~50mm、チューブの厚みは0.3~20mmにすることができる。チューブの形状は、ダイ形状、押出機のスクリュー回転数、押出温度、チューブ内側へのエアー吹込み量、などの条件によって調節できる。
また、チューブ成形の際の冷却速度を遅くすると、結晶度の高いチューブが得られるので、得られるチューブの結晶度を適宜制御するために、チューブ成形の際の冷却速度を適宜調整することができる。
積層するポリマーとしては、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、エチレン・プロピレン共重合ゴム(EPM)、エチレン・プロピレン・非共役ジエン共重合ゴム(EPDM)等のオレフィン系重合体;ポリエステルエラストマー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステル系重合体;ポリアミド6、ポリアミド6・6、ポリアミド6・10、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド6・12等のポリアミド系樹脂;ポリアクリル酸メチルやポリメタクリル酸メチル等のアクリル系樹脂;ポリオキシメチレンホモポリマー、ポリオキシメチレンコポリマー等のポリオキシメチレン系樹脂;スチレン単独重合体、アクリロニトリル・スチレン樹脂、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエン・スチレン樹脂等のスチレン系樹脂;ポリカーボネート樹脂;スチレン・ブタジエン共重合体ゴム、スチレン・イソプレン共重合体ゴム等のスチレン系エラストマー及びその水素添加物又はその変性物;天然ゴム;合成イソプレンゴム、液状ポリイソプレンゴム及びその水素添加物又は変性物;クロロプレンゴム;アクリルゴム;ブチルゴム;アクリロニトリル・ブタジエンゴム;エピクロロヒドリンゴム;シリコーンゴム;フッ素ゴム;クロロスルホン化ポリエチレン;ウレタンゴム;ポリウレタン系エラストマー;ポリアミド系エラストマー;ポリエステル系エラストマー;軟質塩化ビニル樹脂等が挙げられる。
また、本発明の効果を阻害しない範囲で、さらに、肉厚の増加を抑えて柔軟性を維持した上で耐圧性等を向上するために、編組補強糸や螺旋補強体を巻き付けて耐圧チューブ(ホース)とすることができる。編組補強糸は、厚み方向での内部又は層間に設けられ、ビニロン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、アラミド繊維、炭素繊維、金属ワイヤー等を用いることができ、螺旋補強体は外周に設けられ、金属、プラスチック等を用いることができる。
本実施態様のチューブは、液体輸送用又は医療用のチューブとすることができる。例えば、輸液、輸血、腹膜透析、カテーテル治療等の際に用いられるカテーテル(体内留置型カテーテルやバルーンカテーテル等)、輸液バッグ用チューブ、血液バッグ用チューブ、人工血管、血液回路、シリンジ、血液透析器、血液成分分離器、人工肺等の医療用具が挙げられる。
なお、液体輸送用又は医療用のチューブは、すべての部分が本実施態様の樹脂組成物から形成されている必要はなく、少なくとも一部分が上記樹脂組成物から形成されていればよい。例えば、上記のカテ一テルや血液バッグ等では、液と接触する部分を本実施態様のチューブで形成し、液と接触しない部分を軟質塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン等の医療用に用いられる他の樹脂で形成してもよい。
本実施態様のチューブは、チューブの円周方向(TD)に対する長さ方向(MD、すなわちTD方向と直交する方向)の引張弾性率(MPa)の比[MD/TD]が、1.5以下が好ましく、1.3以下がより好ましく、1.0以下にすることもできる。比[MD/TD]の値が低いほど耐キンク性が向上する傾向にある。比[MD/TD]の下限値は、チューブの引張強度の観点から、0.2以上が望ましく、0.5以上が望ましく、0.8以上がさらに望ましい。
比[MD/TD]は、水添ブロック共重合体(I)及び樹脂組成物のメルトフローレート値や、各成分の重量平均分子量の好適化によって樹脂組成物の流動性を高めることで低くすることができる。また、チューブの製造条件を制御することで調整できる。
比[MD/TD]は、実施例に記載の方法に従って算出される値である。
本実施態様のチューブは、長さ方向の応力緩和試験において、ひずみ30%での10分後の応力が、4MPa以下であることが好ましく、3MPa以下であることがより好ましく、2.5MPa以下であることがさらに好ましい。10分後の応力が上記範囲であることによって、チューブを曲げた際の応力が緩和しやすく、耐キンク性が向上する傾向にある。10分後の応力の下限は特に限定されないが、チューブの形状保持の観点から、0.1MPa以上であることが望ましい。
上記10分後の応力は、例えばインストロン3345試験機(インストロン社製)を用いて、ひずみ30%で保持し、10分経過後の荷重をチューブの断面積で除することで算出できる。より詳細には、実施例に記載の方法で測定した値である。
本実施態様のチューブは、チューブの長さ方向と円周方向からなる面(MD/TD平面)において、MDへの配向度を示す配向関数Sが、好ましくは1以下、より好ましくは0.1以下、さらに好ましくは0.015以下、よりさらに好ましくは0.01以下である。配向関数Sが上記範囲内であると、耐キンク性に優れる傾向にある。
上記配向関数Sは、例えば公知の広角X線回折法(WAXD法)によって測定されうる。配向関数Sは、より詳細には実施例に記載の方法によって計算される。
本実施態様のチューブは、結晶配向比MD/TDが、好ましくは1.2以下、より好ましくは1.1以下、よりさらに好ましくは1.0以下である。また、非晶配向比MD/TDが、好ましくは1.4以下、より好ましくは1.3以下、よりさらに好ましくは1.2以下、特に好ましくは1.1以下である。結晶配向比MD/TD及び非晶配向比MD/TDが上記範囲内であると、耐キンク性に優れる傾向にある。結晶配向比MD/TD及び非晶配向比MD/TDは、チューブの引張強度の観点から、0.1以上であることが好ましく、0.3以上であることがさらに好ましい。
結晶配向比MD/TD及び非晶配向比MD/TDは、三次元測定により長さ方向(MD)、円周方向(TD)、厚み方向それぞれへの配向度を求めたあと、配向度のMD/TDの比を計算したものであり、より詳細には実施例に記載の方法で測定される。
(1)重合体ブロック(A)の含有量、重合体ブロック(A)の1つあたりの重量平均分子量、及び重合体ブロック(A)の合計の重量平均分子量
水添前のブロック共重合体をCDCl3に溶解して1H-NMR測定[装置:「ADVANCE 400 Nano bay」(Bruker社製)、測定温度:30℃]を行い、スチレンに由来するピーク強度と共役ジエン化合物に由来するピーク強度の比から重合体ブロック(A)の含有量を算出した。
各製造例で得られた水添ブロック共重合体について、重合体ブロック(A)の合計の重量平均分子量及び1つあたりの重量平均分子量は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)により標準ポリスチレン換算分子量として求めた。
(GPC測定装置及び測定条件)

なお、重合体ブロック(A)の1つあたりの重量平均分子量及び合計の重量平均分子量は、製造工程において各重合体ブロックの重合が終了する都度、サンプリングした液を測定することで求めた。
下記条件のゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)測定により、水添ブロック共重合体のポリスチレン換算の重量平均分子量(Mw)を求めた。
(GPC測定装置及び測定条件)

1H-NMR測定により、イソプレン及び/又はブタジエンの残存オレフィン由来のピーク面積と、エチレン、プロピレン及び/又はブチレン由来のピーク面積との比から重合体ブロック(B)における水素添加率(モル%)を算出した。
・装置:核磁気共鳴装置「ADVANCE 400 Nano bay」(Bruker社製)
・溶媒:CDCl3
水添前のブロック共重合体をCDCl3に溶解して1H-NMR測定[装置:「ADVANCE 400 Nano bay」(Bruker社製)、測定温度:30℃]を行った。イソプレン及び/又はブタジエン由来の構造単位の全ピーク面積と、イソプレン構造単位における1,2-結合単位及び3,4-結合単位、ブタジエン構造単位における1,2-結合単位、又は、イソプレンとブタジエンの混合物に由来する構造単位の場合はそれぞれの前記結合単位に対応するピーク面積の比からビニル結合量(1,2-結合単位及び3,4-結合単位の含有量の合計)(モル%)を算出した。
水添前のブロック共重合体600mg及びCr(acac)3 40mgをCDCl3 4mlに溶解して10mmNMRチューブを用いて定量13C-NMR測定(パルスプログラム:zgig、Inverse gated 1H decoupling法) [装置:「ADVANCE 400 Nano bay」(Bruker社製)、測定温度:30℃]を行い、下記の方法にて重合体ブロック(B)中の脂環式骨格(X)の含有量(モル%)を算出した。
なお、表3中、(X)は次の脂環式骨格を示す。
X:以下(i)~(vi)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格
(i) :R1=水素原子、R2=水素原子、R3=水素原子;(1,2Bd+Bd)
(ii):R1=水素原子、R2=メチル基、R3=水素原子;(1,2Bd+1,2Ip)
(iii):R1=水素原子、R2=水素原子、R3=メチル基;(1,2Bd+3,4Ip)
(iv):R1=メチル基、R2=水素原子、R3=水素原子;(1,2Ip+Bd)
(v):R1=メチル基、R2=メチル基、R3=水素原子;(1,2Ip+1,2Ip)
(vi):R1=メチル基、R2=水素原子、R3=メチル基;(1,2Ip+3,4Ip)
各ピークと由来する構造を表1-1に示す。それぞれのピークの積分値をa~gとすると、各構造の積分値は表1-2のようになり、X,X1,X2の含有量はそれぞれ、(a+g-c)/(a+b+c-d+e/2+2f), (g-c)/(a+b+c-d+e/2+2f), a/(a+b+c-d+e/2+2f)で算出できる。
なお、表1中(表1-1及び表1-2中)、X1及びX2は次の脂環式骨格を示す。
X1:上記(i),(iv)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格
X2:上記(ii),(iii),(v),(iv)の置換基の組み合わせを有する脂環式骨格
以下の測定のため、製造例の水添ブロック共重合体を、温度230℃、圧力10MPaで3分間加圧することで、厚み1.0mmの単層シートを作製した。該単層シートを円板形状に切り出し、これを試験シートとした。
測定には、JIS K 7244-10(2005年)に基づいて、平行平板振動レオメータとして、円板の直径が8mmのゆがみ制御型動的粘弾性装置「ARES-G2」(ティー・エイ・インスツルメント・ジャパン社製)を用いた。
上記試験シートによって2枚の平板間の隙間を完全に充填し、歪み量0.1%で、上記試験シートに1Hzの周波数で振動を与え、-70℃から100℃まで3℃/分の定速で昇温した。せん断損失弾性率及びせん断貯蔵弾性率の測定値に変化がなくなるまで、上記試験シートと円板の温度を保持し、tanδのピーク強度の最大値(ピークトップ強度)及び該最大値が得られた温度(ピークトップ温度)を求めた。また、20℃におけるtanδ強度を求めた。
製造例の水添ブロック共重合体について、JIS K 7210(2014年)に準拠して、温度230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件下で測定した。
水添ブロック共重合体(TPE1)の製造
窒素置換し、乾燥させた耐圧容器に、溶媒としてシクロヘキサン50kg、アニオン重合開始剤として濃度10.5質量%のsec-ブチルリチウムのシクロヘキサン溶液76g(sec-ブチルリチウムの実質的な添加量:8.0g)を仕込んだ。
耐圧容器内を50℃に昇温した後、スチレン(1)1.00kgを加えて1時間重合させ、容器内温度50℃で、ルイス塩基としてテトラヒドロフラン0.33kgを加え、イソプレン8.20kg及びブタジエン6.44kgの混合液を表2に示す平均ジエンフィード速度で、5時間かけて加えた後2時間重合させ、さらにスチレン(2)1.00kgを加えて1時間重合させることにより、ポリスチレン-ポリ(イソプレン/ブタジエン)-ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体を含む反応液を得た。
該反応液に、オクチル酸ニッケル及びトリメチルアルミニウムから形成されるチーグラー系水素添加触媒を水素雰囲気下で添加し、水素圧力1MPa、80℃の条件で5時間反応させた。該反応液を放冷及び放圧させた後、水洗により上記触媒を除去し、真空乾燥させることにより、ポリスチレン-ポリ(イソプレン/ブタジエン)-ポリスチレントリブロック共重合体の水素添加物(以下、TPE1と称することがある)を得た。
各原料及びその使用量について表2に示した。また、前記物性評価の結果を表3に示した。
水添ブロック共重合体(TPE2)~(TPE8)の製造
水添ブロック共重合体(TPE2)~(TPE8)について、製造例1における、各成分及びそれらの使用量、並びに反応条件を表2に記載のとおりに変更した。
また、水添ブロック共重合体(TPE3)については、共役ジエン化合物を投入し、重合させた後、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(γ-GPTMS)を30.6g加えた後、60℃で60分間カップリング反応を進行させ、ポリスチレン-ポリブタジエン共重合体を含む反応液を得た。
水添ブロック共重合体(TPE7)については、共役ジエン化合物のフィード時間を表2の通りに変更し、γ-GPTMSの量を34.0gにしたこと以外は、(TPE3)と同様にしてポリスチレン-ポリブタジエン共重合体を含む反応液を得た。
上記以外は製造例1と同様にして、水添ブロック共重合体(TPE2)~(TPE8)を製造した。また、前記物性評価の結果を表3に示した。
二軸押出機(Coperion社製「ZSK26Mc」)を用い、シリンダー温度200℃、スクリュー回転数300rpmの条件下で、表4及び5に示す配合に従い、各成分を供給して溶融混練し、樹脂組成物を得た。
得られた樹脂組成物について、下記物性評価方法に従って測定し、評価した。結果を表4及び5に示す。
(I):水添ブロック共重合体
前記製造例で製造した水添ブロック共重合(TPE1)~(TPE8)である。

実施例及び比較例で得られた樹脂組成物について、重合体ブロック(B)のビニル結合量の平均は、次の式により算出した。
なお、樹脂組成物が、水添ブロック共重合体を2種以上含有する場合、各水添ブロック共重合体(I)についての[a×b×c]を足し合わせたものを分子、各水添ブロック共重合体(I)についての[a×b]を足し合わせたものを分母とした。
ビニル結合量の平均(モル%)=[a×b×c]/[a×b]
a:樹脂組成物の総質量部を1とした際の、水添ブロック共重合体の含有量。
b:水添ブロック共重合体に含まれる重合体ブロックの総質量部を1とした際の、重合体ブロック(B)の含有量。
c:重合体ブロック(B)のビニル結合量(モル%)。
具体的に、例えば、実施例6を上記式に当てはめると次のようになる。
[(0.5×0.92×60)+(0.1×0.7×6)]/[(0.5×0.92)+(0.1×0.7)]=53(小数点以下四捨五入)
実施例及び比較例で得られた樹脂組成物を、230℃、10MPaで3分間熱プレス成形して作製した厚さ1mmのシート状の試験片について、JIS K 6253-3(2012年)に準拠し、タイプDデュロメータを用いて測定した。
(1-3)tanδのピークトップ温度、ピークトップ強度、20℃におけるtanδ強度
実施例及び比較例で得られた樹脂組成物について、上述の水添ブロック共重合体のtanδのピークトップ温度、ピークトップ強度、20℃におけるtanδ強度の測定方法と同様に測定した。
(1-4)メルトフローレート(MFR)
実施例及び比較例で得られた樹脂組成物について、上述の水添ブロック共重合体のMFRの測定方法と同様に測定した。
実施例及び比較例で得られた樹脂組成物を用い、チューブダイ(外径7.9mm、内径5.7mm、リップ幅2.2mm)を取り付けた単軸押出機で、(a)引き取り速度(生産速度)20m/分、押出温度175℃、(b)引き取り速度(生産速度)60m/分、押出温度175℃、の条件でそれぞれ成形した後、冷却槽にて水冷し、外形4mm、内径3mm、厚さ0.5mmのチューブを成形した。
上記(a)及び(b)の条件で得られたチューブそれぞれについて、下記評価を行った。
上記チューブを切断してシート状にしたうえで、MD方向とTD方向のそれぞれについて、JIS K 7161(2014年)に従って引張弾性率(MPa)を測定し、TD方向に対するMD方向の引張弾性率の比MD/TDを算出した。
(2-2)応力緩和試験における10分後の応力
応力緩和試験は、インストロン3345試験機(インストロン社製)を用いた。室温(23℃)において、つかみ具間距離20mmとして上記チューブをつかみ具にはさみ、500mm/minの速度でひずみが30%となるまで引張った後、そのひずみを10分間保持した。10分後の応力は、ひずみ30%で保持し、10分経過後の荷重をチューブの断面積で除することで算出した。
広角X線回折(WAXD)解析は、以下の装置、条件を用いた。
装置:ブルカージャパン製D8 Discover IμS(検出器:2次元PSPC・VANTEC-500、X線源:CuKα)
条件:出力1mA・50kV、コリメーター径0.3mm、
1測定あたりの露光時間10分、カメラ距離10cm。
上記チューブを切断してシート状にしたMD/TD面の測定結果(2次元イメージ)において、回折角2θが13~15°の範囲で強度を平均してその値をI(φ)として、その方位角φ依存性から、下記式により配向関数Sを計算した。
前記WAXD解析と同条件で測定を行った、Through、Edge、Endの各方向からの測定結果それぞれについて2次元イメージを作成した。各結果に対し、方位角10°ごとに2θプロットを作成し、誤差最小二乗法によるフィッティングにて、非晶由来の回折強度(Ia)と結晶由来の回折強度(Ic)に分割した。
Iaを方位角φに対してプロットした際に、同一の方向を示す強度(例えばTDを示すThroughの90°とEndの90°など)の強度がすべて合致するように各方向のデータに補正係数を乗じた。補正後のデータからMD,TD、厚み方向の3方向の配向度を求め、そのうち、MD方向の値とTD方向の値との比を取って、非晶配向比MD/TDとした。
Icについても同様に計算し、結晶配向比MD/TDを求めた。
インストロン3345試験機(インストロン社製)の上下のつかみ具に、溝(幅12mm、深さ6mm)の付いた治具を取り付けた。初期の治具間の距離を60mmとした。図1の1-1に示すように上記チューブaを300mmの長さに切って溝にはめ、治具の間にU字になるようにセットした。速度240mm/分で圧縮方向Pに治具を動かすことで、チューブの曲率を上げていき、キンクさせた。図1の1-2に示すようにチューブが折れ曲がって荷重が落ち始める点をキンク点とし、キンク点までの変位Q(mm)を測定した。キンク点までの変位Qが大きいほど、耐キンク性に優れる。
チューブの外側の表面を目視で観察し、下記評価基準に基づき評価した。
A:チューブの表面は平滑で、透明である。
B:チューブの表面は平滑で、わずかに白濁している。
C:チューブの表面は荒れており、白濁している。
一方、D硬度が50以上である比較例1~3は、優れた耐キンク性が得られなかった。また、ビニル結合量の平均が50モル%未満である比較例4及び5も、優れた耐キンク性が得られず、さらに比較例4は成形性の評価がC、比較例5は(b)の条件では成形性の評価がCとなった。
上記実施例及び比較例より、上記ビニル結合量の平均とD硬度の両要件を満たすことにより、樹脂組成物の成形性及び耐キンク性に優れる効果が得られることがわかる。

- 水添ブロック共重合体(I)及びポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)を含む樹脂組成物であって、
前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)が、重合体ブロック(A)及び重合体ブロック(B)を含み、前記重合体ブロック(B)が共役ジエン化合物に由来する構造単位を含み、
樹脂組成物に含まれる全ての前記重合体ブロック(B)についてのビニル結合量の平均が50モル%以上であり、

樹脂組成物。 - 樹脂組成物中の全ての前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)が、前記水添ブロック共重合体(I-1)である、請求項2に記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)の230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件下におけるメルトフローレートが、0.1g/10分以上である、請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物中の全ての前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)に含まれる重合体ブロック(B)におけるビニル結合量が、50~100モル%である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)における全重合体ブロック(B)中の炭素-炭素二重結合の水素添加率が、50~99.9モル%である、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 樹脂組成物のJIS K 7244-10(2005年)に準拠して、歪み量0.1%、周波数1Hz、測定温度-70~100℃、昇温速度3℃/分の条件で測定されるtanδのピークトップ強度が、0.2以上である、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)が、芳香族ビニル化合物に由来する構造単位を含有する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(A)の含有量が、25質量%以下である、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)における重合体ブロック(B)が、イソプレン及びブタジエンから選ばれる少なくとも1種に由来する構造単位を含有する、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)の重量平均分子量が、250,000以下である、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 前記水添ブロック共重合体(I)と前記ポリプロピレン系樹脂(II)との含有割合[(I)/(II)]が、質量比で90/10~40/60である、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物を用いてなる成形体。
- 請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の樹脂組成物を用いてなるチューブ。
- 液体輸送用又は医療用である、請求項14に記載のチューブ。
- チューブの円周方向(TD)に対する長さ方向(MD)の引張弾性率(MPa)の比[MD/TD]が、1.5以下である、請求項14又は15に記載のチューブ。
- 長さ方向の応力緩和測定において、ひずみ30%での、10分後の応力が0.1MPa以上2.5MPa以下である、請求項14~16のいずれかに記載のチューブ。
