Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de surface pour une pièces coulée en métal non ferreux, comprenant un cadre (1). Un bac de nettoyage, un bac de séchage et un bac de polissage sont disposés séquentiellement à l'intérieur du cadre, de gauche à droite. Des blocs de limitation latéraux (2) sont disposés sur les deux parois latérales du cadre. Les sommets des blocs de limitation latéraux sont reliés à des blocs supports (3) au moyen d'une tige de liaison. Une vis à billes (5) est reliée de manière rotative entre les deux blocs supports. Un bloc mobile en spirale (7) est emmanché par filetage sur un côté extérieur de la vis à billes. Un bloc de positionnement (10) est disposé sur une extrémité avant du bloc mobile en spirale. Un côté intérieur du bloc de positionnement est relié de manière coulissante à une tige coulissante (9).
