Abstract
本发明公开了一种可变色木板的UV涂装层,包括由内到外依次设置的基料层(1)、底涂层和面涂层(2),所述基料层(1)为UV水性附着剂层,所述面涂层(2)为UV变色面涂层。本发明通过基料层、底涂层和面涂层的配合,能够形成多种不同的混合叠色效果,同时利用由UV微囊变色涂料涂覆而成面涂层能够使涂装层能够随外部环境产生变色,从而有效提高木地板在涂装后的变色效果和稳定性。
Description
本发明涉及一种木板的变色涂层结构,特别是一种可变色木板的UV涂装层。
由于UV涂料具有高效率、环保性和出色的物理性能,使得目前木地板的涂装领域中95%使用的是UV涂料。常规木地板的涂层结构普遍由着色水性UV附着剂层、UV底涂层和UV面涂层组成,利用水性UV附着剂层的着色和UV面涂层的修色使木板表面形成不同的色彩和外观。但这种方式使得地板颜色在漆层涂覆后便已经固定,不会随温度等外部环境的变化而随之变化,从而降低了涂层的丰富性和多样性。而随着技术的发展,市面上已开发出如UV微囊变色涂料等具有感光变色或感温变色功能的特殊涂料,使得如何将这类涂料稳定应用在木地板领域则成为广大厂家亟需解决的问题。因此,需要一种具有稳定变色效果的木地板用涂层结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种可变色木板的UV涂装层。它能够有效提高木地板的变色效果和稳定性。
本发明的技术方案:一种可变色木板的UV涂装层,包括由内到外依次设置的基料层、底涂层和面涂层,所述基料层为UV水性附着剂层,所述面涂层为UV变色面涂层。
前述的一种可变色木板的UV涂装层中,所述底涂层包括由内到外依次设置的UV耐磨底涂层和UV变色底涂层。
前述的一种可变色木板的UV涂装层中,所述基料层为无色UV水性附着剂层或白色UV水性附着剂层。
前述的一种可变色木板的UV涂装层中,所述底涂层包括由内到外依次设置的UV耐磨底涂层和UV砂光底涂层,所述UV砂光底涂层由两层UV砂光单层依次涂覆而成。
前述的一种可变色木板的UV涂装层中,所述基料层为着色UV水性附着剂层。
前述的一种可变色木板的UV涂装层中,所述UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层均由UV微囊变色涂料涂覆而成。

与现有技术相比,本发明通过基料层、底涂层和面涂层的配合,可以使由UV微囊变色涂料涂覆而成的UV变色面涂层在木地板表面产生色彩上的变化;通过着色UV水性附着剂层和UV变色面涂层的配合,可以使本发明通过固色和变色的配合产生色彩效果,同时利用UV耐磨底涂层和UV砂光底涂层则使涂层具备良好的物理性能;通过无色UV水性附着剂层、UV砂光底涂层和UV变色面涂层的配合,则能够利用两层变色的配合变化形成新的色彩效果,从而进一步提高本发明的颜色多样性;通过由两层UV变色单层依次涂覆而成的UV变色面涂层、UV变色底涂层和UV腻子层的配合,则能够进一步提高本发明的饱满度和物理性能,使木地板的表面效果更具装饰性和稳定性。所以,本发明能够有效提高木地板的变色效果和稳定性。

实施例1。一种可变色木板的UV涂装层,构成如图1所示,包括由内到外依次设置的基料层1、底涂层和面涂层2,所述基料层1为UV水性附着剂层,所述面涂层2为UV变色面涂层。
所述底涂层包括由内到外依次设置的UV耐磨底涂层3和UV砂光底涂层5,所述UV砂光底涂层5由两层UV砂光单层依次涂覆而成。
所述基料层1为着色UV水性附着剂层,该着色UV水性附着剂层可通过水性染料或水性纳米色浆着红、黄、黑、白、蓝和绿色中的任意一种。
所述UV变色面涂层由UV微囊变色涂料涂覆而成,该UV微囊变色涂料可选用有色变无色的UV微囊变色涂料。
所述基料层1和底涂层之间设有UV腻子层6。
所述UV变色面涂层由两层UV变色单层依次涂覆而成。
该实施例的加工工艺为:采用150#砂纸和180#砂纸依次对木地板素板表面进行砂光,然后涂覆着色UV水性附着剂层并红外烘干;再涂覆UV腻子层6后UV表干,并通过240#砂纸进行砂光;再涂覆UV耐磨底涂层3后UV半干,再涂覆第一道UV砂光底涂层5后UV半干,再涂覆第二道UV砂光底涂层5后UV表干,并通过320#砂纸进行砂光;再涂覆第一道UV变色面涂层后UV半干,最后涂覆第二道UV变色面涂层后UV全干。上述工艺中,UV半干的漆膜状态为手触粘手;UV表干的漆膜状态为不粘手,指甲划有白痕;UV全干的漆膜状态为指甲划无痕迹。
该实施例通过着色UV水性附着剂层和UV变色面涂层的配合,使得木地板的原有颜色为着色UV水性附着剂层和UV变色面涂层的叠加混合色;而在温度变化后UV变色面涂层褪色,使木地板能够显现出着色UV水性附着剂层的固定颜色。
实施例2。一种可变色木板的UV涂装层,构成如图2所示,包括由内到外依次设置的基料层1、底涂层和面涂层2,所述基料层1为UV水性附着剂层,所述面涂层2为UV变色面涂层。
所述底涂层包括由内到外依次设置的UV耐磨底涂层3和UV变色底涂层4。
所述基料层1为无色UV水性附着剂层或微白色UV水性附着剂层。
所述UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层4均由UV微囊变色涂料涂覆而成,该UV微囊变色涂料可选用有色变无色或有色变有色的UV微囊变色涂料。
所述基料层1和底涂层之间设有UV腻子层6。
所述UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层4均由两层UV变色单层依次涂覆而成。

当实施例通过有色变有色的UV微囊变色涂料作为UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层4时,木地板的原有颜色为UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层4的叠加混合色;而在温度变化后,UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层4分别变为其他颜色,使得木地板能够显现出UV变色面涂层和UV变色底涂层4在变色后的叠加混合色。
实验例:按表1中的检验标准分别对涂覆有本发明的UV涂装层的木地板进行检测,检测结果如表1所示:
