Abstract

La présente invention concerne un circuit de référence de tension de bande interdite et un circuit intégré. Le circuit de référence de tension de bande interdite comprend : un circuit de tension de référence (10) et une branche de rétroaction (20), la branche de rétroaction (20) étant connectée au circuit de tension de référence (10) ; le circuit de tension de référence (10) comprend un premier groupe de tubes de commutation (Z1) et un second groupe de tubes de commutation (Z2), le premier groupe de tubes de commutation (Z1) et le second groupe de tubes de commutation (Z2) étant des groupes de tubes de commutation en miroir ; le circuit de tension de référence (10) sert à fournir une tension avec un coefficient de température nul ; le premier groupe de tubes de commutation (Z1) et le second groupe de tubes de commutation (Z2) servent à fournir un courant constant ; et la branche de rétroaction (20) bloque les tensions du premier groupe de tubes de commutation (Z1) et du second groupe de tubes de commutation (Z2) par l'introduction d'un signal de rétroaction dans le circuit de tension de référence (10), de manière à décaler un effet de modulation de longueur de canal des tubes de commutation dans le premier groupe de tubes de commutation (Z1) et le second groupe de tubes de commutation (Z2), sans augmenter une tension de fonctionnement du circuit.
