滑移转向装载机是一种多功能的小型机型,驾驶室的视野至关重要,关系到整机的舒适性,操作的安全性,驾驶室的侧窗直接影响到驾驶室的视野、密封性及防水性能。现有技术中的滑移转向装载机的驾驶室侧窗通常存在以下问题:1、驾驶室侧窗网板面积较大,遮挡视野面积大,驾驶员侧向视野不佳;2、网板通常采用螺栓与框架固定,易损伤驾驶室框架油漆,同时易导致驾驶室密封性不佳,易进灰尘和渗水。
发明内容
本方案的目的是提供一种滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗及滑移装载机的驾驶室,该滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗及滑移装载机的驾驶室能够 较大程度的提高网板与侧窗面板之间连接的密封性,不易进灰尘和渗水,同时可以较大程度的实现减少网板的面积,以提高驾驶员的侧向视野。
为了实现上述目的,本方案第一方面提供一种滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,所述滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗包括侧窗框架、侧窗面板、滑动窗板组件和网板,所述侧窗面板安装于所述侧窗框架,所述侧窗面板上形成有开口,所述网板与所述侧窗面板的外壁面连接并与所述开口对应,所述滑动窗板组件包括滑轨结构和与所述滑轨结构滑动连接的滑动窗板,所述滑轨结构与所述侧窗面板的内壁面连接,所述滑动窗板具有将所述开口进行封堵的封堵位置以及向远离所述开口的方向滑动以使所述开口暴露的通气位置。

作为一种实施方式,所述网板粘贴于所述侧窗面板26的外壁面上。网板采用胶粘方式固定在侧窗面板外侧,可以避免采用螺栓与侧窗框架连接造成的密封性差,易渗水和易进灰尘的情况,而网板采用粘贴方式与侧窗面板26固定连接,可以提高二者连接处的密封性,不易进灰尘,不易渗水,同时不会损坏侧窗框架25上的油漆,使侧窗框架25不易生锈。
本方案第二方面提供一种滑移装载机的驾驶室,如图1所示,所 述滑移装载机的驾驶室包括如上所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗。
作为一种实施方式,所述网板与所述驾驶室内的驾驶座椅的后部对应。即网板位于驾驶室的后侧,即可以较大程度的避免网板对驾驶员侧向视野的遮挡,又可以使通气位置离驾驶员较近,提高通气时驾驶员的感受。
作为一种实施方式,所述网板与所述驾驶室内的驾驶座椅的后方对应。这样的设计可以使驾驶员坐在驾驶座椅上后开口28和网板位于驾驶员的后方,以避免网板对驾驶员侧向视野的遮挡。
本驾驶室侧窗通过采用大面积侧窗面板26,小面积滑动窗板和网板,可以使驾驶员的侧向视野更好,有助于观察工况,提高驾驶安全性能;网板布置在后侧,更有利于驾驶员操作,侧向视野更好;采用胶粘方式固定网板和滑轨结构,密封性能更好,不损伤驾驶室油漆,更有利于防锈蚀。
以上结合附图详细描述了本方案的优选实施方式,但是,本方案并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本方案的技术构思范围内,可以对本方案的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本方案的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本方案对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本方案的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本方案的思想,其同样应当视为本方案所公开的内容。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗包括侧窗框架(25)、侧窗面板(26)、滑动窗板组件和网板,所述侧窗面板(26)安装于所述侧窗框架(25),所述侧窗面板(26)上形成有开口(28),所述网板与所述侧窗面板(26)的外壁面连接并与所述开口(28)对应,所述滑动窗板组件包括滑轨结构和与所述滑轨结构滑动连接的滑动窗板,所述滑轨结构与所述侧窗面板(26)的内壁面连接,所述滑动窗板具有将所述开口(28)进行封堵的封堵位置以及向远离所述开口(28)的方向滑动以使所述开口(28)暴露的通气位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述网板与所述开口(28)设置在所述侧窗框架(25)的围设区域的中部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述网板的顶端与所述侧窗框架(25)的顶端之间的距离小于所述网板的底端与所述侧窗框架(25)的底端之间的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述网板的面积小于所述侧窗面板(26)的面积的四分之一。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述滑轨结构包括上滑轨(23)和设置于所述上滑轨(23)下方的下滑轨(27),所述滑动窗板可滑动地设置于所述上滑轨(23)和所述下滑轨(27)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述下滑轨(27)上设置有第一通孔,所述侧窗面板(26)上设置有与所述第一通孔连通的第二通孔,所述网板上设置有与所述第二通孔连通的第三通孔,所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔以及所述第三通孔共同形成用于将所述下滑轨(27)内的雨水排出至驾驶室外部的流道。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述网板的顶端与所述上滑轨(23)齐平,所述网板的底端与所述下滑轨(27)齐平;和/或,所述网板包括网板框架(22)和设置于所述网板框架(22)内部的网格部(24),所述网格部(24)的面积与所述开口(28)的面积相同且对应布置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗,其特征在于,所述滑轨结构粘贴于所述侧窗面板(26)的内壁面上;和/或,所述网板粘贴于所述侧窗面板(26)的外壁面上。
  9. 一种滑移装载机的驾驶室,其特征在于,所述滑移装载机的驾驶室包括权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室侧窗。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的滑移装载机的驾驶室,其特征在于,所述网板与所述驾驶室内的驾驶座椅的后部对应;或,所述网板与所述驾驶室内的驾驶座椅的后方对应。
