Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élevage de chèvres pour une consommation en tant qu'aliment santé. Deux chevreaux sevrés de leurs mères sont sélectionnés et nourris une fois par jour avec un mélange de fourrage habituel et d'ingrédients à base de plantes médicinales traditionnelles coréennes fonctionnelles broyées, notamment du ginseng rouge, de l'écorce de Toxicodendron vernicifluum (arbre à laque), et de l'Epimedium koreanum, pendant six et douze mois, respectivement, puis abattus pour la consommation humaine. Pendant le dernier mois avant d'être abattus, les chevreaux sont nourris avec des feuilles de mûrier (rameaux de mûrier en hiver) avec les ingrédients à base de plantes médicinales traditionnelles coréennes fonctionnelles broyées, et ainsi des substances utiles dans les ingrédients à base de plantes médicinales traditionnelles coréennes et des substances utiles dans le mûrier s'accumulent dans la viande de chèvre et sont transférées aux êtres humains par la consommation de la viande de chèvre abattue, ce qui permet d'améliorer la santé des êtres humains.
