Claims (2)
- 흑염소 사육용 사료의 제조 방법에 있어서, 게르마늄 효소제재 3kg,계분 3000kg, 밀기울 2500kg, 맥강 3000kg, 이스트 8kg의 비율로 혼합 교반하는 단계; 혼합된 재료를 용기 내에서 70℃이상의 온도로 7일간 발효하는 단계; 발효된 재료를 재차 교반하여 상온에서 3일간 재발효 숙성하는 단계를 거치는 게르마늄 발효사료와, 완숙포도를 상온의 용기 내에서 15일간 발효 숙성시킨 포도발효사료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑염소 육질개선을 위한 발효사료 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 사료 중 게르마늄 발효사료는 배합사료 급여 중량의 20 ~ 30%를 포함하고 포도발효사료는 전체사료 급여량의 1/3을 추가하여 사육한 것을 특징으로 하는 흑염소 고기.
