优选地,车厢3的一端固定连接有遮挡棚6,可实现遮阳防雨的功能,根据不同的成本预算,遮挡棚6也可以将驾驶座全包裹,舒适度更高。

具体的,保温架10也可通过其他的方式固定在车厢3内,包括但不限于焊接,卡扣卡接。
参图2~图5所示,车厢3上转动连接有与通孔相匹配的第二门板7,第二门板7与车厢3之间安装有第二锁定件8,第二锁定件8可实现对第二门板7的锁定和开启,其结构可与第一锁定件5相同,可实现冷藏存放区的独立开启和关闭。
参图2~图5所示,第二门板7上固定连接有若干与密封盖14相匹配的压紧块13,压紧块13为弹性块,当第二门板7完全关闭并锁定后,压紧块13紧贴密封盖14,略为过盈配合,可放置密封盖14的脱落,同时可减少行驶过程中密封盖14的振动,减少噪音的产生。
参图5~图7所示,密封盖14包括外板1401和内板1402,内板1402上开设有收纳槽,收纳槽内设置有冷媒盒15,冷媒盒15可拆卸,冷媒盒15用于提供并保持收纳格1001内的低温环境。
参图7所示,为了实现对冷媒盒15的固定和拆卸,收纳槽的槽壁上固定连接有固定柱18,固定柱18上螺纹连接有锁紧件17,锁紧件17包括相互固定连接的旋转块和螺杆,其中固定柱18上开设有内螺纹,螺杆上的外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配,冷媒盒15上开设有与固定柱18相匹配的固定孔,固定柱18位于固定孔内,锁紧件17用于对固定柱18的固定,参图6所示,转动锁紧件17使得螺杆与固定柱18连接,即可实现对冷媒盒15的固定。
具体地,冷媒盒15上还具有一隐藏槽1503,可实现对锁紧件17的收纳,便于提高美观程度,隐藏槽1503的直径大于锁紧件17的直径,可提供容手的空间,便于对锁紧件17进行转动。
参图5所示,冷媒盒15包括壳体1501,壳体1501内填充有冷媒1502,具体的,冷媒1502可以为水,成本较低,不会产生污染,不用担心泄露。使用时,需要将冷媒盒15提前放置在冰箱内或其他的冷冻设备内进行冷冻,使得冷媒盒15内的冷媒1502完全被冻为固态,当冷媒盒15固定在收纳槽内,密封盖14安装在收纳格1001上时,便于保持在收纳格1001内一定的低温。
冷媒盒15之所以能够拆卸更换,就是可通过更换冷媒盒15继续保持收纳格1001内的低温,可通过循环使用冷媒盒15的方式,实现收纳格1001内持续的低温,无需在三轮车上增加制冷设备,大幅减少了制冷设备占用的空间和质 量,也无需占用三轮车的续航能源,使用集中的冰箱对冷媒盒15进行循环冷冻,成本较低,可直接设置在快递站,装货的同时即可进行更换,同时,也可以将密封盖14和冷媒盒15作为一体进行更换,更加方便。
使用时,参图2所示,可将保温架10固定连接在车厢3内,然后即可根据需要派送快件的数量,选择安装带有冷媒盒15的密封盖14,可先在收纳格1001内放入需要低温运输的快件,然后再将带有完全冷冻的冷媒盒15的密封盖14盖上,也可以先将密封盖14盖上进行一段时间的预冷,再放入快件,放入对应的快件后,可使用白板笔在外板1401上进行适当的标记,以便于配送,标记完毕后,即可将第二门板7盖上,直接通过第二锁定件8将第二门板7固定,即可进行运输,当需要取货时,可开启第二锁定件8,打开第二门板7,将对应位置的密封盖14取下,即可将其中的快件取出。
车厢3内其余的空间用于放置其他的常规快件,和现有技术中使用的方式相同,快递员无需作特殊的处理。
为提高灵活性,当收纳格1001同样可用于运输易碎等重要商品,分隔存放,可避免相互的碰撞,冷媒盒15可选择性安装在密封盖14上,当放置在收纳格1001内的快件不需要低温环境时,可以不安装冷媒盒15在收纳槽内,可减轻重量。
当将多个收纳格1001作为展示作用时,也可不安装密封盖14,对于同一个地点的快件较多且为不同客户时,现有很多派送方式都是摆放在地面上,让客户自主寻找,将收纳格1001作为展示作用时,即可将快件摆放在收纳格1001内,不仅仅更便于客户自主寻找,也提高了安全性,提升了服务品质。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明可提供低温运输环境,能够满足冷链运输的需求,无需占用三轮车的续航能源,便于提升需要低温的快件运输品质,生产成本低,灵活度高,便于推广。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施例加以描述,但并非每个实施例仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,包括车辆本体,其特征在于,还包括:
    车厢,安装在车辆本体上;
    低温存储装置,安装在车厢内,所述低温存储装置内设置有若干收纳格,若干所述收纳格均用于对物品的存放;
    密封盖,盖接在收纳格上,用于实现对收纳格的密封并在收纳格内形成密闭空间;
    冷媒盒,设置在收纳格内,所述冷媒盒可拆卸,所述冷媒盒用于提供并保持收纳格内的低温环境。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述车辆本体上固定连接有固定架,所述固定架与车厢固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述车厢上安装有一对第一门板,一对所述第一门板之间安装有第一锁定件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述低温存储装置包括保温架,若干所述收纳格均开设在保温架上,所述车厢上开设有通孔,所述收纳格的开口均位于通孔位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述密封盖包括外板和内板,所述内板上开设有收纳槽,所述冷媒盒位于收纳槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述收纳槽的槽壁上固定连接有固定柱,所述固定柱上螺纹连接有锁紧件,所述冷媒盒上开设有与固定柱相匹配的固定孔,所述固定柱位于固定孔内,所述锁紧件用于对固定柱的固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述车厢上转动连接有与通孔相匹配的第二门板,所述第二门板与车厢之间安装有第二锁定件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述第二门板上固定连接有若干与密封盖相匹配的压紧块。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述压紧块为弹性块。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现冷链运输的物流运输三轮车,其特征在于,所述车厢的一端固定连接有遮挡棚。
