  1. 一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,包括涂层箱(1),所述涂层箱(1)内腔的底部分别固定连接有固定板(2)、支撑柱(8)和工作台(16),所述涂层箱(1)的顶部设置有涂料箱(4),所述涂料箱(4)的顶部连通有进料管(5),所述涂料箱(4)的底部连通有涂刷盒(6),所述涂刷盒(6)的底部设置有刷毛(7),所述涂层箱(1)的顶部固定连接有驱动箱(10),所述驱动箱(10)的内腔设置有气缸(11),所述气缸(11)的活塞杆固定连接有固定块(12),所述固定块(12)的底部固定连接有移动块(13),所述移动块(13)的内部滑动连接有固定柱(14),所述固定柱(14)的一侧转动连接有压平辊(15),所述涂层箱(1)的顶部远离驱动箱(10)的一侧固定连接有鼓风机(17),所述鼓风机(17)的出风口连通有输风管(18),所述输风管(18)远离鼓风机(17)的一端贯穿涂层箱(1)的内壁延伸至涂层箱(1)的内腔并连通有烘干盒(19)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,所述固定板(2)的一侧转动连接有压紧辊(3),所述压紧辊(3)的数量设置为两个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,所述支撑柱(8)的顶部固定连接有收料盒(9),所述收料盒(9)设置在刷毛(7)的下方。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,所述固定柱(14)的两侧均固定连接有滑轮(23),所述移动块(13)内壁的两侧均开设有与滑轮(23)配合使用的滑槽(24),所述滑轮(23)的外侧与滑槽(24)的内壁滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,所 述固定柱(14)远离压平辊(15)的一侧固定连接有弹簧(25),所述弹簧(25)远离固定柱(14)的一端与移动块(13)的内壁固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,所述烘干盒(19)的数量设置为两个,所述烘干盒(19)的一侧开设有出风口(20),所述涂层箱(1)的一侧固定连接有固定架(21),所述固定架(21)的顶部设置有收卷辊(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品涂层加工装置,其特征在于,所述涂层箱(1)的一侧通过合页转动连接有箱门(26),所述箱门(26)的一侧固定连接有把手(27)。
