技术领域
本发明涉及电化铝箔技术领域,具体为一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置。
背景技术
电化铝箔是一种在薄膜片基上经涂料和真空蒸镀复加一层金属箔而制成的烫印材料。其包装形式为卷筒式。电化铝箔可代替金属箔作为装饰材料,以金和银色为多。它具有华丽美观、色泽鲜艳、晶莹夺目、使用方便等特点,适用于在纸张、塑料、皮革、织品、涂布料、有机玻璃等材料上烫印。电化铝箔是60年代中期由日本传到中国的,较早投入生产的有上海、北京、福建等地。30多年来电化铝箔已成为一种人们所熟悉的装帧材料了。电化铝箔是在聚脂薄膜上涂布脱离层、色层、经真空镀铝再涂布胶层,最后通过成品复卷而制成的。国产电化铝箔一般为4~5层,其中,胶层一般用易熔的热塑性树脂(其种类又有多种),通过涂布机涂布在电化铝箔基材上,经烘干即成胶粘层。胶粘层主要作用是将烫印材料粘结在被烫物体上。现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置涂覆效果较差,在对电化铝箔进行涂覆时,不能根据需求调整涂覆高度,导致涂覆效果较差,且现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置搅拌效果不佳,电化铝涂料在搅拌过程中会出现搅拌不均现象,涂料搅拌不均会影响到涂覆质量,且现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置烘干效果较差,电化铝箔涂覆后通常放置一边使其自然风干,自然风干耗时较久,不便于使用,并且现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置除尘效果不佳,电化铝箔在涂覆、烘干过程中,表面会附着一些灰尘,人工清理较为麻烦,费时费力,不便于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置涂覆效果较差,且现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置搅拌效果不佳,且现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置烘干效果较差,并且现有的电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置除尘效果不佳的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,包括机架、涂覆机构、输送辊、除尘机构和收卷支架,所述机架一侧上方设有安装支架,且安装支架内部安装有放卷辊,所述涂覆机构设置在放卷辊一侧,且涂覆机构外侧设有控制面板,同时涂覆机构上方设有搅拌机构,所述输送辊设置在涂覆机构一侧,且输送辊另一侧设有烘干机构,所述除尘机构设置在烘干机构一侧,且除尘机构另一侧设有收卷辊,所述收卷支架内部安装有收卷辊,且收卷支架一侧设有收卷电机,同时收卷电机通过电机轴带动收卷辊转动。

如图5所示,搅拌桶601一侧上方设有上料斗602,且上料斗602一侧设有搅拌电机603,搅拌电机603通过电机轴带动搅拌轴604转动,且搅拌轴604通过连接杆605与清洁刮板606固定连接,同时搅拌轴604两侧设有搅拌扇叶607,搅拌电机603工作带动搅拌轴604、连接杆605、清洁刮板606和搅拌扇叶607转动,连接杆605和清洁刮板606转动,便于对附着在搅拌桶601内壁上的涂料进行清理,这种清理方式较为简单,便于使用,搅拌扇叶607设有八个,且搅拌扇叶607对称分布在搅拌轴604两侧,搅拌扇叶607搅拌效果较好,便于对搅拌桶601内部电化铝涂料进行充分均匀搅拌,八个搅拌扇叶607大大提高涂料搅拌效率。
如图2和图6所示,输送辊7设置在涂覆机构4一侧,且输送辊7另一侧设有烘干机构8,第二安装框架801内部两侧设有加热板802,且第二安装框架801内部顶端设有蓄电池803,蓄电池803两侧设有第二电机804,且第二电机804通过电机轴带动烘干风扇805转动,加热板802加热效果较好,加热板802配合烘干风扇805使用,便于更好的对涂覆后的电化铝箔进行烘干处理,加热板802、第二电机804和烘干风扇805均设有两个,且加热板802、第二电机804和烘干风扇805对称分布在第二安装框架801内部两侧,第二电机804工作带动电机轴转动,从而带动烘干风扇805转动,便于对涂覆后的电化铝箔进行烘干处理。
如图3和图7所示,除尘机构9设置在烘干机构8一侧,且除尘机构9另一侧设有收卷辊10,第三安装框架901上方设有除尘风机902,且除尘风机902一端通过出尘管903与储尘箱904连接,同时除尘风机902另一端通过吸尘管905与集尘罩906固定连接,除尘风机902工作通过吸尘管905和集尘罩906便于收集附着在电化铝箔表面灰尘,并将收集的灰尘通过出尘管903储存在储尘箱904中,集尘罩906设有三个,且集尘罩906均匀分布在吸尘管905下方,集尘罩906收集灰尘效果较好,三个集尘罩906大大提高除尘效率,这种除尘方式较为简单,除尘效果较好,便于使用,收卷支架11内部安装有收卷辊10,且收卷支架11一侧设有收卷电机12,同时收卷电机12通过电机轴带动收卷辊10转动。
工作原理:在使用该用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置时,首先将该用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置搬至使用地点,将电化铝箔卷筒安装在安装支架2上,抽出电化铝箔,依次穿过涂覆机构4、烘干机构8、除尘机构9最后缠绕在收卷辊10上,将电化铝涂料通过上料斗602倒入搅拌桶601内部,接通电源,控制搅拌电机603工作带动电机轴转动,从而带动搅拌轴604、连接杆605、清洁刮板606和搅拌扇叶607转动,搅拌扇叶607转动,便于对搅拌桶601内部电化铝涂料进行充分均匀搅拌,八个搅拌扇叶607大大提高搅拌效率,清洁刮板606转动便于对附着在搅拌桶601内壁上的涂料进行清理,这种清理方式较为简单,清理效果较好,便于使用,搅拌结束,收卷电机12工作带动电机轴转动从而带动收卷辊10转动,便于对电化铝箔进行收卷,通过控制面板5便于控制涂覆机构4工作,第一电动伸缩杆402做伸缩运动从而带动涂覆板403做伸缩运动,便于根据需求调整涂覆高度,第二电动伸缩杆407做伸缩运动,从而带动固定支架405、涂覆辊404和排料软管408做伸缩运动,便于根据需求调整涂覆高度,打开控制阀409,搅拌桶601内部搅拌好的涂料通过排料软管408和出料管4010输送至涂覆辊404,第一电机406工作带动涂覆辊404转动便于对电化铝箔进行涂覆,这种涂覆方式较为简单,涂覆效果较好,便于使用,涂覆结束,输送辊7将涂覆后的电化铝箔输送至烘干机构8,加热板802工作便于对其进行加热,第二电机804工作带动烘干风扇805转动,配合加热板802使用,便于对涂覆后的电化铝箔进行烘干处理,这种烘干方式较为简单,烘干效果较好,便于使用,蓄电池803便于为烘干风扇805通过足够的电力,烘干结束,输送辊7将烘干后的电化铝箔输送至除尘机构9,除尘风机902工作通过吸尘管905和集尘罩906便于收集附着在电化铝箔表面灰尘,并将收集的灰尘通过出尘管903储存在储尘箱904中,三个集尘罩906大大提高除尘效率,这种除尘方式较为简单,除尘效果较好,便于使用,这就完成整个工作,且本说明中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有的技术。

1.一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,包括机架(1)、涂覆机构(4)、输送辊(7)、除尘机构(9)和收卷支架(11),其特征在于:所述机架(1)一侧上方设有安装支架(2),且安装支架(2)内部安装有放卷辊(3),所述涂覆机构(4)设置在放卷辊(3)一侧,且涂覆机构(4)外侧设有控制面板(5),同时涂覆机构(4)上方设有搅拌机构(6),所述输送辊(7)设置在涂覆机构(4)一侧,且输送辊(7)另一侧设有烘干机构(8),所述除尘机构(9)设置在烘干机构(8)一侧,且除尘机构(9)另一侧设有收卷辊(10),所述收卷支架(11)内部安装有收卷辊(10),且收卷支架(11)一侧设有收卷电机(12),同时收卷电机(12)通过电机轴带动收卷辊(10)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述涂覆机构(4)包括第一安装框架(401)、第一电动伸缩杆(402)、涂覆板(403)、涂覆辊(404)、固定支架(405)、第一电机(406)、第二电动伸缩杆(407)、排料软管(408)、控制阀(409)和出料管(4010),所述第一安装框架(401)内部设有第一电动伸缩杆(402),且第一电动伸缩杆(402)顶端安装有涂覆板(403),所述涂覆辊(404)设置在涂覆板(403)上方,且涂覆辊(404)通过固定支架(405)与第二电动伸缩杆(407)连接,所述固定支架(405)一侧设有第一电机(406),且第一电机(406)通过电机轴带动涂覆辊(404)转动,所述排料软管(408)一端与搅拌机构(6)连接,且排料软管(408)另一端与出料管(4010)连接,同时排料软管(408)一侧设有控制阀(409)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌机构(6)包括搅拌桶(601)、上料斗(602)、搅拌电机(603)、搅拌轴(604)、连接杆(605)、清洁刮板(606)和搅拌扇叶(607),所述搅拌桶(601)一侧上方设有上料斗(602),且上料斗(602)一侧设有搅拌电机(603),所述搅拌电机(603)通过电机轴带动搅拌轴(604)转动,且搅拌轴(604)通过连接杆(605)与清洁刮板(606)固定连接,同时搅拌轴(604)两侧设有搅拌扇叶(607)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述烘干机构(8)包括第二安装框架(801)、加热板(802)、蓄电池(803)、第二电机(804)和烘干风扇(805),所述第二安装框架(801)内部两侧设有加热板(802),且第二安装框架(801)内部顶端设有蓄电池(803),所述蓄电池(803)两侧设有第二电机(804),且第二电机(804)通过电机轴带动烘干风扇(805)转动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述除尘机构(9)包括第三安装框架(901)、除尘风机(902)、出尘管(903)、储尘箱(904)、吸尘管(905)和集尘罩(906),所述第三安装框架(901)上方设有除尘风机(902),且除尘风机(902)一端通过出尘管(903)与储尘箱(904)连接,同时除尘风机(902)另一端通过吸尘管(905)与集尘罩(906)固定连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述第二电动伸缩杆(407)、固定支架(405)和涂覆辊(404)构成伸缩机构,且伸缩机构伸缩距离小于第一安装框架(401)高度。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌扇叶(607)设有八个,且搅拌扇叶(607)对称分布在搅拌轴(604)两侧。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述加热板(802)、第二电机(804)和烘干风扇(805)均设有两个,且加热板(802)、第二电机(804)和烘干风扇(805)对称分布在第二安装框架(801)内部两侧。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于电化铝箔加工用电化铝涂料涂覆装置,其特征在于:所述集尘罩(906)设有三个,且集尘罩(906)均匀分布在吸尘管(905)下方。
