技术解决方案
为克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,本实用新型的一个目的在于提供一种可简化工序和节省生产成本、提高生产效率、具有良好机械强度和承重能力的高强度预涂板体。本实用新型的另一个目的在于提供一种包括上述高强度预涂板体、可简化工序和节省生产成本、提高生产效率的金属箱。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种高强度预涂板体,其特征在于:包括板本体和连接在板本体各个边位的若干支撑部;至少两个支撑部设有加强筋部;高强度预涂板体由一块预涂金属板弯曲制成;所述预涂金属板由中部向外依次包括板本体区域、支撑区域和加强区域;

板本体区域形成板本体11;支撑部12是指支撑区域带有定位弯位形成的支撑部;支撑部12位于板本体11下方;加强筋部13是指加强区域贴合支撑部12延伸、并贴合定位弯位弯曲形成的加强筋部。
具体地说,支撑部12包括横截面呈L形的架体一121和横截面呈倒L形的架体二122;架体一121连接在板本体11的下方形成支撑;架体二122与架体一121连接,并位于板本体11的下方;加强筋部13的一端与架体二122远离架体一121一端连接,加强筋部13的另一端贴合架体二122靠近板本体11的面延伸和弯曲,之后延伸至部分覆盖或完全覆盖架体一121。加强筋部13在竖直方向对支撑部12形成加强,可进一步提高板体的强度。
本实用新型高强度预涂板体,通过预涂金属板剪裁和折弯即可制成,不需要进行加强筋焊接等工序,不存在焊接位置,后续不需要对焊接位置进行处理,可简化工序和节省产品生产成本,提高生产效率。板体设有加强筋部13,可对支撑部12形成有效加固,从而提高板体整体的机械强度和承重能力。
优选通过加强连接件14将架体二122上部、加强筋部13和板本体11固定。该设计可避免板体在承载重物时变形,提高板件的可靠性和安全性,使板体满足高承重需求。
实施例二
本实施例一种高强度预涂板体,与实施例一的区别在于:如图4至图6所示,本实施例中,支撑部12的横截面呈L形;支撑部12连接在板本体11的下方形成支撑;加强筋部13的一端与支撑部12远离板本体11一侧连接,加强筋部13的另一端贴合支撑部12靠近板本体11的面延伸和弯曲,之后延伸至部分覆盖板本体11。
实施例三
如图7至图9所示,本实施例一种金属箱,包括底板2、侧板3、顶板4、背板、层板6、箱门和支撑脚;其中,底板2采用实施例一所述的高强度预涂板体,层板6采用实施例二所述的高强度预涂板体。
背板包括若干上下布设的背板单元5;底板2、侧板3、顶板4和背板单元5通过固定连接件连接。
具体地说,固定连接件包括固定连接件一、固定连接件二和固定连接件三;侧板3的两侧分别设有侧板边条31;侧板边条31设有侧板下部安装孔;底板2设有底板后侧安装孔;最下方背板单元设有背板下部安装孔;侧板下部安装孔、底板后侧安装孔和背板下部安装孔位置相对应,并通过固定连接件一定位,以实现侧板3、底板2和最下方背板单元同时固定。
侧板边条31设有侧板上部安装孔;最上方背板单元设有背板上部安装孔;顶板4设有顶板后侧安装孔;侧板上部安装孔、背板上部安装孔和顶板后侧安装孔位置相对应,并通过固定连接件二定位,以实现侧板3、最上方背板单元和顶板4同时固定。
顶板4优选包括顶板本体和连接在顶板本体前、后两侧的连接条41;顶板后侧安装孔开设在位于顶板本体后侧的连接条41上。实际应用中,顶板也可以是一体成型的顶板,顶板后侧安装孔开设在顶板中。
侧板边条31设有侧板中部安装孔;相邻背板单元5叠合,并在叠合处开设有背板拼接安装孔;背板拼接安装孔与侧板3中部安装孔位置相对应,并通过固定连接件三定位,以实现相邻背板单元5和侧板3同时固定。
本实用新型金属箱只需要通过固定连接件即可将底板2、侧板3、顶板4和背板进行组装,不需要焊接,可简化工序和节省产品生产成本,提高生产效率。多个板体可同时固定,节省固定连接件数量,金属箱安装更加简单、便捷。背板可拆分为若干背板单元5,可缩小包装体积和减少运输成本。
上述实施例为本实用新型较佳的实施方式,但本实用新型的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种高强度预涂板体,其特征在于:包括板本体和连接在板本体各个边位的若干支撑部;至少两个支撑部设有加强筋部;高强度预涂板体由一块预涂金属板弯曲制成;所述预涂金属板由中部向外依次包括板本体区域、支撑区域和加强区域;
    所述板本体区域形成板本体;所述支撑部是指所述支撑区域带有定位弯位形成的支撑部;支撑部位于板本体下方;所述加强筋部是指加强区域贴合支撑部延伸、并贴合定位弯位弯曲形成的加强筋部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高强度预涂板体,其特征在于:所述支撑部和加强筋部采用如下两种方案之一设置:
    一、支撑部包括横截面呈L形的架体一和横截面呈倒L形的架体二;架体一连接在板本体的下方形成支撑;架体二与架体一连接,并位于板本体的下方;加强筋部的一端与架体二远离架体一一端连接,加强筋部的另一端贴合架体二靠近板本体的面延伸和弯曲,之后延伸至部分覆盖或完全覆盖架体一;
    二、支撑部的横截面呈L形;支撑部连接在板本体的下方形成支撑;加强筋部的一端与支撑部远离板本体一侧连接,加强筋部的另一端贴合支撑部靠近板本体的面延伸和弯曲,之后延伸至部分覆盖板本体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的高强度预涂板体,其特征在于:所述方案一中,通过加强连接件将架体二上部、加强筋部和板本体固定。
  4. 一种金属箱,其特征在于:包括底板、侧板、顶板、背板和层板;所述底板和层板分别采用权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高强度预涂板体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的金属箱,其特征在于:所述底板、侧板、顶板和背板通过固定连接件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的金属箱,其特征在于:所述侧板的两侧分别设有侧板边条;侧板边条设有侧板下部安装孔;底板设有底板后侧安装孔;背板设有背板下部安装孔;所述固定连接件包括固定连接件一;所述侧板下部安装孔、底板后侧安装孔和背板下部安装孔位置相对应,并通过固定连接件一定位,以实现侧板、底板和背板同时固定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的金属箱,其特征在于:所述侧板边条设有侧板上部安装孔;背板设有背板上部安装孔;顶板设有顶板后侧安装孔;所述固定连接件还包括固定连接件二;所述侧板上部安装孔、背板上部安装孔和顶板后侧安装孔位置相对应,并通过固定连接件二定位,以实现侧板、背板和顶板同时固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的金属箱,其特征在于:所述顶板采用如下两种方案之一:
    一、顶板是指一体成型的顶板;
    二、顶板包括顶板本体和连接在顶板本体前、后两侧的连接条;所述顶板后侧安装孔开设在位于顶板本体后侧的连接条上。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的金属箱,其特征在于:所述背板包括若干上下布设的背板单元;所述侧板边条设有侧板中部安装孔;相邻背板单元叠合,并在叠合处开设有背板拼接安装孔;所述固定连接件还包括固定连接件三;背板拼接安装孔与侧板中部安装孔位置相对应,并通过固定连接件三定位,以实现相邻背板单元和侧板同时固定。
