技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种铁芯片的折弯工装。
背景技术:
电机的铁芯是由若干个铁芯片相互叠加而成,其中最顶端铁芯片上的四个绕线槽内的绕线卡板400折弯,用以固定线圈的引线。由于电机铁芯中的铁芯片的结构相同,是通过一幅冲压模具冲压成型,只有最顶端的铁芯片是将绕线卡板400折弯,若在冲压成型的模具上单独增加一个绕线卡板400折弯的工步,则会增加成本,因为一个连续的冲压工序中,只要少量的铁芯会进入折弯的工步,单独增加用于折弯绕线卡板400的模具利用率不高,会增加模具制造成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种铁芯片的折弯工装。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种铁芯片的折弯工装,包括压座、压块、上导柱、上弹簧、上压板、限位柱、成形柱、顶板、下弹簧和底座,四根压块竖直固定连接在压座的下端面上,上导柱竖直插接在压座的轴心位置处,上压板固定连接在上导柱的底端,上弹簧套设在上导柱上,且上弹簧的顶端抵触在压座上,底端抵触在上压板上;底座设置在压座的下端,四根成形柱竖直固定连接在底座的上端面上,限位柱竖直固定连接在底座的轴心位置处,顶板和下弹簧均套设在限位柱上,且下弹簧的底端抵触在限位柱上,顶板支撑在下弹簧的顶端;在压块的下端面上设有上折弯斜面,在成形柱的上端面设有与所述上折弯斜面相适配的下折弯斜面。
进一步地,所述成形柱中下折弯斜面的后侧设有限位板,限位板的上端面高于成形柱的上端面。
进一步地,所述上导柱为T形状结构。
进一步地,所述限位柱上设有凸台,下弹簧的底端抵触在凸台上。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
在使用时,根据使用需求,将铁芯片放置在本实用新型工装上,即可实现绕线卡板的折弯,本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,定位效果好,卸料方便,使用效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图5,本实用新型一种铁芯片的折弯工装,包括压座11、压块12、上导柱13、上弹簧14、上压板15、限位柱21、成形柱22、顶板23、下弹簧24和底座25,四根压块12竖直固定连接在压座11的下端面上,上导柱13竖直插接在压座11的轴心位置处,上压板15水平固定连接在上导柱13的底端,上弹簧14套设在上导柱13上,且上弹簧14的顶端抵触在压座11上,底端抵触在上压板15上。使用时,压座11与气缸的气缸轴固定连接。
底座25设置在压座11的下端,四根成形柱22竖直固定连接在底座25的上端面上,限位柱21竖直固定连接在底座25的轴心位置处,顶板23和下弹簧24均套设在限位柱21上,且下弹簧24的底端抵触在限位柱21上,顶板23支撑在下弹簧24的顶端。在压块12的下端面上设有上折弯斜面,在成形柱22的上端面设有与所述上折弯斜面相适配的下折弯斜面。
为便于将铁芯片快速定位在成形柱22上,在每根成形柱22中下折弯斜面的后侧设有限位板221,限位板221的上端面高于成形柱22的上端面。
本实用新型中的上导柱13为T形状结构。上导柱13通过自身的T台轴向定位在压座11上。
在限位柱21上设有凸台213,下弹簧24的底端抵触在凸台213上。
再将铁芯片中的绕线卡板400由形状A折弯成形状B时,将绕线卡板400置于成形柱22的顶端,成形柱22中的限位板221伸于绕线卡板400中的间隙500内,限位板221可以快速的将铁芯片定位在四个成形柱22上。
在折弯绕线卡板400时,下压压座11,通过压块12的上折弯斜面以及成形柱22的下折弯斜面相互配合挤压,实现绕线卡板400的折弯。
在铁芯片被折弯前,上压板15先压触在铁芯片上,对铁芯片进行预定位,避免铁芯片在折弯前以及折弯过程中出现跑偏现象。在铁芯片折弯过程中,绕线卡板400折弯后并压触在顶板23上,下压顶板使得下弹簧24被压触。在压座11脱离后,下弹簧24复位将铁芯片推起,方便取下铁芯片。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
