Abstract
Description
本願は、2020年8月24日に日本に出願された特願2020-140909号について優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
<第一実施形態>
図1、図2に示すように、この実施形態の船舶1Aは、液化天然ガス、液化石油ガス、液化二酸化炭素等の液化ガスを運搬する。この船舶1Aは、船体2と、タンク10Aと、下部支持部20Aと、弾性支持部30Aと、を少なくとも備えている。
図3に示すように、この実施形態における弾性支持部30Aは、船首尾方向Daに間隔をあけた二箇所に設けられている。また、図2に示すように、この実施形態における弾性支持部30Aは、各箇所において側部弾性支持部31Aと、上部弾性支持部32Aと、を備えている。なお、本実施形態において、船首尾方向Daにおける弾性支持部30Aは二箇所以上に設けてもよい。また、タンク10Aの形状、例えば船首尾方向Daの長さが短い場合等には、船首尾方向Daにおける弾性支持部30Aは一箇所でも構わない。
また、各タンク10Aに対して船幅方向Dw内側に配置された上部弾性支持部32Aは、上方から下方に向かって船幅方向Dw外側に傾斜して延びている。この船幅方向Dw内側に配置された上部弾性支持部32Aの先端部32tは、第二胴部12に対して頂部12cよりも船幅方向Dw内側に配置されている。
図5に示すように、弾性支持部材50として、板ばね52を用いることができる。板ばね52は、基端部52aが船体2側(舷側3A、3B、隔壁9、上甲板5)に、固定部材56Aを介して連結されている。板ばね52は、先端部52bが、タンク10Aの第二胴部12に、固定部材56Bを介して連結されている。板ばね52は、基端部52aと先端部52bとの間に、U字状やV字状に湾曲した湾曲部52cを有し、基端部52aと先端部52bとが互いに接離する方向に弾性変形可能とされている。板ばね52は、船体2側とタンク10Aとの間に圧縮状態で設けられている。
この船舶1Aでは、船首尾方向Daに直交する断面形状が上下方向Dvを長手方向とする、いわゆる縦長の断面形状を有するタンク10Aの上部が、弾性支持部30Aによって支持されている。したがって、いわゆる縦長の断面形状を有するタンク10Aを、弾性支持部30Aによってより安定的に支持することができる。
このような船舶1Aでは、タンク10Aが載置面21s上に載置されており、タンク10Aが下部支持部20Aに固定されていない。しかし、船舶1Aの大きな振動等によって、下部支持部20Aよりも上方の部分が変位しようとした場合であっても、弾性支持部30Aにより、下部支持部20Aよりも上方の部分が変位することを抑えられる。したがって、タンク10Aを安定的に支持することができる。
これにより、タンク10Aにおいて下部支持部20Aよりも上方の部分が船幅方向Dwに変位することを抑えられる。
これにより、タンク10Aにおいて下部支持部20Aよりも上方の部分が上下方向Dvに変位することを抑えられる。
これにより、タンク10Aの変位を、弾性支持部30Aを介して船体2側で受けることができる。
これにより、タンク10A内に低温の液化ガスが収容されてタンク10Aが熱収縮しても、圧縮状態の弾性支持部30Aが伸び、タンク10Aを弾性的に支持した状態を維持することができる。
なお、上記実施形態では、弾性支持部30Aは、船首尾方向Daに間隔をあけた二箇所に設けるようにしたが、これに限られない。弾性支持部30Aは、船首尾方向Daの一箇所のみに設けてもよい。また、弾性支持部30Aは、船首尾方向Daに間隔をあけた三箇所以上に設けてもよい。さらに、図9に示すように、弾性支持部30Aは、船首尾方向Daに沿って連続して設けるようにしてもよい。また、タンク10Aの形状、例えば船首尾方向Daの長さが比較的短い場合には、船首尾方向Daにおける弾性支持部30Aの設置位置は一箇所でも構わない。
更に、各タンク10Aに対する側部弾性支持部31Aの接続位置は、タンク10Aの上部または下部の船幅方向Dwを向く面だけに限定するものではない。船舶1A等における振動等によっても下部支持部20Aよりも上方の部分が変位することを抑えられるように、弾性支持部30Aが設置されていればよい。このため、例えば、タンク10Aの上部で上下方向Dvの下方を向く面に設置されてもよい。
例えば、図10に示すように、上部弾性支持部32Aは、第二胴部12の頂部12cと上甲板5との間に設けるようにしてもよい。これにより、上部弾性支持部32Aは、船体2側の上甲板5と、タンク10Aの上部で上方を向く面Fu(第二胴部12の頂部12c)との間に設けられる。
また、図11に示すように、上部弾性支持部32Aは、船幅方向Dw((第二胴部12の周方向)に間隔を空けた三箇所以上に設けるようにしてもよい。
例えば、図12に示すように、タンク10Aの上部を、上甲板5よりも上方に突出するように設けてもよい。この場合、弾性支持部30Bとして、側部弾性支持部31Bのみを備えるようにしてもよい。側部弾性支持部31Bは、例えば、上甲板5に形成された開口5hと、タンク10Aの上部との間に設けるようにしてもよい。この側部弾性支持部31Bは、上記側部弾性支持部31Aと同様の構成を有している。
次に、この発明に係る船舶の第二実施形態について説明する。以下に説明する第二実施形態においては、第一実施形態と主にタンク10Dの構成が異なるので、第一実施形態と同一部分に同一符号を付して説明するとともに、重複説明を省略する。
図14~図16に示すように、この第二実施形態の船舶1Dは、船体2と、タンク10Dと、下部支持部20Dと、弾性支持部30Dと、を少なくとも備えている。
なお、本発明において各横置隔壁6は必ずしも必要がなく、有事の対策が別手段で講じられる場合には割愛することも可能である。また、各隔壁9は後述のように側部弾性支持部31Dの一端が接続されるが、当該連結を別手段で行うと共に有事の対策が別手段で講じられる場合には割愛することも可能である。
また、各タンク10Dに対して船幅方向Dw内側に配置された上部弾性支持部32Dは、上方から下方に向かって船幅方向Dw外側に向かって傾斜して延びている。この船幅方向Dw内側に配置された上部弾性支持部32Dの先端部32tは、上部半球状部10rの頂部10mよりも船幅方向Dw内側に配置されている。
この船舶1Dでは、下部支持部20Dによって下方から支持されたタンク10Dが、下部支持部20Dよりも上方で弾性支持部30Dによって船体2に対して弾性的に支持されている。これにより、船首尾方向Daに直交する断面形状が、上下方向Dvを長手方向とする、いわゆる縦長の断面形状を有するタンク10Dの上部を弾性支持部30Dによって支持することができる。したがって、タンク10Dを、より安定的に支持することができる。
これにより、タンク10Dにおいて下部支持部20Dよりも上方の部分が船幅方向Dwに変位することを抑えられる。
これにより、タンク10Dにおいて下部支持部20Dよりも上方の部分が上下方向Dvに変位することを抑えられる。
これにより、タンク10Dの変位を、弾性支持部30Dを介して船体2側で受けることができる。
これにより、タンク10D内に低温の液化ガスが収容されてタンク10Dが熱収縮しても、圧縮状態の弾性支持部30Dが伸び、タンク10Dを弾性的に支持した状態を維持することができる。
これにより、船首尾方向Daに直交する断面形状が上下方向Dvを長手方向とする、縦長の断面形状を有するタンク10Dを安定的に支持することができる。このように縦型の断面形状を有するタンク10Dを設けることで、船舶1Dにおけるタンク10Dの容量を効率的に増大させることができる。
なお、上記実施形態では、上部弾性支持部32Dは、上部半球状部10rの頂部10mを挟んだ船幅方向Dw両側にそれぞれ設けるようにしたが、これに限られない。例えば、図17に示すように、上部弾性支持部32Dは、上部半球状部10rの頂部10mと上甲板5との間に設けるようにしてもよい。これにより、上部弾性支持部32Dは、船体2側の上甲板5と、タンク10Dの上部で上方を向く面Fu(上部半球状部10rの頂部10m)との間に設けられる。
例えば、図21に示すように、側部弾性支持部31Dは、筒状部10pを挟んだ船首尾方向Da両側に設けるようにしてもよい。この場合、船首尾方向Daで互いに隣り合う横置隔壁6間で、互いに隣り合うタンク10D同士の間に、側部弾性支持部31Dを挟み込むように配置してもよい。
さらに、図22に示すように、船首尾方向Daで互いに隣り合う横置隔壁6間で、互いに隣り合うタンク10D同士の間に、船幅方向Dwに延びる支持部材16を設け、船首尾方向Daにおいて互いに対向する支持部材16と各タンク10Dとの間に、それぞれ側部弾性支持部31Dを設けるようにしてもよい。
例えば、図12に示した上記第一実施形態の変形例と同様、タンク10Dの上部を、上甲板5よりも上方に突出するように設けてもよい。
また、図13に示した上記第一実施形態の変形例と同様、上甲板5よりも上方に突出するタンク10Dの上方に、タンク10Dの上部を覆うタンクカバー15を備えるようにしてもよい。
例えば、図23に示すように、タンク10Dは、例えば、船幅方向Dwの中央に一列だけ設けてもよい。言い換えれば、複数のタンク10Dは、船首尾方向Daに間隔を空けて直列状に配置してもよい。
また、タンク10A、10Dは、上甲板5以外の甲板の下方に設けるようにしてもよい。
各実施形態に記載の船舶1A、1Dは、例えば以下のように把握される。
弾性支持部30A、30B、30Dの例としては、コイルスプリング51、板ばね52、ゴム、樹脂等から形成される弾性体53、54、ダンパー55が挙げられる。
タンク10A、10Dの上方に設けられる甲板は、上甲板5や、上甲板5以外の他の甲板等が挙げられる。

- 船体と、
前記船体に設置されているとともに、船首尾方向に直交する断面形状が上下方向を長手方向とする、液化ガスが充填されるタンクと、
前記船体上で前記タンクを下方から支持する下部支持部と、
前記下部支持部よりも上方で前記タンクを前記船体に対して弾性的に支持する弾性支持部と、
を備える船舶。 - 前記タンクは、底面が下方に向かって突出する凸曲面状をなしており、
前記下部支持部は、前記タンクの底面に沿った凹曲面状をなし、前記タンクの底面が載置される載置面を有する
請求項1に記載の船舶。 - 前記弾性支持部は、前記船体側と、前記タンクの上部で船首尾方向を向く面と、の間に設けられている

請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の船舶。 - 前記弾性支持部は、前記船体の舷側、前記船体に設けられて前記タンクの上方に設けられた甲板、前記船体に設けられて前記タンクの上方を覆うタンクカバー、前記船体に設けられて前記船体内を船幅方向又は船首尾方向に仕切る隔壁、の少なくとも一つに固定されている
請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の船舶。 - 前記弾性支持部は、前記船体側と前記タンクとの間に圧縮状態、または引っ張り状態で設けられている
