- the insect repellent fragrance 40 having an insect repellent effect is arranged on the non-skin side portion 301 of the extending portion 31 of the fastening tape 30.
- the non-skin side of the fastening tape 30 is the side that becomes the outside (the side opposite to the wearer side) when the fastening tape 30 is locked to the target tape 29 when the diaper 1 is worn, and is shown in FIG. This is the side that becomes the lower side of the fastening tape 30 when the unfolded diaper 1 is arranged on the upper side of the skin side.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 By arranging the insect repellent fragrance 40 on the diaper 1, it is possible to prevent insects such as mosquitoes from approaching the wearer while wearing the diaper 1 and prevent the wearer from being bitten by the insect. In addition, it is possible to prevent insects from invading during the distribution and storage of the diaper 1, and the diaper 1 can be kept hygienic.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is contained in microcapsules (membrane material).
- the microcapsules include those in which the capsule collapses due to physical pressure (impact, friction) and the internal insect repellent fragrance 40 is released.
- a capsule (film material) in which urethane resin, gelatin, gelatin / Arabic rubber, melamine resin, urea / formalin resin and the like are used alone or in combination can be exemplified.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is contained in microcapsules, it is possible to control the timing of functional manifestation and the strength of the function of the insect repellent fragrance. For example, it is possible to prevent the insect repellent fragrance 40 from volatilizing before wearing the diaper 1, and it is possible to exert the insect repellent function while wearing the diaper 1. In addition, in situations where more effect is required, the insect repellent effect can be sustained by rubbing strongly to strengthen the scent, or by rubbing additionally to destroy the remaining capsules if the effect is felt to be weakened. It can enhance the sex. In particular, in the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the fastening tape 30. Therefore, since the fastening tape 30 is gripped when the diaper 1 is worn, the microcapsules are easily damaged, and the insect repellent function is surely exhibited while the diaper 1 is worn.
- the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 that can be contained in microcapsules is limited. Therefore, the insect repellent effect of the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be insufficient. Further, even if the number of microcapsules is increased in order to increase the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40, the number of microcapsules that are not damaged tends to increase. Then, the insect repellent fragrance 40 released to the outside does not increase, and the insect repellent effect remains insufficient.
- the diaper 1 of the first embodiment at least a part of the plurality of materials possessed by the diaper 1 is adhered by a hot melt adhesive containing a tackifier having an insect repellent component.
- the tackifier having an insect repellent component contains at least one of ⁇ -pinene, ⁇ -pinene, and camphene.
- ⁇ -Pinene, ⁇ -Pinene, and camphene are known as fragrance components having an insect repellent effect. Therefore, in the diaper 1 of the first embodiment, in addition to the insect repellent function by the insect repellent fragrance 40, the insect repellent function by the hot melt adhesive containing the above-mentioned fragrance component can be obtained, and the insect repellent effect is enhanced. In other words, the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 placed on the diaper 1 can be reduced by the amount of the insect repellent effect of the hot melt adhesive containing the tackifier having the insect repellent component, and the cost of the diaper 1 can be reduced.
- the weight of the insect repellent fragrance 40 that can be contained in the microcapsules may be limited, or there may be microcapsules that are not damaged. .. That is, there is a possibility that the insect repellent effect of the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be insufficient. Even in that case, the insect repellent effect can be supplemented with a hot melt adhesive containing a tackifier having an insect repellent component.
- a rosin-based resin or a terpene-based resin is used as the tackifier having an insect repellent component.
- a rosin-based resin include rosins such as gum rosin, tall rosin and wood rosin, hydrogenated rosin, modified rosins such as disproportionated rosin and polymerized rosin, glycerin ester of modified rosin, and rosin such as pentaerythritol ester. Esters and the like can be exemplified.
- terpene-based resin examples include terpene resins such as ⁇ -pinene-based, ⁇ -pinene-based and dipentene-based resins, aromatic-modified terpene resins, hydrogenated terpene resins, and terpene phenol resins.
- terpene resins such as ⁇ -pinene-based, ⁇ -pinene-based and dipentene-based resins, aromatic-modified terpene resins, hydrogenated terpene resins, and terpene phenol resins.
- the hot melt adhesive containing the tackifier having an insect repellent component is also referred to as "insect repellent adhesive IA".
- tackifier containing no ⁇ -pinene, ⁇ -pinene, and camphene an example using a petroleum-based resin can be exemplified.
- a hot melt adhesive containing an insect repellent component and not containing a tackifier is also referred to as "non-insect repellent NA”.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the non-skin side portion 301 of the extending portion 31 of the fastening tape 30.
- the fixing portion 32 is sandwiched between the side sheet 26 and the exterior sheet 24, and the extending portion 31 is exposed to the outside. Therefore, since the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged in the extending portion 31 rather than the fixed portion 32, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect is enhanced.
- non-skin side portion 301 of the fastening tape 30 (extending portion 311) is a portion of the fastening tape 30 on the non-skin side of the intermediate position C in the thickness direction, as shown in FIG. Further, the portion of the fastening tape 30 on the skin side of the intermediate position C in the thickness direction is referred to as the skin side portion 302 of the fastening tape 30.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is placed on the non-skin side (outside) of the diaper 1, the more easily it is released to the outside of the diaper 1. Therefore, by arranging the insect repellent fragrance 40 on the non-skin side portion 301 of the fastening tape 30 (extending portion 31), the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect is enhanced. In addition, the user of the diaper 1 can easily recognize the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40. As a result, it is possible to give the user a feeling of expectation for the insect repellent effect, and it becomes easier for the user to realize the insect repellent effect.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the non-skin side portion 301 of the fastening tape 30 means that the non-skin side portion 301 has a heavier weight than the skin side portion 302 of the fastening tape 30.
- the fragrance 40 is arranged.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged only on the non-skin side portion 301 of the fastening tape 30.
- the adhesive A9 may be an insect repellent adhesive IA. That is, the hot melt adhesive A9 applied at a position close to the insect repellent fragrance 40 may be used as the insect repellent adhesive IA. By doing so, the amount of the active ingredient of the insect repellent is locally increased in the portion where the insect repellent fragrance 40 and the insect repellent adhesive IA (A9) are arranged close to each other, and the insect repellent effect centering on that portion is enhanced.
- the area where the hot melt adhesive A9 for adhering the hook material 33 to the fastening tape 30 and the insect repellent fragrance 40 are arranged. Partially overlaps with the placement area of.
- the region where the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged may have a portion 401 (see FIG. 4) which overlaps with the region where the insect repellent adhesive IA is arranged. preferable.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 and the insect repellent adhesive IA (A9) overlap the amount of the active ingredient of the insect repellent is locally increased, and the insect repellent effect centering on that portion is enhanced. From this point as well, it can be said that it is preferable to use the insect repellent adhesive IA as the hot melt adhesive A9 for adhering the hook material 33.
- the diaper 1 when confirming the arrangement relationship between the insect repellent fragrance 40 and the insect repellent adhesive IA, it is advisable to carry out the diaper 1 in an unfolded and stretched state (the same applies hereinafter).
- the stretched state means that the size of each material constituting the diaper 1 is equal to or close to the size of the material itself in a state where it is not affected by the elastic member. Is in an extended state.
- the left and right joints around the waist unfolded it is advisable to check with the left and right joints around the waist unfolded.
- the insect repellent fragrance 40 is arranged on the non-skin side of the insect repellent adhesive IA (A9) that adheres the hook material 33 to the fastening tape 30 in the thickness direction of the diaper 1. .. Therefore, the insect repellent fragrance 40 is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect of the insect repellent fragrance 40 is enhanced. In addition, the user can easily recognize the scent of the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the hot melt adhesive A9 for adhering the hook material 33 may be the insect repellent adhesive IA.
- the hot melt adhesive A8 for fixing the fastening tape 30 to the side sheet 26 and the hot melt adhesive A4 for fixing the fastening tape 30 to the exterior sheet 24 may be used as the insect repellent adhesive IA.
- the insect repellent adhesive IA has a larger weight placed on the diaper 1 than the insect repellent fragrance 40. That is, instead of increasing the insect repellent fragrance 40 to enhance the insect repellent effect, the weight of the insect repellent adhesive IA having both the function of adhering the material of the diaper 1 and the insect repellent function is increased, so that the cost of the diaper 1 is low. Can be achieved.
- the arrangement of the insect repellent adhesive IA is not limited to the position close to the insect repellent fragrance 40.
- the absorber 21 of the diaper 1 is a relatively thick member. Therefore, the hot melt adhesives A1 and A2 applied to the skin side of the absorber 21 and the hot melt adhesive A3 applied to the inside of the absorber 21 are hot applied to the non-skin side of the absorber 21. Compared to melt adhesives, the scent is less likely to be released to the outside of diaper 1. Therefore, the insect repellent adhesive IA may be used as the hot melt adhesive that adheres the non-skin side materials arranged on the non-skin side of the absorber 21. By doing so, the scent of the insect repellent adhesive IA containing at least one of ⁇ -pinene, ⁇ -pinene, and camphene is easily released to the outside of the diaper 1, and the insect repellent effect is enhanced.
- the leak-proof sheet 23 which is a liquid-impermeable sheet, has a lower air permeability than the liquid-permeable sheet (for example, an exterior sheet 24 made of a non-woven fabric), and the scent of the insect-proof adhesive IA is a leak-proof sheet. It is difficult to pass through 23. Therefore, it is preferable that the insect repellent adhesive IA is arranged on the non-skin side of the leak-proof sheet 23 in the thickness direction of the diaper 1. That is, it is preferable that at least a part of the insect repellent adhesive IA arranged on the diaper 1 is arranged on the non-skin side of the leak-proof sheet 23.
