背景技术
通常,电动机包括外壳、形成于外壳内部用于被通电的定子、通过与定子相互作用而旋转的转子,以及安装在外壳上的电动机端盖。端盖,是安装在电机等机壳后面的一个后盖。端盖的好坏直接影响到电机马达的质量。
在端盖的生产加工过程中,在边缘处会产生毛刺,需要对其去除。目前的去毛刺装置是通过电机带动砂轮转动,从而将端盖侧面与端面位置的毛刺去除,使端盖的外表面保持平整。
但目前的去毛刺装置大多是侧面打磨,部分毛刺在侧面打磨作用下向端面位置部分翻折,部分毛刺从侧面凸起状态变成了与上下端面贴合的状态,造成了生产的端盖还具有毛刺,处理不彻底;因此市场急需研制一种端盖去毛刺清洗机以及清洗方法来帮助人们解决现有的问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种端盖去毛刺清洗机以及清洗方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前的去毛刺装置在去毛刺时不能将毛刺完全去除,部分毛刺被翻折与端面贴合,导致毛刺去除不彻底的问题。

在进一步的实施例中,所述下水箱内部的上端设置有收集屉,所述收集屉由固定外框和滤网构成,滤网位于固定外框的内部,滤网与固定外框固定连接,固定外框与下水箱滑动连接,滤网的尺寸大于防护壳体的内尺寸,防护壳体下端与下水箱连通,能够进行清洗水的过滤,以及去除的毛刺碎屑的收集。

一种清洗方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:通过外部机械手结构将端盖置于下固定盘的上端,使端盖的法兰孔穿过固定杆进行限位固定,通过第二电动伸缩杆带动压板向下运动压于端盖的上端面;
步骤二:大型驱动电机在减速器的作用下带动大型转盘水平转动,使固定有端盖的固定单元转动至去毛刺砂轮位置;
步骤三:通过转动手轮时螺纹杆转动,竖向移动件竖向移动带动去毛刺电机和去毛刺砂轮竖向移动;
步骤四:竖向移动件内部的小型驱动电机带动转动丝杆转动,滑动块在滑动限位杆作用下水平滑动,带动上端固定的水平杆体沿着外框架上端一侧的固定块滑动,带动去毛刺电机和去毛刺砂轮水平移动,与端盖的去毛刺位置贴合;
步骤五:去毛刺电机带动去毛刺砂轮转动,下固定矩形块内部的电机带动驱动皮带轮转动,通过皮带的传动作用带动从动皮带轮转动,从而带动下固定盘以及其上端固定的端盖转动;
步骤六:下固定盘带动上端固定的端盖转动下,被去毛刺位置转动至辅助去毛刺辊位置,在缓冲弹簧被压缩以及橡胶层被压紧的作用下,端盖嵌于辅助去毛刺辊内,通过去毛刺砂板将端盖被翻折位置的毛刺进一步去除;
步骤七:步骤五和步骤六工作的同时输送泵通过送水管吸取下水箱内部的清洗水,通过排水管、输水盘和喷淋头将清洗水从端盖上端喷下,清洗水带着去除的碎屑向下流动,流动至下水箱的内部,碎屑被滤网阻拦,清洗水被滤网过滤后重新进入下水箱的内部。
有益效果
1、该发明中,在去毛刺位置的内侧增加有辅助去毛刺辊,辅助去毛刺辊由固定内芯、圆形封板、橡胶层、去毛刺砂板和缓冲弹簧构成,当去毛刺电机驱动去毛刺砂轮转动以及下固定矩形块内部电机带动驱动皮带轮从而带动从动皮带轮连着下固定盘共同转动时,去毛刺砂轮对下固定盘上端固定的端盖进行毛刺的去除,由于端盖在下固定盘转动下转动时,去除位置被转动至辅助去毛刺辊位置与辅助去毛刺辊接触,由于辅助去毛刺辊内部有缓冲弹簧,加上橡胶层自身具有一定的韧性,端盖的侧面会陷于辅助去毛刺辊内,使端盖的一侧和上端的外边缘与辅助去毛刺辊的去毛刺砂板接触,从而将部分翻折向上与端面贴合的毛刺被去毛刺砂板去除,从而解决了目前的去毛刺装置在去毛刺时不能将毛刺完全去除,部分毛刺被翻折与端面贴合,导致毛刺去除不彻底的问题;
2、该发明中,通过转动手轮使螺纹杆转动,从而与螺纹杆螺纹连接的竖向移动件竖直向滑动,使去毛刺电机带动去毛刺砂轮上下移动,使之与端盖外边缘的毛刺位置对应,才能够去除毛刺;并且在小型驱动电机的驱动转动丝杆转动的作用下滑动块沿着滑动限位杆滑动,而滑动块上端的固定块一侧固定有水平杆体,在滑动块的滑动作用下带动水平杆体沿着外框架上端一侧的固定块滑动,从而使固定搭板水平移动,使去毛刺电机带动去毛刺砂轮移动,能够适应不同直径大小的端盖的毛刺去除,使本装置更具有通用性;
3、该发明中,通过大型驱动电机带动大型转盘进行转动,从而使四个处理工位进行转动,完成上料、输送、处理和下料工位的转换,使整个去毛刺清洗过程更加连续;且端盖放置于下固定盘后,通过固定杆卡在端盖的法兰孔内,从而使端盖能够在下固定盘的转动作用下共同转动,与其他结构配合完成转动去毛刺过程,而上端固定端盖的压板下设置有滚珠,使端盖自由转动作用下不影响压板对端盖的向下压迫固定;
该发明中,在去毛刺过程中输送泵通过送水管吸入下水箱内的清洗水,并通过排水管、输水盘和喷淋头向下喷淋,将去除的毛刺带下,去除的毛刺在各个结构设置的槽的作用下流至下水箱的内部,被收集屉内的滤网阻挡,使去除的毛刺以及打磨下的一些碎屑落于滤网上端,被收集,而落下的水在滤网过滤后重新与下水箱内部的清洗水混合,被再次吸取进行喷淋,以此循环,完成对端盖的毛刺清洗和碎屑的收集,且最大程度的减少水资源的利用。

步骤二:大型驱动电机20在减速器的作用下带动大型转盘21水平转动,使固定有端盖的固定单元转动至去毛刺砂轮15位置;
步骤三:通过转动手轮时螺纹杆3转动,竖向移动件13竖向移动带动去毛刺电机14和去毛刺砂轮15竖向移动;
步骤四:竖向移动件13内部的小型驱动电机32带动转动丝杆33转动,滑动块35在滑动限位杆34作用下水平滑动,带动上端固定的水平杆体36沿着外框架31上端一侧的固定块37滑动,带动去毛刺电机14和去毛刺砂轮15水平移动,与端盖的去毛刺位置贴合;
步骤五:去毛刺电机14带动去毛刺砂轮15转动,下固定矩形块22内部的电机带动驱动皮带轮转动,通过皮带的传动作用带动从动皮带轮30转动,从而带动下固定盘29以及其上端固定的端盖转动;
步骤六:下固定盘29带动上端固定的端盖转动下,被去毛刺位置转动至辅助去毛刺辊24位置,在缓冲弹簧48被压缩以及橡胶层46被压紧的作用下,端盖嵌于辅助去毛刺辊24内,通过去毛刺砂板47将端盖被翻折位置的毛刺进一步去除;
步骤七:步骤五和步骤六工作的同时输送泵5通过送水管6吸取下水箱8内部的清洗水,通过排水管7、输水盘17和喷淋头18将清洗水从端盖上端喷下,清洗水带着去除的碎屑向下流动,流动至下水箱8的内部,碎屑被滤网41阻拦,清洗水被滤网41过滤后重新进入下水箱8的内部。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,包括防护壳体(1),其特征在于:所述防护壳体(1)的内部安装有大型转盘(21),所述大型转盘(21)上端的一侧固定连接有下固定矩形块(22),所述下固定矩形块(22)上端中间的一侧固定连接有上支撑臂(23),所述下固定矩形块(22)的上端沿上支撑臂(23)的一侧固定连接有辅助去毛刺辊(24),所述辅助去毛刺辊(24)由固定内芯(44)、圆形封板(45)、橡胶层(46)、去毛刺砂板(47)和缓冲弹簧(48)组成,固定内芯(44)位于辅助去毛刺辊(24)内侧的中间,橡胶层(46)位于固定内芯(44)外侧的中间,圆形封板(45)位于橡胶层(46)上下两端,固定内芯(44)穿过圆形封板(45),固定内芯(44)与圆形封板(45)固定连接,去毛刺砂板(47)位于橡胶层(46)的外侧,去毛刺砂板(47)设置有若干个,若干个去毛刺砂板(47)以固定内芯(44)圆心为中心环形阵列,去毛刺砂板(47)与橡胶层(46)通过固定钉固定,缓冲弹簧(48)位于固定内芯(44)与橡胶层(46)之间,缓冲弹簧(48)的两端分别与固定内芯(44)和橡胶层(46)固定连接,缓冲弹簧(48)与去毛刺砂板(47)位置对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述防护壳体(1)的一侧设置有限位柱(2),所述限位柱(2)上下两端固定连接有固定片,所述固定片下端沿限位柱(2)的一侧通过轴承连接有螺纹杆(3),所述限位柱(2)的外侧设置有滑动套筒(4),所述滑动套筒(4)的一侧固定连接有竖向移动件(13),竖向移动件(13)上设置有与螺纹杆(3)匹配的螺纹孔,所述竖向移动件(13)上安装有去毛刺电机(14),所述去毛刺电机(14)的一侧固定连接有去毛刺砂轮(15)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述竖向移动件(13)上还设置有外框架(31),所述外框架(31)内部的一侧安装有小型驱动电机(32),所述小型驱动电机(32)的输出轴端设置有转动丝杆(33),所述小型驱动电机(32)与转动丝杆(33)之间设置有隔板,所述隔板与外框架(31)之间沿转动丝杆(33)的两侧固定连接有滑动限位杆(34),所述外框架(31)的内部设置有滑动块(35),滑动块(35)与滑动限位杆(34)滑动连接,滑动块(35)与转动丝杆(33)通过螺纹转动连接,所述滑动块(35)上端的一侧与外框架(31)上端的外侧均固定连接有固定块(37),两个所述固定块(37)之间设置有水平杆体(36),水平杆体(36)与滑动块(35)上端一侧的固定块(37)固定连接,水平杆体(36)与与外框架(31)上端外侧的固定块(37)滑动连接,所述水平杆体(36)远离滑动块(35)的一端固定连接有固定搭板(38),去毛刺电机(14)安装有固定搭板(38)的上端,所述外框架(31)两端的中间设置有T型限位条(39),T型限位条(39)与外框架(31)一体成型,外框架(31)通过T型限位条(39)与防护壳体(1)滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述上支撑臂(23)的下端安装有第二电动伸缩杆(25),所述第二电动伸缩杆(25)的下端固定连接有压板(26),所述压板(26)下端的内部安装有滚珠(27),滚珠(27)与压板(26)转动连接,所述下固定矩形块(22)的一侧设置有从动皮带轮(30),从动皮带轮(30)与大型转盘(21)通过轴承连接,所述下固定矩形块(22)和上支撑臂(23)的内部设置有设备腔(43),下固定矩形块(22)的设备腔(43)内部安装有驱动皮带轮,上支撑臂(23)的设备腔(43)内部安装有电机,电机的输出轴与驱动皮带轮固定,驱动皮带轮与从动皮带轮(30)通过皮带传动连接,所述从动皮带轮(30)的上端固定连接有下固定盘(29),所述下固定盘(29)的上端设置有固定杆(28)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述防护壳体(1)的下端设置有下水箱(8),所述下水箱(8)上端沿防护壳体(1)的前端安装有输送泵(5),所述输送泵(5)的一端设置有送水管(6),送水管(6)的另一端延伸至下水箱(8)的内部,所述输送泵(5)的另一端设置有排水管(7),所述排水管(7)的另一端延伸至防护壳体(1)的内部与输水盘(17)连接,所述防护壳体(1)与输水盘(17)之间安装有第一电动伸缩杆(16),第一电动伸缩杆(16)的输出杆与输水盘(17)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述输水盘(17)下端的两侧安装有喷淋头(18),喷淋头(18)、输水盘(17)和排水管(7)相邻之间连通,所述上支撑臂(23)上贯穿设置有漏水槽(42)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述下水箱(8)内部的上端设置有收集屉(9),所述收集屉(9)由固定外框(40)和滤网(41)构成,滤网(41)位于固定外框(40)的内部,滤网(41)与固定外框(40)固定连接,固定外框(40)与下水箱(8)滑动连接,滤网(41)的尺寸大于防护壳体(1)的内尺寸,防护壳体(1)下端与下水箱(8)连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述防护壳体(1)的内部沿大型转盘(21)的下端设置有设备隔板(19),设备隔板(19)与防护壳体(1)固定连接,设备隔板(19)上设置有若干镂空孔,所述设备隔板(19)的下端安装有大型驱动电机(20),所述大型驱动电机(20)的输出轴穿过减速器与大型转盘(21)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种端盖去毛刺清洗机,其特征在于:所述下水箱(8)一侧的上端安装有进水管(10),所述下水箱(8)另一侧的下端安装有出水管(11),下水箱(8)下端的底板向出水管(11)侧倾斜,所述防护壳体(1)一侧的上端固定连接有上挡板(12)。
  10. 一种清洗方法,基于权利要求1-9任意一项一种端盖去毛刺清洗机实现,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    步骤一:通过外部机械手结构将端盖置于下固定盘(29)的上端,使端盖的法兰孔穿过固定杆(28)进行限位固定,通过第二电动伸缩杆(25)带动压板(26)向下运动压于端盖的上端面;
    步骤二:大型驱动电机(20)在减速器的作用下带动大型转盘(21)水平转动,使固定有端盖的固定单元转动至去毛刺砂轮(15)位置;
    步骤三:通过转动手轮时螺纹杆(3)转动,竖向移动件(13)竖向移动带动去毛刺电机(14)和去毛刺砂轮(15)竖向移动;
    步骤四:竖向移动件(13)内部的小型驱动电机(32)带动转动丝杆(33)转动,滑动块(35)在滑动限位杆(34)作用下水平滑动,带动上端固定的水平杆体(36)沿着外框架(31)上端一侧的固定块(37)滑动,带动去毛刺电机(14)和去毛刺砂轮(15)水平移动,与端盖的去毛刺位置贴合;
    步骤五:去毛刺电机(14)带动去毛刺砂轮(15)转动,下固定矩形块(22)内部的电机带动驱动皮带轮转动,通过皮带的传动作用带动从动皮带轮(30)转动,从而带动下固定盘(29)以及其上端固定的端盖转动;
    步骤六:下固定盘(29)带动上端固定的端盖转动下,被去毛刺位置转动至辅助去毛刺辊(24)位置,在缓冲弹簧(48)被压缩以及橡胶层(46)被压紧的作用下,端盖嵌于辅助去毛刺辊(24)内,通过去毛刺砂板(47)将端盖被翻折位置的毛刺进一步去除;
    步骤七:步骤五和步骤六工作的同时输送泵(5)通过送水管(6)吸取下水箱(8)内部的清洗水,通过排水管(7)、输水盘(17)和喷淋头(18)将清洗水从端盖上端喷下,清洗水带着去除的碎屑向下流动,流动至下水箱(8)的内部,碎屑被滤网(41)阻拦,清洗水被滤网(41)过滤后重新进入下水箱(8)的内部。
