技术领域
本发明涉及毛刺清理的技术领域,具体地说是一种车轮帽口部位自动倒角去毛刺的装置。
背景技术
正面不加工的全涂装轮毂,帽口部位正面是铸造成形,帽口部位深度是机加工车削成形,所以,在铸造和机加成形的交接位置会残存环形一周的毛刺。车轮图纸设计时,帽口毛刺部位一般设计为C0.5-C1.5的倒角,倒角角度为30°-60°。而实际生产制造中,毛刺部位的倒角多为人工手工去除,去除效果不理想,圆度差,倒角大小和角度不一致,当安装上扣帽时,外观不合格。因此,需要加强帽口部位的控制,使帽口部位的毛刺去除后,倒角符合图纸规范。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种车轮机加工后帽口部位自动倒角去毛刺的装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种车轮帽口倒角装置,由主机架、副机架、下伺服电机、键、轴承座、左轴承座、左轴、左轴承、左从动摩擦轮、左套筒、左转角缸压爪、左转盘、左芯轴座、左芯轴、倒角刀、刀座、进给平台、进给气缸、导套、导柱、支撑板、导轨、压紧气缸、平移滑台、上伺服电机、主动摩擦轮、右芯轴、右芯轴座、右转盘、右转角缸压爪、右套筒、右从动摩擦轮、右轴承、右轴、右轴承座、工位旋转台、轴和轴承组成。

工位一上方的主机架上安装进给气缸和两个导套,进给气缸输出端连接进给平台,两根导柱安装在进给平台上,在导柱、导套的作用下,进给气缸控制进给平台上下运动。刀座安装在进给平台的下方,倒角刀安装在刀座上,刀座上分布着角度刻度线,当帽口倒角角度发生变化时,相应的调整倒角刀的安装角度即可。
装置工作过程为:首先,将车轮放入工位二系统,右转角缸压爪将车轮夹紧;接着下伺服电机启动,带动工位旋转台旋转180°,使工位二系统的车轮位于倒角刀的正下方;然后压紧气缸启动,推动平移滑台向左运动,使主动摩擦轮接触从动摩擦轮并预紧;接着上伺服电机启动,在摩擦轮传动的作用下,车轮低速旋转;然后进给气缸启动,推动倒角刀进给,当刀具到达帽口毛刺部位时开始倒角去毛刺;最后,车轮继续旋转一周后完成倒角。工位二系统的车轮处于加工状态时,工位一系统位于外侧,操作人员将待加工的车轮置于工位一系统,当工位二系统的车轮加工完成后,压紧气缸和进给气缸复位,摩擦轮传动松开,下伺服电机启动,带动工位旋转台旋转180°,使工位一的车轮进入加工状态,此时,刚刚加工完成的工位二的车轮转到外侧,操作人员将其取下,放入待加工的车轮,如此循环。
本发明能满足车轮机加工后帽口部位自动倒角去毛刺的要求,可以降低工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,提高帽口部位的倒角精度,此装置具有结构简单、稳定高效、操作容易等特点。

1.一种车轮帽口倒角装置,由主机架(1)、副机架(2)、下伺服电机(3)、键(4)、轴承座(5)、左轴承座(6)、左轴(7)、左轴承(8)、左从动摩擦轮(9)、左套筒(10)、左转角缸压爪(11)、左转盘(12)、左芯轴座(13)、左芯轴(14)、倒角刀(15)、刀座(16)、进给平台(17)、进给气缸(18)、导套(19)、导柱(20)、支撑板(21)、导轨(22)、压紧气缸(23)、平移滑台(24)、上伺服电机(25)、主动摩擦轮(26)、右芯轴(27)、右芯轴座(28)、右转盘(29)、右转角缸压爪(30)、右套筒(31)、右从动摩擦轮(32)、右轴承(33)、右轴(34)、右轴承座(35)、工位旋转台(36)、轴(37)和轴承(38)组成,其特征是:轴(37)的输出端固定连接工位旋转台(36),工位旋转台(36)上设置工位一系统和工位二系统;左轴承座(6)固定在工位旋转台(36)的左侧,左轴(7)和左轴承(8)安装在左轴承座(6)内,左轴(7)上安装左从动摩擦轮(9),并通过左套筒(10)固定;左轴承座(6)、左轴(7)、左轴承(8)、左从动摩擦轮(9)、左套筒(10)组成工位一系统;右轴承座(35)固定在工位旋转台(36)的右侧,右轴(34)和右轴承(33)安装在右轴承座(35)内,右轴(34)上安装右从动摩擦轮(32),并通过右套筒(31)固定;右套筒(31)、右从动摩擦轮(32)、右轴承(33)、右轴(34)、右轴承座(35)、工位旋转台(36)组成工位二系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮帽口倒角装置,其特征是:主机架(1)的上方安装支撑板(21)和压紧气缸(23),两条导轨(22)安装在支撑板(21)上,平移滑台(24)安装在导轨(22)上,压紧气缸(23)输出端连接平移滑台(24),平移滑台(24)下方安装上伺服电机(25),电机输出端的轴上安装有主动摩擦轮(26)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车轮帽口倒角装置,其特征是:刀座(16)安装在进给平台(17)的下方,倒角刀(15)安装在刀座(16)上,刀座(16)上分布着角度刻度线,当帽口倒角角度发生变化时,相应的调整倒角刀(15)的安装角度即可。
