Claims (15)
- 버섯추출물 및 첨가제를 포함하는 프리바이오틱스 조성물로서,상기 버섯추출물은 영지버섯 추출물을 포함하는 것이고,상기 첨가제는 원유, 분유, 당 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 것이고,상기 프리바이오틱스 조성물은 상기 버섯추출물 100 중량부 대비 식이섬유의 함량이 30 중량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 식이섬유의 함량은 상기 버섯추출물 100 중량부 대비 60 중량부 내지 80 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 식이섬유는 수용성 식이섬유 및 불용성 식이섬유를 포함하는 것이고,상기 식이섬유 전체 100 중량부 대비 상기 수용성 식이섬유의 함량은 40 중량부 내지 80 중량부이고, 상기 불용성 식이섬유의 함량은 20 중량부 내지 60 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버섯추출물은 상기 영지버섯 추출물 외에,표고버섯, 새송이버섯, 팽이버섯, 느타리버섯, 양송이버섯, 상황버섯, 해송이버섯, 꽃송이버섯, 차가버섯, 노루궁뎅이버섯 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 버섯의 추출물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버섯추출물의 함량은 상기 첨가제 100 중량부 대비 400 중량부 내지 600 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분유는 전지분유 및 탈지분유에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 당은 단당류, 이당류, 당알코올류, 올리고당류, 덱스트린 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 당을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 올리고당류는 프락토올리고당, 말토올리고당, 이소말토올리고당, 갈락토올리고당, 대두올리고당 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 올리고당을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 프리바이오틱스 조성물은 치커리추출물, 덱스트린, 정제수 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물 및 유산균 균주를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프로바이오틱스 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 유산균 균주는 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus), 스트렙토코커스 써모필러스 (Streptococcus thermophilus), 비피도박테리움(Bifidobacterium), 복합유산균 ABT-B 균주 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 유산균 균주를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프로바이오틱스 조성물.
- 버섯 및 정제수의 혼합물을 추출기에 투입시켜 80℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서 1차 추출시키는 단계;상기 1차 추출시킨 혼합물을 60℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 2차 추출시키는 단계;상기 2차 추출시킨 혼합물을 40℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 3차 추출시켜 버섯추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 제조된 버섯추출물에 원유, 분유, 당 및 이들의 조합들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 첨가제를 혼합한 후 균질화하여 프리바이오틱스 조성물을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 버섯추출물은 영지버섯 추출물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 프리바이오틱스 조성물은 상기 버섯추출물 100 중량부 대비 식이섬유의 함량이 30 중량부 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프리바이오틱스 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제12항에서 제조한 프리바이오틱스 조성물에 유산균 균주를 접종시키는 단계; 및상기 접종된 유산균 균주를 배양시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식이섬유가 풍부한 프로바이오틱스 조성물의 제조방법.
