进一步的,所述锅体上侧壁上设置有握把,所述锅盖组件的上端设置有提手,所述烤炉底座的一侧设置有调节开关,方便用户操作使用。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型一种多功能碳烤炉对于现有技术的优点在于:
1)、能够实现对碳烤炉的空气炸锅效果以及烟熏作用,通过设置有出风机构和锅盖组件,利用风扇将木炭原料产生的热风吹至锅体内实现空气炸锅效果,同时利用锅盖组件以及出气阀的设置实现对锅体内食物的烟熏效果;
2)、能够有效提升碳烤炉木炭的燃烧效率,提高碳烤炉的碳烤效率,能够保证对食物烧烤原味,设置的电热管和碳盘使碳烤炉能够通过电热管对碳盘内的木炭进行加热,保证的木炭的燃烧效率;
3)、具有感应触发的功能,能够实现感应控制出风,利用凸起部和凹槽部的配合使得感应装置控制风扇工作,从而使锅体在放下至底座的同时实现风扇的开始工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
参阅图1~图12,一种多功能碳烤炉,包括:烤炉底座1和锅体2,烤炉底座1的一侧设置有调节开关27,锅体2上侧壁上设置有握把25,烤炉底座1和锅体2之间设置有加热机构和出风机构,加热机构包括置于锅体2内的电热管4,在本实施例中,电热管5采用旋涡状设置在支架4上,能够对碳盘3内的木炭原料起到加热均匀的效果,保证加热效果和效率,出风机构包括置于烤炉底座1上的风扇6,烤炉底座1上设置有支撑座7,电热管4以及风扇6置于支撑座7并与支撑座7上的碳盘5对应,加热机构包括支架8,碳盘5置于支撑座7的上端,支架8安装在碳盘5和支撑座7之间,电热管4置于支架8上并与烤炉底座1内的电源装置连接;支撑座7上开设有容置腔9,电热管4和支架8依次置于容置腔9内,锅体2上放置有烤盘24,烤盘24上设置有锅盖组件3,锅盖组件3的上端设置有提手26,锅盖组件3通过锅盖301置于烤盘24上,锅盖301上设置有出气阀 302,具体的:在进行碳烤时,通过电源装置对电热管4通电加热,使电热管4对碳盘5上的木炭原料进行预热并加热,在碳盘5的上端设置有烤盘24,碳盘5内的木炭燃烧完成对烤盘24上食物的烧烤,其中电热管4放置在支架8上能够避免电热管4由于高温加热而损坏支撑座7,整体的结构简单,能够利用电热管4对木炭进行加热促进预热和燃烧,即保证碳烤炉的烧烤效率又能保证食物的木炭烧烤原味。
参阅2、图3、图4、图8和图9,碳盘5包括:第一碳盘部501和第二碳盘部502,第一碳盘部501位于第二碳盘部502的下方并置于容置腔9内,第一碳盘部501的底部开设有与电热管4对应的第一通孔1001,第二碳盘部502的侧壁上开设有第一通孔1002,碳盘5的侧壁上设置有夹持部11,夹持部11包括碳盘侧壁内凹形成的夹持板1101,木炭放置在第一碳盘部501内,通过电热管4加热使得容置腔9温度升高从而对木炭进行预热和加热,整体的结构简单,占用空间小,第一碳盘部501和第二碳盘部502的设置使外观更加美观。
参阅图2、图3、图4和图10,支撑座7内设置有底板12,底板12上开设有安装孔13,电热管4的两端穿过安装孔13与外部电源装置连接;支撑座7的底部向外形成有凸缘14,支撑座7通过凸缘14卡装在烤炉底座1上,电热管4置于支撑板7上,支架8对电热管4和支撑座7起到隔离作用,能够避免电热管4温度过高从而损坏支撑座7,保证碳烤炉的正常工作,且设置的凸缘14用于卡装在烤炉底座1上,使支撑座7的安装更为稳固,提高碳烤炉的安全性。
参阅图3、图5、图6、图7和图8,烤炉底座1上至少设置有一个凸起部15,锅体2的下端开设有与凸起部15对应的凹槽部16,凸起部15上设置有用于控制风扇6的感应装置17;支撑座7上端外侧开设有出风孔22,支撑座7的内侧壁上开设有与出风孔22对应的通风口23,具体的:在出风时,将食物放置在置物架20上,转动锅体2,使锅体2底部的凹槽部16与凸起部15配合,在凹槽部16落至凸起部15上时,凹槽部16的上端面 下压感应装置17并使风扇6开始工作,此时止挡部28的上端脱离出风孔22,通过风扇6的工作使支撑座7上的碳盒5内产生热风从出风孔22流至锅体2内,完成对置物架20上的食物加热,从而实现空气炸锅的加热效果,当将锅体2取出并使凸起部15和凹槽部16脱离时,感应装置17控制风扇6停止工作实现止风,止挡部28的上端向上移动并止挡在支撑座7的一侧,整体的结构简单,内部结构设置合理,能够使得碳烤炉实现空气炸锅的效果,满足用户的多方面使用需求。
参阅图5、图11和图12,锅体2的中部设置有中空部18,中空部18的侧壁与锅体2的内壁之间形成有置物腔19,支撑座7置于中空部18内,置物腔19内设置有置物架20,置物架20用于放置食物,其中支撑座7设置在中空部18上,能够减少碳烤炉的空间占用,形成的置物腔19能够用于放置食物,内部结构设置合理,方便用户操作使用。
参阅图6和图8,支撑座7和底座1之间形成有出风腔21,风扇6置于出风腔21内,出风孔22与出风腔21连通;锅体2内设置有用于止挡出风孔22和锅体2的止挡部28,止挡部28的上端在凸起部15与凹槽部16配合时脱离对出风孔22的止挡,支撑座3的内侧壁上开设有与出风孔6对应的通风口23,通风口23与碳盘5连通,能够有效保证热风的风道设置合理性,使得木炭原料燃烧产生的热量通过风扇6产生热风从而完成对锅体2内食物的加热,整体结构设置合理。
本实施例通过设置有出风机构和锅盖组件,利用风扇将木炭原料产生的热风吹至锅体内实现空气炸锅效果,同时利用锅盖组件以及出气阀的设置实现对锅体内食物的烟熏效果,另外设置的电热管和碳盘使碳烤炉能够通过电热管对碳盘内的木炭进行加热,保证的木炭的燃烧效率,利用凸起部和凹槽部的配合使得感应装置控制风扇工作,从而使锅体在放下至底座的同时实现风扇的开始工作。
以上仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出 若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,包括:烤炉底座(1)和锅体(2),所述烤炉底座(1)和所述锅体(2)之间设置有加热机构和出风机构,所述加热机构包括置于所述锅体(2)内的电热管(4),所述出风机构包括置于所述烤炉底座(1)上的风扇(6),所述烤炉底座(1)上设置有支撑座(7),所述电热管(4)以及所述风扇(6)置于所述支撑座(7)并与所述支撑座(7)上的碳盘(5)对应。
  2. 如权利要求1所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述加热机构包括支架(8),所述碳盘(5)置于所述支撑座(7)的上端,所述支架(8)安装在所述碳盘(5)和所述支撑座(7)之间,所述电热管(4)置于所述支架(8)上并与所述烤炉底座(1)内的电源装置连接;所述支撑座(7)上开设有容置腔(9),所述电热管(4)和所述支架(8)依次置于所述容置腔(9)内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述碳盘(5)包括:第一碳盘部(501)和第二碳盘部(502),所述第一碳盘部(501)位于所述第二碳盘部(502)的下方并置于所述容置腔(9)内,所述第一碳盘部(501)的底部开设有与所述电热管(4)对应的第一通孔(1001),所述第二碳盘部(502)的侧壁上开设有第一通孔(1002)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述碳盘(5)的侧壁上设置有夹持部(11),所述夹持部(11)包括所述碳盘侧壁内凹形成的夹持板(1101)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述支撑座(7)内设置有底板(12),所述底板(12)上开设有安装孔(13),所述电热管(4)的两端穿过所述安装孔(13)与外部电源装置连接;所述支撑座(7)的底部向外形成有凸缘(14),所述支撑座(7)通过所述凸缘(14)卡装在所述烤炉底座(1)上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述烤炉底座 (1)上至少设置有一个凸起部(15),所述锅体(2)的下端开设有与所述凸起部(15)对应的凹槽部(16),所述凸起部(15)上设置有用于控制风扇(6)的感应装置(17);所述支撑座(7)上端外侧开设有出风孔(22),所述支撑座(7)的内侧壁上开设有与所述出风孔(22)对应的通风口(23)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述锅体(2)的中部设置有中空部(18),所述中空部(18)的侧壁与所述锅体(2)的内壁之间形成有置物腔(19),所述支撑座(7)置于中空部(18)内,所述置物腔(19)内设置有置物架(20)。
  8. 如权利要求6所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述支撑座(7)和所述底座(1)之间形成有出风腔(21),所述风扇(6)置于所述出风腔(21)内,所述出风孔(22)与所述出风腔(21)连通;所述锅体(2)内设置有用于止挡所述出风孔(22)和所述锅体(2)的止挡部(28),所述止挡部(28)的上端在所述凸起部(15)与所述凹槽部(16)配合时脱离对所述出风孔(22)的止挡。
  9. 如权利要求1所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述锅体(2)上放置有烤盘(24),所述烤盘(24)上设置有锅盖组件(3),所述锅盖组件(3)通过锅盖(301)置于所述烤盘(24)上,所述锅盖(301)上设置有出气阀(302)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述多功能碳烤炉,其特征在于,所述锅体(2)上侧壁上设置有握把(25),所述锅盖组件(3)的上端设置有提手(26),所述烤炉底座(1)的一侧设置有调节开关(27)。
