参阅图3、图5、图7和图8,支撑座3和底座1之间形成有出风腔13,风扇7置于出风腔13内,出风孔6与出风腔13连通,锅体2内设置有用于止挡出风孔6和锅体2的止挡部14,止挡部14的上端在凸起部4与凹槽部5配合时脱离对出风孔6的止挡,支撑座3的内侧壁上开设有与出风孔6对应的通风口15,通风口15与碳盒8连通,能够有效保证热风的风道设置合理性,使得木炭原料燃烧产生的热量通过风扇7产生热风从而完成对锅体2内食物的加热,整体结构设置合理。
参阅图1、图3和图5,感应装置19包括:按钮1901和控制风扇7的控制装置1902,按钮1901设置在凸起部4的上端并与锅体2配合,按钮1901的下端与控制装置1902连接,碳盒8置于支撑座3的上端,支撑座3和碳盒8之间设置有电热管17,底座1上安装有进风网罩18,风扇7置于进风网罩18上,设置的进风网罩18能够对风扇7起到导风的作用,使外部的风通过风扇7进入至碳烤炉内,能够完成对锅体2内食物的加热,能 够使碳盒8上的木炭原料燃烧更加充分,并利用感应装置19进行控制驱动,整体结构较简单,能够满足用户的多方位需求。
本实施例碳烤炉的出风结构通过设置有风扇、锅体和支撑座,利用开设的通风孔能够使木炭原料燃烧产生的热风通过通风孔对锅体内的食物加热,使用方便快捷,能够实现碳烤炉的空气炸锅效果,整体结构简单,利用热风对食物进行加热,使用效果更佳,能够满足用户的多方位需求;另外设置有感应装置,利用凸起部和凹槽部的配合使得感应装置控制风扇工作,满足能够实现自动感应控制,从而使锅体在放下至底座的同时实现风扇的开始工作。
以上仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,包括:
    底座(1);
    锅体(2),置于所述底座(1)上,与所述底座(1)之间设置有触发机构;
    支撑座(3),置于所述底座(1)上并与所述锅体(2)对应,其上端开设有出风孔(6);
    其中,所述触发机构上设置有用于控制风扇(7)的感应装置(19),所述风扇(7)对应所述支撑座(3)设置在所述底座(1)上;出风时,转动所述锅体(2)使所述触发机构触发所述感应装置(19),所述支撑座(3)上的碳盒(8)内产生热风通过所述风扇(7)从所述出风孔(6)流至所述锅体(2)内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述触发机构包括:凸起部(4)和凹槽部(5),所述底座(1)上至少设置有一个所述凸起部(4),所述凹槽部(5)设置在所述锅体(2)的下端并与所述凸起部(4)对应,所述感应装置(19)置于所述凸起部(4)上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述锅体(2)的中部设置有中空部(9),所述中空部(9)的侧壁与所述锅体(2)的内壁之间形成有置物腔(10),所述支撑座(3)置于中空部(9)内,所述置物腔(10)内设置有置物架(11)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述风扇(7)转动设置在所述底座(1)上并置于所述支撑座(3)的下端底部,所述风扇(7)与所述底座(1)内的电机(12)连接,所述感应装置(19)连接控制所述电机(12)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述支撑座(3)和所述底座(1)之间形成有出风腔(13),所述风扇(7) 置于所述出风腔(13)内,所述出风孔(6)与所述出风腔(13)连通。
  6. 如权利要求2所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述锅体(2)内设置有用于止挡所述出风孔(6)和所述锅体(2)的止挡部(14),所述止挡部(14)的上端在所述凸起部(4)与所述凹槽部(5)配合时脱离对所述出风孔(6)的止挡。
  7. 如权利要求1所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述支撑座(3)的内侧壁上开设有与所述出风孔(6)对应的通风口(15),所述通风口(15)与所述碳盒(8)连通。
  8. 如权利要求2所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述凸起部(4)为半球形,所述凸起部(4)的数量设置为4个。
  9. 如权利要求2所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述感应装置(19)包括:按钮(1901)和控制所述风扇(7)的控制装置(1902),所述按钮(1901)设置在所述凸起部(4)的上端并与所述锅体(2)配合,所述按钮(1901)的下端与所述控制装置(1902)连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述碳烤炉的出风结构,其特征在于,所述碳盒(8)置于所述支撑座(3)的上端,所述支撑座(3)和所述碳盒(8)之间设置有电热管(17),所述底座(1)上安装有进风网罩(18),所述风扇(7)置于所述进风网罩(18)上,所述锅体(2)的两侧设置有握把(16)。
