Definitions
- the present invention relates to a valve that variably controls the working fluid, for example, a valve that controls the discharge amount of a variable capacity compressor used in an automobile air conditioning system according to pressure.
- Variable-capacity compressors used in air conditioning systems such as automobiles include a rotary shaft that is driven to rotate by an engine, a swash plate that is variably connected to a swash plate with a tilt angle, and a piston for compression that is connected to the swash plate.
- the tilt angle of this swash plate is determined by using a capacity control valve as a valve that is opened and closed by the electromagnetic force of a solenoid as a drive source, the suction pressure Ps of the suction chamber that sucks the fluid, and the fluid pressurized by the piston. While utilizing the discharge pressure Pd of the discharge chamber to be discharged and the control pressure Pc of the control chamber accommodating the swash plate, the pressure in the control chamber can be continuously changed by appropriately controlling the pressure.
- the capacity control valve When the capacity variable compressor is continuously driven, the capacity control valve is energized and controlled by a control computer, and the valve body is moved in the axial direction by the electromagnetic force generated by the solenoid, and the flow path between the discharge port and the control port. Is opened and closed by a valve to adjust the control pressure Pc in the control chamber of the variable capacity compressor.
- some capacity control valves control the flow rate of the fluid flowing from the control port to the suction port.
- Such a capacity control valve controls the pressure in the control pressure chamber of the variable capacity compressor by utilizing the pressure difference from the suction pressure Ps whose pressure is lower than the control pressure Pc.
- a capacitance control valve as in Patent Document 1, when the valve is closed, it is necessary to move the valve body in the direction opposite to the direction of the fluid flowing in the through flow path, and the valve body has the driving force of the solenoid from the fluid. Forces in the opposite direction act. In particular, when the pressure of the fluid is high, the valve body receives a strong force from the fluid, and in order to cope with this state, a strong driving force is required for the solenoid.
- the present invention has been made by paying attention to such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a valve having a small driving force of a driving source when the valve is closed.
- It is a valve that controls the flow rate of The structure is such that the effective pressure receiving area on which the pressure of the fluid acts on the valve body is switched between the control area and the closed area according to the stroke of the valve body.
- the effective pressure receiving area is narrower in the closed area than in the controlled area. According to this, since the effective pressure receiving area is narrower than the control area in the closed region and the force received by the valve body due to the pressure of the fluid is small, the driving force of the drive source for driving the valve body may be small when the valve is closed.
- the penetrating flow path and the valve body may constitute a closed portion in which the flow rate of the fluid can be adjusted in the closed region and a throttle portion in which the flow rate of the fluid can be adjusted in the controlled region.
- the flow rate in the closed area and the flow rate in the control area can be individually adjusted by the closed portion and the throttle portion. Therefore, the effective pressure receiving area in the closed region may be narrowed by switching between the effective pressure receiving area in the closed region and the effective pressure receiving area in the control region according to the stroke of the valve body.
- the throttle portion may have a constant opening area in the closed area. According to this, it is possible to reduce the influence of the fluid passing through the throttle portion on the valve body in the state of switching to the closed region.
- the closed portion may have a poppet valve structure. According to this, the sealing property at the time of closing the valve can be improved.
- the closed portion may have a spool valve structure. According to this, since the valve body does not substantially contact the penetrating flow path, the sealing performance is less likely to deteriorate.
- the cross-sectional area of the tip of the valve body may be narrower than the cross-sectional area of the base. According to this, the cross-sectional area of the tip portion is the effective pressure receiving area in the closed region, and the cross-sectional area of the base portion is the effective pressure receiving area in the control region, so that the valve body has a simple configuration.
- the through flow path may have a stepped shape in which the throttle portion side is wider than the closed portion side. According to this, since the small diameter flow path of the through flow path constitutes the closed area and the large diameter flow path of the through flow path constitutes the control area, the closed portion and the throttle portion have a simple configuration.
- the through flow path may include a tapered surface constituting the throttle portion. According to this, the flow rate of the fluid changes gently when switching from the closed area to the controlled area and when switching from the controlled area to the closed area.

Abstract
