如图3-5所示,夹持组件10包括底板22和缓冲板23,底板22和缓冲板23之间对称设有两个T形板25,底板22对应T形板25的位置上设置有缓冲座26,缓冲座26固定安装在底板22的侧壁上,缓冲座26内安装有用于保护T形板25的缓冲弹簧27,缓冲弹簧27和T形板25之间固定连接,T形板25和缓冲座26滑动连接,T形板25的一端与缓冲板23的侧壁固定连接;
缓冲板23上还纵向均布有多个缓冲槽24,缓冲槽24内填充有缓冲材料,缓冲材料为弹性体材质;
夹持组件10的设置实现了对灯条板的夹持和限位,避免了灯条板的脱落和损坏,同时还能对灯条板起到缓冲保护的作用。
驱动组件包括升降板9和液压缸11,液压缸11的底部固定在底座1上,液压缸11的伸缩端固定连接有升降板9,升降板9的两端分别固定安装有竖直齿条4,升降板9和下壳体2的侧壁滑动连接,且竖直齿条4的后侧设置有第一齿轮5,第一齿轮5的一侧通过轴承与下壳体2的侧壁转动连接,第一齿轮5的另一侧固定连接有第一螺杆6,第一螺杆6的外部套设有第一内螺纹套筒7,第一螺杆6和第一内螺纹套筒7之间通过螺纹连接,第一内螺纹套筒7与夹持组件10固定连接;
下壳体2的侧壁固定安装有用于对第一内螺纹套筒7限位的导向座8,导向座8和第一内螺纹套筒7滑动连接。
底座1上对称设有用于对竖直齿条4限位的限位座3,限位座3和竖直齿条4滑动连接,限位座3的设置实现了对竖直齿条4的限位。
需要对不同型号的灯条板进行夹持限位时,开启液压缸11,液压缸11带动升降板9上下移动,进而使得升降板9带动竖直齿条4上下移动,竖直齿条4带动第一齿轮5转动,第一齿轮5带动第一螺杆6转动,第一螺杆6带动第一内螺纹套筒7移动,从而实现了对夹持组件10间距的调节,利于对灯条板的夹持。
实施例2
如图1-2所示,本发明实施例中,一种便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,包括底座1、下壳体2和上壳体21,底座1的上方设有下壳体2,下壳体2上通过螺栓固定连接有上壳体21,下壳体2内对称设有用于夹持灯条板的夹持组件10,夹持组件10相互远离的一侧连接有驱动组件,上壳体21内设有检测组件,检测组件连接有位置调节组件;
如图3-5所示,夹持组件10包括底板22和缓冲板23,底板22和缓冲板23之间对称设有两个T形板25,底板22对应T形板25的位置上设置有缓冲座26,缓冲座26固定安装在底板22的侧壁上,缓冲座26内安装有用于保护T形板25的缓冲弹簧27,缓冲弹簧27和T形板25之间固定连接,T形板25和缓冲座26滑动连接,T形板25的一端与缓冲板23的侧壁固定连接;
缓冲板23上还纵向均布有多个缓冲槽24,缓冲槽24内填充有缓冲材料,缓冲材料为弹性体材质;
夹持组件10的设置实现了对灯条板的夹持和限位,避免了灯条板的脱落和损坏,同时还能对灯条板起到缓冲保护的作用。
驱动组件包括升降板9和液压缸11,液压缸11的底部固定在底座1上,液压缸11的伸缩端固定连接有升降板9,升降板9的两端分别固定安装有竖直齿条4,升降板9和下壳体2的侧壁滑动连接,且竖直齿条4的后侧设置有第一齿轮5,第一齿轮5的一侧通过轴承与下壳体2的侧壁转动连接,第一齿轮5的另一侧固定连接有第一螺杆6,第一螺杆6的外部套设有第一内螺纹套筒7,第一螺杆6和第一内螺纹套筒7之间通过螺纹连接,第一内螺纹套筒7与夹持组件10固定连接;
下壳体2的侧壁固定安装有用于对第一内螺纹套筒7限位的导向座8,导向座8和第一内螺纹套筒7滑动连接。
底座1上对称设有用于对竖直齿条4限位的限位座3,限位座3和竖直齿条4滑动连接,限位座3的设置实现了对竖直齿条4的限位。
需要对不同型号的灯条板进行夹持限位时,开启液压缸11,液压缸11带动升降板9上下移动,进而使得升降板9带动竖直齿条4上下移动,竖直齿条4带动第一齿轮5转动,第一齿轮5带动第一螺杆6转动,第一螺杆6带动第一内螺纹套筒7移动,从而实现了对夹持组件10间距的调节,利于对灯条板的夹持。
位置调节组件包括第二齿轮16、第三齿轮17和第二螺杆18,第二齿轮16的后侧设置有伺服电机,且伺服电机与第二齿轮16固定连接,第二齿轮16的一侧设置有第三齿轮17,第二齿轮16和第三齿轮17之间啮合传动,第三齿轮17与上壳体21的侧壁转动连接,第三齿轮17套设在第二螺杆18的外部,且第三齿轮17和第二螺杆18之间通过螺纹连接,第二螺杆18的前端固定连接有移动板13;
移动板13内安装有第三螺杆19,第三螺杆19的一端通过轴承与移动板13转动连接,第三螺杆19的另一端固定安装有转轮20;
检测组件包括检测棒14和螺纹块15,检测棒14的中部固定安装有螺纹块15,螺纹块15套设在第三螺杆19上,且螺纹块15和第三螺杆19之间通过螺纹连接;
需要调节检测组件的位置时,开启伺服电机,伺服电机能带动第二齿轮16转动,第二齿轮16带动第三齿轮17转动,第三齿轮17带动第二螺杆18和移动板13前后移动,同时转动转轮20,转轮20带动第三螺杆19转动,第三螺杆19带动螺纹块15移动,从而实现了对检测组件位置的调节;
上壳体21内对称设置有用于对移动板13限位的水平滑轨12,移动板13和水平滑轨12滑动连接。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:需要对不同型号的灯条板进行夹持限位时,开启液压缸11,液压缸11带动升降板9上下移动,进而使得升降板9带动竖直齿条4上下移动,竖直齿条4带动第一齿轮5转动,第一齿轮5带动第一螺杆6转动,第一螺杆6带动第一内螺纹套筒7移动,从而实现了对夹持组件10间距的调节,利于对灯条板的夹持。
需要调节检测组件的位置时,开启伺服电机,伺服电机能带动第二齿轮16转动,第二齿轮16带动第三齿轮17转动,第三齿轮17带动第二螺杆18和移动板13前后移动,同时转动转轮20,转轮20带动第三螺杆19转动,第三螺杆19带动螺纹块15移动,从而实现了对检测组件位置的调节。
本发明实施例设置了夹持组件10,夹持组件10的设置实现了对灯条板的夹持和限位,避免了灯条板的脱落和损坏,同时还能对灯条板起到缓冲保护的作用,同时检测组件的位置调节方便,提高了检测效率,避免了灯条板的损坏。
对于本领域技术人员而言,虽然说明了本发明的几个实施方式以及实施例,但这些实施方式以及实施例是作为例子而提出的,并不意图限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形包含在发明的范围及主旨中,并且包含在权利要求书所记载的发明和其等效的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,包括底座(1)、下壳体(2)和上壳体(21),底座(1)的上方设有下壳体(2),下壳体(2)上通过螺栓固定连接有上壳体(21),其特征在于,下壳体(2)内对称设有用于夹持灯条板的夹持组件(10),夹持组件(10)相互远离的一侧连接有驱动组件,上壳体(21)内设有检测组件,检测组件连接有位置调节组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,夹持组件(10)包括底板(22)和缓冲板(23),底板(22)和缓冲板(23)之间对称设有两个T形板(25),底板(22)对应T形板(25)的位置上设置有缓冲座(26),缓冲座(26)固定安装在底板(22)的侧壁上,缓冲座(26)内安装有用于保护T形板(25)的缓冲弹簧(27),缓冲弹簧(27)和T形板(25)之间固定连接,T形板(25)和缓冲座(26)滑动连接,T形板(25)的一端与缓冲板(23)的侧壁固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,缓冲板(23)上还纵向均布有多个缓冲槽(24),缓冲槽(24)内填充有缓冲材料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,缓冲材料为弹性体材质。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,驱动组件包括升降板(9)和液压缸(11),液压缸(11)的底部固定在底座(1)上,液压缸(11)的伸缩端固定连接有升降板(9),升降板(9)的两端分别固定安装有竖直齿条(4),升降板(9)和下壳体(2)的侧壁滑动连接,且竖直齿条(4)的后侧设置有第一齿轮(5),第一齿轮(5)的一侧通过轴承与下壳体(2)的侧壁转动连接,第一齿轮(5)的另一侧固定连接有第一螺杆(6),第一螺杆(6)的外部套设有第一内螺纹套筒(7),第一螺杆(6)和第一内螺纹套筒(7)之间通过螺纹连接,第一内螺纹套筒(7)与夹持组件(10)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,下壳体(2)的侧壁固定安装有用于对第一内螺纹套筒(7)限位的导向座(8),导向座(8)和第一内螺纹套筒(7)滑动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,底座(1)上对称设有用于对竖直齿条(4)限位的限位座(3),限位座(3)和竖直齿条(4)滑动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,位置调节组件包括第二齿轮(16)、第三齿轮(17)和第二螺杆(18),第二齿轮(16)的后侧设置有伺服电机,且伺服电机与第二齿轮(16)固定连接,第二齿轮(16)的一侧设置有第三齿轮(17),第二齿轮(16)和第三齿轮(17)之间啮合传动,第三齿轮(17)与上壳体(21)的侧壁转动连接,第三齿轮(17)套设在第二螺杆(18)的外部,且第三齿轮(17)和第二螺杆(18)之间通过螺纹连接,第二螺杆(18)的前端固定连接有移动板(13)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,移动板(13)内安装有第三螺杆(19),第三螺杆(19)的一端通过轴承与移动板(13)转动连接,第三螺杆(19)的另一端固定安装有转轮(20),上壳体(21)内对称设置有用于对移动板(13)限位的水平滑轨(12),移动板(13)和水平滑轨(12)滑动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的便于检测的LED灯条贴片高度检测装置,其特征在于,检测组件包括检测棒(14)和螺纹块(15),检测棒(14)的中部固定安装有螺纹块(15),螺纹块(15)套设在第三螺杆(19)上,且螺纹块(15)和第三螺杆(19)之间通过螺纹连接。
