Description

一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,电子烟产品也在不断创新,可供消费者选择的产品种类繁多,人们在选择产品的时候更多的会考虑产品是否健康和可靠性。尽管电子烟产品的现有技术越来越成熟,但市面上的产品仍然存在以下问题:1、烟油与塑胶有接触,注油后有塑胶污染;2、使用时油仓内壁容易脏污,且不易清洁;3、塑胶吸嘴从健康角度上来讲,长期接触不利于健康;4、油仓不可更换,塑胶吸嘴及油仓容易老化变质。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种油仓更换方便、易清洁、健康环保的油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,可解决现有技术中存在的油仓不可更换、清洁难、易受污染等问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,包括由玻璃制成的油仓壳体,所述油仓壳体的顶部设有与其一体成型的玻璃吸嘴;还包括设于油仓壳体内的雾化芯,以及用于固定雾化芯的雾化器底座;所述吸嘴的底端与雾化芯连接; 所述油仓壳体与雾化器底座螺纹连接;所述吸嘴、油仓壳体、雾化芯之间气路相通。
进一步地,所述吸嘴内部中心设有一体成型的玻璃通气管,所述通气管直通至雾化芯顶部。
进一步地,所述油仓壳体与吸嘴之间形成的空腔构成油仓,所述油仓用于储存烟油。
进一步地,所述油仓壳体与雾化器底座连接处设有密封硅胶垫。
进一步地,所述雾化器底座底部设有磁性件,所述磁性件可与电子烟主机相吸附。
进一步地,所述雾化器底座底部设有注烟油用的油盖。
进一步地,所述雾化器底座为内螺纹结构,所述内螺纹的外部设有手旋位。
本发明由于采用了上述结构,具有以下有益效果:
1、外观上,本发明采用油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃结构,底部用硅胶密封,无塑胶及金属接触,美观新颖,具有强烈的视觉冲激效果。
2、结构上,油仓壳体、吸嘴、通气管一体玻璃成形,其中通气管内壁直通到雾化芯顶部,雾化时通气管内壁形成的冷凝液自动回流到雾化芯上循环利用,可解决通气管积油的问题。
3、本发明的油仓壳体与雾化器底座采用创新螺纹结构,并在螺纹外部设置手旋位,使用时,方便取下油仓壳体,便于对油仓和吸嘴进行清洁或是更换。
4、本发明的玻璃油仓采用大开口设计,极大的方便了油仓内壁的清洁。
5、本发明在雾化器底座的底部设置油盖,注油时只需打开油盖即可,简单方便。
6、本发明在雾化器底座的底部设置磁铁,从而使其在与电子烟主机连接时便于精准对位。

具体实施方式
下面以一个实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明,但应当说明,本发明的保护范围不仅仅限于此。
如图1-4所示,本发明提供了一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,包括由玻璃制成的油仓壳体1、雾化芯6和雾化器底座3。油仓壳体1的顶部设有玻璃吸嘴101,油仓壳体1与吸嘴101之间形成的空腔构成油仓104,油仓104用于储存烟油,吸嘴101内部中心设有一体成型的玻璃通气管102,通气管102直通至雾化芯6顶部,油仓壳体1、吸嘴101、玻璃通气管102为一体成型结构。雾化芯6设于油仓壳体1内,其顶部通过吸嘴101底部的雾化芯接口103与吸嘴101连接,其底部固定于雾化器底座3内,雾化芯6内设有 发热丝、吸油棉等发热组件。雾化器底座3顶部设有内螺纹301,内螺纹301与设于油仓壳体1底部的玻璃外螺纹105螺纹连接,内螺纹301与外螺纹105连接处设有密封硅胶垫2,内螺纹301的外部设有手旋位302,雾化器底座3底部设有磁铁4和油盖5,磁铁4可与电子烟主机相吸附,以便连接时精准对位,油盖5用于注油。吸嘴101、油仓壳体1、雾化芯6之间气路相通。
本发明在制造时,首先,将玻璃外螺纹105及油仓壳体1一体压制成型构成玻璃油仓组件,将玻璃吸嘴101及玻璃通气管102与玻璃雾化芯接口103进行玻璃烧结组合构成玻璃烟嘴组件,将玻璃油仓组件和玻璃烟嘴组件进行玻璃烧结组合构成一体式的玻璃油仓烟嘴;然后,再将内螺纹301、手旋位302用金属一体成型,制成雾化器底座3,将磁铁4和油盖5固定于雾化器底座3底部,将密封硅胶垫2固定于雾化器底座3顶部;最后,将雾化器底座3用螺纹结构旋进油仓壳体1,再将雾化芯6插入油仓壳体1内吸嘴101底部的雾化芯接口103,即完成一体化全玻璃雾化器组装,可以直接插入电子烟主机进行使用。
虽然结合附图描述了本发明的实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员可以在所附权利要求的范围之内作出各种变形或修改,只要不超过本发明的权利要求所描述的保护范围,都应当在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,其特征在于:包括由玻璃制成的油仓壳体,所述油仓壳体的顶部设有与其一体成型的玻璃吸嘴;还包括设于油仓壳体内的雾化芯,以及用于固定雾化芯的雾化器底座;所述吸嘴的底端与雾化芯连接;所述油仓壳体与雾化器底座螺纹连接;所述吸嘴、油仓壳体、雾化芯之间气路相通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴内部中心设有一体成型的玻璃通气管,所述通气管直通至雾化芯顶部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,其特征在于:所述油仓壳体与吸嘴之间形成的空腔构成油仓,所述油仓用于储存烟油。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,其特征在于:所述油仓壳体与雾化器底座连接处设有密封硅胶垫。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器底座底部设有磁性件,所述磁性件可与电子烟主机相吸附。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种油仓和吸嘴一体化全玻璃雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化器底座底部设有注烟油用的油盖。
