Description
本实用新型涉及一种电子烟配件,更具体地说,涉及一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器。
我们知道传统香烟燃烧时会产生尼古丁、焦油及一二千种对人体有害的物质,吸烟严重危害人体呼吸道器官及自身健康,空气中的二手烟还威胁着其身边人的健康;随着人们对身体健康的越来越重视,世界上有很多法律法规禁止在公共场所吸烟,所以一种可替代传统香烟的产品被发明出来了即我们现在见到的电子烟。电子烟通过高集成芯片控制烟雾输出量及工作状态,烟碱被雾化,将含有烟碱的溶液雾化成微粒,通过肺部吸收,同时吐出模拟烟雾,而不含香烟中的焦油和其他有害成分,也不会产生二手烟,亦不会弥漫或缭绕在密闭空间中。
现有的电子烟雾化器一般储油仓与雾化仓之间用纤维棉隔开,储油仓内压强和气流通道压强均为标准大气压,当产品需要高空运输时,外界大气压减小,烟油在负压力作用下容易泄露出来进入吸嘴气流通道内;另外在雾化器久置的过程中,普通的雾化器烟油仓和气流通道是连通的结构,导致烟油直接溢出到气流通道中,影响用户吸烟口感,带来不良的吸烟体验,泄油量较大时则会流出来污染包装盒,影响品牌形象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种设计紧凑、操作简单、具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,能有效地解决了空运漏油、久置漏油的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,包括储油仓套件、雾化组件和滑动密封组件,所述储油仓套件为中空结构,顶部为烟嘴,烟嘴以圆环形状向其内部长出,形成气流通道,且与储油仓套件的内圆面形成中空的圆环状储油仓;所述雾化组件包括正接触、绝缘圈、发热丝、纤维棉、雾化芯架、阻油盖、雾化芯腔体,雾化芯架套入雾化芯腔体内形成雾化
仓;所述储油仓套件的下方设有固定环,所述固定环的下方设有中空的易拉型硅胶垫。
所述滑动密封组件包括活动盖、活动环、连接杆、气孔封油塞,所述气孔封油塞可在上述雾化芯腔体外圆表面滑动以堵住或敞开设于雾化芯腔体上的出油口。
所述活动盖和活动环通过连接杆连接成支架结构。
所述固定环的内部为空腔结构,内圆设有倒钩结构,固定环的外壁开设有进气孔;所述储油仓的底部嵌设在所述空腔内。
所述硅胶垫的外沿设有拉手。
本实用新型由于采用了上述结构,在未使用状态下时,通过硅胶垫来限位,使进油口堵塞,达到密封效果;在使用状态时,将硅胶垫撕扯掉,雾化器通过与电子烟电池杆螺纹连接,自动将滑动密封组件上推,进油口打开,可正常使用。因此,本实用新型在硅胶垫未撕扯掉时,储油仓为完全密封状态,即可实现封油功能,从而可有效地解决空运漏油、久置漏油的问题。
在结合附图阅读本实用新型的实施方式的详细描述后,本实用新型的特点和优点将变得更加清楚。

下面以一个实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明,但应当说明,本实用新型
的保护范围不仅仅限于此。
如图1-5所示,本实用新型提供的电子烟雾化器包括储油仓套件11、雾化组件、滑动密封组件、固定环4以及硅胶垫3,其中,储油仓套件11为中空结构,顶部为烟嘴110,烟嘴110以圆环形状向其内部长出,形成气流通道,且与储油仓套件11的内圆面形成中空的圆环状储油仓111;上述雾化组件包括正接触1、绝缘圈2、发热丝13、纤维棉15、雾化芯架6、阻油盖8、雾化芯腔体9,雾化芯架6套入雾化芯腔体9内形成雾化仓;滑动密封组件包括活动盖12、活动环7、连接杆15以及气孔封油塞14,气孔封油塞14可在上述雾化芯腔体9外圆表面滑动以堵住或敞开出油口91;所述雾化芯腔体9和储油仓111的连接处设有活动封油塞10;上述固定环4的内部为空腔结构,内圆设有倒钩结构,固定环4的外壁开设有进气孔,所述储油仓套件1的底部嵌设在上述空腔内。
如图2、4所示,本实用新型在不使用状态时,硅胶垫3起着限位作用,出油口91被气孔封油塞14堵住,处于封闭状态,达到密封效果;如图3、5所示,本实用新型在使用状态时,将实用新型的雾化器与电子烟电池杆螺纹连接,将硅胶垫3撕扯掉后,滑动密封组件自动向上推,气孔封油塞14移动,脱离出油口91的位置,出油口91处于敞开状态,烟油112进入雾化组件,即可正常使用雾化器。
虽然结合附图描述了本实用新型的实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员可以在所附权利要求的范围之内作出各种变形或修改,只要不超过本实用新型的权利要求所描述的保护范围,都应当在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
- 一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:包括储油仓套件、雾化组件和滑动密封组件,所述储油仓套件为中空结构,顶部为烟嘴,烟嘴以圆环形状向其内部长出,形成气流通道,且与储油仓套件的内圆面形成中空的圆环状储油仓;所述雾化组件包括正接触、绝缘圈、发热丝、纤维棉、雾化芯架、阻油盖、雾化芯腔体,雾化芯架套入雾化芯腔体内形成雾化仓;所述储油仓套件的下方设有固定环,所述固定环的下方设有中空的易拉型硅胶垫。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述滑动密封组件包括活动盖、活动环、连接杆、气孔封油塞,所述气孔封油塞可在上述雾化芯腔体外圆表面滑动以堵住或敞开设于雾化芯腔体上的出油口。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述活动盖和活动环通过连接杆连接成支架结构。
- 如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述固定环的内部为空腔结构,内圆设有倒钩结构,固定环的外壁开设有进气孔;所述储油仓的底部嵌设在所述空腔内。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种具有锁油功能的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述硅胶垫的外沿设有拉手。
