- the spring member 900 has a dome portion 911, an outer peripheral portion 912, a first support portion 913, and a second support portion 914.
- the dome portion 911 has a substantially circular planar shape, and the outer peripheral portion 912 is arranged over the entire outer circumference of the dome portion 911 via a valley bending portion.
- the first support portion 913 and the second support portion 914 are arranged so as to face each other with the dome portion 911 interposed therebetween at the end portion in the longitudinal direction.
- the first support portion 913 and the second support portion 914 are arranged on the switch so as to be in contact with the fixed electrode.
- the dome portion 911 since the dome portion 911 has a perfect circular planar shape, the dome portion 911 spreads evenly over the entire circumference when pressed. Further, the spring member 900, the width of the outer peripheral portion 916, the dome portion 911 and the first supporting portion 913 and the outer green part 901 than the length W P1 of the dome portion 911 and the longitudinal direction between the second support portion 914 And the length W P2 between 902 is shorter.
- the magnitude of the stress applied when the spring member 900 is pressed gradually increases from the top to the outer peripheral edge.
- the stress applied when pressed is maximum in the outer peripheral green portions 901 and 902 in which the fracture surface is formed during punching, and by repeating pressing, the outer peripheral green portions 901 and 902 are subjected to repeated pressing. There is a high possibility that cracks will be formed.
- the dome portion 11 since the dome portion 11 has a planar shape in which each of the four corners is convex, the dome portion 11 has four corners larger than the inwardly curved side when pressed. Spreads to stretch. Further, in the spring member 1, when the dome portion 11 is pressed, the dome portion 11 reverses the inside of the first bending portion 16 and the second bending portion 17, which are valley bends, so that the dome portion 11 extends from the short side extending in the second direction. However, the long side extending in the first direction has a larger spread. In the spring member 1, the width of the first side 12 and second side 13, the length W S of the short direction, length in the lateral direction of the width of the outer peripheral portion 912 of the spring member 900 according to the comparative example It will be longer than W P2.
- the dome portion 11 can reduce the stress applied to the side of the dome portion 11 by expanding the four corners so as to greatly extend when pressed. Further, the length W s of the width of the first side portion 12 and the second side portion 13 of the spring member 1 in the lateral direction is larger than the length W P2 of the width of the outer peripheral portion 912 of the spring member 900 in the lateral direction. Since it is long, the stress applied to the straight portion 120 and the straight portion 130 can be further reduced.
- the straight portion 120 and the straight portion can be efficiently reduced.
- the spring member 1 since the first bent portion 16 to the fourth bent portion 19 reach the outer edge of the spring member 1, when the bent portion of the spring member 900 or the like is made smaller than the spring member that does not reach the outer edge. Is easy to process.
- the dome portion 11 since the dome portion 11 has a planar shape in which four corners extend in a convex shape, the dome portion 11 has a substantially circular planar shape, and the size is defined by the length in the lateral direction.
- the size can be made larger than 911.
- the spring member 1 since the spring member 1 has a planar shape in which the four corners of the dome portion 11 extend in a convex shape, the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction coincide with each other when a plurality of spring members 1 are superposed and arranged. It has a so-called self-alignment effect that can be arranged in. Since the spring member 1 has a self-alignment effect, even when the spring member 1 is superposed on the inside of the switch, the life is affected by the load generated by the eccentricity caused by the displacement of the superposed spring member in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction. The risk of giving is low. In addition, since the dome portion has a deformed shape when superimposed, it also has an effect of preventing rotation.
