宠物厕所的工作方法及宠物厕所 技术领域
本发明涉及宠物安全保护技术领域,特别涉及一种宠物厕所的工作方法及宠物厕所。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,越来越多的家庭开始养宠物,尤其是养猫科或犬科动物。现实生活中,宠物已经成为许多家庭中的一员,所以宠物的健康就跟家人一样重要。市场上出现了一些智能宠物厕所,这些智能宠物厕所都实现了宠物排泄物和宠物砂的自动分离。其中,排泄物的自动分离和复位都是通过牙箱上的小齿轮带动砂仓上的大齿轮转动来实现。此时当砂仓在转动的过程中,如果宠物还在砂仓门口或在砂仓内则有可能对宠物造成伤害。况且市场上已经出现砂仓夹伤猫的安全事故,因此在智能宠物厕所的使用过程中,如何避免对宠物造成伤害,是当下急需解决的问题。
发明内容
根据现有技术中所存在的不足,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种用在宠物厕所中能主动为宠物提供安全保护的宠物厕所及其工作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种宠物厕所的工作方法,包括以下步骤:a.接收砂仓转动的信号,若收到转动信号则执行以下步骤;b.检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测进出所述砂仓的出入口是否存在宠物或/和检测上盖与主机是否分离或/和检测添砂盖是否打开,若存在或分离或打开则输出所述砂仓停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令。
进一步地,在步骤b之后还包括向用户发出警报的步骤,向用户发出警报的方案优选是控制报警装置发出警报,或向用户指定的终端设备做信息推送。
进一步地,检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物的方案是通过获取视频监测设备拍摄所述砂仓内或所述出入口处的图片或视频,然后对获取的图片或视频进行识别从而判断是否存在宠物。
进一步地,对获取的图片或视频进行识别的方案是对比出前后拍摄的图片或视频存在的变化或者对比将拍摄的图片或视频与参考图片相比存在的变化,若变化的参数满足设定参数则给出存在的信号。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案另一方面提供了一种宠物厕所,包括外壳、用于 宠物排泄的砂仓和驱动所述砂仓转动的驱动装置,所述外壳上设有出入口和添砂盖,所述出入口用于供宠物进出所述砂仓,还包括检测装置、微处理器和存储器,所述检测装置用于检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物或/和检测所述添砂盖是否打开,所述微处理器适于加载所述存储器中存储的程序代码以执行以下操作:a.接收所述砂仓是否转动的信号,若是则执行以下步骤;b.检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物或/和检测所述添砂盖是否打开,若存在或打开则输出所述砂仓停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令。
进一步地,在操作b之后还包括向用户发出警报的操作。
进一步地,所述检测装置包括第一摄像头,所述第一摄像头用于获取所述砂仓内或所述出入口处的图片或视频;对获取的图片或视频进行识别从而判断是否存在宠物。
进一步地,对获取的图片或视频进行识别的方案是对比前后拍摄的图片或视频的变化或者将拍摄的图片或视频与参考图片相比得出存在的变化,若变化参数满足设定参数则给出存在的信号操作。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果主要是:由于砂仓在转动过程中或转动之前能主动判断宠物厕所中是否存在宠物,存在宠物时主动启用安全保护动作,所以能防止砂仓在转动过程中夹伤宠物,对宠物造成伤害。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此部分所描述的具体实施例仅可用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中常用术语“宠物”主要指常见的猫科或犬科动物。
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,其为本发明优选实施方案提供的一种宠物厕所100,该宠物厕所100包括外壳110、用于宠物排泄的砂仓130和驱动砂仓130转动的驱动装置140。砂仓130和驱动装置140都设于外壳110内,外壳110的侧面上设有出入口113、顶部设有添砂盖120,出入口113用于供宠物进出砂仓130,添砂盖120能够开合用于供用户往砂仓130中添加宠物砂(如猫砂)。如图2所示,外壳110包括上盖112和下壳111(为主机部分,驱动装置140也设于下壳111内),上盖112能与下壳111相分离以取出砂仓130,添砂盖120设置在上盖112上。砂仓130上设有大齿轮131、中心孔132、中心孔133、透镜134、透镜135和敞口137,中心孔132和中心孔133的中心轴基本位于砂仓130在转动时的轴线上。中心孔132和中心孔133相对地设在砂仓130的两侧面并连通砂仓130内部与外部的空间,透镜134和透镜135分开设于靠近中心孔132和中心孔133的位置,透镜134和透镜135可供光透过,敞口137用于供宠物进出砂仓130和用户添砂。当砂仓130位于初始位置(宠物厕所100在使用状态下)时,敞口137正对着出入口113和添砂盖120,以便宠物进出砂仓130和用户添砂。
如图4、图9、图10所示,驱动装置140包括小齿轮141和马达142,驱动装置140是通过马达142带动小齿轮141转动,小齿轮141再啮合大齿轮131以带着砂仓130转动。下壳111上还设有三个金属触片115(三金属触片包括两弹簧顶针[pogo-pin]和金属弹片开关1151),金属触片115位于上盖112与下壳111的连接处(连接位置),上盖112上设有电接入端(图未视),上盖112盖于下壳111上后,电接入端触碰金属触片115以获取电能和传输信号。
如图4所示,宠物厕所100包括控制电路150和检测装置160,控制电路150设于下壳111内,检测装置160用于检测砂仓130内是否存在宠物、检测出入口113是否存在宠物、以及检测添砂盖120是否打开。再如图5、图6、图7、图8、图9所示,检测装置160包括第一摄像头161、第一重量传感器162、霍尔开关164、第一红外感应开关165、以及第二红外感应开关166,霍尔开关164由磁铁1641和霍尔元件1642组成,磁铁1641设于添砂盖120上, 霍尔元件1642对应设在上盖112上;第一红外感应开关165由第一红外发射器1651和第一红外接收器1652组成,透镜135设于第一红外发射器1651的周围用于保护第一红外发射器1651,透镜134设于第一红外接收器1652的周围用于保护第一红外接收器1652;第二红外感应开关166由第二红外发射器1661和第二红外接收器1662组成,第二红外发射器1661和第二红外接收器1662相对地设于下壳111上并位于出入口113处,第二红外发射器1661发射的红外线在穿过出入口113围成的空间后被第二红外接收器1662接收;其中,第一摄像头161设于上盖112上并位于靠近出入口113的位置,在砂仓130处于初始位置时,第一摄像头161未被砂仓130遮挡,以通过敞口137拍摄砂仓130的内部状况。第一重量传感器162的设置数量为四个,并都均匀布设于宠物厕所100的底部以支撑整个宠物厕所100,得到宠物厕所100的重量。当宠物进入砂仓130时,第一重量传感器162测得的是宠物和宠物厕所100的重量。霍尔开关164用于检测添砂盖120是否打开,具体地,霍尔开关164检测添砂盖120是否打开的方案是通过获取设于上盖112上的霍尔元件1642是否被设于添砂盖120上的磁铁1641触发(产生霍尔效应)的信号,若未触发,则给出添砂盖120打开的信号。第一红外感应开关165用于检测砂仓130内是否存在宠物;第二红外感应开关166用于检测进出砂仓130的出入口113是否存在宠物。
如图4、图5所示,控制电路150、第一红外感应开关165和第二红外感应开关166均设于下壳111内,第一红外发射器1651和第一红外接收器1652分开相对地设于靠近中心孔132和中心孔133的位置,第一红外发射器1651发出的红外线透过透镜135后再穿过中心孔132和砂仓130的内部空间到达中心孔133,再透过透镜134后被第一红外接收器1652接收。此时,若第一红外接收器1652能收到红外线信号,则说明砂仓130内不存在宠物;否则存在宠物。同理,第二红外感应开关166检测宠物是否存在的原理与第一红外感应开关165相同,即若光信号被阻隔,则第二红外接收器1662接收不到红外线,说明出入口113处存在宠物。控制电路150包括微处理器151、存储器152和数据发送接收装置153,检测装置160电连接控制电路150以为微处理器151提供是否存在宠物的信号,数据发送接收装置153适于与外部终端设备或服务器进行通信连接,以传输相关数据。数据发送接收装置153可选用常用的蓝牙芯片、WIFI芯片或/和SIM卡移动通信芯片。本实施例中,第一摄像头161包括电连接串口1611,电连接串口1611电连接控制电路150,第一摄像头161用于获取砂仓130内的图片或视频,然后对获取的图片或视频进行识别,从而判断砂仓130内是否存在宠物。具体地,对获取的图片或视频进行识别的方案是通过对比出前后拍摄的图片或视频存在的变化,或者将拍摄的图片或视频与参考图片相比得出存在的变化,若变化参数满足设定参数(如存在宠物时的图像)则给出存在宠物的信号操作。在其他实施例中,对获取的图片或视频进行识别 的方案也可以通过控制电路150来完成,此时第一摄像头161仅用于获取砂仓130内的图片或视频,然后将获取的图片或视频传输至控制电路150。另外,第一摄像头161也设于出入口113的位置,用于获取出入口113处的图片或视频,从而识别判断出入口113处是否存在宠物,存在则给出存在宠物的信号。
本实施例中,微处理器151适于加载存储器152中存储的程序代码以执行以下操作:a、接收砂仓130是否转动的信号(包括开始转动或正在转动),若是则执行以下操作;b、检测砂仓130内是否存在宠物、检测出入口113处是否存在宠物、检测上盖112与下壳111是否分离、以及检测添砂盖120是否打开,若其中有一个存在或分离或打开则输出砂仓130停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令;c、检测宠物是否离开(包括离开砂仓130和离开出入口113),若检测到宠物已离开,则在设定时间(为缓冲时间,如3秒)后控制砂仓130继续转动;或者检测添砂盖120是否关闭,若检测到关闭,则在设定时间(为缓冲时间,如3秒)后控制砂仓130继续转动,以完成相关操作,若检测到添砂盖120在预设时间(为较长时间,如30分钟)内未关闭,则控制砂仓130恢复到初始位置;或者检测上盖112否盖合在下壳111上,若检测到盖合,则在设定时间(为缓冲时间,如3秒)后控制砂仓130继续转动,若检测到上盖112在预设时间(为较长时间,如30分钟)内未盖合在下壳111上,则控制砂仓130恢复到初始位置。在操作b中回转的预设角度范围优选在5-10度。在操作b之后还可以包括向用户发出警报的操作,即当检测到存在或打开,则向用户发出警报。
在其他实施例中,如图12所示,第一红外感应开关165还可以更改为红外测温元件167。此时,红外测温元件167用于通过中心孔132获取砂仓130内的温度数据,若该温度数据达到设定温度或前后温差达到预定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。此时,中心孔132和中心孔133处也可不设置透镜。在其他方案中,红外测温元件167还可以设置在第一摄像头161的位置。
在其他实施例中,如图13所示,当不设置第一红外感应开关165时,第一摄像头161的位置也可以改为设置在第一红外感应开关165的设置位置,如设置在第一红外发射器1651的位置。第一摄像头161用于透过中心孔132获取砂仓130内的图片或视频,然后对获取的图片或视频进行识别,从而判断砂仓130内是否存在宠物。此时,透镜134和透镜135可分开设于中心孔132、133内以封堵中心孔132和中心孔133,防止砂仓130中的灰尘飘出砂仓130。另外,当中心孔132和中心孔133中不设置透镜134、透镜135时,第一红外发射器1651和第一红外接收器1652也分开相对地设于中心孔132和中心孔133中。
在其他实施例中,第一重量传感器162也可以设置在滚轮1111处,变为第二重量传感器。此时,如图10所示,外壳110与砂仓130的连接空间还凸出有滚轮1111。由于滚轮1111凸出于外壳110与砂仓130的连接间空隙,所以砂仓130设于外壳110中后,砂仓130与滚轮 1111接触。此时第二重量传感器用于获取砂仓130的重量信息,若第二重量传感器获得的重量信息达到设定值或重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在的信号。
在其他实施例中,第一重量传感器162也可以设置在出入口113处,变为第三重量传感器,用于获取出入口的重量信息,若获得的所述重量信息达到设定值或所述重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。此时出入口113的底面优选设为柔性结构,或受重可变形的结构,或活动件。
在其他实施例中,霍尔开关164也可以更改为接触开关(如金属弹片开关、由磁铁和干簧管组成的开关、由两弹簧顶针和导体件组成的开关回路、或轻触开关),接触开关设于外壳110上并位于添砂盖120的正下方,接触开关用于检测线路是否被接通,若接通则说明添砂盖120触碰到接触开关;若未接通,则说明添砂盖120打开,给出添砂盖120打开的信号。如:当金属弹片开关被添砂盖120触碰接通,则认为添砂盖120是未打开,否则认为打开。若未设置添砂盖120时,由于上盖112从下壳111处分离后,用户同样可实现往砂仓130中添宠物砂的功能,故上盖112也相当于添砂盖。此时,霍尔开关164或接触开关用于检测上盖112和下壳111是否分离。同理,添砂盖120是否打开、以及上盖112和下壳111是否分离的检测也可以由两组检测装置(包括两组接触开关、或两组霍尔开关164)来实现。
在其他实施例中,红外测温元件167也可以设于出入口113,用于获取出入口113处的温度数据,若该温度数据达到设定温度或前后温差达到预定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。
在其他实施例中,第一红外发射器1651或第一红外接收器1652也可以更改为热释电传感器,热释电传感器用于获取砂仓130内是否存在变动的红外辐射信号,若存在,则认为砂仓130内存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号。具体地,宠物在砂仓130内移动时,热释电传感器会根据外部红外信号的变化得到忽强忽弱的脉冲信号,若未存在宠物或宠物不移动则不会有忽强忽弱的脉冲信号。但砂仓130在转动时,宠物必然会发生移动。同理,热释电传感器也可设于出入口113的位置,用于判断出入口113处是否存在宠物。
在其他实施例中,第一摄像头161或第一红外发射器1651或第一红外接收器1652也可以更改为测距传感器,测距传感器用于测量砂仓130内部空间的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于预定值,则认为砂仓130内存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号。同理,测距传感器也可用于判断出入口113处是否存在宠物。如测量出入口113围成空间的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于设定值,则认为出入口113存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号。
如图14所示,其示出了对应本优选实施方案的宠物厕所的工作方法流程,其包括以下步骤:S101、微处理器151接收砂仓130是否转动的信号,若收到转动信号则执行以下步骤。由于砂仓130一般都是在清理排泄物时才发生转动,所以砂仓130是否转动的信号可以由用户主 动给出,也可以由宠物厕所100根据砂仓130内排泄物的存量情况自动给出。如当砂仓130内排泄物的存量大于定值(如重量大小)时,则自动给出砂仓130转动的信号,以清理排泄物。
S102、检测装置160检测砂仓130内是否存在宠物、检测出入口113处是否存在宠物、检测上盖112与下壳111是否分离、以及检测添砂盖120是否打开。检测装置160的具体检测方案至少包括以下方式:
通过第一重量传感器162获取宠物厕所100的重量信息,若获得的重量信息达到设定值或者重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。
通过检测金属弹片开关1151是否被上盖112压触接通,若金属弹片开关1151被触碰接通,则认为上盖112盖合在下壳111上,否则认为分离给出分离的信号。
通过霍尔开关164获取设于上盖112上的霍尔元件1642是否被设于添砂盖120上的磁铁1641触发(产生霍尔效应),若未触发,则给出添砂盖120打开的信号,否则给出未打开的信号。
通过第一红外感应开关165检测砂仓130内是否存在宠物;第一红外发射器1651发出红外线透过透镜135后再穿过中心孔132和砂仓130内部空间到达中心孔133,再透过透镜134后被第一红外接收器1652接收。此时,若第一红外接收器1652收到红外线信号,则说明砂仓130内不存在宠物;否则存在宠物。
通过第二红外感应开关166检测出入口113是否存在宠物,检测原理与第一红外感应开关165相同,即若光信号被阻隔,则第二红外接收器1662接收不到红外线,说明出入口113处存在宠物。
通过第一摄像头161获取砂仓130内或出入口113处的图片或视频,然后对获取的图片或视频进行识别从而判断是否存在宠物。若前后拍摄的图片或视频存在的变化,或者将拍摄的图片或视频与参考图片相比得出存在的变化,且变化参数满足设定参数,则给出存在宠物的信号。
通过红外测温元件167获取砂仓130内或出入口113处的温度数据,若该温度数据达到设定温度或前后温差达到预定值,则给出存在的信号。
通过热释电传感器检测砂仓130内或出入口113处是否存在变动的红外辐射信号,若存在,则给出存在宠物的信号。
通过测距传感器检测出入口113的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。
S103若存在宠物、上盖112与下壳111分离或添砂盖120打开,则微处理器151输出砂仓130停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令。其中,回转的预设角度范围优选在 5-10度,初始位置是敞口137对着出入口113和添砂盖120的位置。
S104、向用户发出警报,以提醒用户对宠物的安全情况作确认。向用户发出警报的方案优选是通过控制报警装置发出警报;也可以是向用户指定的终端设备(如手机、手环等)做信息推送,以便用户及时确认宠物是否安全。
S105、检测砂仓130内和出入口113处的宠物是否离开。其中,检测是否离开的方案与检测存在宠物的方案相同,若不存在宠物则说明宠物离开,具体请参考前述相关段落的描述,为节约篇幅,在此不再赘述。
S106、检测添砂盖120是否关闭、以及检测上盖112与下壳111是否盖合。具体地,获取霍尔元件1642是否被磁铁1641触发(产生霍尔效应)的信号,若触发,则给出添砂盖120关闭的信号;获取金属弹片开关1151是否被上盖112压触接通的信号,若接通,则给出上盖112与下壳111盖合的信号。
S107、若检测到宠物离开砂仓130内和出入口113,并且检测到添砂盖120关闭、上盖112与下壳111盖合,则在设定时间(如3秒)后控制砂仓130继续转动,以执行原来的转动工作,完成相关操作;若检测到添砂盖120在预设时间(为较长时间,如30分钟)内未关闭,或者上盖112在预设时间(为较长时间,如30分钟)内未盖合在下壳111上,则控制砂仓130恢复到初始位置。
上述步骤S105和步骤S106均是为了确保砂仓130在转动过程中,宠物离开宠物厕所100的危险区域,以保宠物安全。
由于本实施例在砂仓130转动过程中或转动之前能主动判断宠物厕所100中是否存在宠物,在存在宠物时能主动启用安全保护动作,所以能防止在砂仓130转动过程中夹伤宠物,对宠物造成伤害。

  1. 一种宠物厕所的工作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:a.接收砂仓转动的信号,若收到转动信号则执行以下步骤;b.检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测进出所述砂仓的出入口是否存在宠物或/和检测上盖与主机是否分离或/和检测添砂盖是否打开,若存在或分离或打开则输出所述砂仓停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工作方法,其特征在于:在步骤b之后还包括检测宠物是否离开的步骤,若检测到离开,则在设定时间后控制所述砂仓继续转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的工作方法,其特征在于:在步骤b之后还包括检测所述添砂盖是否关闭的步骤,若检测到关闭,则在设定时间后控制所述砂仓继续转动;若检测到所述添砂盖在预设时间内未关闭,则控制所述砂仓恢复到初始位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的工作方法,其特征在于:在步骤b之后还包括检测所述上盖是否盖合在所述主机上的步骤,若检测到盖合,则在设定时间后控制所述砂仓继续转动;若检测到所述上盖在预设时间内未盖合在所述主机上,则控制所述砂仓恢复到初始位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的工作方法,其特征在于:在步骤b之后还包括向用户发出警报的步骤,向用户发出警报的方案优选是控制报警装置发出警报,或向用户指定的终端设备做信息推送。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的工作方法,其特征在于,检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物的方案是:通过获取所述砂仓内的光信号是否被阻隔,若光信号被阻隔,则给出存在宠物的信号;或者通过获取所述砂仓内是否存在变动的红外辐射信号,若存在,则给出存在宠物的信号;或者通过测量所述砂仓内的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于预定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的工作方法,其特征在于,检测所述出入口是否存在宠物的方案是:通过获取所述出入口的光信号是否被阻隔,若光信号被阻隔,则给出存在的信号;或者通过获取所述出入口是否存在变动的红外辐射信号,若存在,则给出存在宠物的信号;或者通过测量所述出入口的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的工作方法,其特征在于,检测所述上盖与主机是否分离的方案是:通过获取霍尔元件是否被磁铁触发,若未触发,则给出打开的信号,其中所述霍尔元件和磁铁中的一个设于所述上盖上,另一个对应设于所述主机上;或者通过获取轻触开关是否被触碰接通,若未接通,则给出打开的信号,其中所述轻触开关设于所述上盖与主机的连接处;或者通过获取干簧管是否被磁铁触发,若未触发,则给出打开的信号,其中所述干簧管和磁铁中的一个设于所述上盖上,另一个对应设于所述主机上;或者通过获取金属弹片开关是否被触碰接通,若未接通,则给出打开的信号,其中所述金属弹片开关设于所述上盖与主机的连接处;或者通过获取两导电电极是否被导体件触碰导通,若未导通,则给出打开的信号,其中所述两导电电极和导体件中的一个设于所述上盖上,另一个对应设于所述主机上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的工作方法,其特征在于,检测所述添砂盖是否打开的方案是:通过获取设于所述外壳上的霍尔元件是否被设于所述添砂盖上的磁铁触发,若未触发,则给出打开的信号;或者通过获取设于所述外壳上的轻触开关是否被所述添砂盖触碰接通,若未接通,则给出打开的信号;或者通过获取设于所述外壳上的干簧管是否被设于所述添砂盖上的磁铁触发,若未触发,则给出打开的信号; 或者通过获取设于所述外壳上的金属弹片开关是否被所述添砂盖触碰接通,若未接通,则给出打开的信号;或者通过获取设于所述外壳上的两导电电极是否被设于所述添砂盖上的导体件触碰导通,若未导通,则给出打开的信号。
  10. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的工作方法,其特征在于:检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物的方案是通过获取所述宠物厕所或砂仓的重量信息,若获得的所述重量信息达到设定值或所述重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在的信号;或者/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物的方案是通过获取所述出入口或所述宠物厕所的重量信息,若获得的所述重量信息达到设定值或所述重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在的信号。
  11. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的工作方法,其特征在于,检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物的方案是:通过获取所述砂仓内或所述出入口处的温度数据,若该温度数据达到设定温度或前后温差达到预定值,则给出存在的信号;或者通过获取视频监测设备拍摄所述砂仓内或所述出入口处的图片或视频,然后对获取的图片或视频进行识别从而判断是否存在宠物。
  12. 一种宠物厕所,包括外壳、用于宠物排泄的砂仓和驱动所述砂仓转动的驱动装置,所述外壳上设有出入口和添砂盖,所述出入口用于供宠物进出所述砂仓,其特征在于:还包括检测装置、微处理器和存储器,所述检测装置用于检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物或/和检测所述添砂盖是否打开,所述微处理器适于加载所述存储器中存储的程序代码以执行以下操作:a.接收所述砂仓是否转动的信号,若是则执行以下步骤;b.检测所述砂仓内是否存在宠物或/和检测所述出入口是否存在宠物或/和检测所述添砂盖是否打开,若存在或打开则输出所述砂仓停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:在操作b之后还包括检测宠物是否离开的操作,若检测到离开,则在设定时间后控制所述砂仓继续转动。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:在操作b之后还包括检测所述添砂盖是否关闭的操作,若检测到关闭,则在设定时间后控制所述砂仓继续转动;若检测到所述添砂盖在预设时间内未关闭,则控制所述砂仓恢复到初始位置。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上盖和下壳,所述驱动装置设于所述下壳形成主机,所述添砂盖设于所述上盖,所述检测装置还用于检测所述上盖与主机是否分离,若分离则输出所述砂仓停止转动或回转预设角度或回转到初始位置的命令。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:在操作b之后还包括检测所述上盖是否盖合在所述主机上的操作,若检测到盖合,则在设定时间后控制所述砂仓继续转动;若检测到所述上盖在预设时间内未盖合在所述主机上,则控制所述砂仓恢复到初始位置。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括由磁铁和霍尔元件组成的霍尔开关,所述霍尔元件和磁铁中的一个设于所述上盖上,另一个对应设于所述主机上,当所述霍尔元件产生霍尔效应,则认为所述上盖盖合在所述主机上,否则认为分离;或者所述检测装置包括轻触开关,所述轻触开关设于所述上盖与主机中的一个上并位于所述上盖与主机的连接处,当所述轻触开关被触碰接通,则认为所述上盖盖合在所述主机上,否则认为分离;或者所述检测装置包括磁铁和干簧管,所述干簧管和磁铁中的一个设于所述上盖上,另一个对应设于所述主机上,当所述干簧管被所述磁铁触发,则认为所述上盖盖合在所述主机上,否则认为分离;或者所述检测装置包括金属弹片开关,所述金属弹片开关设于所述上盖与 主机中的一个上并位于所述上盖与主机的连接处,当所述金属弹片开关被触碰接通,则认为所述上盖盖合在所述主机上,否则认为分离;所述检测装置包括两导电电极和导体件,所述两导电电极和导体件中的一个设于所述上盖上,另一个对应设于所述主机上,当所述两导电电极被所述导体件触碰导通,则认为所述上盖盖合在所述主机上,否则认为分离。
  18. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括第一红外发射器和第一红外接收器,所述第一红外发射器用于发射红外线在穿过所述砂仓内部的容置空间后被所述第一红外接收器接收,当所述第一红外接收器接收不到红外线,则认为所述砂仓内存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号;或者所述检测装置包括热释电传感器,所述热释电传感器用于获取所述砂仓内是否存在变动的红外辐射信号,若存在,则认为所述砂仓内存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号;或者所述检测装置包括测距传感器,所述测距传感器用于测量所述砂仓内的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于预定值,则认为所述砂仓内存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号。
  19. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括第二红外发射器和第二红外接收器,所述第二红外发射器用于发射红外线在穿过所述出入口围成的空间后被所述第二红外接收器接收,当所述第二红外接收器接收不到红外线,则认为所述出入口处存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号;或者所述检测装置包括热释电传感器,所述热释电传感器用于获取所述出入口是否存在变动的红外辐射信号,若存在,则认为所述出入口存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号;或者所述检测装置包括测距传感器,所述测距传感器用于测量所述出入口围成空间的尺寸,若测得的尺寸小于设定值,则认为所述出入口存在宠物,给出存在宠物的信号。
  20. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括由磁铁和霍尔元件组成的霍尔开关,所述磁铁设于所述添砂盖上,所述霍尔元件对应设在所述外壳上,当所述霍尔元件产生霍尔效应,则认为所述添砂盖是未打开,否则认为打开;或者所述检测装置包括设于所述外壳上的轻触开关,当所述轻触开关被所述添砂盖触碰接通,则认为所述添砂盖是未打开,否则认为打开;或者所述检测装置包括磁铁和干簧管,所述磁铁设于所述添砂盖上,所述干簧管对应设在所述外壳上;当所述干簧管被所述磁铁触发,则认为所述添砂盖是未打开,否则认为打开;或者所述检测装置包括设于所述外壳上的金属弹片开关,当所述金属弹片开关被所述添砂盖触碰接通,则认为所述添砂盖是未打开,否则认为打开;或者所述检测装置包括两导电电极和导体件,所述导体件设于所述添砂盖上,所述两导电电极对应设在所述外壳上,当所述两导电电极被所述导体件触碰导通,则认为所述添砂盖是未打开,否则认为打开。
  21. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括第一重量传感器或/和第二重量传感器或/和第三重量传感器,所述第一重量传感器用于获取所述宠物厕所的重量信息,若获得的所述重量信息达到设定值或所述重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号;所述第二重量传感器用于获取所述砂仓的重量信息,若获得的所述重量信息达到设定值或所述重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号;所述第三重量传感器用于获取所述出入口的重量信息,若获得的所述重量信息达到设定值或所述重量信息前后变化达到设定值,则给出存在宠物的信号。
  22. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括红外测温元件,所述红外测温元件用于获取所述砂仓内或所述出入口处的温度数据,若该温度数据达到设定温度或前后温差达到预定值,则给出存在的信号。
  23. 根据权利要求12至16中任一项所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于:所述检测装置包括第一摄像头,所述第一摄像头用于获取所述砂仓内或所述出入口处的图片或视频;对获取的图片或视频进行识别从而判断是否存在宠物。
