本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种运用于电子音箱产品的发声器件。
背景技术
发声器件又名扬声器或喇叭,运用于音箱中实现将音频信号转化为声音播放。
相关技术的发声器件包括发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述振膜与所述振膜共同围成发声前腔的前盖,所述前盖设有贯穿其上的出声孔,所述出声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通。
技术问题
然而,相关技术的发声器件中,虽然其防水效果较好,但前盖由塑料制成,其厚度较大,导致整个发声器件的外形尺寸较大。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述技术问题。

所述振膜11包括振动部111、由所述振动部111的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部112、由所述折环部112远离所述振动部111的一侧延伸的第一固定部113、以及由所述第一固定部113远离所述折环部113的一侧沿所述盆架1的外周侧延伸的第二固定部114,所述第二固定部114贴设于所述盆架1的外周侧,即所述振膜11与所述盆架12采用包边设计。其密封效果更好。
金属前盖2盖设于所述振膜11远离所述发声单体1一侧,其与所述振膜11间隔形成发声前腔10,所述金属前盖2设有贯穿其上并与所述振膜11相对的出声孔21,所述出声孔21将所述发声前腔10与外界连通。即前盖由金属材料制成,在保证发声器件100密封及防水的前提下,减小其外形尺寸,整个发声器件100的体积减小,如图3所示,金属前盖2单边超过所述发声单体1大小为a,其a值为0.2mm,而相关技术中其a值为0.7mm,即本发明在密封的条件下,其外形比相关技术中小0.5mm。
具体的,所述金属前盖2包括与所述振膜11间隔设置的前盖板22、由所述前盖板22的周缘向所述振膜11方向弯折延伸的围壁23、由所述围壁23的周侧沿所述第二固定部114延伸的延伸壁24、由所述延伸壁24远离所述围壁23的一端向远离所述发声单体1方向弯折延伸的第一固定边25以及由所述第一固定边25远离所述延伸壁24的一端向远离所述延伸壁24方向弯折延伸的副延伸壁26,所述副延伸壁26与所述第一固定边25围合形成台阶27。所述延伸壁24与所述第二固定部114间隔设置,且所述延伸壁24与所述盆架12共同围成收容空间28,所述收容空间28内填胶实现密封。所述出声孔21贯穿所述前盖板22设置,所述围壁23远离所述前盖板22的一端抵接于所述振膜11的周缘,所述第一固定部113夹设于所述围壁23和所述盆架12之间。在进行打胶时,台阶27可以防止溢胶,保证发声器件100的外观不受影响,即在保证发声器件100的密封性和外观下,所述台阶27更有利于打胶。

所述透气隔离件3a包括与所述前盖板22a间隔设置的底板31a、由所述底板31a的周缘向所述延伸壁24a方向弯折延伸的侧壁32 a以及由所述侧壁32 a远离所述底板31a的一端向远离所述发声单体方向弯折延伸的第二固定边33a,所述第一固定边25a与所述第二固定边33a胶合固定,即所述金属前盖2a与透气隔离件3a通过第一固定边25a与第二固定边33a形成胶合固定。即本实施例与上一实施例的区别在于增加透气隔离件3a,在不占用额外空间的情况下提升防尘能力,优选的,所述透气隔离件3a由金属材料制成,其尺寸更薄。
与相关技术相比,本发明的发声器件中,其包括盖设于所述振膜远离所述发声单体一侧的金属前盖以及贴合于所述金属前盖远离所述振膜一侧的密封层,所述金属前盖与所述振膜间隔形成发声前腔,所述金属前盖设有贯穿其上并与所述振膜相对的出声孔,所述出声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通,所述密封层沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述金属前盖的正投影完全位于所述金属前盖的范围内;即前盖由金属材料制成;同时所述密封层保证密封及防水,其沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述金属前盖的正投影完全位于所述金属前盖的范围内;即采用此种结构,在保证发声器件密封及防水的前提下,减小其外形尺寸,整个发声器件的体积减小。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种发声器件,其包括发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括盖设于所述振膜远离所述发声单体一侧的金属前盖以及贴合于所述金属前盖远离所述振膜一侧的密封层,所述金属前盖与所述振膜间隔形成发声前腔,所述金属前盖设有贯穿其上并与所述振膜相对的出声孔,所述出声孔将所述发声前腔与外界连通,所述密封层沿所述振膜的振动方向在所述金属前盖的正投影完全位于所述金属前盖的范围内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述金属前盖包括与所述振膜间隔设置的前盖板以及由所述前盖板的周缘向所述振膜方向弯折延伸的围壁,所述出声孔贯穿所述前盖板设置,所述密封层贴合于所述前盖板远离所述围壁的一侧,所述围壁远离所述前盖板的一端抵接于所述振膜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的发声器件,其特征在于,发声单体还包括用于支撑固定所述振膜的盆架,所述振膜包括振动部、由所述振动部的周缘向外弯折延伸的折环部、由所述折环部远离所述振动部的一侧延伸的第一固定部、以及由所述第一固定部远离所述折环部的一侧沿所述盆架的外周侧延伸的第二固定部,所述第一固定部夹设于所述围壁和所述盆架之间,所述第二固定部贴设于所述盆架的外周侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述金属前盖还包括由所述围壁的周侧沿所述第二固定部延伸的延伸壁,所述延伸壁与所述第二固定部间隔设置,且所述延伸壁与所述盆架共同围成收容空间,所述收容空间内填胶实现密封。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述金属前盖还包括由所述延伸壁远离所述围壁的一端向远离所述发声单体方向弯折延伸的第一固定边以及由所述第一固定边远离所述延伸壁的一端向远离所述延伸壁方向弯折延伸的副延伸壁,所述副延伸壁与所述第一固定边围合形成台阶。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述发声器件还包括盖设固定于所述金属前盖并共同围成收容腔的透气隔离件,所述发声单体收容于所述收容腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括与所述前盖板间隔设置的底板、由所述底板的周缘向所述延伸壁方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及由所述侧壁远离所述底板的一端向远离所述发声单体方向弯折延伸的第二固定边,所述金属前盖还包括由所述延伸壁远离所述围壁的一端向远离所述发声单体方向弯折延伸的第一固定边,所述第一固定边与所述第二固定边胶合固定。
