为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱,其包括壳体、固定收容于所述壳体内的发声单体以及由塑料材料制成的支架,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述壳体为金属材料制成,所述壳体包括沿所述振膜的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体相对两侧的上盖和下盖;所述上盖包括与所述下盖相对设置的上盖板、由所述上盖板的周缘向所述下盖的方向弯折延伸并与所述下盖固定连接的上盖侧壁、贯穿所述上盖侧壁设置的出声口以及由所述上盖侧壁向靠近所述发声单体方向延伸并环绕所述出声口设置的侧壁延伸部;所述支架包括位于所述壳体内并固定于所述上盖板的呈环状的支架固定部和由所述支架固定部向远离所述发声单体的方向延伸的支架导声部,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧支撑于所述支架固定部并与所述上盖间隔设置,所述支架固定部远离所述上盖的一侧环绕所述发声单体的周侧并与所述发声单体形成密封固定,所述发声单体、所述支架及所述上盖共围成前声腔,所述发声单体、所述支架、所述上盖及所述下盖共同围成后声腔;所述支架导声部设有贯穿其上的导声通道,所述导声通道经所述出声口将所述前声腔与外界连通;所述侧壁延伸部环绕所述导声通道设置并嵌设固定于所述支架导声部。
优选的,所述支架固定部包括固定于所述上盖板的呈环状的固定部本体和由所述固定部本体的周缘沿所述发声单体的周侧向所述下盖的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的固定部延伸壁,所述固定部延伸壁与所述发声单体的周侧形成密封。
优选的,所述上盖与所述支架为一体注塑成型。
优选的,所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述上盖侧壁的缓冲件,所述缓冲件设有贯穿其上的通孔,所述通孔与所述导声通道连通。
优选的,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后声腔内的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于所述发声单体并将所述发声单体从所述后声腔内分隔。
优选的,所述透气隔离件包括与所述下盖间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体的隔离件本体和由所述隔离件本体的周缘向所述支架方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部;所述隔离件延伸部与所述上盖侧壁间隔设置并固定于所述支架固定部;所述透气隔离件、所述支架、所述上盖及所述下盖共同围成灌粉空间,所述灌粉空间用于填充吸音材料。
优选的,所述壳体设有贯穿其上的灌粉孔,所述灌粉孔与所述后声腔连通;所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述壳体的密封盖,所述密封盖完全覆盖所述灌粉孔。
优选的,所述灌粉孔设置于所述上盖侧壁。
优选的,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述发声单体与外界电信号连接的导电端子,所述导电端子贯穿所述壳体并外露于所述壳体。
优选的,所述上盖侧壁设有由其靠近所述上盖的一端向所述下盖板方向凹陷形成的收容槽,所述导电端子经所述收容槽延伸至所述壳体外,所述导电端位于所述收容槽的部分与所述上盖侧壁靠近所述下盖的一侧平齐,所述下盖同时压设于所述导电端子及所述上盖侧壁形成密封固定。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-4,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱100,其包括壳体1、固定收容于所述壳体1内的发声单体2以及位于所述壳体1内的支架3,
所述壳体1为金属材料制成。所述壳体1包括沿所述振膜21的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体2相对两侧的上盖11和下盖12。
所述支架3由塑料材料制成并呈环状结构。所述支架3固定于所述上盖11。
所述发声单体2支撑于所述支架3。所述支架3环绕所述发声单体2的周侧并与所述发声单体2形成密封固定。所述发声单体2、所述支架3以及所述上盖11共同围成前声腔101。
其中,所述发声单体2包括用于振动发声的振膜21。所述振膜21收容于所述前声腔101内。所述发声单体2、所述支架3、所述上盖11以及所述下盖12共同围成后声腔102。
上述结构中,所述上盖11、所述下盖12以及所述支架3的组合结构,因上盖11和下盖12为金属材料制成,通过塑料材料制成的支架3与上盖11固定,用以支撑固定发声单体2,在确保壳体1的结构强度的前提下,其相对于全塑料壳体结构不仅可设计得更薄,且同样有效的装配发声单体2,从而极大程度的提高了壳体1内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体2与所述壳体1围成的后声腔10的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱100的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能。
具体的,所述上盖11包括与所述下盖12相对设置的上盖板111、由所述上盖板111的周缘向所述上盖11的方向弯折延伸并与所述下盖12固定连接的上盖侧壁112、贯穿所述上盖侧壁112设置的出声口10以及由所述上盖侧壁112向靠近所述发声单体2方向延伸并环绕所述出声口10设置的侧壁延伸部113。
本实施方式中,所述下盖12与所述上盖11的所述上盖侧壁112焊接形成固定,上盖11与下盖12相对于现有技术中的塑料结构可设计更薄,且固定强度更可靠。
所述支架3包括位于所述壳体1内的支架固定部31和由所述支架固定部31向远离所述发声单体2的方向延伸的支架导声部32,
所述支架固定部31呈环状。所述支架固定部31固定于所述上盖板111。本实施方式中,所述上盖11与所述支架3为一体注塑成型。
所述发声单体2设有所述振膜21的一侧支撑于所述支架固定部31并与所述上盖11间隔设置。也就是说,所述支架固定部31远离所述上盖11的一侧环绕所述发声单体2的周侧并与所述发声单体2形成密封固定,以使得后声腔10形成密闭空间,用以改善低频声学性能。
具体的,所述支架固定部31包括固定于所述上盖板111的呈环状的固定部本体311和由所述固定部本体311的周缘沿所述发声单体2的周侧向所述下盖12的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的固定部延伸壁312,所述固定部延伸壁312与所述发声单体2的周侧形成密封。该结构使得所述支架固定部31与所述发声单体2形成密封更为牢固,可靠性更高。
所述支架导声部32由所述支架固定部31向远离所述发声单体2的方向延伸。所述支架导声部32设有贯穿其上的导声通道320,所述导声通道320经所述出声口10将所述前声腔101与外界连通。所述侧壁延伸部113环绕所述导声通道320设置并嵌设固定于所述支架导声部32。也就是说,所述侧壁延伸部113插入所述支架导声部32内形成固定,该结构增强了上盖11与支架3之间的钢塑结合力,从而使得所述扬声器箱100的可靠性高。
为进一步改善扬声器件100的低频声学性能,所述扬声器箱100还包括位于所述后声腔102内的透气隔离件4,所述透气隔离件4贴设于所述发声单体2并将所述发声单体2从所述后声腔102内分隔,从而使得后声腔102内可填充吸音材料。
具体的,所述透气隔离件4包括与所述下盖12间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体2的隔离件本体41和由所述隔离件本体41的周缘向所述支架3方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部42。所述隔离件延伸部42与所述上盖侧壁112间隔设置并固定于所述支架固定部31。所述透气隔离件4、所述支架3、所述上盖11及所述下盖12共同围成灌粉空间,所述灌粉空间用于填充吸音材料,比如吸音颗粒、吸音棉等。
为进一步改善所述灌粉空间组装填充吸音材料,所述壳体1设有贯穿其上的灌粉孔13,所述灌粉孔13将所述后声腔102与外界连通。本实施方式中,所述灌粉孔13设置于所述上盖侧壁112。所述扬声器箱100还包括贴设于所述壳体1的密封盖5,所述密封盖5完全覆盖所述灌粉孔13。所述密封盖5可以在通过所述灌粉孔13向所述灌粉空间填充吸音材料后,所述密封盖5将所述灌粉孔13密封,从而使得所述扬声器箱100的组装更为简单可靠。
所述扬声器箱100还包括将所述发声单体2与外界电信号连接的导电端子6。所述导电端子6贯穿所述壳体1并部分外露于所述壳体1。
本实施方式中,所述上盖侧壁112设有由其靠近所述上盖11的一端向所述下盖12板方向凹陷形成的收容槽110,所述导电端子6经所述收容槽110延伸至所述壳体1外,所述导电端6位于所述收容槽110的部分与所述上盖侧壁112靠近所述下盖12的一侧平齐,所述下盖12同时压设于所述导电端子6及所述上盖侧壁112形成密封固定。该结构方便装配,提高装配效率。
本实施方式中,4所述扬声器箱100还包括贴设于所述上盖侧壁112的缓冲件7。所述缓冲件7设有贯穿其上的通孔70。所述通孔70与所述导声通道320连通。该结构使得设置使得支架3与缓冲件7结构形成一体,外观整体美观度更优。
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,所述壳体的上盖和下盖由金属材料制成,通过塑料材料制成的支架与上盖固定,用以支撑固定发声单体,上述结构中,塑料的支架与金属的上盖组合,金属的上盖与金属的下盖组合,在确保壳体的结构强度的前提下,其相对于全塑料壳体结构可设计得更薄,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体与所述壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能。另外,并本发明的扬声器箱中通过将支架设置成支架固定部和支架导声部,并通过在支架导声部设置将所述前声腔与外界连通的导声通道,再将上盖的上盖侧壁设置出声口和由所述上盖侧壁的内周缘向所述发声单体的方向延伸形成的侧壁延伸部,并将侧壁延伸部环绕所述导声通道设置并嵌设固定于所述支架导声部,该结构增强了上盖与支架之间的钢塑结合力,从而使得所述扬声器箱的可靠性高
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括壳体和固定收容于所述壳体内的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,其特征在于,所述壳体为金属材料制成,所述壳体包括沿所述振膜的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体相对两侧的上盖和下盖;
    所述上盖包括与所述下盖相对设置的上盖板、由所述上盖板的周缘向所述下盖的方向弯折延伸并与所述下盖固定连接的上盖侧壁、贯穿所述上盖侧壁设置的出声口以及由所述上盖侧壁向靠近所述发声单体方向延伸并环绕所述出声口设置的侧壁延伸部;
    所述扬声器箱还包括由塑料材料制成的支架,所述支架包括位于所述壳体内并固定于所述上盖板的呈环状的支架固定部和由所述支架固定部向远离所述发声单体的方向延伸的支架导声部,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧支撑于所述支架固定部并与所述上盖间隔设置,所述支架固定部远离所述上盖的一侧环绕所述发声单体的周侧并与所述发声单体形成密封固定,所述发声单体、所述支架及所述上盖共围成前声腔,所述发声单体、所述支架、所述上盖及所述下盖共同围成后声腔;所述支架导声部设有贯穿其上的导声通道,所述导声通道经所述出声口将所述前声腔与外界连通;所述侧壁延伸部环绕所述导声通道设置并嵌设固定于所述支架导声部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架固定部包括固定于所述上盖板的呈环状的固定部本体和由所述固定部本体的周缘沿所述发声单体的周侧向所述下盖的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的固定部延伸壁,所述固定部延伸壁与所述发声单体的周侧形成密封。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖与所述支架为一体注塑成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述上盖侧壁的缓冲件,所述缓冲件设有贯穿其上的通孔,所述通孔与所述导声通道连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后声腔内的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于所述发声单体并将所述发声单体从所述后声腔内分隔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括与所述下盖间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体的隔离件本体和由所述隔离件本体的周缘向所述支架方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部;所述隔离件延伸部与所述上盖侧壁间隔设置并固定于所述支架固定部;所述透气隔离件、所述支架、所述上盖及所述下盖共同围成灌粉空间,所述灌粉空间用于填充吸音材料。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体设有贯穿其上的灌粉孔,所述灌粉孔与所述后声腔连通;所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述壳体的密封盖,所述密封盖完全覆盖所述灌粉孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述灌粉孔设置于所述上盖侧壁。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述发声单体与外界电信号连接的导电端子,所述导电端子贯穿所述壳体并外露于所述壳体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述上盖侧壁设有由其靠近所述上盖的一端向所述下盖板方向凹陷形成的收容槽,所述导电端子经所述收容槽延伸至所述壳体外,所述导电端位于所述收容槽的部分与所述上盖侧壁靠近所述下盖的一侧平齐,所述下盖同时压设于所述导电端子及所述上盖侧壁形成密封固定。
