与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,前盖、后盖以及支架的组合结构,壳体为金属材料制成,则前盖、后盖可以采用较薄的钢片制成,该结构设置在确保壳体的结构强度的前提下,而相对于相关技术的全塑料壳体结构而言,壳体可设计得更薄,而通过塑料材料制成的支架与前盖组合,用以支撑固定发声单体,又能有效的装配发声单体,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体与壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善了扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能;另外,通过灌粉孔及密封盖的配合设置,使得往后声腔内填充吸音材料更加方便,提高了灌装吸音材料的效率。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-5,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱100,其包括具有收容空间10的壳体1和固定收容于所述收容空间10内的发声单体2、位于所述收容空间10内的支架3以及盖设于所述壳体1外侧的辅助腔壳4。
所述壳体1为金属材料制成,其可以为分体结构,也可以为一体结构,比如,在本市实施方式中,所述壳体1为分体结构,其包括由金属材料制成的前盖11以及盖设固定于所述前盖11的且由金属材料制成的后盖12,所述前盖11与所述后盖12共同围成所述收容空间10,所述前盖11设有贯穿其上的且与外界连通的出声口13。
所述支架3由塑料制成并呈环状结构,所述支架3与所述前盖11形成固定连接。
所述发声单体2包括用于振动发声的振膜21,所述发声单体2固定支撑于所述支架3并与所述支架3形成密封固定,从而,所述发声单体2、所述支架3、所述前盖11以及所述后盖12共同围成密闭的后声腔102。
更具体的,为了更方便地向所述后声腔102中灌装吸音材料,在本实施方式中,所述壳体1向靠近所述发声单体2的方向弯折凹陷形成的收容台阶14,所述收容台阶14设有贯穿其上的灌粉孔140,所述灌粉孔140与所述后声腔102连通;所述扬声器箱还包括盖设固定于所述收容台阶14并完全覆盖所述灌粉孔140的密封盖4。
进一步的,所述收容台阶14包括由所述壳体1分别向靠近所述发声单体2的方向弯折延伸且间隔设置的两个连接壁141以及与所述壳体1间隔设置并与两个所述连接壁141连接的底壁142,所述灌粉孔140贯穿所述底壁142设置,所述密封盖4盖设固定于所述底壁142。
更优的,所述密封盖4远离所述发声单体2的外侧面41与该侧的所述壳体1远离所述发声单体2的外侧面1a平齐,该设置使得所述密封盖4的设置,不会增加所述扬声器箱100的外形尺寸,使得所述扬声器箱100的外侧面更加平整。
上述结构中,前盖11、后盖12以及支架3的组合结构,所述前盖11和所述后盖12为金属材料制成,两者可以采用较薄的钢片制成,此时,所述前盖11和所述后盖12采用金属焊接的方式组合形成金属的壳体1,该结构设置在确保壳体1的结构强度的前提下,而相对于相关技术的全塑料壳体结构而言,所述壳体1可设计得更薄,而通过塑料材料制成的支架3与前盖11固定,用以支撑固定发声单体2,又能有效的装配发声单体2,从而极大程度的提高了壳体1内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体2与所述壳体1围成的后声腔102的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能;而此处,通过所述灌粉孔140及所述密封盖4的配合设置,使得往所述后声腔102内填充吸音材料更加方便,提高了灌装吸音材料的效率。
具体的,所述前盖11包括设有所述出声口13的前盖本体111、由所述前盖本体111的外周缘向所述后盖12方向延伸的前盖侧壁112;所述出声口13沿垂直所述振膜21的振动方向贯穿所述前盖侧壁112设置。
所述后盖12包括与所述前盖本体111相对间隔设置的后盖本体121以及由的述后盖本体121的周缘向所述前盖11方向弯折延伸并与所述前盖侧壁112抵接固定的后盖侧壁122;更优的,所述前盖侧壁112远离所述发声单体2的外侧面1121与所述后盖侧壁122远离所述发声单体2的外侧面1221平齐,有效提高了所述扬声器箱100外侧的整体平整程度。本实施方式中,所述前盖11通过所述前盖侧壁112与所述后盖的所述后盖侧壁122焊接形成固定,前盖11与后盖12相对于现有技术中的塑料结构可设计更薄,且固定强度更可靠。
需要说明的是,所述收容台阶14由所述前盖11和所述后盖12弯折凹陷并共同围成,所述灌粉孔140同时贯穿所述前盖11和所述后盖12设置。
进一步的,所述收容台阶14由所述前盖侧壁112和所述后盖侧壁122共同弯折凹陷围成,所述灌粉孔140同时贯穿所述前盖侧壁112和所述后盖侧壁122设置。
更具体的,所述前盖侧壁112凹陷形成第一台阶113,所述第一台阶113包括由所述前盖侧壁112分别向靠近所述发声单体2的方向弯折延伸且间隔设置的两个第一连接壁1131以及与所述前盖侧壁112间隔设置并与两个所述第一连接壁1131连接的第一底壁1132,所述第一底壁1132设有贯穿其上的第一弧形孔1130;所述后盖侧壁122凹陷形成第二台阶123,所述第二台阶123包括由所述后盖侧壁122分别向靠近所述发声单体2的方向弯折延伸且间隔设置的两个第二连接壁1231以及与所述后盖侧壁122间隔设置并与两个所述第二连接壁1231连接的第二底壁1232,所述第二底壁1232设有贯穿其上的第二弧形孔1230。当所前盖11和所述后盖12组配在一起时,所述第一台阶113和所述第二台阶123共同构成所述壳体1的收容台阶14,所述第一连接壁1131与所述第二连接壁1231连接且两者相互匹配对应设置,所述第一底壁1132与所述第二底壁1232连接且两者相互匹配对应设置,所述第一弧形孔1130与所述第二弧形孔1230共同组配形成所述灌粉孔140,所述密封盖4同时盖设固定于所述第一底壁1132与所述第二底壁1232;此时,更优的,所述密封盖4远离所述发声单体2的外侧面41与该侧的所述前盖侧壁112的外侧面1121和所述后盖侧壁122的外侧面1221平齐。当然,在其他实施方式中,收容台阶仅由前盖或后盖设置也是可行的,在此不再一一赘述。
所述支架3与所述前盖本体111形成固定连接,具体的,所述支架3包括与所述前盖11密封固定的呈环状的支架本体31、形成于所述支架本体31的内周缘的定位台阶32以及由所述支架本体31延伸形成的具有导声通道30的导声部33。
所述发声单体2设有所述振膜21的一侧支撑密封固定于所述支架本体31并与所述前盖11间隔,所述发声单体2、所述支架3和所述前盖11共同围成前声腔101,所述导声部33抵接于所述壳体1并完全覆盖所述出声口110,所述导声通道30将所述前声腔101与所述出声口13连通以形成所述扬声器箱100的侧发声结构。
所述定位台阶32由所述支架本体31的内周缘沿垂直所述振动方向凹陷形成,所述导声部33由所述支架本体31的外侧沿垂直所述振动方向凸出延伸形成,所述发声单体2支撑于所述定位台阶32远离所述前盖主体111一侧,所述导声部33抵接于所述前盖侧壁112。所述支架本体31部分环绕所述发声单体2的周侧设置并与所述发声单体2形成密封固,以使得后声腔102形成密闭空间,用以改善低频声学性能。
为进一步改善扬声器件100的低频声学性能,所述扬声器箱100还包括位于所述后声腔102内的透气隔离件5,所述透气隔离件5贴设于所述发声单体2并将所述发声单体2从所述后声腔102内分隔,从而使得后声腔102内可填充吸音材料。
具体的,所述透气隔离件5包括与所述后盖12间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体1的隔离件本体51、由所述隔离件本体51的周缘向所述支架3方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部52以及由所述隔离件延伸部52远离所述隔离件本体51的一端弯折延伸的隔离件固定部53,可向靠近前盖侧壁112的方向弯折延伸,也可向远离前盖侧壁112的方向弯折延伸。所述隔离件延伸部52与所述壳体1间隔设置,所述隔离件固定部52固定于所述支架本体31靠近所述后盖12的一侧。所述透气隔离件5、所述支架3、所述前盖11及所述后盖12共同围成灌粉空间,所述灌粉空间用于填充吸音材料,比如吸音颗粒、吸音棉等,具体的,在实际装配过程中,通过所述灌粉孔1120将吸音材料填充于所述灌粉空间内,所述密封盖4将所述吸音材料封装于所述灌粉空间内。
更优的,所述辅助声腔103也填充吸音材料,更进一步地优化低频声学性能。
所述扬声器箱100还包括将所述发声单体2与外界电信号连接的导电件6。本实施方式中,所述导电件6包括支撑固定于所述支架本体31靠近所述后盖12一端的导电件本体61、由所述导电件本体61的两端向所述发声单体2方向延伸并与所述发声单体2固定电连接的连接臂62以及由所述导电件本体61向远离所述发声单体2方向延伸并贯穿所述壳体1的延伸臂63。本实施方式中,所述延伸臂63同时贯穿所述前盖侧壁112及所述后盖侧壁122,所述支架本体31与所述导电件本体61相对的位置凹陷形成收容槽310,所述导电本体61收容于所述收容槽310并支撑于所述支架本体31,该结构方便装配,贯穿前盖侧壁112的位置及贯穿后盖侧壁122的位置可预先作为装配定位,提高装配效率。
为了使透气隔离件5与支架3固定时形成有效密封,确保灌粉空间内的吸音材料不会进入到发声单体2而影响其性能,本实施方式中,所述隔离件固定部53同时压设固定于所述导电件本体61及所述支架3的支架本体31。
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,前盖、后盖以及支架的组合结构,壳体为金属材料制成,则前盖、后盖可以采用较薄的钢片制成,该结构设置在确保壳体的结构强度的前提下,而相对于相关技术的全塑料壳体结构而言,壳体可设计得更薄,而通过塑料材料制成的支架与前盖组合,用以支撑固定发声单体,又能有效的装配发声单体,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体与壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善了扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能;另外,通过灌粉孔及密封盖的配合设置,使得往后声腔内填充吸音材料更加方便,提高了灌装吸音材料的效率。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括具有收容空间的壳体和固定收容于所述收容空间内的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,其特征在于,所述壳体由金属材料制成,所述壳体包括前盖以及盖设固定于所述前盖的后盖,所述前盖和所述后盖共同围成所述收容空间;所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述收容空间内的由塑料制成的支架,所述支架包括与所述前盖密封固定的呈环状的支架本体以及由所述支架本体延伸形成的具有导声通道的导声部,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧支撑密封固定于所述支架本体并与所述前盖间隔,所述发声单体、所述支架和所述前盖共同围成前声腔,所述导声通道与所述前声腔连通;所述壳体设有贯穿其上的出声口,所述导声部抵接于所述壳体并完全覆盖所述出声口,所述导声通道与所述出声口连通,所述支架、所述发声单体、所述上盖及所述下盖共同围成密闭的后声腔;所述上盖和所述下盖分别向靠近所述发声单体的方向凹陷并共同围成的收容台阶,所述收容台阶设有同时贯穿所述上盖和所述下盖的灌粉孔;所述扬声器箱还包括盖设固定于所述收容台阶并完全覆盖所述灌粉孔的密封盖。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述密封盖远离所述发声单体的外侧面与该侧的所述壳体远离所述发声单体的外侧面平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述前盖包括前盖本体以及由所述前盖本体的外周缘向所述后盖方向延伸的前盖侧壁;所述后盖包括与所述前盖本体相对间隔设置的后盖本体以及由的述后盖本体的周缘向所述前盖方向弯折延伸并与所述前盖侧壁抵接固定的后盖侧壁,所述收容台阶由所述前盖侧壁和所述后盖侧壁共同凹陷形成,所述灌粉孔同时贯穿所述前盖侧壁和所述后盖侧壁设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架与所述前盖本体形成固定连接;所述出声口贯穿所述前盖侧壁设置,所述导声部抵接于所述前盖侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述支架本体的内周缘形成定位台阶,所述发声单体支撑于所述定位台阶,所述支架本体部分环绕所述发声单体的周侧设置并与所述发声单体形成密封固定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后声腔内的透气隔离件,所述透气隔离件贴设于所述发声单体并将所述发声单体从所述后声腔内分隔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括与所述下盖板间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体的隔离件本体、由所述隔离件本体的周缘向所述支架方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部以及由所述隔离件延伸部远离所述隔离件本体的一端弯折延伸的隔离件固定部;所述隔离件延伸部与所述壳体间隔设置,所述隔离件固定部固定于所述支架本体靠近所述下盖板的一侧;所述透气隔离件、所述支架及所述壳体共同围成灌粉空间,通过所述灌粉孔将吸音材料填充于所述灌粉空间内,所述密封盖将所述吸音材料封装于所述灌粉空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述发声单体与外界电信号连接的导电件,所述导电件包括支撑固定于所述支架本体靠近所述后盖一端的导电件本体、由所述导电件本体的两端向所述发声单体方向延伸并与所述发声单体固定电连接的连接臂以及由所述导电件本体向远离所述发声单体方向延伸并贯穿所述壳体的延伸臂;所述隔离件固定部同时压设固定于所述导电件本体及所述支架本体。
