优选的,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述发声单体与外界电信号连接的导电件,所述导电件包括支撑固定于所述第二支架靠近所述后盖一端的导电件本体、由所述导电件本体的两端向所述发声单体方向延伸并与所述发声单体固定电连接的连接臂以及由所述导电件本体向远离所述发声单体方向延伸并同时贯穿所述后盖侧壁和所述支架侧壁的延伸臂;所述第二支架靠近所述后盖的一侧凹陷形成收容槽,所述导电件本体设置于所述收容槽内并使得所述导电件本体与所述第二支架靠近所述后盖的一侧平齐,所述隔离件延伸部同时压设固定于所述导电件本体及所述第二支架。
优选的,所述第一支架与所述第二支架为一体注塑成型。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,壳体的前盖、后盖以及第一支架均由金属材料制成,发声单体支撑固定于第一支架;后盖和前盖的前盖侧壁分别盖设固定于所述第一支架的相对两侧,上述结构中,金属的第一支架与金属的后盖组合,金属的前盖与金属的第一支架组合,在确保壳体的结构强度的前提下,其相对于全塑料壳体结构可设计得更薄,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体与所述壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能。另外,并本发明的扬声器箱中通过将贴合固定于前盖板远离后盖的一侧以及前盖侧壁并完全覆盖出声口,出声口通过透气胶圈组件与外界空气连通,该结构使得所述扬声器箱通过透气胶圈组件与整机密封,增加密封的可靠性,并且通过透气胶圈组件使得出声口连通外界的同时防止异物进入到前声腔,从而提高了所述扬声器箱的可靠性。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请同时参阅图1-6,本发明提供了一种扬声器箱100,其包括壳体1、固定收容于所述壳体1内的具有振膜21的发声单体2以及透气胶圈组件6。
所述壳体1为金属材料制成。所述壳体1包括沿所述振膜21的振动方向分别位于所述发声单体2相对两侧的前盖11和后盖12以及固定于所述前盖11和所述后盖12之间的第一支架13。
具体的,所述前盖11包括与所述后盖12相对设置的前盖板111和由所述前盖板111的周缘向所述后盖12的方向弯折延伸的前盖侧壁112。
所述前盖侧壁112设有贯穿其上的出声口10。
所述前盖板111和所述前盖侧壁112可以分体两个,也可以使一体制造。本实施方式中,所述前盖板111和所述前盖侧壁112为一体成型。
所述前盖侧壁112支撑固定于所述第一支架13远离所述后盖12的一侧且所述前盖板111与所述发声单体2间隔设置,所述第一支架13、所述前盖11及所述发声单体2共同围成前声腔101。所述振膜21收容于所述前声腔101内。所述出声口10位于所述前盖侧壁112。所述出声口10将所述前声腔101与外界连通形成侧发声结构,该结构提高侧发声的与外界的空气通畅性,使得所述扬声器箱100的音频品质提升。
所述后盖12包括后盖本体121以及由的述后盖本体121的周缘向所述前盖11方向弯折延伸的后盖侧壁122。
所述后盖12盖设固定于所述第一支架13远离所述前盖11的一侧,并形成密封固定。具体的,所述后盖侧壁122盖设固定于所述第一支架13远离所述前盖11的一侧。所述发声单体2、所述第一支架13以及所述后盖12共同围成密闭的后声腔102。
本实施方式中,所述后盖12与所述第一支架13焊接形成固定,所述前盖侧壁11与所述第一支架13焊接形成固定,前盖11与后盖12相对于现有技术中的塑料结构可设计更薄,且固定强度更可靠。
上述结构中,所述前盖11、所述后盖12以及所述第一支架13的组合结构,因前盖11和后盖12为金属材料制成,通过金属材料制成的第一支架13与后盖11固定,用以支撑固定发声单体2并形成所述后声腔102,再通过金属材料制成的第一支架13与前盖11固定并形成所述前声腔101,在确保壳体1的结构强度的前提下,其相对于全塑料壳体结构不仅可设计得更薄,且同样有效的装配发声单体2,从而极大程度的提高了壳体1内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体2与所述壳体1围成的后声腔10的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱100的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能。
所述第一支架13包括贯穿其上的通口130、呈环形的支架本体131、由所述支架本体131的外周缘向所述后盖12方向弯折延伸的支架侧壁132以及由所述支架本体131的内周缘向远离所述后盖12方向弯折延伸并围成所述通口130的支撑台阶133。
所述发声单体2设有所述振膜21的一侧朝向所述通口130并支撑固定于所述第一支架13,所述第一支架13与所述发声单体2形成密封固定。
所述后盖12盖设固定于所述支架侧壁132,具体的,所述后盖侧壁122固定于所述支架侧壁132。所述前盖侧壁112支撑固定于所述支撑台阶133远离所述后盖12的一侧。该结构强度大,并其相对于全塑料壳体结构不仅可设计得更薄,且同样有效的装配发声单体2,从而极大程度的提高所述后盖12和所述第一支架13的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体2与所述后盖12围成的后声腔10的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱100的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能。
所述发声单体2的所述振膜21用于振动发声。具体的,所述振膜21包括振动部211、由所述振动部211的周缘弯折延伸的折环部212、由所述折环部212向远离所述振动部211的方向弯折延伸的振膜固定部213。所述发声单体2支撑固定于所述支撑台阶133靠近所述后盖12的一侧。具体的,所述支撑台阶133支撑固定于所述振膜固定部213,以使得所述第一支架13、所述振膜21、所述第一支架13以及所述前盖11共同围成所述前声腔101,同时使得所述扬声器箱100组装简单和可靠性高。
所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后声腔102内的由塑料制成的第二支架3。所述第二支架3支撑固定于所述支架本体131并环绕所述发声单体2的周侧设置。
所述第一支架13与所述第二支架3可以分别制造并固定一起,当然,不限于此,本实施方式中,所述第一支架13与所述第二支架3为一体注塑成型。该结构使得所述扬声器箱100的制造更为简单并易于组装。
为进一步改善扬声器箱100的低频声学性能,所述扬声器箱100还包括位于所述后声腔102内的透气隔离件4。所述透气隔离件4固定于所述第二支架3并将所述发声单体2从所述后声腔102内分隔,从而使得后声腔102内可填充吸音材料。
具体的,所述透气隔离件4包括与所述后盖本体121间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体2的隔离件本体41、由所述隔离件本体41的周缘向所述支架3方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部42以及由所述隔离件延伸部42远离所述隔离件本体41的一端弯折延伸的隔离件固定部43。所述隔离件延伸部42与所述前盖侧壁112间隔设置。所述隔离件固定部43所述第二支架3靠近所述后盖12的一侧。所述透气隔离件4、所述第一支架13、所述第二支架3及所述后盖12共同围成灌粉空间,所述灌粉空间用于填充吸音材料,比如吸音颗粒、吸音棉等。
所述扬声器箱100还包括将所述发声单体2与外界电信号连接的导电件5。
本实施方式中,所述导电件5包括支撑固定于所述第二支架3靠近所述后盖12一端的导电件本体51、由所述导电件本体51的两端向所述发声单体2方向延伸并与所述发声单体2固定电连接的连接臂52以及由所述导电件本体51向远离所述发声单体2方向延伸并同时贯穿所述后盖侧壁122和所述支架侧壁132的延伸臂53。
本实施方式中,所述延伸臂53同时贯穿所述前盖侧壁112及所述后盖侧壁122。该结构方便装配,贯穿前盖外侧壁112的位置及贯穿后盖侧壁122的位置可预先作为装配定位,提高装配效率。
为了使透气隔离件4与支架3固定时形成有效密封,确保灌粉空间内的吸音材料不会进入到发声单体2而影响其性能,本实施方式中,所述第二支架3靠近所述后盖12的一侧凹陷形成收容槽30。所述导电件本体51设置于所述收容槽30内并使得所述导电件本体51与所述第二支架3靠近所述后盖12的一侧平齐。所述隔离件延伸部42同时压设固定于所述导电件本体51及所述第二支架3。
为进一步改善扬声器箱100的可靠性,所述扬声器箱100还包括透气胶圈组件6。
具体的,所述透气胶圈组件6包括透气件61以及均呈环状且分别贴合固定于所述透气件61相对两侧的周缘的第一胶圈62和第二胶圈63。
所述透气胶圈组件6完全覆盖所述出声口10,所述出声口10通过所述透气胶圈组件6与外界空气连通。具体的,所述透气件61完全覆盖所述出声口10。该结构通过所述透气胶圈组件6使得所述出声口10连通外界的同时,还可以防止异物进入到前声腔101,从而提高了所述扬声器箱100的可靠性。
本实施方式中,所述透气件61为网布。
所述透气胶圈组件6贴合固定于所述前盖板111远离所述后盖12的一侧以及所述前盖侧壁112。具体的,所述第一胶圈62分别贴合固定于所述前盖板111和所述前盖侧壁112。所述第二胶圈63贴合固定于所述透气件61远离所述第一胶圈62的一侧。所述第二胶圈63用于与整机密封,增加所述扬声器箱100密封的可靠性。本实施方式中,所述第一胶圈62和所述第二胶圈63均为双面胶制成。当然,不限于此,其他可以两面粘贴的胶体也是可以的。
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器箱中,壳体的前盖、后盖以及第一支架均由金属材料制成,发声单体支撑固定于第一支架;后盖和前盖的前盖侧壁分别盖设固定于所述第一支架的相对两侧,上述结构中,金属的第一支架与金属的后盖组合,金属的前盖与金属的第一支架组合,在确保壳体的结构强度的前提下,其相对于全塑料壳体结构可设计得更薄,从而极大程度的提高了壳体内的腔体体积,有效的增加了发声单体与所述壳体围成的后声腔的体积,进而改善了所述扬声器箱的声学性能,特别是低频声学性能。另外,并本发明的扬声器箱中通过将贴合固定于前盖板远离后盖的一侧以及前盖侧壁并完全覆盖出声口,出声口通过透气胶圈组件与外界空气连通,该结构使得所述扬声器箱通过透气胶圈组件与整机密封,增加密封的可靠性,并且通过透气胶圈组件使得出声口连通外界的同时防止异物进入到前声腔,从而提高了所述扬声器箱的可靠性。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其包括壳体以及固定收容于所述壳体内的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,其特征在于,所述壳体为金属材料制成,所述壳体包括沿所述振膜的振动方向分别位于所述发声单体相对两侧的前盖和后盖以及固定于所述前盖和所述后盖之间的第一支架,所述前盖包括与所述后盖相对设置的前盖板和由所述前盖板的周缘向所述后盖的方向弯折延伸的前盖侧壁,所述前盖侧壁设有贯穿其上的出声口;所述第一支架设有贯穿其上的通口,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧朝向所述通口并支撑固定于所述第一支架;所述后盖盖设固定于所述第一支架远离所述前盖的一侧,所述第一支架、所述发声单体及所述后盖共同围成密封闭的后声腔;所述前盖侧壁支撑固定于所述第一支架远离所述后盖的一侧且所述前盖板与所述发声单体间隔设置,所述第一支架、所述前盖及所述发声单体共同围成前声腔,所述出声口将所述前声腔与外界连通形成侧发声结构;所述扬声器箱还包括透气胶圈组件,所述透气胶圈组件贴合固定于所述前盖板远离所述后盖的一侧以及所述前盖侧壁并完全覆盖所述出声口,所述出声口通过所述透气胶圈组件与外界空气连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气胶圈组件包括透气件以及均呈环状且分别贴合固定于所述透气件相对两侧的周缘的第一胶圈和第二胶圈,所述透气件完全覆盖所述出声口,所述第一胶圈分别贴合固定于所述前盖板和所述前盖侧壁,所述第二胶圈贴合固定于所述透气件远离所述第一胶圈的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一胶圈和所述第二胶圈均为双面胶制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一支架包括呈环形的支架本体、由所述支架本体的外周缘向所述后盖方向弯折延伸的支架侧壁以及由所述支架本体的内周缘向远离所述后盖方向弯折延伸并围成所述通口的支撑台阶,所述发声单体支撑固定于所述支撑台阶靠近所述后盖的一侧,所述后盖盖设固定于所述支架侧壁,所述前盖侧壁支撑固定于所述支撑台阶远离所述后盖的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括位于所述后声腔内的由塑料制成的第二支架以及透气隔离件,所述第二支架支撑固定于所述支架本体并环绕所述发声单体的周侧设置,所述透气隔离件固定于所述第二支架并将所述发声单体从所述后声腔内分隔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述后盖包括后盖本体以及由的述后盖本体的周缘向所述前盖方向弯折延伸的后盖侧壁,所述后盖侧壁固定于所述支架侧壁。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述透气隔离件包括与所述后盖本体间隔相对并贴合于所述发声单体的隔离件本体、由所述隔离件本体的周缘向所述支架方向弯折延伸的隔离件延伸部以及由所述隔离件延伸部远离所述隔离件本体的一端弯折延伸的隔离件固定部;所述隔离件延伸部与所述前盖侧壁间隔设置,所述隔离件固定部贴合固定于所述第二支架靠近所述后盖的一侧;所述透气隔离件、所述第一支架、所述第二支架及所述后盖共同围成灌粉空间,所述灌粉空间用于填充吸音材料。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述发声单体与外界电信号连接的导电件,所述导电件包括支撑固定于所述第二支架靠近所述后盖一端的导电件本体、由所述导电件本体的两端向所述发声单体方向延伸并与所述发声单体固定电连接的连接臂以及由所述导电件本体向远离所述发声单体方向延伸并同时贯穿所述后盖侧壁和所述支架侧壁的延伸臂;所述第二支架靠近所述后盖的一侧凹陷形成收容槽,所述导电件本体设置于所述收容槽内并使得所述导电件本体与所述第二支架靠近所述后盖的一侧平齐,所述隔离件延伸部同时压设固定于所述导电件本体及所述第二支架。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述第一支架与所述第二支架为一体注塑成型。
