本发明涉及自动化技术领域,特别是一种汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备。
背景技术
目前,喇叭贴泡棉通常都由人工完成操作,由于人工作业效率低下,降低了生产效率,对于不同类型的产品需要使用不同的治具,人员的熟练程度直接影响生产效率,人工粘贴只能一个一个粘贴,人工粘贴泡棉不整齐,影响产品质量,影响后续安装和使用。为此我们研发了一种汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,用以解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,具有提高设备通用性,提高生产效率,降低成本,提高产品一致性等优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,包括一除尘机构、一喇叭上料机构、一泡棉上料机构、一移栽机构、一下料机构、一输送线与一机架,所述机架的顶端处设有一工作台,所述工作台的底端处设有一控制柜,所述工作台的长度方向上依次连接有所述泡棉上料机构、所述喇叭上料机构与所述除尘机构,所述移栽机构架设在所述工作台的长度方向的一侧处,所述移栽机构的一端处设有所述下料机构,所述下料机构的下侧设有所述输送线,所述工作台的一角处设有一控制按钮,启动所述控制按钮,所述 喇叭上料机构与所述泡棉上料机构分别人工上料,所述除尘机构除尘后,所述移栽机构将喇叭移至泡棉上侧,所述下料机构将泡棉贴紧并将喇叭泡棉组件翻转后放至所述输送线。
优选的,所述喇叭上料机构包括一喇叭上料盘,所述喇叭上料盘的顶端处架设有两个喇叭治具,所述喇叭治具的顶端处设有一中空的喇叭仿形槽。
优选的,所述泡棉上料机构包括一泡棉上料盘,所述泡棉上料盘的顶端处架设有两个泡棉治具,所述泡棉治具的顶端处设有圆周均布的定位柱,一所述定位柱的内侧设有一防呆缺口。
优选的,所述定位柱上套设有一所述泡棉,所述移栽机构包括一水平支撑板,所述水平支撑板的一侧处设有一竖向的第一夹爪气缸,所述第一夹爪气缸的底端处设有两个夹爪,所述水平支撑板连接至一拖链,所述夹爪设置在所述泡棉的上侧。
优选的,所述喇叭的中心位置处设有一通孔,所述夹爪与所述通孔抵接。
优选的,所述下料机构包括一泡棉压紧组件与一下料组件,所述泡棉压紧组件包括一第二夹爪气缸,所述第二夹爪气缸的底端处设有两个夹指,所述第二夹爪气缸的底端连接有一水平的连接板,所述连接板的底端四角处各设有一压头,所述压头与所述泡棉抵接,所述夹指与所述通孔抵接,所述第二夹爪气缸与所述水平支撑板固定连接。
优选的,所述下料组件包括一下料气缸,所述下料气缸的底端处设有一旋转气缸,所述旋转气缸的一侧处设有一下料板,所述下料板的顶端处固设有多个磁铁。
优选的,所述工作台的一端处设有一L形的泡棉料台,并且另一端处设有一喇叭料台。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
附图1和附图2中,一种汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,包括一除尘机 构10、一喇叭上料机构30、一泡棉上料机构20、一移栽机构40、一下料机构50、一输送线60与一机架1。
机架1的顶端处设有一工作台5,工作台5的底端处设有一控制柜2,工作台5的长度方向上依次连接有泡棉上料机构20、喇叭上料机构30与除尘机构10,移栽机构40架设在工作台5的长度方向的一侧处,移栽机构40的一端处设有下料机构50,下料机构50的下侧设有输送线60,工作台5的一角处设有一控制按钮8,启动控制按钮8,喇叭上料机构30与泡棉上料机构20分别人工上料,除尘机构10除尘后,移栽机构40将喇叭100移至泡棉105上侧,下料机构50将泡棉105贴紧并将喇叭泡棉组件翻转后放至输送线60。除尘机构10包括一水平气缸11,水平气缸11的底端处通过一支架与工作台5连接,水平气缸11的一端处固定连接有一竖直气缸12,竖直气缸12的底端处连接有一除尘器13。
工作台5的一端处设有一L形的泡棉料台6,并且另一端处设有一喇叭料台7。移栽机构40的顶端设有一灯管16,灯管16通过一看板17与移栽机构40连接。看板17的一端处设有一触摸屏15,触摸屏15设置在喇叭料台7的上侧。
附图4中,喇叭上料机构30包括一喇叭上料盘31,喇叭上料盘31的顶端处架设有两个喇叭治具32,喇叭治具32的顶端处设有一中空的喇叭仿形槽320。
附图3中,泡棉上料机构20包括一泡棉上料盘21,泡棉上料盘21的顶端处架设有两个泡棉治具22,泡棉治具22的顶端处设有圆周均布的定位柱220,一定位柱220的内侧设有一防呆缺口221,便于 泡棉105组装。
定位柱220上套设有一泡棉105,移栽机构40包括一水平支撑板41,水平支撑板41的一侧处设有一竖向的第一夹爪气缸42,第一夹爪气缸42的底端处设有两个夹爪43,水平支撑板41连接至一拖链45,夹爪43设置在泡棉105的上侧。夹爪43将喇叭100夹取并放置在泡棉105顶端处。喇叭100的中心位置处设有一通孔101,夹爪43与通孔101抵接。
附图5中,下料机构50包括一泡棉压紧组件与一下料组件,泡棉压紧组件包括一第二夹爪气缸51,第二夹爪气缸51的底端处设有两个夹指54,第二夹爪气缸51的底端连接有一水平的连接板52,连接板52的底端四角处各设有一压头53,压头53与泡棉105抵接,夹指54与通孔101抵接,第二夹爪气缸51与水平支撑板41固定连接。下料组件包括一下料气缸55,下料气缸55的底端处设有一旋转气缸56,旋转气缸56的一侧处设有一下料板57,下料板57的顶端处固设有多个磁铁58。
该汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备整体动作工序如下:
1.打开电源开关及气源。
2.在触摸屏15上设置双工位的泡棉上料盘21与喇叭上料盘31的旋转时间。
3.启动控制按钮8。
4.人工分别在喇叭料台7和泡棉料台6放入对应部件,除尘器13伸出,对喇叭100和泡棉105进行除尘。
5.双工位料盘切换工位,移栽机构40动作,夹爪43将喇叭100 取出放入泡棉治具22;移栽机构40复位取料,泡棉压紧组件和下料组件动作,压头53压紧泡棉105并取出成品。
6.移栽机构40动作且双工位料盘动作,夹爪43将喇叭100放入泡棉治具22,夹指54将成品放入中转站,磁铁58将喇叭100的底端处吸附,旋转气缸56将产品翻转180°并放入输送线60。
7.重复以上动作。
本发明具有下列优点:
1.本发明所述汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,喇叭治具和泡棉治具使用双工位交替上料,提高生产效率。
2.针对不同种类的喇叭,只需要更换喇叭治具和泡棉治具,提高设备的通用性,降低生产成本。
3.提高泡棉贴附的一致性,提高贴附质量,便于安装使用。
4.自动下料作业,提高组装效率,降低人工成本。
