- 一种汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,其特征在于:包括一除尘机构、一喇叭上料机构、一泡棉上料机构、一移栽机构、一下料机构、一输送线与一机架,所述机架的顶端处设有一工作台,所述工作台的底端处设有一控制柜,所述工作台的长度方向上依次连接有所述泡棉上料机构、所述喇叭上料机构与所述除尘机构,所述移栽机构架设在所述工作台的长度方向的一侧处,所述移栽机构的一端处设有所述下料机构,所述下料机构的下侧设有所述输送线,所述工作台的一角处设有一控制按钮,启动所述控制按钮,所述喇叭上料机构与所述泡棉上料机构分别人工上料,所述除尘机构除尘后,所述移栽机构将喇叭移至泡棉上侧,所述下料机构将泡棉贴紧并将喇叭泡棉组件翻转后放至所述输送线。
- 根据权利要求1所述汽车喇叭泡棉贴装设备,其特征在于,所述喇叭上料机构包括一喇叭上料盘,所述喇叭上料盘的顶端处架设有两个喇叭治具,所述喇叭治具的顶端处设有一中空的喇叭仿形槽。
