本公开涉及仓储领域,尤其涉及一种订单复核方法、装置、系统和货架。
背景技术
随着电子商务的快速发展,仓储内每日订单数量日益增长,而仓储内商品的订单复核是仓储内作业的关键环节。订单复核的目的是将每一个订单中含有的多件商品放在一起,为打包配送做准备。
相关技术中,需要将周转箱放置到对应的货架货位,然后将订单中的商品放置到对应货位的周转箱中,完成订单复核。
发明内容
本公开要解决的一个技术问题是,提供一种订单复核方法、装置、系统和货架,能够降低订单复核的错误率。
根据本公开一方面,提出一种订单复核方法,包括:确定商品对应的订单号;根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与商品对应的货位;响应于商品被放置到对应的货位,判断商品所属订单是否完成复核;以及若商品所属订单完成复核,则根据订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,其中,每个翻转系统的翻盖组件对应一个货位,被配置为封闭相应货位的进货口。
在一些实施例中,若商品所属订单完成复核,则根据订单与指示装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的指示装置发送状态切换指令。
在一些实施例中,获取商品所放货位的货位号;以及若商品所放货位的货位号与提示的货位号一致,则确定商品被放置到对应的货位。
在一些实施例中,获取商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号;以及若商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号,与提示的货位号对应的翻转系统装置号一致,则确定商品 被放置到对应的货位。
在一些实施例中,在指示装置执行状态切换指令后,响应于作业人员点击提示装置的状态切换按钮,允许作业人员对货位的商品进行打包。

根据本公开的另一方面,还提出一种订单复核装置,包括:存储器;以及耦接至存储器的处理器,处理器被配置为基于存储在存储器的指令执行如上述的订单复核方法。
根据本公开的另一方面,还提出一种货架,包括:至少一个货架层,每个货架层设置有分割结构,分割结构被配置为将对应货架层分割为至少两个货位;以及与每个货位对应的翻盖系统,包括:翻盖组件,被配置为根据订单复核系统在确定商品所属订单完成复核后发送的翻转指令,封闭相应货位的进货口。
在一些实施例中,每个货位的进货口的垂直高度大于出货口的垂直高度。

图1为本公开的订单复核方法的一些实施例的流程示意图。该实施例由订单复核装置执行,该订单复核装置例如为WMS(Warehouse Management System,仓库管理系统)。
在步骤110,确定商品对应的订单号。
例如,复核操作者通过手持扫描枪扫描商品上的条码,商品的条形码信息发送至订单复核装置,订单复核装置通过商品的条形码信息确定该商品对应的订单号。
在步骤120,根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与商品对应的货位。
在一些实施例中,每个货架货位设置有货位号,订单复核装置预先设定订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,向操作者提示该商品对应的货位号以及位置,操作者可以将该商品放置到对应的货位上。
在步骤130,响应于商品被放置到对应的货位,判断商品所属订单是否完成复核。
在一些实施例中,订单复核装置需要确定商品是否被放置到对应的正确位置。例 如,获取商品所放货位的货位号;若商品所放货位的货位号与提示的货位号一致,则确定商品被放置到对应的货位。或者,获取商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号;若商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号,与提示的货位号对应的翻转系统装置号一致,则确定商品被放置到对应的货位。
在一些实施例中,若订单复核装置确定一个订单中所有商品都被放置到了对应的正确位置,则确定该订单完成了复核。
在步骤140,若商品所属订单完成复核,则根据订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,其中,每个翻转系统的翻盖组件对应一个货位,被配置为封闭相应货位的进货口。
在上述实施例中,根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与商品对应的货位,在该商品所属订单完成复核后,根据订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,使得翻转系统的翻盖组件封闭相应货位的进货口,能够防止后续商品放进该货位,减少订单复核的错误率。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,若商品所属订单完成复核,则根据订单与指示装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的指示装置发送状态切换指令。
该指示装置例如为电子标签,电子标签例如设置在翻转系统所在货位的另一侧。该电子标签设置有指示灯。例如,某订单完成复核后,订单复核装置向与该订单对应的电子标签发送亮灯指示,指示灯亮起,提示打包人员可以进行相应的打包操作。本领域的技术人员应当理解,该实施例中以灯亮指示订单复核完成,还可以以灯灭指示订单复核完成。
在一些实施例中,在指示装置执行状态切换指令后,响应于作业人员点击提示装置的状态切换按钮,允许作业人员对货位的商品进行打包。
例如,电子标签设置有拍灯按钮,例如,打包人员看到指示灯亮后,确定订单复核完成,则将指示灯拍灭,从而开始进行商品打包。若指示灯没有变亮,则说明订单没有复核完成,此时不允许作业人员对货位的商品进行打包,避免订单不完整,影响客户体验。
在上述实施例中,一个订单复核完成后,立即进行打包,相比于以往需要等待全部订单完成复核后才可以进行打包,提高了整个商品拣选效率。
在一些实施例中,状态切换按钮包括第一按钮和第二按钮;第一按钮和第二按钮分别与对应的作业人员进行信息绑定。
例如,对于一个复核工位对应两个打包工位的情况,电子标签可以设置两个拍灯按钮,每个拍灯按钮与不同的打包人员进行信息绑定,当不同的打包人员通过按自己对应的拍灯按钮,可以领取自己的打包作业任务,进行商品打包,便于订单复核装置追踪订单去向。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,判断复核任务单中的每个订单是否都已完成复核,其中,如图2所示,复核任务单对应至少一个订单。若复核任务单中的每个订单都已完成复核,则判断每个订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮是否全部已被点击;若每个订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮没有全部被点击,则提示操作人员点击未被点击的状态切换按钮;若每个订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮全部被点击,则重新下发复核任务单。
例如,一个复核任务单中的是所有订单对应的电子标签的指示灯没有全部被拍灭,即复核完成的订单没有全部被打包人员进行打包,则提示打包人员将所有亮灯的指示灯都拍灭,并将商品转移到对应的打包台进行暂存,以便后续进行打包作业。进而可以执行下一步复核任务单的复核作业。
图3为本公开的订单复核方法的另一些实施例的流程示意图。
在步骤310,下发复核任务单。
在步骤320,设置订单号、货架货位号、电子标签号和翻转系统装置号的对应关系。
例如,一个货位一侧设置有翻转系统,另一侧设置有电子标签。
在步骤330,根据商品对应的订单号,向操作人员提示货位号。
在步骤340,操作者将商品放置到对应的货位上。
在步骤350,扫描商品所放货位的货位号或扫描翻转系统条码号,确认该商品已经放置到正确的位置上。
在步骤360,判断商品所属订单是否完成复核,若已完成复核,则执行步骤370,否则,继续执行步骤330。
在步骤370,向该商品所属订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令。
当该订单所有商品完成复核时,该货位对应的翻转系统装置自动翻转向下,用来提醒操作人员该商品已经完成复核,同时避免人员误操作将其他商品防在该货位内。
在步骤380,向该商品所属订单对应的电子标签发送亮灯指示。
当该订单复核完成后,该货位翻转系统装置对面设置有电子标签的指示灯亮起, 提示对面的打包人员可以进行相应的打包操作。
在步骤390,判断复核任务单中的所有订单是否完成复核,若是,则执行步骤3100,否则,继续执行步骤330。
重复执行订单复核任务,直至该复核任务单内所有商品完成复核。
在步骤3100,判断复核完成的订单是否全部被打包人员领取任务,若是,则执行步骤310,否则,执行步骤3110。
一个复核任务单完成订单复核后,进行下一个复核任务单的订单复核,直至所有复核任务单完成复核作业。
在步骤3110,指示打包人员将所有亮灯的指示灯拍灭,并将订单转移到对应得到打包台上,后续,可以执行310。
在该实施例中,根据订单号、货架货位号、电子标签号和翻转系统装置号的对应关系,将订单中每个商品放置到对应的货位,提高订单复核效率,一个订单完成复核后,货位对应的翻转组件封闭相应货位的进货口,能够防止后续商品放进该货位,并且,货位对应的电子标签的指示灯亮起,提醒打包人员进行打包,该实施例中,一个订单完成后,可以直接进行打包,提高了整个系统的拣选效率。
图4为本公开的订单复核装置的一些实施例的结构示意图。该装置包括订单号确定单元410、货位提示单元420、复核判断单元430和翻转指令单元440。
订单号确定单元410被配置为确定商品对应的订单号。
货位提示单元420被配置为根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与商品对应的货位。
在一些实施例中,每个货架货位设置有货位号,订单复核装置预先设定订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,向操作者提示该商品对应的货位号以及位置,操作者可以将该商品放置到对应的货位上。
复核判断单元430被配置为响应于商品被放置到对应的货位,判断商品所属订单是否完成复核。
在一些实施例中,复核判断单元430获取商品所放货位的货位号;若商品所放货位的货位号与提示的货位号一致,则确定商品被放置到对应的货位。或者,获取商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号;若商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号,与提示的货位号对应的翻转系统装置号一致,则确定商品被放置到对应的货位。
在一些实施例中,复核判断单元430若确定一个订单中所有商品都被放置到了对 应的正确位置,则确定该订单完成了复核。
翻转指令单元440被配置为若商品所属订单完成复核,则根据订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,其中,每个翻转系统的翻盖组件对应一个货位,被配置为封闭相应货位的进货口。
在上述实施例中,根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与商品对应的货位,在该商品所属订单完成复核后,根据订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,使得翻转系统的翻盖组件封闭相应货位的进货口,能够防止后续商品放进该货位,减少订单复核的错误率。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,该装置还包括状态切换单元510,被配置为若商品所属订单完成复核,则根据订单与指示装置号的对应关系,向与订单对应的指示装置发送状态切换指令。
该指示装置例如为电子标签,电子标签例如设置在翻转系统所在货位的另一侧。该电子标签设置有指示灯,例如,某订单完成复核后,订单复核装置向与该订单对应的电子标签发送亮灯指示,指示灯亮起,提示打包人员可以进行相应的打包操作。
在另一些实施例中,在指示装置执行状态切换指令后,响应于作业人员点击提示装置的状态切换按钮,允许作业人员对货位的商品进行打包。
上述实施例中,一个订单完成后,可以直接进行打包,提高了整个系统的拣选效率。
在另一些实施例中,该装置还包括任务单判断单元520、状态判断单元530和信息提示单元540。
任务单判断单元520被配置为判断复核任务单中的每个订单是否都已完成复核,其中,复核任务单对应至少一个订单。
状态判断单元530被配置为若复核任务单中的每个订单都已完成复核,则判断每个订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮是否全部已被点击。

图6为本公开的订单复核装置的另一些实施例的结构示意图。该装置600包括存储器610和处理器620,其中:存储器610可以是磁盘、闪存或其它任何非易失性存储介质。存储器用于存储图1-3所对应实施例中的指令。处理器620耦接至存储器610, 可以作为一个或多个集成电路来实施,例如微处理器或微控制器。该处理器620用于执行存储器中存储的指令。
在一些实施例中,处理器620通过BUS总线630耦合至存储器610。该装置600还可以通过存储接口640连接至外部存储装置650以便调用外部数据,还可以通过网络接口660连接至网络或者另外一台计算机系统(未标出),此处不再进行详细介绍。
在该实施例中,通过存储器存储数据指令,再通过处理器处理上述指令,能够减少订单复核的错误率。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,保护一种货架,该货架包括至少一个货架层,每个货架层设置有分割结构,分割结构被配置为将对应货架层分割为至少两个货位;以及与每个货位对应的翻盖系统,该翻盖系统包括翻盖组件,被配置为根据订单复核系统在确定商品所属订单完成复核后发送的翻转指令,封闭相应货位的进货口。
如图7至11所示,该货架包括若干横杆1、若干立杆2、若干侧干3、若干层板4,其中,有几个层板则说明该货架包含几个货架层。
该货架还包括若干分割结构5,主要用来将每个订单货位进行物理隔离。如图12所示,分割结构5例如包括分割板51和导向套筒52。在一些实施例中,该分割结构5可滑动的设置在对应货架层。分隔板51两侧固定导向套筒52,导向套筒52用来与每层的横杆1连接,导向套筒52设置有与横杆1一致的圆弧度的结构,方便在横杆1上进行左右移动。当某订单内商品体积过大,现有货位无法放置的时候,可以通过适当移动分隔结构5,来保证商品顺利放在货位内。在一些实施例中,分隔板51外侧设置有倒圆角,防止人员碰伤。
该货架包括若干翻盖组件6、若干驱动马达7,翻盖组件6和驱动马达7构成翻盖系统,驱动马达7被配置为驱动翻盖组件6封闭相应货位的进货口。如图13所示,翻盖组件6包括翻板61、翻转轴62,翻板61上设置有若干条码安装凹槽63,条码安装凹槽63上用来粘贴翻转系统条码号。驱动马达7通过安装支座组件8固定在挡板9上。安装支座组件8包括安装侧板81、安装固定板82、安装底板83和支撑筋板84。挡板9挡板固定在横杆1上,用来遮挡商品,避免商品掉落到货架装置外面,同时可以用来粘贴货位条码号。
该货架还包括与每个货位对应的提示装置10,被配置为根据订单复核装置在确定商品所属订单完成复核后发送的状态切换指令,进行状态切换。提示装置10例如为电子标签。如图14所示,电子标签设置有指示灯101、第一拍灯按钮102、第二拍 灯按钮103和操作按钮104。针对图15所示的一个复核工位151对应两个打包工位152的情况,第一拍灯按钮101、第二拍灯按钮102与不同的打包作业人员153进行信息绑定,一个复核工位可以由一个复核操作者154。对应的打包操作者通过按与自己绑定信息的拍灯按钮,来领取自己的打包作业,打包完的商品通过传输线155传输。在按下拍灯按钮时,同时触发打包作业的开始,省去打包人员重复扫描该订单的条码信息,提高作业效率,同时可以匹配复核与打包的作业效率。
在一些实施例中,每个货位的进货口的垂直高度大于出货口的垂直高度,即层板4倾斜固定在侧杆3和横杆1上。层板4较高的一侧设置有翻盖组件6,层板4较低的一侧设置有电子标签10。当复核人员将商品放置在货位的层板4上,在重力的作用,商品会自动移动到靠近打包作业人员的一侧,减少打包人员搬运商品的动作,提高作业效率。
在一些实施例中,该货架还包括地脚11,方便货架移动。
在本公开的另一些实施例中,保护一种订单复核系统,该订单复核系统包括上述的订单复核装置以及上述的货架。

  1. 一种订单复核方法,包括:
    确定商品对应的订单号;
    根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与所述商品对应的货位;
    响应于所述商品被放置到对应的货位,判断所述商品所属订单是否完成复核;以及
    若所述商品所属订单完成复核,则根据所述订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与所述订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,其中,每个所述翻转系统的翻盖组件对应一个货位,被配置为封闭相应货位的进货口。

    若所述商品所属订单完成复核,则根据所述订单与指示装置号的对应关系,向与所述订单对应的指示装置发送状态切换指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的订单复核方法,还包括:
    获取所述商品所放货位的货位号;以及
    若所述商品所放货位的货位号与提示的货位号一致,则确定所述商品被放置到对应的货位。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的订单复核方法,还包括:
    获取所述商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号;以及
    若所述商品所放货位对应的翻转系统装置号,与提示的货位号对应的翻转系统装置号一致,则确定所述商品被放置到对应的货位。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的订单复核方法,还包括:
    在所述指示装置执行状态切换指令后,响应于作业人员点击所述提示装置的状态切换按钮,允许所述作业人员对所述货位的商品进行打包。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的订单复核方法,其中,所述状态切换按钮包括第一按 钮和第二按钮;
    所述第一按钮和所述第二按钮分别与对应的作业人员进行信息绑定。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的订单复核方法,还包括:
    判断复核任务单中的每个订单是否都已完成复核,其中,所述复核任务单对应至少一个订单;
    若所述复核任务单中的每个订单都已完成复核,则判断每个所述订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮是否全部已被点击;
    若所述每个订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮没有全部被点击,则提示操作人员点击未被点击的状态切换按钮;以及
    若所述每个订单对应的提示装置的状态切换按钮全部被点击,则重新下发复核任务单。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的订单复核方法,其中,所述指示装置为电子标签。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的订单复核方法,其中,所述电子标签设置在所述翻转系统所在货位的另一侧。
  10. 一种订单复核装置,包括:
    订单号确定单元,被配置为确定商品对应的订单号;
    货位提示单元,被配置为根据订单号与货架货位号的对应关系,提示与所述商品对应的货位;
    复核判断单元,被配置为响应于所述商品被放置到对应的货位,判断所述商品所属订单是否完成复核;以及
    翻转指令单元,被配置为若所述商品所属订单完成复核,则根据所述订单与翻转系统装置号的对应关系,向与所述订单对应的翻转系统发送翻转指令,其中,每个所述翻转系统的翻盖组件对应一个货位,被配置为封闭相应货位的进货口。
  11. 一种订单复核装置,包括:
    存储器;以及
    耦接至所述存储器的处理器,所述处理器被配置为基于存储在所述存储器的指令执行如权利要求1至9任一项所述的订单复核方法。
  12. 一种货架,包括:
    至少一个货架层,每个货架层设置有分割结构,所述分割结构被配置为将对应货架层分割为至少两个货位;以及
    与每个货位对应的翻盖系统,包括:
    翻盖组件,被配置为根据订单复核系统在确定商品所属订单完成复核后发送的翻转指令,封闭相应货位的进货口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的货架,其中,
    每个所述货位的进货口的垂直高度大于出货口的垂直高度。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的货架,其中,
    所述分割结构可滑动的设置在对应货架层。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的货架,其中,所述翻盖系统还包括:
    驱动马达,被配置为驱动所述翻盖组件封闭相应货位的进货口。
  16. 根据权利要求12至15任一所述的货架,还包括:
    与每个所述货位对应的提示装置,被配置为根据所述订单复核装置在确定商品所属订单完成复核后发送的状态切换指令,进行状态切换。
  17. 一种订单复核系统,包括:
    权利要求10或11所述的订单复核装置;以及
    权利要求12至16任一所述的货架。
  18. 一种非瞬时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,该指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至9任一项所述的订单复核方法。
