L'invention concerne une plaque de polarisation comprenant une couche retardatrice et une couche adhésive, cette plaque de polarisation présentant une excellente durabilité dans des environnements à forte humidité, et présentant également une décoloration significativement supprimée lorsqu'elle est utilisée dans un dispositif d'affichage électroluminescent (EL) organique. Cette plaque de polarisation comprenant une couche retardatrice et une couche adhésive comporte : une plaque de polarisation comprenant un polariseur et une couche de protection sur au moins le côté visible du polariseur; une couche retardatrice collée sur le côté opposé au côté visible de la plaque de polarisation, une première couche adhésive étant interposée entre celles-ci; et une seconde couche adhésive disposée, en tant que couche la plus à l'extérieur, sur la couche retardatrice au niveau du côté opposé à la plaque de polarisation. La première, ou la seconde, couche adhésive contient un acide acrylique en tant que composant monomère d'un polymère de base, et contient également un agent conducteur de sel cationique inorganique. La teneur en agent conducteur est de 0,4 à 12 parties en poids par rapport à 100 parties en poids du polymère de base de la couche adhésive.
