参见图1-3所示,上述一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置还包括可绕第三销轴18相对安装座3转动的设于第二槽6中的夹爪8,第三销轴18平行于水平面,且垂直于第二槽6。该夹爪8用于通过其内侧抵接滑动座4,该装置还包括环设于三个夹爪8外侧的弹性箍圈9,通过该弹性箍圈9提供驱动三个夹爪8向内夹紧瓶盖20的夹持力。三个夹爪8一一对应的设于三条第二槽6中。根据瓶盖20的形状,夹爪8 的内侧面设有相应的凹凸纹路,以更好的夹持瓶盖20。
在本实施例中,夹爪8通过其上端部转动连接在第二槽6中,弹性箍圈9环设于夹爪8下端部外侧。参见图1所示,夹爪8下端位于安装座3下方,夹爪8下端外侧设有用于卡入弹性箍圈9的凹槽82,弹性箍圈9位于安装座3下方。夹爪8的内侧上部设有用于配合的抵设于锥形下端部42锥面上的斜面81。参见图1所示,该斜面81从上往下沿靠近滑动座4的方向倾斜延伸。
参见图1所示,上述夹爪8处于收紧状态,滑动座4位于柱形内腔的上部,多个夹爪8在弹性箍圈9的作用下收紧并夹紧瓶盖20;
顶杆2驱动滑动座4向下运动并逐渐进入多个夹爪8之间的空隙,滑动座4向下滑动并通过锥形下端部42向下滑抵斜面81,驱动夹爪8转动远离柱形内腔,并同步撑开三个夹爪8,使夹爪8切换至张开状态;
参见图5所示,上述夹爪8处于张开状态,滑动座4位于柱形内腔的下部,多个夹爪8在滑动座4的作用下张开并释放瓶盖20;
瓶盖20驱动滑动座4向上运动并逐渐退出多个夹爪8之间的空隙,滑动座4向上滑动直至锥形下端部42向上滑抵斜面81,即柱形上端部41向上高出三个夹爪8斜面81的最低点,弹性箍圈9驱动夹爪8转动靠近柱形内腔,使斜面81始终抵紧锥形下端部42的锥面,随着滑动座4的上升,三个夹爪8逐渐同步收拢,使夹爪8切换至收紧状态。滑动座4上升的高度不同,夹爪8收紧的角度亦不相同。
参见图1所示,瓶盖20被夹紧后,部分顶入安装座3的柱形内腔中。
当凸起部43与导向轴12等高时,弹簧14压缩程度最大。当夹爪8处于收紧状态时(图1),连杆7沿左下至右上的方向倾斜延伸;当夹爪8处于张开状态时(图5),连杆7沿左上至右下的方向倾斜延伸。不管夹爪8处于收紧状态还是张开状态,弹簧14均处于压缩状态,以通过导向杆和连杆7为滑动座4提供径向的弹性抵紧力。
由于顶杆2将夹爪8顶至张开状态后会缩回,通过这个设置,能够将夹爪8稳定在张开状态,防止其晃动影响夹持的稳定性。具体的,连杆7沿左上至右下的方向延伸时,还提供驱动滑动座4向下运动的力,将滑动座4抵紧在多个夹爪8之间的间隙中,以平衡弹性箍圈9向内的弹性力,使夹爪8能够稳定在张开状态。
以下具体阐述下本实施例的工作过程:
当需要夹持瓶盖时:
顶杆2驱动滑动座4向下运动并逐渐进入夹爪8,滑动座4首先通过锥形下端部42抵触夹爪8内侧的斜面81,随着滑动座4继续向下运动,夹爪8不断张开,直至锥形下端部42向下滑离斜面81,柱形上端部41向下挤入三个夹爪8之间后,夹爪8张开至最大角度;
将安装座3对准瓶盖20下压,同时顶杆2复位,瓶盖20向上顶入三个夹爪8之间,并顶起滑动座4使其向上运动,当柱形上端部41底部高出斜面81底部后,滑动座4通过锥形下端部42向上滑抵斜面81,夹爪8在弹性箍圈9的驱动下逐渐合拢,使斜面81始终抵紧锥形下端部42的锥面,随着滑动座4的上升,三个夹爪8逐渐同步收拢,直至完全夹紧瓶盖20。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:包括具有柱形内腔的安装座、可上下滑动的穿设于所述柱形内腔中的滑动座,所述柱形内腔沿所述滑动座的滑动方向贯穿所述安装座,所述柱形内腔的下端开口用于接收瓶盖;
    所述装置还包括沿圆周方向间隔排列的设于所述安装座中的第二槽,所述第二槽与所述柱形内腔连通;
    所述装置还包括可相对所述安装座转动的设于所述第二槽中的夹爪,所述夹爪至少有两个,用于相互配合的夹持瓶盖,所述装置还包括环设于至少两个所述夹爪外侧的且用于驱动所述夹爪同步向所述柱形内腔转动的弹性箍圈;
    所述滑动座,用于驱动所述夹爪同步向远离所述柱形内腔的方向转动;
    所述夹爪包括收紧状态和张开状态,
    所述夹爪处于所述收紧状态时,所述滑动座位于所述柱形内腔的上部,所述弹性箍圈的弹性力使得至少部分所述夹爪保持于所述柱形内腔内,以夹持所述瓶盖;
    所述夹爪自所述收紧状态向所述张开状态切换时,驱动所述滑动座向下滑动进而推动所述夹爪转动远离所述柱形内腔;
    所述夹爪处于所述张开状态时,至少两个所述夹爪彼此远离,以释放所述瓶盖;
    所述装置还包括沿圆周方向间隔排列的设于所述安装座中的第一槽,所述第一槽与所述柱形内腔连通;所述装置还包括弹性机构;
    所述弹性机构还包括一端连接在所述安装座侧面的弹簧座、盖设于所述弹簧座另一端的弹簧盖、可沿自身长度延伸方向伸缩的穿设于所述弹簧座、所述弹簧盖和所述第一槽中的导向轴、环设于所述导向轴上的限位环、套设于所述导向轴上的且位于所述弹簧盖和所述限位环之间的弹簧,所述导向轴的两端分别穿出所述弹簧座和所述弹簧盖, 所述连杆的另一端转动连接在所述导向轴穿入所述第一槽的一端上;
    所述第一槽和所述第二槽分别有多个,依次交替且间隔均匀排列的设于所述安装座中;
    所述第一槽和所述第二槽均沿所述滑动座的滑动方向贯穿所述安装座;
    所述第一槽和所述第二槽均沿所述柱形内腔的径向方向延伸;
    所述滑动座包括凸设于其外侧周部的且穿设于所述第一槽中的凸起部,所述连杆的一端转动连接在所述凸起部上;
    所述夹爪通过其上端部转动连接在所述第二槽中,所述弹性箍圈环设于所述夹爪下端部外侧;
    所述滑动座包括柱形上端部、连接在所述柱形上端部下方且向下锥形收缩的锥形下端部,所述夹爪的内侧上部设有用于配合的抵设所述锥形下端部锥面的斜面;
    所述装置还包括设于所述安装座顶端的用于配合安装的安装环。
  2. 一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:包括具有柱形内腔的安装座、可上下滑动的穿设于所述柱形内腔中的滑动座,所述柱形内腔沿所述滑动座的滑动方向贯穿所述安装座,所述柱形内腔的下端开口用于接收瓶盖;
    所述装置还包括沿圆周方向间隔排列的设于所述安装座中的第二槽,所述第二槽与所述柱形内腔连通;
    所述装置还包括可相对所述安装座转动的设于所述第二槽中的夹爪,所述夹爪至少有两个,用于相互配合的夹持瓶盖,所述装置还包括环设于至少两个所述夹爪外侧的且用于驱动所述夹爪同步向所述柱形内腔转动的弹性箍圈;
    所述滑动座,用于驱动所述夹爪同步向远离所述柱形内腔的方向转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述夹爪包括收紧状态和张开状态,
    所述夹爪处于所述收紧状态时,所述滑动座位于所述柱形内腔的上部,所述弹性箍圈的弹性力使得至少部分所述夹爪保持于所述柱形内腔内,以夹持所述瓶盖;
    所述夹爪自所述收紧状态向所述张开状态切换时,驱动所述滑动座向下滑动进而推动所述夹爪转动远离所述柱形内腔;
    所述夹爪处于所述张开状态时,至少两个所述夹爪彼此远离,以释放所述瓶盖。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括沿圆周方向间隔排列的设于所述安装座中的第一槽,所述第一槽与所述柱形内腔连通;所述装置还包括弹性机构;
    所述弹性机构还包括一端连接在所述安装座侧面的弹簧座、盖设于所述弹簧座另一端的弹簧盖、可沿自身长度延伸方向伸缩的穿设于所述弹簧座、所述弹簧盖和所述第一槽中的导向轴、环设于所述导向轴上的限位环、套设于所述导向轴上的且位于所述弹簧盖和所述限位环之间的弹簧,所述导向轴的两端分别穿出所述弹簧座和所述弹簧盖,所述连杆的另一端转动连接在所述导向轴穿入所述第一槽的一端上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述第一槽和所述第二槽分别有多个,依次交替且间隔均匀排列的设于所述安装座中。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述第一槽和所述第二槽均沿所述滑动座的滑动方向贯穿所述安装座。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述第一槽和所述第二槽均沿所述柱形内腔的径向方向延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述滑动座包括凸设于其外侧周部的且穿设于所述第一槽中的凸起部,所述连杆的一端转动连接在所述凸起部上。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在 于:所述夹爪通过其上端部转动连接在所述第二槽中,所述弹性箍圈环设于所述夹爪下端部外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述滑动座包括柱形上端部、连接在所述柱形上端部下方且向下锥形收缩的锥形下端部,所述夹爪的内侧上部设有用于配合的抵设所述锥形下端部锥面的斜面。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于瓶盖的夹持装置,其特征在于:所述装置还包括设于所述安装座顶端的用于配合安装的安装环。
